Description
本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种运用于便携式电子产品的发声器件。
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的发声器件被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
现有发声器件中的振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部、由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧弯折延伸的固定部以及贴设于所述振动部的球顶,所述球顶与所述振动部均呈平板状,且所述球顶与所述振动部之间通过中心胶胶合粘接。
然而,随着发声器件振幅要求的提高,大振幅下振膜和球顶分离失效,进而导致发声器件无法正常工作。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种可靠性高且声学性能更优的发声器件。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种发声器件,其包括振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统具有磁间隙,所述振动系统包括振膜和插设于所述磁间隙内以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部、由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧弯折延伸的固定部以及贴设于所述振动部的球顶;所述振动部上设有花纹群,所述花纹群包括多条沿所述振动部的外周缘排布的花纹;每一所述花纹由所述振动部靠近所述折环部的一侧向靠近所述球顶方向延伸,所述花纹自所述振动部靠近所述球顶的一侧向远离所述球顶方向凹陷形成收容胶水的容胶槽,所述容胶槽沿所述振膜的振动方向向所述球顶的投影至少部分落于所述球顶的轮廓范围内,所述振膜还包括夹设于所述振动部与所述球顶之间的中心胶层,所述中心胶层至少部分收容于所述容胶槽内并将所述球顶贴合固定于所述振动部。
优选的,多条所述花纹沿所述振动部的外周缘呈环状排布且相邻所述花纹间隔设置。

请同时参阅图1-4所示,本实用新型提供一种发声器件100,其包括振动系统1和驱动所述振动系统1振动发声的磁路系统2,所述磁路系统2具有磁间隙20。
所述振动系统1包括振膜11和插设于所述磁间隙20内以驱动所述振膜11振动发声的音圈12。
所述振膜11包括振动部111、由所述振动部111的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部112、由所述折环部112远离所述振动部111的一侧弯折延伸的固定部113以及贴设于所述振动部111的球顶114。
在本实施例中,所述振动部111上设有花纹群115,所述花纹群115包括多条沿所述振动部的外周缘排布的花纹1151;每一所述花纹1151由所述振动部111靠近所述折环部112的一侧向靠近所述球顶114方向延伸,所述花纹1151自所述振动部111靠近所述球顶114的一侧向远离所述球顶114方向凹陷形成收容胶水的容胶槽116,所述容胶槽116沿所述振膜11的振动方向向所述球顶114的投影至少部分落于所述球顶114的轮廓范围内。所述振膜11还包括夹设于所述振动部111与所述球顶114之间的中心胶层117,所述中心胶层117至少部分收容于所述容胶槽116内并将所述球顶114贴合固定于所述振动部111。该结构的设置,使所述振动部111与所述球顶114上的应力水平且均匀分布,从而使所述振膜11能够平稳振动,防止所述振膜10因振动不平稳产生破裂。另外,当所述振膜11大幅度振动时,上述结构能极大降低了所述振动部111和球顶114分离失效概率,减少了所述发声器件失效问题,进而提高了所述发声器件100的可靠性。
在本实施例中,多条所述花纹1151沿所述振动部111的外周缘呈环状排布且相邻所述花纹间隔设置。该结构的设置,增加了所述振膜11的抗疲劳强度,进一步提高所述发声器件100的可靠性,当然,所述花纹1151也可以是不规则排布,其具体的排布方式可根据实际情况进行设置。
需要说明的是,为了减少所述振膜的抗拉应力及剪切应力,所述球顶114的边缘位于所述容胶槽116沿所述振膜11的振动方向上的正投影内。
优选的,两条相邻的所述花纹1151的间距为0.15mm~0.25mm。所述花纹1151远离所述折环部112的一端与所述球顶114外边缘的水平距离d为0.2mm~0.3mm。
具体的,所述振动部111设有贯穿其上的通孔1111,所述球顶114贴设于所述振动部111靠近所述磁路系统2一侧且完全覆盖所述通孔1111。
在本实施例中,所述折环部112还设有多个褶皱118,该多个褶皱118沿所述折环部112靠近所述振动部111的内边缘朝靠近所述固定部113的外边缘的方向呈放射状分布,该结构的设置,降低了高次谐波失真,提高了振膜11的抗疲劳强度,从而使所述发声器件100的声学性能更优。
进一步的,所述折环部112包括相对设置的第一折环部1121、相对设置的第二折环部1122以及连接相邻所述第一折环部1121和所述第二折环部1122的圆角部1123,所述褶皱118设置于所述圆角部1123。

- 一种发声器件,其包括振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统具有磁间隙,所述振动系统包括振膜和插设于所述磁间隙内以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部、由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧弯折延伸的固定部以及贴设于所述振动部的球顶;其特征在于,所述振动部上设有花纹群,所述花纹群包括多条沿所述振动部的外周缘排布的花纹;每一所述花纹由所述振动部靠近所述折环部的一侧向靠近所述球顶方向延伸,所述花纹自所述振动部靠近所述球顶的一侧向远离所述球顶方向凹陷形成收容胶水的容胶槽,所述容胶槽沿所述振膜的振动方向向所述球顶的投影至少部分落于所述球顶的轮廓范围内,所述振膜还包括夹设于所述振动部与所述球顶之间的中心胶层,所述中心胶层至少部分收容于所述容胶槽内并将所述球顶贴合固定于所述振动部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,多条所述花纹沿所述振动部的外周缘呈环状排布且相邻所述花纹间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述球顶的边缘位于所述容胶槽沿所述振膜的振动方向上的正投影内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述球顶包括与所述振动部固定连接的第一表面、与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面以及连接所述第一表面与所述第二表面的侧表面,所述中心胶层至少部分覆盖所述侧表面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,两条相邻的所述花纹的间距为0.15mm~0.25mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述花纹远离所述折环部的一端与所述球顶外边缘的水平距离为0.2mm~0.3mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动部设有贯穿其上的通孔,所述球顶贴设于所述振动部靠近所述磁路系统一侧且完全覆盖所述通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述折环部还设有多个褶皱,该多个褶皱沿所述折环部靠近所述振动部的的内边缘朝靠近所述固定部的外边缘的方向呈放射状分布。
- 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述折环部包括相对设置的第一折环部、相对设置的第二折环部以及连接相邻所述第一折环部和所述第二折环部的圆角部,所述褶皱设置于所述圆角部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括音圈骨架,所述音圈通过所述音圈骨架固定于所述球顶,所述音圈骨架设有贯穿所述音圈骨架的至少一个开口。
