Abstract
本申请提供了一种扬声器,包括:具有容纳空间的外壳、固定于外壳且用于振动发声的振膜以及收容在容纳空间内驱动振膜振动的音圈、固定于音圈远离振膜一端的FPC板以及平衡件,平衡件与FPC板间隔对称布置,且FPC板与平衡件皆可随音圈振动;FPC板上设有与音圈电连接的折弯部,平衡件上设有质量补偿件,且平衡件与FPC板质量一致。采用这种扬声器,通过设置与FPC板质量一致的平衡件,以增强音圈两侧的质量对称性,改善因质量不对称性造成振膜的振幅摇摆,进一步提高扬声器输出声音的品质。
Description
本申请涉及发声器件技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
扬声器,是一种把电信号转变为声信号的换能器件,扬声器在音频器件扮演着不可或缺的角色。同时,消费者对声音品质的需求也日益提高,对应地设计者们对扬声器的性能要求也随之升高。
现有技术中,扬声器主要通过FPC板与音圈电连接,再由音圈在磁场中的振动推动振膜振动从而发出声音。
然而,因FPC板的存在导致扬声器振动系统质量不对称,从而影响音圈振幅,继而影响了扬声器输出声音的品质。
基于此,有必要提供一种可解决因FPC板质量不对称而影响音圈振幅问题的扬声器。
一种扬声器,包括具有容纳空间的外壳、固定于所述外壳且用于振动发声的振膜以及收容在所述容纳空间内驱动所述振膜振动的音圈、固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的FPC板以及平衡件,所述平衡件与所述FPC板间隔对称布置,且所述FPC板与所述平衡件皆可随所述音圈振动;所述FPC板上设有与所述音圈电连接的折弯部,所述平衡件上设有质量补偿件,且所述平衡件与所述FPC板质量一致。
采用这种扬声器,通过设置与FPC板质量一致的平衡件,降低振动系统在音圈的相对两侧的质量偏差,从而减少振动系统存在质量不对称性的风险,并改善因质量不对称性造成振膜的振幅摇摆,进一步提高扬声器输出声音的品质。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本申请作进一步说明。
请参阅图1与图2,具有容纳空间100的外壳、固定于外壳且用于振动发声的振膜1142以及收容在容纳空间内驱动振膜1142振动的音圈120、固定于音圈120远离振膜1142一端的FPC板130以及平衡件140,平衡件140与FPC板130间隔对称布置,且FPC板130与平衡件140皆可随音圈120振动;FPC板130上设有与音圈120电连接的折弯部138,平衡件140上设有质量补偿件146,且平衡件140与FPC板130质量一致。
上述提供扬声器100,通过设置与FPC板130质量一致的平衡件140,以使音圈120两侧的受力平衡,从而使音圈120能够输出稳定的振幅,进一步提高扬声器100输出声音的品质。
另外,外壳包括上壳112与下壳114,上壳112与下壳114抵接形成该容纳空间116。下壳114上设有该振膜1142,上壳112上设有与该振膜1142正对布置的随动振膜1122,当音圈120驱动振膜1142振动时,随动振膜1122可跟随振膜1142同步振动。
进一步地,平衡件140与FPC板130质量一致。可以理解的是,扬声器100内与音圈120相关的其它结构对称布置,再使得平衡件140与FPC板130质量一致,从而使音圈120的受力平衡。
请参阅图3,平衡件140包括第一固定部142、第一形变部144以及第一连接部148,第一固定部142固定设置在外壳上,第一形变部144与第一固定部142连接且第一形变部144可发生形变,第一连接部148与第一形变部144连接,质量补偿件146设置在第一连接部148上。
具体地,在本实施例中,第一连接部148水平延伸,第一连接部148直接与音圈120连接,第一形变部144水平弯曲延伸,以使当第一连接部148振动时,该第一形变部144具有适应该第一连接部148振动形变范围。
再者,质量补偿件146沿背离音圈120方向水平延伸。如此,可减少该质量补偿件146所占用的空间,提高扬声器100结构的紧凑性。
具体地,质量补偿件146为梯形状。优选地,质量补偿件146与第一连接部148之间倒有圆角,以避免应力集中。
请参阅图4,在本实施例中,FPC板130包括第二固定部132、第二形变部134、第二连接部136以及折弯部138;第二固定部132固定设置在外壳上,第二形变部134与第二固定部132连接,第二连接部136与第二形变部134连接,折弯部138与第二连接部136连接,折弯部138与音圈120电连接。
具体地,在本实施例中,第二连接部136水平延伸,第二形变部134水平弯曲延伸,以使第二连接部136振动时,该第二形变部134具有适应该第一连接部148振动的形变范围。另外,折弯部138具有竖直延伸的竖直段1382以及水平延伸的水平段1384,该竖直段1382与第二连接部136连接,该水平段1384与竖直段1382连接。该水平段1384上设有分别与音圈120输入端与输出端连接的两个接口。折弯部138的设计,可避开扬声器100内其他的结构,有效利用扬声器100的内部空间,增强扬声器100结构的紧凑性。
再者,请参阅图5,为了使平衡件140与FPC板130的质量一致,平衡件140的厚度与第二固定部132、第二形变部134、第二连接部136的厚度一致,折弯部138的厚度小于平衡件140的厚度。通过减少折弯部138的厚度,以减少折弯部138的质量。如此,可相对减小质量补偿件146的质量,即可相对减小质量补偿件146的占用空间,这样可便于质量补偿件146的布局。
在本实施例中,扬声器100还包括骨架150,第一连接部148、第二连接部136以及音圈120分别与骨架150连接。具体地,该骨架150包括水平延伸的支撑部154,该支撑部154的两侧设有竖直延伸的延伸部152,该延伸部152与第一连接部148连接。这种设计,可避开扬声器100内的其它结构,增加结构的紧凑性。
采用这种扬声器,通过设置与FPC板质量一致的平衡件,降低振动系统在音圈的相对两侧的质量偏差,从而减少振动系统存在质量不对称性的风险,并改善因质量不对称性造成振膜的振幅摇摆,进一步提高扬声器输出声音的品质。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种扬声器,包括:具有容纳空间的外壳、固定于所述外壳且用于振动发声的振膜以及收容在所述容纳空间内驱动所述振膜振动的音圈、固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的FPC板以及平衡件,所述平衡件与所述FPC板间隔对称布置,且所述FPC板与所述平衡件皆可随所述音圈振动;所述FPC板上设有与所述音圈电连接的折弯部,所述平衡件上设有质量补偿件,且所述平衡件与所述FPC板质量一致。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述平衡件包括第一固定部、第一形变部以及第一连接部,所述第一固定部固定设置在所述外壳上,所述第一形变部与所述第一固定部连接且所述第一形变部可发生形变,所述第一连接部与所述第一形变部连接,所述质量补偿件设置在所述第一连接部上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述质量补偿件沿背离所述音圈方向水平延伸。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述质量补偿件呈梯形设置。
- 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述FPC板包括第二固定部、第二形变部以及第二连接部;所述第二固定部固定设置在所述外壳上,所述第二形变部与所述第二固定部连接,所述第二连接部与所述第二形变部连接,所述折弯部与所述第二连接部连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二连接部的厚度小于所述平衡件的厚度,所述折弯部的厚度小于所述平衡件的厚度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述平衡件的厚度、所述第二固定部的厚度和所述第二形变部的厚度一致。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括骨架,所述第一连接部、所述第二连接部以及所述音圈分别与所述骨架连接。
