Definitions
- the proposed invention relates to devices for detachable fastening of an electronic device to various objects or to supporting surfaces.
- a case-stand consisting of a body made of polymer material, the front wall of which is made in the form of a frame that holds the phone, and the back wall is made rotatable 180 degrees with fixation in the desired position.
- the rear wall of the housing in the lower part is provided with a bushing, and a round rod is located along the lower side of the housing.
- the bushing of the rear wall is made of metal, and the round rod is made of magnetic material, or vice versa.
- the disadvantage of this solution is the limitation of functionality. It is not possible to set the phone in a horizontal position (for example, to watch a video).
- a mobile phone holder for a vehicle is known from the prior art (Application CN106453731, IPC B60R 11/02, H04M 1/04, publ. 02/22/2017), containing a magnetic base and a connecting part connected to a mobile phone; the connection piece includes a bottom cover and a top cover, and the bottom cover is connected to the mobile phone. When connecting the top and bottom cover, a cavity is formed in which a magnetically conductive metal sheet is placed.
- the mobile phone holder can be compatible with the functions of use as a magnetic base for mounting on a vehicle, or can be used as a mobile phone holder support in the hand.
- the disadvantage of the known device is the inability to install the phone in a horizontal and vertical position with the possibility of rotation.
- a well-known handset bracket (Patent CN209517242U, IPC H04M 1/04, publ. 22.02.2019), including a stand housing that can be installed on a foreign stand, and the stand housing has a magnetic part and a support part.
- the support part has limiters to hold the phone.
- the mounting base with a dome-shaped connecting element is connected to the socket of the magnetic part in such a way that the rack body can rotate relative to the mounting base.
- the disadvantage of this solution is that the device (bracket) does not securely fix the phone, and when using it, the phone can be displaced from the support part.
- the mobile phone mount kit contains: case, magnetic mounting platform, vehicle mount bracket and air vent clips.
- the magnetic mounting platform may be attached to a first end of the vehicle mounting bracket, and the second end of the vehicle mounting bracket may include a suction cup for mounting on a surface in an automobile.
- the magnetic mounting platform may include a magnet.
- the housing contains one or more metal plates for attaching to the magnet of the magnetic platform. This kit does not provide strong and reliable fastening of the phone to the mounting platform, since the force of magnetic interaction between the metal plate and the magnets is quite small and there is no mechanical fixation of the phone in the kit.
- a mount for an electronic device (Patent US9845058B2, IPC B60R11/02, publ. 01/28/2016), which includes a ferromagnetic element that can be fixed to an electronic device, and a body mount for installing an electronic device to it, including an end plate and at least one support, a magnet fixed in the end plate.
- Known mounts are difficult to adapt to various sizes and weights of electronic devices.
- the mechanical holding of the electronic device by the bent legs on the plate is unreliable.
- the technical objective of the claimed invention is the development of a new design of the holder for an electronic device, which is characterized by versatility, increased reliability, providing a reliable and rigid fastening of the electronic device with the ability to move the electronic device in two planes (vertical and horizontal).
- the proposed device is easy to use and has a design that is easy to assemble / disassemble.

- At least eight neodymium magnets (35) are installed at the top of the base.
- the new design of the housing for mounting to an electronic device namely with built-in neodymium magnets and protruding parts, which are made with grooves, provides magnetic and mechanical fixation of the housing with an electronic device in the holder structure.
- the new implementation of the rotary elements (first and second) provides the ability to move the electronic device in two planes: right/left and up/down.
- an electronic device may include, by way of example and not limitation, a portable telephone such as a cellular or satellite phone, a tablet, a music player, a book reader, a global positioning device (GPS), Power bank, etc.
- a portable telephone such as a cellular or satellite phone
- a tablet such as a Samsung Galaxy Tab

- Fig.9-12 shows the connecting element 20, which is designed to connect the housing with magnets 10 with other parts of the structure of the holder.
- the connecting element 20 is made with a base 21, for example, in the form of a rectangle, the width and height of which is less than the size of the corresponding grooves 15 on the body 10.
- Two neodymium magnets 22 are mounted in the base 21.
- a protruding cylindrical element 23 on which a connecting flange 24 with a thread 25 for screw 101 is located.
- the base 30 of the holder is made in the form of a cylinder, on the outer side of which there is a thread 31 corresponding to the thread 41 on the clamping ring 40.
- a sample 32 is made for the flange 24, and in the lower part - a sample 33 for the flange of the first rotary niche 50 or the first rotary element 60
- Sample 33 is made with a hole 34 for screw 101.
- Neodymium magnets 35 can be installed in the upper part of the base, the purpose of which is dual (depending on polarity): either reverse bias of magnets 22 and 13, or replacement of magnets 22.

- the ring 40 on the outside has reliefs 43 under the fingers of the user.
- Fig.17-19 shows the first rotary niche 50, the outer part of which is made with a thread 51, which corresponds to the thread 71 on the clamping nut 70. with a connecting flange 54, inside which there is a recess 53 for the screw head 101 and a hole 55 for the screw 101.
- the structure of the second rotary niche 100 is similar to that described above.
- FIG. 21 shows the first rotary element 60, which is made with a head 61 and a leg 62.
- the head 61 is in the form of a ball truncated on the sides and is designed to rotate the device in one plane by 30°.
- a connecting flange 63 is made in the shape of a quadrangle.
- the first rotary element 60 is made with a hole 64 for the screw 101, and the hole has a sample 65 for the screw head 101.
- FIG. 22 shows a first clamping nut 70 which is intended to lock the first pivot 60 and the second pivot into the pivot recesses 50 and 100.
- the interior of the clamp nut 70 is threaded 71 to match the threads 51 in the pivot recesses.
- the structure of the second clamping nut 80 is similar to that described above.

- the head 91 is in the form of a ball truncated on the sides and is designed to rotate the device in one plane by 30°.
- At the end of the leg 92 is made sample 93 under the connecting flange 63 in the form of a quadrangle.
- the second rotary element 90 is made with a hole 94 threaded for the screw 102.
- Fig-27 shows the holder, in which the first rotary element 60 and the second rotary element 90 are connected to each other perpendicularly. This is done by inserting the flange 63 into the recess 93 in such a way that the cut sides of the head 61 and head 91 are perpendicular.
- Fig-30 shows the holder, in which the first rotary element 60 and the second rotary element 90 are connected to each other in parallel. This is done by inserting the flange 63 into the recess 93 so that the cut sides of the head 61 and head 91 are parallel.
- Any rigid and durable polymer can be used as a material for the manufacture of holder elements.
- the proposed holder is used as follows. For example, a user may wish to mount a small, relatively light object such as a smartphone in the proposed holder. To do this, he needs to attach the case 10 to the back of the smartphone using any known method (the simplest options for the attachment method are described above). Thereafter, the narrow side of the connector 20 (which is at the top of the assembled holder) is advanced between the protrusions 14 of the housing 10 and rotated 45° to the right or left. At the moment when the magnets 21 of the connecting element 20 coincide with a pair of magnets 13 between them, a force of magnetic attraction will arise, which will fix the parts with each other. Adjustment of the holder in a position convenient for the user is carried out by turning the first and second rotary elements.
- the proposed holder can be fixed, for example, by means of a thread, which is made outside the second rotary niche, on any supporting surface, equipped with a corresponding threaded element.
- the proposed technical solution is industrially applicable, since it does not contain any structural elements and materials that cannot be reproduced at the present stage of technology development in industrial production.
