体现本公开特征与优点的典型实施方式将在以下的说明中详细叙述。应理解的是本公开能够在不同的实施方式上具有各种的变化,其皆不脱离本公开的范围,且其中的说明及图示在本质上是当作说明之用,而非用以限制本公开。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的 含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
目前,推拉式结构的酒柜的酒架多通过螺栓或螺栓的固定连接在酒柜内。酒柜在运输过程中,由于酒架的滑动,容易造成酒架和酒柜内腔的碰撞,从而造成酒柜的损伤。
图1是本公开酒柜实施例的结构示意图。
本实施例中,以酒柜使用时的状态为例,酒柜面向用户的一侧为前方,与前方相对的方向为后方,酒柜的宽度方向为左右方向。
参阅图1,本实施例提供了一种酒柜,包括柜体100、多个酒架200、用于连接柜体100与酒架200的滑轨300以及设置在滑轨300和酒架200之间的保护罩400。酒架200通过滑轨300可滑动的连接在柜体100上,以能够从柜体100的前端拉出,从而方便在酒架200上取放酒支。
图2是本公开酒柜实施例的柜体的结构示意图。
参阅图1和图2,柜体100内设置有前侧开口的储存间室120,酒架200和滑轨300均设置于该储存间室120内。柜体100的前侧设置有柜门110、以封闭储存间室120,形成封闭的储存空间。通过酒柜内设置的制冷系统,在储存间室120形成预设的储存温度,保证酒品的质量。
图3是本公开酒柜实施例的另一结构示意图,其中柜体未示出。图4是图3所述酒柜的分解结构示意图。图5是图3所述酒柜的局部剖视图。
参阅图3至图5,本实施例中,酒架200可拆卸的卡合在滑轨300上,保护罩400盖合在酒架200和滑轨300的连接处,以避免酒架200上的酒瓶刮伤。同时保护罩400由滑轨300上的对应结构限位,避免酒架200卡合在滑轨300上后,酒架从滑轨300内跳出以及酒架200的翘起。
图6是本公开酒柜实施例的滑轨的结构示意图。
参阅图6,滑轨300具有可相对滑动的第一部分310和第二部分320,第一部分310固定于柜体100内的储存间室120的侧壁上。滑轨300沿柜体100的前后方向设置,第二部分320可相对第一部分310前后滑动。酒架200连接在第二部分320上,使得酒架200能够随第二部分320前后滑动,从而 使得酒架200能够收纳到柜体100的储存间室120内以及从储存间室120内抽出。
本实施例中,第一部分310的背离储存间室120侧壁的一侧为开口,第二部分320可滑动的卡入第一部分310,并部分暴露于开口外。以使得第一部分310上下均对第二部分320限位,有效的避免第二部分320相对第一部分310上下翻转,从而有效的避免酒架200上下翻转。
在一些实施例中,第一部分310可以为上部或下部开口,第二部分320在上下方向上部分容置于第一部分310的开口内。
图7是本公开酒柜实施例的第二部分的结构示意图。
参阅图6和图7,本实施例中,滑轨300的第二部分320包括主体321、固定在主体321上的挂扣322以及设置在主体321上的限位凸起323。主体321可滑动地卡入第一部分310内,并暴露于开口;挂扣322和限位凸起323均位于开口外。
本实施例中,挂扣322和限位凸起323均设置于主体321背离第一部分310的一侧上。挂扣322的上端开口,酒架200可拆卸地卡合在挂扣322上。
挂扣322包括固定连接在主体321上固定部3221、从固定部3221的底端向着背离主体321的方向延伸的连接部3222,以及从连接部3222的末端向上延伸的弹性部3223。酒架200的对应结构卡合在固定部3221和弹性部3223之间,并承载在连接部3222上。
本实施例中,挂扣322的固定部3221竖向延伸,连接部3222水平延伸。挂扣322的弹性部3223下部从下向上向着靠近固定部3221的方向倾斜,弹性部3223的上部从下向上向着背离固定部3221的方向倾斜。使得挂扣322的上端具有更大的开口,便于酒架200和挂扣322卡合时的对位配合,节省安装时间,提高安装效率。挂扣322的中部具有更小的间隙,有效的避免酒架200从挂扣322内跳出。
第二部分320的主体321沿前后方向延伸,挂扣322沿主体321的长度方向间隔设置有多个,本实施例中,挂扣322在每个主体321上间隔设置有 两个,在一些实施例中,挂扣322在每个主体321上间隔设置有两个以上。
再次参阅图6和图7,限位凸起323设置于主体321上,并位于全部挂扣322的后方。
图8是本公开酒柜实施例的酒架一个视角的结构示意图。图9是本公开酒柜实施例的酒架另一个视角的结构示意图。
参阅图8和图9,本实施例中,酒架200包括前后间隔布置的两根横向杆210、垂直连接在两根横向杆210之间的相间隔的多根纵向杆220、固定连接在前端的横向杆210上的限位木板230以及设置在后端的横向杆210上的阻挡件240。
本实施例中,横向杆210和纵向杆220的材质均为钢丝,相比于现有技术中,其它酒架200的横向杆210和纵向杆220为木材组成可以有效的降低生产成本。
纵向杆220垂直连接在横向杆210上,横向杆210沿柜体100的宽度方向设置,使得纵向杆220沿柜体100的前后方向延伸。纵向杆220的外周为圆形,酒支放置于酒架200上时,酒支限位在两个纵向杆220之间,酒支的圆形外周和纵向杆220的圆形外周相适配时,可以有效的缓冲酒支的左右晃动。
本实施例中,位于最外侧的两根纵向杆220构成酒架200的连接杆,连接杆卡合在挂扣322上。连接杆的圆形外周和挂扣322上的弹性部3223的形状相配合,便于连接在杆和挂扣322的卡接。
酒架200两侧的连接杆分别卡接在挂扣322上,以限定酒架200沿柜体100的宽度方向(左右方向)的移动。
在一些实施例中,酒架200未设置有相应的横向杆210和纵向杆220,只需在酒架200的两侧设置相应的连接杆,以实现连接杆和挂扣322的卡接。
图10是本公开酒柜实施例的酒架和挂扣的连接结构示意图。
参阅图8至图10,连接杆上设置有限位件250,限位件250抵接于挂扣322的前后两端。本实施例中,限位件250抵接于弹性部3223的前后两端, 以限定酒架200相对滑轨300的第二部分320的前后移动。
再次参阅图8和图9,限位木板230和阻挡件240均向上超出横向杆210和纵向杆220,以在酒支沿前后方向放置于酒架200上时,限位木板230和阻挡件240分别限位酒支的前端和后端,避免酒支从前后方向从酒架200上脱出。
本实施例中,酒架200的前端的横向杆210上设置有固定环260,固定环260焊接在该横向杆210上,限位木板230通过螺栓或螺丝固定在固定环260上。
限位木板230的木质结构,使得酒架200美观和高档,提升酒柜的经济性。
限位木板230向上超出横向杆210和纵向杆220,使得限位木板230可以作为把手使用,便于拉动限位木板230移动。
再次参阅图3至图5,保护罩400的下端开口,并可拆卸的卡合在连接杆的上方。
本实施例中,保护罩400开口的一侧卡置于固定部3221和连接杆之间,开口的另一侧置于弹性部3223背离连接杆的一侧。保护罩400卡置于固定部3221和连接杆之间,从而连接杆向着弹性部3223挤压。因挂扣322的中部的间隙较小,从而能够将连接杆限位在挂扣322的底部,从而能够有效的避免连接杆从挂扣322跳出,避免酒架200翻转。
保护罩400开口的一侧置于弹性部3223背离连接杆的一侧,以将挂扣322覆盖在保护罩400内,从而避免酒架200上的酒瓶和挂扣322发生刮擦。
本实施例中,保护罩400由两块相对折弯的平板组成,一个平板的下端伸入挂扣322内,一个平板的下端置于酒架200上。伸入挂扣322内的平板竖向设置,和固定部3221的竖向设置向配合,以便于保护罩400快速插入挂扣322内,另一个平板倾斜设置,以使得酒瓶在沿左右方向撞击保护罩400时,可以缓冲酒瓶的撞击力。
保护罩400的上端和限位凸起323相抵接,从而限制保护罩400向上跳 出挂扣322,从而避免酒架200跳出挂扣322,有效的避免酒架200的翘起。
限位凸起323置于全部挂扣322的后方,以在酒架200卡合在挂扣322后,方便保护罩400伸入挂扣322内并限位在限位凸起323下方。具体地,在酒架200卡合在挂扣322后,保护罩400在前后方向上倾斜的伸入挂扣322内,然后向下按压保护罩400,即可实现保护罩400的快速安装。
保护罩400覆盖挂扣322,使得酒架200和滑轨300在外侧平滑过渡,使得酒架200和滑轨300之间的连接美观大方。
本公开中,滑轨300具有相对滑动地第一部分310和第二部分320;第一部分310固定连接在储存间室120的侧壁上;酒架200可拆卸的卡合在滑轨300的第二部分320上;通过酒架200和滑轨300的第二部分320的连接,使得酒架200能够相对柜体100滑动,以便于酒架200从储存间室120内拉出。酒架200可拆卸的卡合在滑轨300的第二部分320上,以在酒柜运输过程中能够将酒架200和柜体100分离,避免运输过程中酒架200和柜体100的撞击,有效的避免酒柜受到损伤,保证酒柜的安全性。在目的地后,能够快速的将酒架200卡合在滑轨300上,实现酒柜的快速安装,保证酒柜的完整性。
在运输过程中,不需要考虑酒架200的固定,也不会出现酒架200的脱落的现象。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种酒柜,包括:
    柜体,其内设置有前侧开口的储存间室;
    滑轨,具有可相对滑动的第一部分和第二部分;所述第一部分固定连接在所述储存间室的侧壁上,所述第二部分可相对所述第一部分前后滑动;
    酒架,其可拆卸的卡合在所述滑轨的第二部分上,以能够随着所述第二部分前后滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的酒柜,所述滑轨的第二部分上设置有挂扣;所述酒架的侧部具有连接杆,所述连接杆卡合在所述挂扣上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的酒柜,所述第二部分包括主体以及固定于所述主体上的所述挂扣;所述第一部分背离所述储存间室侧壁的一侧为开口,所述主体可滑动地卡入所述第一部分内,并暴露于所述开口;所述挂扣位于所述开口外。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的酒柜,所述主体沿前后方向延伸;所述挂扣设置于所述主体背离所述第一部分的一侧上,并沿所述主体的长度方向间隔设置有多个;所述挂扣的上端开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的酒柜,所述挂扣包括固定连接在所述主体上的固定部、从所述固定部的底端向着背离所述主体的方向延伸的连接部,以及从所述连接部的末端向上延伸的弹性部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的酒柜,所述弹性部的下部从下向上向着靠近所述固定部的方向倾斜,所述弹性部的上部从下向上向着背离所述固定部的方向倾斜。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的酒柜,所述酒柜还包括保护罩,所述保护罩的下端开口,并可拆卸地盖合在所述连接杆的上方,其开口的一侧卡置于所述固定部和所述连接杆之间,其开口的另一侧置于所述弹性部背离所述连接杆的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的酒柜,所述主体背离所述第一部分的一侧还设 置有限位凸起,所述限位凸起能够抵接于所述保护罩的上端,以限制所述保护罩向上跳出所述挂扣。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的酒柜,所述连接杆上设置有限位件,所述限位件抵接于所述挂扣的前后两端。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的酒柜,所述酒架包括前后间隔布置的两根横向杆、垂直连接在两根横向杆之间的相间隔的多根纵向杆、固定连接在前端的所述横向杆上的限位木板以及设置在后端的所述横向杆上的阻挡件;位于最外侧的两根纵向杆构成所述连接杆;所述限位木板和所述阻挡件均向上超出所述横向杆和所述纵向杆。
