有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种燃气喷嘴组件,以实现喷嘴组件快速组装和拆卸的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:

实施例一
如图1至图9所示,本发明实施例中提供了一种燃气喷嘴组件,包括喷嘴本体11,还包括用于支撑喷嘴本体11的安装支架2,安装支架2上开设有供喷嘴本体11穿出的安装孔24,喷嘴本体11的穿出部与锁紧螺母3相配合夹紧固定在安装支架2上。喷嘴本体11、安装支架2和锁紧螺母3作为一个整体固定 连接,进而实现喷嘴1总成,不仅喷嘴组件的连接方式简单,而且便于喷嘴组件的组装以及各个部件的拆卸更换,组装效率高,易于工业化生产。
如图5和图6所示,本实施例中,安装支架2包括竖直设置的安装板21,安装板21中间开设有安装孔24,喷嘴本体11呈圆筒状,喷嘴本体11包括喷嘴头部112和螺纹部111,喷嘴头部112和螺纹部111之间设有一圈径向凸出的定位块12,螺纹部111穿过安装孔24与锁紧螺母3拧紧,定位块12与安装孔24外周侧的安装板21相贴合,以使喷嘴头部112和螺纹部111位于安装板21的前后两侧,实现喷嘴本体11与安装支架2夹紧固定。
如图8和图9所示,本实施例中,喷嘴1包括喷嘴本体11和设置在喷嘴本体11内部的燃气通道13,燃气通道13的进气口开设在螺纹部111的端部,燃气通道13的喷气孔14开设在喷嘴头部112,螺纹部111由安装板21的后侧插入安装孔24,自安装板21的前侧穿出与锁紧螺母3螺纹连接。
如图8和图9所示,本实施例中,燃气通道13的进口和喷气孔14沿燃气通道13的轴线设置,燃气由燃气通道13的进口端流入内燃气通道13,再经喷气孔14流出,喷气孔14的径向尺寸小于燃气通道13的进口的径向尺寸,以控制燃气的流速,防止燃气流速过快,从而燃烧反应放热过于剧烈,实现燃烧放热反应稳定、高效的进行。
如图6和图9所示,本实施例中,锁紧螺母3设置在安装板21的前侧,安装板21中间设有向安装板21前侧凸出、朝向安装板21后侧开口的定位槽27,定位槽27中心开设有安装孔24,定位块12与定位槽27卡接,在喷嘴本体11的螺纹部111与安装支架2上的安装孔24相贴合插接的基础上,定位块12与定位槽27配合进一步提高了装配结构的稳固性,使喷嘴本体11和安装支架2连接更加紧密,避免松动的情况出现。
如图6和图9所示,本实施例中,定位块12嵌入定位槽27内且与定位槽27底部相贴合,以使定位槽27对定位块12进行限位,进而实现定位槽27对喷嘴1的固定;优选的,定位槽27与定位块12的形状相配合,定位块12边缘和定位槽27的边缘相贴合,从而定位块12被限定在定位槽27,使喷嘴本体11和安装支架2连接更加紧密,避免松动的情况出现
如图5至图7所示,本实施例中,定位块12呈六角形,定位槽27为与定位块12适配的内六角凹槽,定位槽27沿安装板21的轴向延伸凸出于安装板21前侧,凸出部28与锁紧螺母3相贴合,以使定位槽27、定位块12和锁紧螺母3的形状相配合,保证喷嘴本体11、安装支架2和锁紧螺母3夹紧固定。
如图7所示,本实施例中,定位槽27外周侧的安装板21上开设有定位孔26;优选的,多个定位孔26沿安装板21的中心线对称排布,以通过定位孔26初步确定喷嘴组件安装在燃烧加热装置上的位置。
如图5和图6所示,本实施例中,安装板21的左右两侧向后弯折延伸形成第一折边22,左右两侧的第一折边22的弯折延伸端向相背侧弯折延伸形成第二折边23,第二折边23上开设有螺钉孔25。第二折边23形成挂耳结构,方便喷嘴组件安装在燃气加热装置上。
通过上述喷嘴组件,喷嘴本体11、安装支架2和锁紧螺母3作为一个整体固定连接,实现喷嘴1总成,不仅连接方式简单,而且便于组装和拆卸,易于实现工业化生产;喷嘴本体11上设置的定位块12嵌入安装支架2上设置的定位槽27内,在螺纹部111与安装支架2上的安装孔24相贴合插接的基础上,进一步提升喷嘴本体11和安装支架2连接的紧密性。
实施例二
如图1至图4所示,本发明实施例中提供了一种用于燃气加热装置,包括壳体100,壳体100内具有中空腔室形成燃烧室200,壳体100上安装有上述所述的燃气喷嘴组件。喷嘴1总成安装在燃气加热装置上,不仅能够喷嘴1快速安装并固定在燃气加热装置上,提高整个燃气加热装置的组装效率,还能保证喷嘴1的进气位置,进而保证燃气加热装置的燃烧效率。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,壳体100外壁上安装有固定支架4,固定支架4包括竖直设置的第一板42,第一板42上设有向壳体100外部径向延伸的定位柱41,安装支架2上开设有供定位柱41穿过的定位孔26,定位柱41套接在定位孔26上。通过安装支架2套设在固定支架4上,实现了喷嘴本体11的初步固定,确定了喷嘴1的进气位置,简化了安装流程,无需螺接或焊接等繁琐流程。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,燃烧室200内设有燃烧器300,燃烧器300设有进气口,第一板42和壳体100上分别开设有与进气口同轴设置的通孔,喷嘴本体11穿过第一板42上的通孔置于燃烧器300的进气口端,以精确确定喷嘴1的进气位置。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,喷嘴本体11内部设有燃气通道13,喷嘴本体11上开设有喷气孔14,燃烧器300的进口端与喷气孔14同轴设置,以使喷嘴1的喷气孔14和燃烧器300的进口端精准对位,保证了燃气由喷嘴1喷出后,更好地流入燃烧器300内,进而提高整个燃烧加热装置的燃烧效率,更好地完成热交换。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,第一板42的左右两侧向后弯折延伸形成第一翻边43,左右两侧的第一翻边43的弯折延伸端向相背侧弯折延伸形成第二 翻边44,第二翻边44与壳体100经螺钉固定连接。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,壳体100外壁上还安装有托板7,固定支架4和托板7上下设置,托板7沿燃烧室200的外侧壁向上延伸,托板7的延伸端向水平方向固定支架4的底部弯折,用于支撑固定支架4以及和固定支架4固定连接的喷嘴组件,以使固定支架4和喷嘴组件连接更加牢固,从而更好地固定在燃烧室200上。
如图3所示,本实施例中,壳体100内壁上设有用于支撑燃烧器300的支撑基座9,燃烧器300设有出气口,燃烧器300的出气口燃烧室200的内壁具有间隙,与支撑基座9与燃烧器300相对的位置且靠近燃烧器300的出气口的一侧分别开设有螺钉孔,螺钉依次穿过支撑基座9和燃烧器300的螺钉孔,进而将支撑基座9和燃烧器300固定连接。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,燃气加热装置还包括燃气管路400和控制燃气流速的电磁阀500,燃气管路400具有进气端和出气端,燃气管路400的进口端与电磁阀500的出气端口安装的装换接头(图中未示出)经第二压紧螺母6密封连接,燃气管路400的出气端和喷嘴1的进口端经第一压紧螺母5密封连接。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,燃烧室200和电磁阀500之间设有固定基座8,固定基座8包括竖直设置的固定部和水平设置的支撑部,固定部和支撑部呈L型一体连接,固定部与壳体100外壁固定连接,支撑部与电磁阀500通过螺钉固定连接。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,燃烧室200上设置有空气的入口端和加热气体的出口端,燃烧器300上设置有点火针(图中未示出)从而点燃燃气用 于加热燃烧室200的入口端的空气,被加热的空气经燃烧室200的出口端流出,高温空气可以用于对干衣机内的待烘干衣物或热气器内的冷水等进行加热,由于燃气燃烧充分,燃烧效率高,因而具有较高的换热效率。
通过上述燃气加热装置,安装支架2上开设的定位孔26套设在固定支架4的定位柱41上,不仅实现了喷嘴1的初步固定,还简化了安装流程,而且方便更换更换喷嘴1;燃烧器300的进口端与喷气孔14同轴设置,从而精准确定进气位置,保证了燃气由喷嘴1的喷气孔14流出后,更好地流入燃烧器300内,进而提高整个燃烧加热装置的燃烧效率,更好地完成热交换;由于燃气燃烧充分,燃烧反应产生大量的热对燃烧室200内空气进行加热,被加热的高温空气由燃烧室200的出口端流出作用于对干衣机内的待烘干衣物或热气器内的冷水,从而快速实现热交换。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种燃气喷嘴组件,包括喷嘴本体,其特征在于:还包括用于支撑喷嘴本体的安装支架,安装支架上开设有供喷嘴本体穿出的安装孔,喷嘴本体的穿出部与锁紧螺母相配合夹紧固定在安装支架上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气喷嘴组件,其特征在于:安装支架包括竖直设置的安装板,安装板中间开设有安装孔,喷嘴本体呈圆筒状,喷嘴本体包括喷嘴头部和螺纹部,喷嘴头部和螺纹部之间设有一圈径向凸出的定位块,螺纹部穿过安装孔与锁紧螺母拧紧,定位块与安装孔外周侧的安装板相贴合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气喷嘴组件,其特征在于:锁紧螺母设置在安装板的前侧,安装板中间设有向安装板前侧凸出、朝向安装板后侧开口的定位槽,定位槽中心开设有安装孔,定位块与定位槽卡接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种燃气喷嘴组件,其特征在于:定位块呈六角形,定位槽为与定位块适配的内六角凹槽,定位槽沿安装板的轴向延伸凸出于安装板前侧,凸出部与锁紧螺母相贴合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种燃气喷嘴组件,其特征在于:定位槽外周侧的安装板上开设有定位孔;优选的,多个定位孔沿安装板的中心线对称排布。
- 根据权利要求2至5任一所述的一种燃气喷嘴组件,其特征在于:安装板的左右两侧向后弯折延伸形成第一折边,左右两侧的第一折边的弯折延伸端向相背侧弯折延伸形成第二折边,第二折边上开设有螺钉孔。
- 一种燃气加热装置,包括壳体,壳体内具有中空腔室形成燃烧室,其特征在于:壳体上安装有权利要求1至6任一所述的燃气喷嘴组件。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种燃气加热装置,其特征在于:壳体外壁上安装有固定支架,固定支架包括竖直设置的第一板,第一板上设有向壳体外部径 向延伸的定位柱,安装支架上设有供定位柱穿过的定位孔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种燃气加热装置,其特征在于:燃烧室内设有燃烧器,燃烧器设有进气口,第一板和壳体上分别开设有与进气口同轴设置的通孔,喷嘴本体穿过第一板上的通孔置于燃烧器的进气口端。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的一种燃气加热装置,其特征在于:第一板的左右两侧向后弯折延伸形成第一翻边,左右两侧的第一翻边的弯折延伸端向相背侧弯折延伸形成第二翻边,第二翻边与壳体经螺钉固定连接。
