本申请涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种通知信息处理方法、终端设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着电子技术的快速发展,可以安装在终端中应用种类越来越多,用户可以通过多种多样的应用实现各种功能。但是,用户在享受这些应用为自己的生活或工作所带来的便利的同时,也受到了一些困扰,尤其是关于应用推送的通知信息的困扰。比如,流氓软件会向用户推送一些无法被清理的广告消息或促销消息,给用户带来较差的使用体验。
针对上述情况,目前的处理方案是直接清除推送通知的应用,然而市场上的一些主流应用也存在诸如推送无法被清理的通知信息的流氓行为,因此不能简单的把这些应用归类为流氓软件而完全清除掉。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种通知信息处理方法、终端设备及存储介质。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种通知信息处理方法,包括:获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识,并根据所述属性标识确定所述一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息,所述目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理;获取所述目标通知信息的清理影响因子,其中,所述清理影响因子包括影响变更所述目标通知信息的清理属性的参数因子;若所述清理影响因子满足预设清理条件,则调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供一种终端设备,所述终端设备包括处理器、存储器、存储在所述存储器上并可被所述处理器执行的计算机程序以及用于实现所述处理器和所述存储器之间的连接通信的数据总线,其中所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时,实现如本申请实施例提供的任一项通知信息处理方法的步骤。
第三方面,本申请实施例还提供一种存储介质,用于计算机可读存储,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如本申请实施例提供的任一项通知信息处理方法的步骤。

本申请实施例提供一种通知信息处理方法、终端设备及存储介质。其中,该通知信息处理方法可应用于终端设备中,该终端设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、车载设备、电视机、个人数字助理和穿戴式设备等电子设备。
下面结合附图,对本申请的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请参照图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种通知信息处理方法的步骤流程示意图。
如图1所示,该通知信息处理方法包括步骤S101至步骤S103。
步骤S101、获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识,并根据属性标识确定一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息,目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理。
在一实施例中,终端设备包括一通知界面,该通知界面用于显示应用推送的通知信息,以及,用户可以通过该通知界面对通知信息进行清除,在一些示例中,该通知界面包括通知栏、下拉栏等页面。例如,应用推送的通知信息以图标的形式显示于手机设备顶端的通知栏中,手机设备基于用户对顶端通知栏的下划操作而显示下拉栏,其中,显示的下拉栏包括应用推送的通知信息,用户可以在下拉栏中对应用推送的通知信息进行清除。
通常而言,用户可以通过对通知信息的左右滑动操作而清除通知信息,或是通过点击在通知界面的特定位置输出的清除操作图标而清除通知信息,以及可以通过按压终端设备中的清除功能按键而清除通知信息。然而,一些应用推送的通知信息的属性标识设置用户无法删除,例如通知信息的属性标识为“FLAG_NO_CLEAR”,导致用户无法清理应用推送的广告消息或促销消息,给用户带来较差的使用体验。
在一实施例中,获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识之后,确定一个或多个通知信息的属性标识中的第一标识;将第一标识对应的通知信息作为目标通知信息。需要说明的是,目标通知信息的属性标识包括第一标识,第一标识用于指示目标通知信息的清理属性为不可被清理。通过第一标识可以快速确定每个通知信息是否具有不可被清理的属性,从而确定目标通知信息。
在一实施例中,确定通知信息的属性标识是否包括第一标识;若通知信息的属性标识包括第一标识,则确定通知信息包括不可被清理的目标通知信息;若通知信息的属性标识不包括第一标识,则确定通知信息不包括不可被清理的目标通知信息。其中,通知信息可以为一个或者多个,属性标识用于指示通知信息的清理属性,清理属性包括不可被清理和可被清理。例如,属性标识包括第一标识和第二标识,第一标识用于指示通知信息的清理属性为不可被清理,第二标识用于指示通知信息的清理属性为可被清理。需要说明的是,通过通知信息的属性标识可以快速确定每个通知信息的属性信息,即可以快速确定每个通 知信息是否具有不可被清理的清理属性,从而确定一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息。
在一实施例中,获取用户对通知信息进行清理操作所产生的清理记录信息,其中,清理操作包括滑动清理操作和按压清理操作中的至少一种,清理记录信息包括滑动清理记录信息和按压清理记录信息中的至少一种;当清理记录信息中的预设时间段内记录的用户对通知信息进行清理操作的次数大于或者等于预设次数,则认为用户不能清理该通知信息,该通知信息为不可被清理的目标通知信息,从而能够准确地从一个或多个通知信息中确定不可被清理的目标通知信息。需要说明的是,预设时间段和预设次数可由用户灵活设置,本实施例不做具体限定。
步骤S102、获取目标通知信息的清理影响因子,其中,清理影响因子包括影响变更目标通知信息的清理属性的参数因子。
其中,清理影响因子包括影响变更目标通知信息的清理属性的参数因子,在一些示例中,清理影响因子包括目标通知信息的推送频率和用户对目标通知信息进行清理操作的次数中的至少一项,当清理影响因子满足预设清理条件时,可以对目标通知信息进行清理属性的变更。
需要说明的是,终端设备对应用推送通知信息的推送频率以及用户对应用推送的通知信息进行清理操作的次数进行智能统计和记录。在一些示例中,终端设备包括统计记录模块,若同一个应用的进程常驻后台不断的发送不可被清理的目标通知信息,则终端设备通过该统计记录模块来统计该目标通知信息的推送频率;若用户连续若干次删除同一个应用的通知信息未果,则终端设备通过该统计记录模块来记录用户对该不可被清理的目标通知信息进行清理操作的次数,从而准确地获取目标通知信息的清理影响因子。
在一实施例中,确定预设时间段内的目标通知信息的推送次数;根据预设时间段和推送次数,计算目标通知信息的推送频率。需要说明的是,确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用的包名,并根据目标应用的包名从存储器中查找出目标应用的历史推送记录,该历史推送记录包括有该目标应用推送不可被清理的目标通知信息的记录信息,确定预设时间段内记录的目标通知信息的推送次数,然后计算预设时间段和推送次数之比,可以得到目标通知信息的推送频率。通过查询推送目标通知信息的目标应用的历史推送记录,预设时间段可由用户灵活设置,可以灵活地计算得到目标通知信息的推送频率。
在一实施例中,获取推送目标通知信息的目标应用的历史推送记录,并从历史推送记录中获取与该目标通知信息相关联的推送记录信息;确定预设时间段内的推送记录信息中记录的目标通知信息的推送次数;根据预设时间段和推送次数,计算目标通知信息的推送频率。其中,与目标通知信息相关联的推送记录信息包括目标通知信息的推送记录信息和与目标通知信息相关联的关联通知信息的推送记录信息,关联通知信息亦属于不可被清理的通知信息,且关联通知信息的通知内容、通知类型、通知推送时间中的至少一种信息与目标通知信息相关联。例如,关联通知信息的通知内容与目标通知信息之间的相似度大于预设相似度、关联通知信息的通知类型与目标通知信息属于同一类型和/或关联通知信息的通知推送时间与目标通知信息的通知推送时间属于同一时间段范围。
步骤S103、若清理影响因子满足预设清理条件,则调整目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理。
其中,清理影响因子包括目标通知信息的推送频率和用户对目标通知信息进行清理操作的次数中的至少一项。在清理影响因子满足预设清理条件时,调整目标通知信息的属性 标识,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理,使得应用推送的原本不可被清理的通知信息现在能够被清理,解决了应用发出的通知信息不可被清理的问题。
在一实施例中,清理影响因子满足预设清理条件,包括:目标通知信息的推送频率大于或等于预设频率;和/或,用户对目标通知信息进行清理的次数大于或等于预设次数。需要说明的是,预设频率和预设次数可由用户灵活设置,本实施例不做具体限定。通过推送频率大于或等于预设频率和/或清理次数大于或等于预设次数的预设清理条件,甄别是否需要调整目标通知信息的属性标识,从而能够在满足预设清理条件时变更目标通知信息的清理属性,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理,提高用户体验。
在一实施例中,不可被清理的目标通知信息的属性标识包括第一标识,第一标识用于指示目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理。上述调整目标通知信息的属性标识的步骤可以包括:将目标通知信息的属性标识由第一标识修改为第二标识,其中,第二标识用于指示调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性为可被清理;或者,向目标通知信息中添加第二标识,其中,第二标识的优先级高于第一标识。
需要说明的是,将目标通知信息的属性标识由第一标识修改为第二标识,使得通知信息的清理属性从不可被清理的属性变更为可被清理的属性,用户或者终端设备能够实现对目标通知信息的清理,解决了用户关于应用推送的通知信息不可被清理的困扰,同时无需卸载应用也无需结束应用的进程,极大提高用户体验。
需要说明的是,向目标通知信息中添加第二标识,使得变更为可被清理的清理属性的目标通知信息包括至少两个属性标识,即目标通知信息至少可以读取到包括第二标识和第一标识,但是第二标识的优先级高于第一标识,即该目标通知信息的可被清理的属性优先级较高,终端设备能够优先实现对目标通知信息的清理,无需卸载应用也无需结束应用的进程。
在一实施例中,目标通知信息变更为可被清理的目标通知信息之后,终端设备直接清理目标通知信息,即生成目标通知信息的清理指令,以通过该清理指令清理目标通知信息。例如,终端设备将目标通知信息变更为可被清理的目标通知信息之后,终端设备通过通知清理模块生成目标通知信息的清理指令,并执行目标通知信息的清理指令,从而清理显示界面上的目标通知信息。
在一实施例中,目标通知信息变更为可被清理的目标通知信息之后,显示通知信息控制页面,通知信息控制页面用于控制推送目标通知信息的目标应用;响应于用户对通知信息控制页面的触发操作,清理目标应用推送的目标通知信息。在一些实施例中,终端设备响应于用户对通知信息控制页面的触发操作,控制推送目标通知信息的目标应用结束进程或者调整目标应用推送通知信息的频率。需要说明的是,用户可以灵活地通过通知信息控制页面控制目标应用,从而能够根据自己的需要控制目标应用对通知信息的推送。
在一实施例中,清理目标通知信息之后,终端设备输出预设提醒信息,预设提醒信息用于提醒用户是否将推送目标通知信息的目标应用添加至黑名单;响应于用户触发的黑名单添加指令,将推送目标通知信息的目标应用添加至所述黑名单。或者,响应于用户触发的忽略指令,不将推送目标通知信息的目标应用添加至黑名单。需要说明的是,预设提醒信息可根据实际情况进行设置,通过输出预设提醒信息,智能地提醒用户,提高用户体验。
在一些示例中,如图2所示,目标通知信息变更为可被清理的目标通知信息之后,终端设备10弹出通知信息控制页面100,通知信息控制页面100包括第一控制选项101、第二控制选项102和第三控制选项103,第一控制选项101可用于清理目标通知信息,第二控制选项102可用于控制推送该目标通知信息的目标应用结束进程,第三控制选项103可用于控制目标应用推送通知信息的频率。根据用户对通知信息控制页面101的触发操作,例如根据用户对第一控制选项101、第二控制选项102和第三控制选项103的点击操作,执行对应的任务,在一些示例中,控制目标应用推送通知信息的频率可由用户灵活调整,推送通知信息的频率可以为每天若干个或者若干天内禁止通知,本实施例不做具体限定。
请参照图3,图3为实施本申请实施例提供的通知信息处理方法的一场景示意图,如图3所示,终端设备10包括通知界面200,该通知界面200为终端设备10的下拉栏,通知界面200包括有应用推送的通知信息201和通知信息202,其中通知信息201为不可被清理的目标通知信息。终端设备10获取通知信息201的清理影响因子,即根据推送通知信息201的目标应用的历史推送记录计算通知信息201的目标推送频率,当目标推送频率大于或者等于预设频率时,则调整通知信息201的属性标识,将通知信息201的属性标识由第一标识修改为第二标识,以使调整后的通知信息201的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理。
上述实施例提供的通知信息处理方法,通过获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识,并根据属性标识确定一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息,其中目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理,再获取所目标通知信息的清理影响因子,其中,清理影响因子包括影响变更目标通知信息的清理属性的参数因子;若清理影响因子满足预设清理条件,则调整目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理,使得应用推送的原本不可被清理的通知信息现在能够被清理,解决了应用发出的通知信息不可被清理的问题,同时无需卸载应用也无需结束应用的进程,极大提高用户体验。
请参照图4,图4为本申请实施例提供的另一种通知信息处理方法的步骤流程示意图。
如图4所示,该通知信息处理方法包括步骤S201至S203。
步骤S201、获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识,并根据属性标识确定一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息,目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理。
步骤S202、确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用是否存在于预设的黑名单之中。
其中,如果用户不想被流氓软件推送的不可被清理的通知困扰,可以通过黑名单设置界面设置黑名单,黑名单设置界面用于设置黑名单,包括将各应用加入或移出黑名单。终端设备响应于用户对黑名单设置页面的触控操作,生成预设的黑名单,例如,用户可以在黑名单设置界面中点选各应用的标识名称,从而将对应的应用加入到黑名单之中。在终端设备确认通知信息包括不可被清理的目标通知信息时,需要确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用是否存在于预设的黑名单之中,从而通过预设的黑名单筛选出用户不想接收通知信息的应用,提高用户体验。
步骤S203、若确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用存在于预设的黑名单之中,则调整目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理。
若确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用存在于预设的黑名单之中,将目标通知信息的属 性标识由第一标识修改为第二标识;或者,将目标通知信息中的包括第一标识的属性标识替换为包括第二标识的属性标识;或者,向目标通知信息中添加包括第二标识的属性标识,其中,第二标识的优先级高于第一标识,从而使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理,使得黑名单之中的应用推送的通知信息能够被清理,无需获取目标通知信息的清理影响因子,提高了终端设备的处理速度。
在一实施例中,若确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用不存在于预设的黑名单之中,则执行前述实施例中获取目标通知信息的清理影响因子的步骤,并在清理影响因子满足预设清理条件时,调整目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理。本实施例在此不再赘述。
在一实施例中,目标通知信息变更为可被清理的目标通知信息之后,终端设备直接清理目标通知信息,即生成目标通知信息的清理指令,以通过该清理指令清理目标通知信息。例如,终端设备将目标通知信息变更为可被清理的目标通知信息之后,终端设备通过通知清理模块生成目标通知信息的清理指令,并执行目标通知信息的清理指令,从而清理显示界面上的目标通知信息。
上述实施例提供的通知信息处理方法,通过获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识,并根据属性标识确定一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息,其中目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理,确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用是否存在于预设的黑名单之中,若确定推送目标通知信息的目标应用存在于预设的黑名单之中,则调整目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理,并使得黑名单之中的应用推送的目标通知信息能够被清理,无需再获取目标通知信息的清理影响因子,提高了终端设备的处理速度,智能地解决了应用发出的通知信息不可被清理的问题,无需卸载应用和结束应用的进程,极大提高用户体验。

如图5所示,终端设备300包括处理器301和存储器302,处理器301和存储器302通过总线303连接,该总线比如为I2C(Inter-integrated Circuit)总线。

具体地,存储器302可以是Flash芯片、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)磁盘、光盘、U盘或移动硬盘等。

在一实施例中,所述处理器用于实现:所述目标通知信息的属性标识包括第一标识,所述第一标识用于指示所述目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理。
在一实施例中,所述属性标识包括第二标识,所述第二标识用于指示所述通知信息可被清理;所述处理器在实现所述调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识时,用于实现:
将所述目标通知信息的属性标识由所述第一标识修改为所述第二标识,其中,所述第二标识用于指示调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性为可被清理;或者
向所述目标通知信息中添加所述第二标识,其中,所述第二标识的优先级高于所述第一标识。
在一实施例中,所述清理影响因子包括所述目标通知信息的推送频率和用户对所述目标通知信息进行清理操作的次数中的至少一项;所述处理器在实现所述清理影响因子满足预设清理条件时,用于实现:
所述目标通知信息的推送频率大于或等于预设频率;和/或
用户对所述目标通知信息进行清理的次数大于或等于预设次数。
在一实施例中,所述处理器还用于实现:
确定预设时间段内的所述目标通知信息的推送次数;
根据所述预设时间段和所述推送次数,计算所述目标通知信息的推送频率。
在一实施例中,所述处理器在实现所述调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理之后,还用于实现:
清理所述目标通知信息;或者
响应于用户对通知信息控制页面的触发操作,清理所述目标通知信息。
在一实施例中,所述处理器在实现所述清理所述目标通知信息之后,还用于实现:
响应于用户对黑名单设置页面的触控操作,生成所述黑名单。
在一实施例中,所述处理器在实现所述根据所述属性标识确定所述一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息之后,还用于实现:
确定推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用是否存在于预设的黑名单之中;
若确定推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用存在于预设的黑名单之中,则调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理;
若确定推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用不存在于预设的黑名单之中,则执行所述获取所述目标通知信息的清理影响因子的步骤。
需要说明的是,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为了描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的终端设备的具体工作过程,可以参考前述通知信息处理方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种存储介质,用于计算机可读存储,所述存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如本申请实施例提供的任一项通知信息处理方法的步骤。
其中,所述存储介质可以是前述实施例所述的终端设备的内部存储单元,例如所述终端设备的硬盘或内存。所述存储介质也可以是所述终端设备的外部存储设备,例如所述终端设备上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。
本申请实施例提供一种通知信息处理方法、终端设备及存储介质,本申请实施例通过获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识,并根据属性标识确定一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息,其中目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理,再获取所目标通知信息的清理影响因子,其中,清理影响因子包括影响变更目标通知信息的清理属性的参数因子;若清理影响因子满足预设清理条件,则调整目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理,使得应用推送的原本不可被清理的通知信息现在能够被清理,解决了应用发出的通知信息不可被清理的问题,同时无需卸载应用也无需结束应用的进程,极大提高用户体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种通知信息处理方法,包括:
    获取一个或多个通知信息的属性标识,并根据所述属性标识确定所述一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息,所述目标通知信息的属性标识对应的清理属性为不可被清理;
    获取所述目标通知信息的清理影响因子,其中,所述清理影响因子包括影响变更所述目标通知信息的清理属性的参数因子;
    若所述清理影响因子满足预设清理条件,则调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通知信息处理方法,其中,所述目标通知信息的属性标识包括第一标识,所述第一标识用于指示所述目标通知信息的清理属性为不可被清理。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的通知信息处理方法,其中,所述调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识,包括:
    将所述目标通知信息的属性标识由所述第一标识修改为第二标识,其中,所述第二标识用于指示调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性为可被清理;或者
    向所述目标通知信息中添加所述第二标识,其中,所述第二标识的优先级高于所述第一标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的通知信息处理方法,其中,所述清理影响因子包括所述目标通知信息的推送频率和用户对所述目标通知信息进行清理操作的次数中的至少一项;
    所述清理影响因子满足预设清理条件,包括:
    所述目标通知信息的推送频率大于或等于预设频率;和/或
    所述用户对所述目标通知信息进行清理操作的次数大于或等于预设次数。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的通知信息处理方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    确定预设时间段内的所述目标通知信息的推送次数;
    根据所述预设时间段和所述推送次数,计算所述目标通知信息的推送频率。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的通知信息处理方法,其中,所述调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可被清理之后,还包括:
    清理所述目标通知信息;或者
    响应于用户对通知信息控制页面的触发操作,清理所述目标通知信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通知信息处理方法,其中,所述清理所述目标通知信息之后,还包括:
    输出预设提醒信息,所述预设提醒信息用于提醒用户是否将推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用添加至黑名单;
    响应于所述用户触发的黑名单添加指令,将推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用添加至所述黑名单。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的通知信息处理方法,其中,所述根据所述属性标识确定所述一个或多个通知信息中的目标通知信息之后,还包括:
    确定推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用是否存在于预设的黑名单之中;
    若确定推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用存在于预设的黑名单之中,则调整所述目标通知信息的属性标识,使得调整后的所述目标通知信息的清理属性由不可被清理变更为可 被清理;
    若确定推送所述目标通知信息的目标应用不存在于预设的黑名单之中,则执行所述获取所述目标通知信息的清理影响因子的步骤。
  9. 一种终端设备,包括处理器、存储器、存储在所述存储器上并可被所述处理器执行的计算机程序以及用于实现所述处理器和所述存储器之间的连接通信的数据总线,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的通知信息处理方法的步骤。
  10. 一种存储介质,用于计算机可读存储,所述存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,其中,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现权利要求1至8中任一项所述的通知信息处理方法的步骤。
