背包式防弹衣 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种防弹衣,特别是有关于一种既具有背包功能,又具有防弹衣功能的背包式防弹衣。
背景技术
背包主要用于盛放物品,方便外出携带,在社会生活中应用十分广泛。随着时代的不断发展和社会状况的日益变化,人们对背包的要求也不再仅仅局限于携带物品,对背包本身的功能要求也不断提升。
然而,现有的背包产品一般都没有防弹功能,当发生意外、战争或恐怖事件时,不能给予使用者有效的防护,容易在危险发生过程中受伤,尤其是军用或警用背包除了携带武器装备外并没有防弹功能,战斗人员必须单独配备防弹衣,当发生紧急情况时无法立即投入战斗,十分不便,容易造成人员伤亡和财产损失。
基于上述情况,目前市场上已有多种安全防护装备供人们选择使用。已知防弹旅行包具有背包本体,该背包本体包括一位于背包本体外部的耐磨层,耐磨层设有一夹层,夹层内设有一防弹层,且防弹层采用软质材料制成。又如已知的多功能野外背包也具有背包本体,为了具有防弹功能,在该背包本体中由外到内依次固定有防弹层和泡沫板。可见,虽然上述两种不同结构的背包本体借由设置防弹层后,都具有一定的防弹功能,能作为个人防护装置使用,并对保障生命安全有一定的作用。
然而,由于防弹层固定在背包本体内,使用者无论是将背包本体背在后背上,还是将背包本体挂在胸前,都不能同时对使用者的背部及胸部达到防护作用。
因此,便有需要提供一种背包式防弹衣,以解决前述的问题。
发明内容
本发明的一目的是提供一种背包式防弹衣,其既具有背包功能,又具有防弹衣功能。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种背包式防弹衣,可降低使用者身体因流汗而使第一及第二背包本体滋生细菌。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种背包式防弹衣,可提供浮力而使该背包式防弹衣可作为简易救生衣之用。
依据上述的目的,本发明提供一种背包式防弹衣,包括:第一及第二背包本体,其中:当该背包式防弹衣具有背包功能时,该第一背包本体的各边与该第二背包本体的各边借由一 第一连接组件而可拆卸连接;以及当该背包式防弹衣具有防弹衣功能时,该第一及第二背包本体借由一第二连接组件而可拆卸连接。
作为本发明的另一种实施,该背包式防弹衣还包括第一及第二浮力组件,分别设置于该第一及第二背包本体内。
本发明还提供一种背包式防弹衣,包括:第一及第二背包本体,该第一及第二背包本体分别包括一防割材料层、一防弹材料层及一抗菌材料层,其依序排列设置;至少一拉链,用以使该第一及第二背包本体可拆卸连接,且该拉链设置于该第一背包本体的各边与该第二背包本体的各边;以及两肩带及两腰带,用以使该第一及第二背包本体可拆卸连接,其中该两肩带为第一及第二肩带,该第一及第二肩带皆设置于该第一及第二背包本体的第一侧边附近,该两腰带为第一及第二腰带,该第一腰带设置于该第一及第二背包本体的第二侧边附近,该第二腰带设置于该第一及第二背包本体的第三侧边附近,且该第二侧边相对于该第三侧边。
关于本发明的背包式防弹衣的特点如下:该背包式防弹衣既可具有背包功能,也可具有防弹衣功能。再者,由于该背包式防弹衣的抗菌材料层设置于靠近使用者身体,因此可降低使用者身体因流汗而使该第一及第二背包本体滋生细菌,进而减少已知防弹衣因使用者身体流汗所产生的臭味。当使用者溺水时,该背包式防弹衣的第一及第二浮力组件可提供浮力,而使该背包式防弹衣作为简易救生衣之用。

图5为本发明的又一实施例的背包式防弹衣于打开时的立体示意图。请参考图5,该背包式防弹衣1还包括第一及第二浮力组件10a、10b,分别设置于该第一及第二背包本体11、12内,借此当使用者溺水时,该第一及第二浮力组件10a、10b可提供浮力,而使该背包式防弹衣1作为简易救生衣之用。该第一及第二浮力组件10a、10b可为充气浮筒或遇水自动 充气组件(含气囊或遇水自动充气的化学物质)。
关于本发明的背包式防弹衣的特点如下:该背包式防弹衣既可具有背包功能,也可具有防弹衣功能。再者,由于该背包式防弹衣的抗菌材料层设置于靠近使用者身体,因此可降低使用者身体因流汗而使该第一及第二背包本体滋生细菌,进而减少已知防弹衣因使用者身体流汗所产生的臭味。当使用者溺水时,该背包式防弹衣的第一及第二浮力组件可提供浮力,而使该背包式防弹衣作为简易救生衣之用。
综上所述,仅记载了本发明为呈现解决问题所采用的技术手段的较佳实施方式或实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明专利实施的范围。即凡与本发明专利申请范围文义相符,或依本发明专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆为本发明专利范围所涵盖。
工业实用性
本发明提供一种背包式防弹衣,其既具有背包功能,又具有防弹衣功能。本发明还提供一种背包式防弹衣,可降低使用者身体因流汗而使第一及第二背包本体滋生细菌。本发明又提供一种背包式防弹衣,可提供浮力而使该背包式防弹衣可作为简易救生衣之用。因此,具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种背包式防弹衣,其中,包括:
    第一及第二背包本体,其中:
    当该背包式防弹衣具有背包功能时,该第一背包本体的各边与该第二背包本体的各边借由一第一连接组件而能够拆卸连接;以及
    当该背包式防弹衣具有防弹衣功能时,该第一及第二背包本体借由一第二连接组件而能够拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,该第一连接组件包括至少一拉链,且该第二连接组件包括两肩带及两腰带。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,该拉链使该第一背包本体的各边与该第二背包本体的各边之间的拆卸连接为啮合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,该两肩带及该两腰带使该第一及第二背包本体之间的拆卸连接为插扣连接或粘扣连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,该第一及第二背包本体分别包括一防割材料层、一防弹材料层及一抗菌材料层,其依序排列设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,该第一及第二背包本体还分别包括另一防割材料层,用以覆盖该抗菌材料层。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,该防割材料层为防割布,该防弹材料层为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,且该抗菌材料层为铜纤维。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,还包括第一及第二浮力组件,分别设置于该第一及第二背包本体内。
  9. 一种背包式防弹衣,其中,包括:
    第一及第二背包本体,该第一及第二背包本体分别包括一防割材料层、一防弹材料层及一抗菌材料层,其依序排列设置;
    至少一拉链,用以使该第一及第二背包本体能够拆卸连接,且该拉链设置于该第一背包本体的各边与该第二背包本体的各边;以及
    两肩带及两腰带,用以使该第一及第二背包本体能够拆卸连接,其中该两肩带为第一及第二肩带,该第一及第二肩带皆设置于该第一及第二背包本体的第一侧边附近,该两腰带为第一及第二腰带,该第一腰带设置于该第一及第二背包本体的第二侧边附近,该第二腰带设置于该第一及第二背包本体的第三侧边附近,且该第二侧边相对于该第三侧边。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的背包式防弹衣,其中,该第一及第二背包本体还分别包括另一防 割材料层,用以覆盖该抗菌材料层,该防割材料层为防割布,该防弹材料层为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,且该抗菌材料层为铜纤维。
