Field of the Invention
The present invention is relates to a Single Flat bed screen printing machine with Combination of rubber squeeze printing and magneto rod/pipe printing .The present invention particularly for Flat bed screen printers in textile Industries to increase the production by reduce the cost, especially mink, polar blanket or carpet printing.
Background of the invention
In the Flat bed screen printing machine mainly use mostly two types of the print screen machines wherein
1. Flat bed screen printing machine with all rubber Squeeze printing trolley
2. Flat bed screen Printing machine with all magneto rod/pipe printing carriage . All Magnet rod/pipe printing carriage is very costly and very high maintenance machine.
In a first type of printing system, 1 . Flat bed screen printing machine with all rubber Squeeze printing trolley having typical screen printing operation, a made of bolting cloth or nylon screen is secured to a rectangular frame. The screen defines a picture, shape, design or the like to be printed with such defined i area being permeable to the heavy printing ink. In printing, the screen is first flooded with the printing ink. A squeegee is then pressed into engagement with the screen and moved on the screen to force the ink penetrate through the permeable areas of the screen, and onto a surface to be printed on cloth or polar or mink blanket.
Automatic screen printing trolley Machine are presently available. Automatic Machine generally includes a main frame or base which supports a printing screen on the top. Positioned above the bed is a printing screen frame and printing trolley. The printing screen frame is pivoted on the table base. A printing trolley is mounted on the printing table printing Screen is fix installed in between this trolley. In printing trolley divide two squeeze holder with two rubber squeeze inserted, wherein one is flood rubber squeeze and second is printing rubber squeeze. . Screen holding attachment are provided on the table top for to fix the screen frame and reciprocating movement. In a typical device, the printing screen frame is pivoted upwardly away from a flat bed or table top. The flood squeegee is lowered into contact with the screen. The trolley attachment with squeeze holder is moved from the rear of the printing frame towards the front during a flood stroke. At the completion of the flood stroke, the printing frame is lowered down and the screen is positioned above the cloth held on the bed. The flood squeegee is moved away from the screen and a print squeegee is moved into contact with the screen. The carriage is then moved backwardly from the front to the rear of the frame during a print stroke. The squeegee forces the ink to penetrate through the screen and onto the cloth.
Presently there are various devices and methods have been included in such flat bed printing Machine for penetration of printed fabric on flat bed screen printing machine. During the printing operation on the flat bed screen printing shifting the flood squeegee and the squeegee towards and away from the screen surface.
The flat bed screen printing machine with rubber squeeze printing is very time consuming and laborious method for penetration, particularly ground or bloch dark colour for the mink blanket, however in this print repeat exiting method penetration method is not quite efficient. Particularly in ground or bloch dark colour print cycle will be two times to penetrate colour on mink blanket.
In the second screen printing method where the electromagnetic and magnetic metal rod/pipe and first moves on the screen for define area is used for printing. In such type of printing electromagnetic method , magnets beams are provided under the blanket which is movable as per the repeat cycle when the colours are feed automatically or manually on print screen . Then when the magnet beam automatically or manually power on, the metal rod/pipe come into magnet beam contact with required pressure on print screen and metal rod/pipe first moves forward on the entire defined area of the print screen due to magnet power (from 1 to 7 steps or more) colour penetration is completely penetrate on mink blanket in one cycle, because of magnet speed rod /pipe impact to screen metal frame and colour bounce back on other side of rod/ pipe. Then second cycle is ready to print . No need to take flood cycle..
However such type of all magnet system rod/pipe printing machine is very higher cost compare to the rubber squeeze printing system and the maintenance is also very high.
To overcome the limitation of both the system , in the present invention , the combination of the machine is very competitive .
Object of the Invention
The main object of the present invention is to make the printing process very simple.
The another object of the present invention is increase the production with improved printing quality.
Further the use of combination of the two type printing method in single machine have been use to reduce the entire cost.

It will be convenient to further describe the present invention with respect to the accompanying drawings that illustrate possible arrangements of the invention. Other arrangements of the invention are possible, and consequently the particularity of the accompanying drawings is not intended to be limiting of the present invention.

Detailed description of the invention
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
As shown in Fig.1 , the top view of the present invented device. As shown in Fig.1 , in the flat bed screen printing machine with combination of multiple number of printing trolley with rubber squeeze printing screen and multiple number of magnet rod/pipe printing screen are arranged. The numbers and the sequences of using which printing trolley with which sequences are arranged are depended upon the various requirements. How many number of rubber squeeze printing trolley with magnet rod/pipe printing screen are defined as per the costumer, fabric , design of printing fabric and colour darkness. By using the different combination of two type of printing screen , in the present invention reduce the cost of the entire machine and increase the production time with quality printing,
In the Fig.2 , the side view of the machine is shown to represents the different arrangement for the using the combination of printing screen with rubber squeeze printing and printing screen with magnet screen printing.
Described above, only the preferred embodiment of the present invention only, not for the present invention any formal restrictions, although the invention has been revealed as the preferred embodiment, however, not intended to limit the present invention, any skilled in the art technical staff, without departing from the scope of the present invention within the program, can be used when the contents of the above disclosed techniques make little changes or substitutions and changes in the equivalent embodiments, but any aspect of the invention without departing from the content, according to the present invention, technical substance of any of the above embodiments when taken in a simple modification, equivalent variation and modification as would fall within the scope of the present invention the technical solution.

Claims

Single Flat bed screen printing machine comprising with Combination of rubber squeeze printing and magneto rod /pipe printing system. The combination system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the number of printing screen and sequences are depends upon the customize requirements.
