Description

一种治疗床公转结构及加速器治疗床 技术领域
本发明属于加速器放射治疗床的医疗设备领域,具体涉及一种治疗床公转结构及加速器治疗床。
背景技术
加速器治疗床是加速器重要组成部分,其是加速器治疗平台。治疗床公转组件是其完成动态治疗的不可缺失的一部分。现有的加速器公转多为采用中心旋转轴与轨道轨轮结合的形式,中心旋转轴和圆周轨道轨轮采用铸造形成,轨道面需要淬火等工艺。同时铸造轨道的滚轮安装需要很高的精度才能保证旋转的平顺以及精度。
现有技术需要更高的装配工艺和制造工艺,不仅如此,其量产成本高,不适宜大范围的推广。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种治疗床公转结构及加速器治疗床。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一方面,本发明公开一种治疗床公转结构,包括:基座以及床安装板,还包括:
回转支承,设置于基座与床安装板之间,回转支承的一面与基座固定连接,其另一面通过传输媒介和动力传输组件与床安装板滑动连接,回转支承与床安装板之间能够发生相对转动;
动力组件,用于提供床安装板与回转支承发生相对转动的驱动力;
动力传输组件,动力传输组件的动力输入端与动力组件的动力输出端传动连接,动力传输组件的动力输出端与床安装板固定连接。
在上述技术方案的基础上,还可做如下改进:
作为优选的方案,传输媒介能够为传输带或链条或齿轮。
作为优选的方案,传输媒介的一端通过第一传输带固定板固定,然后绕过动力传输组件,起另一端通过第二传输带固定板固定;
第一传输带固定板、第二传输带固定板分别与床安装板固定连接。
作为优选的方案,第一传输带固定板与第二传输带固定板呈对称设置。

本发明采用回转支承实现了公转旋转功能,在保证精度的条件下,回转支承的一侧与基座安装、另一侧与床安装板安装;
在安装工艺上来说,只要保证回转支承安装面的同轴度要求,即可保证安装精度。
从安装时间上来说,其仅需要现有技术采用中心旋转轴与轨道轨轮结合形式的1/5时间即可完成整体的装配,耗时更短,同时在制造阶段也节省了热处理等工艺时间。
从结构可靠性来说,回转支承为成熟的结构件,其精度更高。

如图1-4所示,本发明实施例公开一种治疗床公转结构,包括: 基座1、床安装板2、回转支承3、动力组件4以及动力传输组件5。
回转支承3设置于基座1与床安装板2之间,回转支承3的一面与基座1固定连接,其另一面通过传输媒介和动力传输组件5与床安装板2滑动连接,回转支承3与床安装板2之间能够发生相对转动;
动力组件4用于提供床安装板2与回转支承3发生相对转动的驱动力;
动力传输组件5的动力输入端与动力组件4的动力输出端传动连接,动力传输组件5的动力输出端与床安装板2固定连接。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,传输媒介为传输带6,传输带6可采用防辐射材料构成,其为耐候性强的材料。
如图5所示,进一步优化上述实施例,传输带6的一端通过第一传输带固定板7固定,然后绕过动力传输组件5,起另一端通过第二传输带固定板8固定;
第一传输带固定板7、第二传输带固定板8分别与床安装板2固定连接。

传输带6的一端通过第一传输带固定板7固定后,依次绕过第二传输轮52、第一惰轮组件54、第二惰轮组件55、第三传输轮53,其另一端通过第二传输带固定板8固定。
上述传输带6的绕行方式可以避免传输带6的啮合齿形与床安装板2接触,提高传输带6的使用寿命。
上述动力传输组件5保证了同步带传输具有的包角要求,同时第一惰轮组件54和第二惰轮组件55为可调节,通过惰轮组件可以调整传输带6的间隙,保证其由良好的精度。
动力传输安装板50可以但不限于安装于基座1上。
进一步优化上述实施例,第三传输轮53的转动轴上还安装有编码器56。编码器56为控制提供位置反馈,可以及时了解转动的角度。
进一步优化上述实施例,在床安装板2上设有呈对称设置的第一安置槽(图中未示出)和第二安置槽(图中未示出)以及呈对称设置的第一环形槽(图中未示出)和第二环形槽(图中未示出);
第一安置槽用于安放第一传输带固定板7;
第一环形槽用于安放传输带6从第一传输带固定板7至第二传输轮52的一段;
第二安置槽用于安放第二传输带固定板8;
第二环形槽用于安放传输带6从第二传输带固定板8至第三传输轮53的一段。

第四传输轮44通过第一传动带91与第五传输轮45传动连接;

动力组件4为本发明公转结构提供动力,同时为其提供保持状态 的制动力,同时为其手动模式下提供了离合器42。
进一步优化上述实施例,基座1为环状结构,动力组件4设置于基座1的内圆通孔内,动力传输组件5设置于基座1的外侧。采用该种设置方式,保证了维修的方便性。
当然,在其他实施例中,动力组件4的动力组件安装板40与动力传输组件5的动力传输安装板50可以为一体式结构,且动力组件4与动力传输组件5均设置于基座1的外侧。不仅如此,动力组件安装板40、动力传输安装板50可以与基座1呈平行设置、垂直设置或夹角(0°~90°)设置,根据具体的实际情况进行调整,不管哪种设置形式,其均在本发明的保护范围内。
为了进一步地优化本发明的实施效果,在另外一些实施方式中,其余特征技术相同,不同之处在于,传输媒介能够为链条或齿轮。

本发明一种治疗床公转结构及加速器治疗床具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用回转支承3实现了公转旋转功能,在保证精度的条件下,回转支承3的一侧与基座1安装、另一侧与床安装板2安装;
在安装工艺上来说,只要保证回转支承3安装面的同轴度要求,即可保证安装精度。
从安装时间上来说,其仅需要现有技术采用中心旋转轴与轨道轨轮结合形式的1/5时间即可完成整体的装配,耗时更短,同时在制造阶段也节省了热处理等工艺时间。
从结构可靠性来说,回转支承3为成熟的结构件,其精度更高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种治疗床公转结构,包括:基座以及床安装板,其特征在于,还包括:
    回转支承,设置于所述基座与床安装板之间,所述回转支承的一面与所述基座固定连接,其另一面通过传输媒介和动力传输组件与所述床安装板滑动连接,所述回转支承与床安装板之间能够发生相对转动;
    动力组件,用于提供所述床安装板与回转支承发生相对转动的驱动力;
    动力传输组件,所述动力传输组件的动力输入端与所述动力组件的动力输出端传动连接,所述动力传输组件的动力输出端与所述床安装板固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,所述传输媒介能够为传输带或链条或齿轮。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,所述传输媒介的一端通过第一传输带固定板固定,然后绕过所述动力传输组件,起另一端通过第二传输带固定板固定;
    所述第一传输带固定板、第二传输带固定板分别与所述床安装板固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,所述第一传输带固定板与第二传输带固定板呈对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,所述动力传输组件包括:动力传输安装板以及设置于所述动力传输安装板上的第一传输轮、第二传输轮、第三传输轮、第一惰轮组件以及第二惰轮组件;
    所述第一传输轮与所述第二传输轮同轴设置,且所述第一传输轮通过第三传动带与所述动力组件的动力输出端传动连接;
    所述传输媒介的一端通过第一传输带固定板固定后,依次绕过第二 传输轮、第一惰轮组件、第二惰轮组件、第三传输轮,其另一端通过所述第二传输带固定板固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,所述第三传输轮的转动轴上还安装有编码器。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,在所述床安装板上设有呈对称设置的第一安置槽和第二安置槽以及呈对称设置的第一环形槽和第二环形槽;
    所述第一安置槽用于安放所述第一传输带固定板;
    所述第一环形槽用于安放所述传输媒介从所述第一传输带固定板至所述第二传输轮的一段;
    所述第二安置槽用于安放所述第二传输带固定板;
    所述第二环形槽用于安放所述传输媒介从所述第二传输带固定板至所述第三传输轮的一段。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,所述动力组件包括:动力组件安装板以及设置于所述动力组件安装板上的电机、第四传输轮、第五传输轮、第六传输轮、第七传输轮、第八传输轮、离合器和制动器;
    所述电机输出轴与所述第四传输轮同轴设置;
    所述第四传输轮通过第一传动带与所述第五传输轮传动连接;
    所述第五传输轮、离合器和第六传输轮同轴设置;
    所述第六传输轮通过第二传动带与所述第七传输轮传动连接;
    所述制动器、第七传输轮和第八传输轮同轴设置;
    所述第八传输轮通过第三传动带与所述第一传输轮传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的治疗床公转结构,其特征在于,所述基座为环状结构,所述动力组件设置于所述基座的内圆通孔内,所述动力传输组件设置于所述基座的外侧;
    或,所述动力组件的动力组件安装板与所述动力传输组件的动力传 输安装板为一体式结构,且所述动力组件与所述动力传输组件均设置于所述基座的外侧。
  10. 加速器治疗床,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的治疗床公转结构。
