Abstract
本公开涉及基于多维度运动能力识别的训练方法,其技术方案包括:构建由多个标准动作数据组成的动作库;采集训练对象的运动图像信息,在提取的关键帧中对应标定关键节点、中间节点;根据关键帧中关键节点的运动变换状态模拟计算关键帧的运动矢量,参考中间节点对运动矢量分析计算得到训练对象练习对应标准动作的柔韧性、敏捷度以及力量的能力值;根据标准能力值判断训练对象的能力值是否合格,并根据不合格的运动能力从动作库选取相应的视频流后生成训练计划。通过对训练对象的柔韧性、敏捷度、力量进行多维度运动能力识别与分析,能够准确的根据训练对象的缺陷有针对性的训练,训练的目的性误差小,显著提高了训练效果。
