本申请涉及电子产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端。
背景技术
随着侧壁指纹器件在手机产品上的应用,加上手机显薄,屏幕黑边显窄,大电池高续航的竞争力要求,对手机壳抗弯要求越来越高,高强度高韧性抗弯材料应运而生(如高强度高韧性压铸铝合金),成本随着升高。而为了降低成本,在采用原本的手机壳的材质的基础上,为了避免侧壁设置的指纹器件而使侧壁厚度方向H的抗弯强度降低,侧边指纹位置采用将电池仓立壁(手机壳侧壁的一部分)加宽/加高的设计,保证手机抗弯性能。此种加宽/加高的设计或牺牲了窄黑边竞争力,或挤占了电池空间,使电池续航体验更差。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于提供了一种移动终端,在有限的空间内能够使手机壳具有较高的抗弯强度,节约成本,有利于手机的轻薄化,减小屏幕黑边。
本申请提供了一种移动终端,包括:
壳体,所述壳体的侧壁设有容纳腔,所述容纳腔具有第一侧壁和第二侧壁;
显示屏,所述显示屏安装于所述壳体;
触发部,所述触发部至少部分伸入所述容纳腔,且所述触发部活动连接于所述容纳腔;
支撑部件,所述支撑部件设置于所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁中的至少一者;
其中,所述支撑部件设有缓冲部,所述缓冲部到所述显示屏之间具有预设距离。
在不增加成本的基础上,即利用原有材质的壳体,在不增加移动终端占用其他部分的空间的同时,能够提高壳体侧壁沿厚度方向H的抗弯性能。
一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部件包括第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端之间具有中间段;
沿所述壳体的厚度方向H,所述第二连接端用于连接所述壳体的底壁,所述第一连接端用于连接所述显示屏;
所述第一连接端的横截面积为S1,所述第二连接端的横截面积为S2,所述中间段的最小横截面积为S3,S3<S1,且S3<S2;
其中,所述中间段的横截面为S3的位置形成所述缓冲部。
通过将缓冲部对应位置的横截面积降低的设置,能够提高支撑部件的刚性,以使连接的侧壁具有更好的抗弯性能。
一种可能的设计中,沿所述壳体的厚度方向H,所述缓冲部到所述第一连接端的方向,所述中间段的截面积逐渐增大,从所述缓冲部到所述第二连接端的方向,所述 中间段的截面积逐渐增大。
通过此种将支撑部件从中间位置的缓冲部位置向两端,横截面积逐渐增大的设置,在能够保证其具有较好的刚度的同时,提高了支撑部件结构的稳定性。
一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部件的横截面的形状包括圆形、椭圆形、四边形、多边形、菱形。
以适应不同规格的壳体中侧壁的需求,避免支撑部件伸出侧壁。
一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部件设有凹陷部,所述凹陷部形成所述缓冲部。
在将外部的压力传递至设置凹陷部的位置时,凹陷部位置的横截面积的改变能够使抗弯应力增大。
一种可能的设计中,沿第二方向L,所述第一侧壁的横截面积为S4,设置于所述第一侧壁的所述凹陷部具有横截面积S5,S5不超过S4的三分之一到四分之一;
沿第二方向L,所述第二侧壁的横截面积为S6,设置于所述第一侧壁的所述凹陷部具有横截面积S7,S7不超过S6的三分之一到四分之一。
能够使支撑部件对应设置于第一侧壁和/或第二侧壁时,能够达到更好的支撑效果,提高侧壁的抗弯性能。
一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部件包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段和所述第二段之间连接中间段;
沿所述壳体的厚度方向H,所述凹陷部位于所述第一段和所述第二段之间,所述第一段设置为所述凹陷部靠近所述显示屏的一侧的侧壁,所述第二段连接所述壳体的底壁,对应所述凹陷部位置的侧壁为所述中间段,所述中间段的长度不超过所述第一段长度的四分之一,所述第二段的长度不低于所述底壁的厚度。
能够使其在连接于相应的侧壁时,凹陷部能够发挥更好的效果,以使侧壁的抗弯性能更好。
一种可能的设计中,沿第一方向W,所述凹陷部为由所述第一侧壁靠近所述容纳腔的一侧设置的凹槽结构,或者,所述凹陷部为由所述第二侧壁靠近所述容纳腔的一侧设置的凹槽结构。
在能够提高相应侧壁的抗弯强度的同时,能够增加容纳腔的容置空间。
一种可能的设计中,所述凹槽结构具有内壁,所述内壁为弧形面。
为了便于加工,凹槽结构的内壁可以设置为与选用的刀具相同的弧形面,以节约加工成本。
一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部件设置于所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁;
沿第一方向W,所述支撑部件无重合或部分重合。
能够将应力分散,保证配合的支撑部件能够起到更好的抗弯性能。
一种可能的设计中,所述第一侧壁设有避让槽,所述触发部包括排线板,所述避让槽用于容置所述排线板;
所述第二侧壁设置所述支撑部件,沿第一方向W,所述避让槽向所述第二侧壁的投影能够覆盖至少部分所述支撑部件。
设置的凹槽结构在能够作为缓冲部提高侧壁的抗弯强度的同时,能够避让刀具,避免加工避让槽时产生第一刀口,提高壳体的结构稳定性。
一种可能的设计中,所述移动终端还包括加强部,所述加强部为设置于所述第一侧壁的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述避让槽连通;
从所述容纳腔向所述第一侧壁的方向,所述凹槽凹陷的深度小于所述避让槽凹陷的深度。
通过在对应第二刀口的位置设置凹槽,且该凹槽与避让槽连通,能够使刀具在从避让槽导出的过程中,不会碰撞到第一侧壁而形成第二刀口,为刀具的导出提供了缓冲空间。
一种可能的设计中,沿第二方向L,所述加强部与所述支撑部件无重合。
通过此种错开的设置,分散了应力,避免应力集中,而使局部受压过大而产生变形。
一种可能的设计中,所述支撑部件与所述第一侧壁一体成型,所述支撑部件与所述第二侧壁一体成型。
通过一体成型的设置,提高支撑部件与侧壁连接的稳定性,提高支撑部件对侧壁的支撑效果,使侧壁在不增加自身厚度或高度的基础上,能够具有较好的抗弯性能,避免显示屏在压力作用下而与内部的零部件接触。
应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性的,并不能限制本申请。

为了更好的理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细描述。
应当明确,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

本申请一实施例提供了一种移动终端,如图1所示,该移动终端包括壳体1和显示屏5,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,壳体1具有底壁12,底壁12可以与壳体1一体成型,也可以可拆卸连接,用于安装或拆卸设置于壳体1内部的零部件(如电池),壳体1远离底壁12的一侧用于安装显示屏5。对于该移动终端可以为具有显示功能的手持型设备,如手机、平板、电子游戏机等,在此不做具体限定。
而对于此种移动终端,一般的,如图1和图2所示,用于实现设备解锁或锁止的器件(如指纹器件)安装于壳体1的侧壁,并且,音量键6也相应的设置于壳体1的同一侧壁,而为了能够实现该指纹器件的安装,通过按压指纹器件即可实现移动终端的解锁或锁止,壳体1的侧壁设有容纳腔23;触发部2(即用于解锁或锁止的器件)至少部分伸入容纳腔23,且触发部2活动连接于容纳腔23;沿第一方向W,容纳腔23具有第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13,第二侧壁13可以用于形成电池仓11。具体的,侧壁中设有容纳腔23部分的第一侧壁14设有与容纳腔23连通的通孔24,触发部2穿过通孔24且部分伸入容纳腔23,沿第一方向W(如图2箭头所指方向),触发部2能够相对侧壁运动,与通孔24相对一侧的第二侧壁13上设有开关22,推动触发部2沿第一方向W运动至与开关22抵接时,连通后即可将显示屏5解锁。而对于设置的能够触发部2,在将触发部2与侧壁连接时,为了能够在有限的容纳腔23内的空间使触发部2能够产生沿第一方向W靠近开关22的运动以及复位,故容纳腔23内转动连接有支架21,容纳腔23设有限位槽,转动连接支架21的转轴设置于限位槽内,通过限位槽的槽壁用于限制支架21的转动角度,以使支架21的转动而带动连接的触发部2沿第一方向W运动至与开关22抵接的位置,且能够通过支架21自身的回复力而使触发部2复位。或者,也可以将触发部2活动连接于支架21,能够相对支架21沿第一方向W运动,以推动触发部2运动至与开关22抵接,且撤销推动力后,触发部2能够相对于支架21复位。对于设置的触发部2与支架21的具体配合 结构,只要能够使触发部2能够沿第一方向W做靠近或远离开关22的方向运动,而实现解锁或锁止,其具体的配合结构,在此不做具体限定。
为了能够通过侧边指纹器件而控制移动终端的启闭,连接于侧壁的触发部2,需要破坏侧壁的完整性,且设置的容纳腔23在至少形成第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13的结构配合形式中,形成壳体1的侧壁的结构稳定性进一步降低,而在使用移动终端时,往往需要按压显示屏5等操作以实现触摸功能,进行操作,在壳体1承受沿壳体1的厚度方向H的力时,由于壳体1的侧壁的完整性被破坏,其沿厚度方向H的抗弯强度降低,在具有沿厚度方向H的力的作用下,侧壁很容易产生变形,尤其在第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13位置,更易产生弯折变形。为了提高壳体1侧壁的抗弯性能,可以采用将壳体1的材料更换为具有高强度的高韧性的材料,但是此种材料成本较高,不利于壳体1的批量生产,或者,通过将第一侧壁14和/或第二侧壁13加宽、加高的设计,而提高壳体1的抗弯强度,但是此种方式使移动终端的整体体积加大,或者在原有的有限空间内占用其他零部件的空间位置,而造成其他零部件使用不便,从而不利于移动终端的轻薄化设计。
因此,为了能够在不增加成本的基础上,即利用原有材质的壳体1,在不增加移动终端占用其他部分的空间的同时,能够提高壳体1侧壁沿厚度方向H的抗弯性能,如图4所示,故在侧壁上布置有一个或多个支撑部件4,通过在侧壁上设置支撑部件4的方式(支撑部件4设置于刚度较低的第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13中的至少一者),增加相应位置的抗弯强度,并且,设置的支撑部件4,为在相应的侧壁结构的基础上,在侧壁上设置的结构,不会额外增加相应侧壁的高度或宽度,从而在时使侧壁具有较好的抗弯性能的同时,能够使移动终端设计的更加轻薄化。
其中,对于设置的支撑部件4,为了能够使其在连接于相应的侧壁时,能够提高相应位置的抗弯强度,支撑部件4设有缓冲部,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,缓冲部到显示屏5之间具有预设距离。以通过缓冲部的设置,在将支撑部件4连接于相应的侧壁位置后,显示屏5在压力作用下,而对与显示屏5连接的侧壁产生厚度方向H的压力,为了避免侧壁受压而弯曲,导致显示屏5与壳体1内部的零部件接触而造成损坏或短路等情况,缓冲部的设置能够增加侧壁的抗弯强度,以避免侧壁弯曲至显示屏5与内部零部件接触,因此,缓冲部和显示屏5之间的预设距离,目的在于为了避免显示屏5与内部的零部件接触或两者之间具有一定的距离,缓冲部只要能够保证在外部压力作用下,支撑部件4能够提高连接的侧壁位置的抗弯强度,以使显示屏5不致与内部零部件接触(缓冲部与显示屏5之间的距离在允许的范围值内)即可,在此不做具体限定。
可选的,对于设置的支撑部件4,为了能够使其在连接于壳体1相应的位置时,能够提高侧壁相应位置的抗弯强度,支撑部件4与第一侧壁14一体成型,支撑部件4与第二侧壁13一体成型。通过一体成型的设置,提高支撑部件4与侧壁连接的稳定性,提高支撑部件4对侧壁的支撑效果,使侧壁在不增加自身厚度或高度的基础上,能够具有较好的抗弯性能,避免显示屏5在压力作用下而与内部的零部件接触。
作为本申请提供的一种具体实施方式,如图3和图4所示,对于设置的支撑部件4,在其连接于侧壁的相应位置时,支撑部件4能够提高侧壁的抗弯强度的同时,能够使支撑部件4的设置不会增加相应侧壁的高度或宽度,对于设置的支撑部件4以及其上设置的缓冲部,可以采用多种不同的结构配合,具体可以包括以下方式:
一种具体的实施方式中,如图10所示,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,支撑部件4包括第一连接端135和第二连接端136,第一连接端135和第二连接端136之间具有中间段133;沿壳体1的厚度方向H,第二连接端136用于连接壳体1的底壁12,第一连接端135用于连接显示屏5;第一连接端135的横截面积为S1,第二连接端136的横截面积为S2,中间段133的最小横截面积为S3,S3<S1,且S3<S2;其中,中间段133的横截面为S3的位置形成缓冲部。在此种结构配合中,第一连接端135和第二连接端136分别用于连接相应的侧壁,以使支撑部件4沿壳体1的厚度方向H布置,且沿该厚度方向H,第一连接端135和第二连接端136分别位于相应侧壁的两端面,在侧壁受到压力时,相应的连接端能够将力传递至中间段133,在中间段133设置的缓冲部能够对传递的压力实现缓冲,以将应力分散,从而提高侧壁的抗弯强度。具体可以理解为,沿厚度方向H,在对壳体1、显示屏5施加同样的压力时,对于未设置支撑部件4的侧壁,由于沿厚度方向H,其各部分的横截面积相等,其抗弯应力为轴向压力处于横截面积,而当在侧壁设有变截面的支撑部件4时,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,位于两侧的连接端的横截面积大于中间段133的最小横截面积,由于缓冲部的位置处于最小横截面积,在此种限制下,抗弯应力更大。由此可知,通过将缓冲部对应位置的横截面积降低的设置,能够提高支撑部件4的刚性,以使连接的侧壁具有更好的抗弯性能。
具体的,对于设置的中间段133,为了能够使其最小横截面积位置形成缓冲部的同时,能够将第一连接端135和第二连接端136连接,提高连接的稳定性,如图10所示,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,缓冲部到第一连接端135的方向,中间段133的截面积逐渐增大,从缓冲部到第二连接端136的方向,中间段133的截面积逐渐增大。通过此种将支撑部件4从中间位置的缓冲部位置向两端,横截面积逐渐增大的设置,在能够保证其具有较好的刚度的同时,提高了支撑部件4结构的稳定性。
可选的,对于设置的支撑部件4,根据设置的侧壁的位置和大小等的不同,设置的支撑部件4为了避免伸出于侧壁,支撑部件4可以采用不同的形状,即支撑部件4的横截面的形状包括圆形、椭圆形、四边形、多边形、菱形,在此不做具体限定。
在另一种具体的实施方式中,如图8和图9所示,对于设置的支撑部件4,为了提高相应的侧壁位置抗弯强度,支撑部件4设有凹陷部131,凹陷部131形成缓冲部。通过凹陷部131的设置,在该位置中,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,凹陷部131位置的支撑部件4横截面积小于其他位置的横截面积,而在时支撑部件4连接于相应的侧壁时,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,中间位置的横截面积小于两端承受外界压力部分的横截面积,从而能够在将外部的压力传递至设置凹陷部131的位置时,凹陷部131位置的横截面积的改变能够使抗弯应力增大。
具体的,对于凹陷部131的设置,为了能够使其在设置于侧壁时,能够发挥更好的效果,以提高侧壁的抗弯性能,沿第二方向,第一侧壁14的横截面积为S4,设置于第一侧壁14的凹陷部131具有横截面积S5,S5不超过S4的三分之一到四分之一;沿第二方向L,第二侧壁13的横截面积为S6,设置于所第一侧壁14的凹陷部131具有横截面积S7,S7不超过S6的三分之一到四分之一。在此范围的设置,能够使支撑部件4对应设置于第一侧壁14和/或第二侧壁13时,能够达到更好的支撑效果,提高侧壁的抗弯性能。
可选的,对于支撑部件4设置的凹陷部131,为了能够使其在连接于相应的侧壁时,凹陷部131能够发挥更好的效果,以使侧壁的抗弯性能更好,支撑部件4包括第一段132和第二段134,第一段132和第二段134之间连接中间段133;沿壳体1的厚度方向H,凹陷部131位于第一段132和第二段134之间,第一段132设置为凹陷部131靠近显示屏5的一侧的侧壁,第二段134连接壳体1的底壁12,对应凹陷部131位置的侧壁为中间段133,中间段133的长度不超过第一段132长度的四分之一,第二段134的长度不低于底壁12的厚度。
在此需要强调的是,对于设置的支撑部件4以及其上设置的缓冲部,其具体采用何种配合结构,可以根据实际的使用情况进行相应调整,可以采用上述中的配合结构,也可以采用其他结构,只要能够通过支撑部件4以及其上设置的缓冲部,能够提高连接的侧壁的抗弯性能即可,在此不做具体限定。
作为本申请的一种具体实施方式,如图2和图4所示,在第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13之间形成的容纳腔23中,第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13与其他侧壁相比强度较弱,故可以在将支撑部件4设置于第一侧壁14和/或第二侧壁13的基础上,再考虑在侧壁的其他位置设置支撑部件4。而在第一侧壁14和/或第二侧壁13中设置支撑部件4时,为了能够使容纳腔23具有更大的容置空间,可以将缓冲部设置为凹陷部131,且沿第一方向,凹陷部131为由第一侧壁14靠近容纳腔23的一侧设置的凹槽结构,和/或,凹陷部131为由第二侧壁13靠近容纳腔23的一侧设置的凹槽结构。通过此种凹陷结构的设置,在能够提高相应侧壁的抗弯强度的同时,能够增加容纳腔23的容置空间。
其中,如图5所示,当支撑部件4设置于所第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13时,为了能够使支撑部件4达到较好的支撑效果,提高侧壁的抗弯性能,对于分别设置于第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13的支撑部件4,沿第一方向W,支撑部件4无重合或部分重合。通过此种至少不完全重合的设置,而使设置的支撑部件4组合作用,在受到外部的压力时,能够将产生的应力分散,不至于集中在一个支撑部件4、一个支撑部件4的缓冲部,这样在受到沿厚度方向H的压力时,能够将应力分散,保证配合的支撑部件4能够起到更好的抗弯性能。优选的,将分别设置的第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13设置的支撑部件4,设置于完全不重合的设置,且沿第一方向W,投影到一个平面的最接近的两个支撑部件4之间的距离越大,能够使应力在相应的侧壁更加分散,提高侧壁的抗弯性能。不过,支撑部件4之间的最大距离需要在支撑部件4能够产生配合以分散应力的基础上,而不是无限的增大。
具体的,如图2、图3和图7所示,在容纳腔23活动连接触发部2的结构配合中,为了能够使其用于容置至少部分触发部2,且能够实现触发部2的动作能够使显示屏5解锁,触发部2包括连接的排线板,排线板通过排线与控制显示屏5的电路板电连接。而在容纳腔23中,布置相应的开关22、支架21等结构已占用大部分的空间,为了能够安装排线板,且排线板的放置位置不会影响相应的支架21等结构的运动,第一侧壁14设有避让槽141,避让槽141设置于靠近容纳腔23的一侧且与容纳腔23连通,避让槽141用于容置排线板,一般情况下,避让槽141沿壳体1的厚度方向H贯穿第一侧壁14。在此种结构配合中,设置的避让槽141不仅会降低相应的第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13的抗弯强度,而且在第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13之间的距离较小的情况下设置避让槽141,为了便于加工,一般会选用数控加工,而在数控加工时,为了加工出该避让槽141,在第一侧壁14 和第二侧壁13距离较小的情况下,用于加工槽的刀具在初定位开始加工时,很容易触碰到第二侧壁13的内壁,使第二侧壁13出现第一刀口,在此结构下,当壳体1受到厚度方向H的压力时,在应力作用下,第一刀口位置很容易发生撕裂,而使壳体1的结构稳定性被破坏,影响终端设备的使用性能。为了避免产生此种问题,故可以将支撑部件4设置于第二侧壁13,且支撑部件4中缓冲部设置的凹槽结构至少能够设置于加工避让槽141时能够产生第一刀口的位置,从而设置的凹槽结构在能够作为缓冲部提高侧壁的抗弯强度的同时,能够避让刀具,避免加工避让槽141时产生第一刀口,提高壳体1的结构稳定性。
可选的,对于设置凹槽结构,具有内壁,由于凹槽结构至少设置于第二侧壁13中刀具加工避让槽141时对应的进刀位置,为了便于工作,在通过刀具加工避让槽141前,先在对应的位置加工出凹槽结构,以形成支撑部件4。为了便于加工,凹槽结构同样选用数控加工,将刀具选用适合加工凹槽结构的尺寸即可,为了便于加工,凹槽结构的内壁可以设置为与选用的刀具相同的弧形面,以节约加工成本。
更为具体的,如图4和图6所示,在加工避让槽141时,通过刀具加工完后,刀具在导出时的移动中,也容易触碰到第一侧壁14中凹槽结构远离壳体1的底壁12一侧的边缘位置,形成第二刀口,同样的,为了避免第二刀口在压力作用下容易撕裂,故在该位置设有加强部3,加强部3为设置于第一侧壁14的凹槽142,凹槽142与避让槽141连通;从容纳腔23向第一侧壁14的方向,凹槽142凹陷的深度小于避让槽141凹陷的深度。通过在对应第二刀口的位置设置凹槽142,且该凹槽142与避让槽141连通,能够使刀具在从避让槽141导出的过程中,不会碰撞到第一侧壁14而形成第二刀口,为刀具的导出提供了缓冲空间。
另外,对于设置的加强部3,将其设置凹槽142的结构,且从容纳腔23向第一侧壁14的方向,凹槽142的深度小于避让槽141的深度,其目的与支撑部件4在第一刀口位置设置的凹槽结构相同,同样的,也是通过凹槽142与避让槽141组合的设置,沿壳体1的厚度方向H,在第一侧壁14中形成两端横截面积大,中间横截面积小的结构,以避免由于避免形成第二刀口而开槽的设置使第一侧壁14刚度的降低,通过设置的凹槽142与避让槽141的组合,使其从第二方向L看,该部分横截面呈类“工”字型结构,降低了对材料的屈服强度的要求,具有较好的抗弯性能。
而在第一侧壁14和第二侧壁13中,如图6和图7所示,为了避免刀口的产生而降低侧壁的刚度,至少在对应第一刀口和第二刀口的位置分别设置支撑部件4和加强部3,同时,两者槽状结构的设置,沿第二方向L,对应支撑部件4和加强部3位置的横截面均呈类“工”字型结构,此种结构稳定性较好,降低了对材料的屈服强度要求,提高侧壁的抗弯性能。并且,沿第二方向L,加强部3与支撑部件4无重合。通过此种无重合的错开位置的设置,分散了应力,避免应力集中,而造成局部受压过大产生变形的问题。
在此需要强调的是,对于设置的支撑部件4,根据不同规格的移动终端的使用需求,壳体1所需的抗弯强度也有所不同,而为了保证较好的使用效果,支撑部件4可以布置于侧壁的不同的位置,通过支撑部件4组合来分散应力,避免应力集中而造成局部容易产生变形,且为了保证支撑部件4在侧壁能够起到较好的抗弯性能,根据不同尺寸、形状的侧壁,支撑部件4的具体结构也会有所不同。所以,对于支撑部件4在侧壁中的布置数量、 排布形式以及支撑部件4设置的缓冲部的具体结构均可以根据实际情况适应性调整,在此不做具体限定。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体的侧壁设有容纳腔,所述容纳腔具有第一侧壁和第二侧壁;
    显示屏,所述显示屏安装于所述壳体;
    触发部,所述触发部至少部分伸入所述容纳腔,且所述触发部活动连接于所述容纳腔;
    支撑部件,所述支撑部件设置于所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁中的至少一者;
    其中,所述支撑部件设有缓冲部,所述缓冲部到所述显示屏之间具有预设距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述支撑部件包括第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端之间具有中间段;
    沿所述壳体的厚度方向H,所述第二连接端用于连接所述壳体的底壁,所述第一连接端用于连接所述显示屏;
    所述第一连接端的横截面积为S1,所述第二连接端的横截面积为S2,所述中间段的最小横截面积为S3,S3<S1,且S3<S2;
    其中,所述中间段的横截面为S3的位置形成所述缓冲部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,沿所述壳体的厚度方向H,所述缓冲部到所述第一连接端的方向,所述中间段的截面积逐渐增大,从所述缓冲部到所述第二连接端的方向,所述中间段的截面积逐渐增大。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述支撑部件设有凹陷部,所述凹陷部形成所述缓冲部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,沿第二方向L,所述第一侧壁的横截面积为S4,设置于所述第一侧壁的所述凹陷部具有横截面积S5,S5不超过S4的三分之一到四分之一;
    沿第二方向L,所述第二侧壁的横截面积为S6,设置于所述第一侧壁的所述凹陷部具有横截面积S7,S7不超过S6的三分之一到四分之一。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述支撑部件包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段和所述第二段之间连接中间段;
    沿所述壳体的厚度方向H,所述凹陷部位于所述第一段和所述第二段之间,所述第一段设置为所述凹陷部靠近所述显示屏的一侧的侧壁,所述第二段连接所述壳体的底壁,对应所述凹陷部位置的侧壁为所述中间段,所述中间段的长度不超过所述第一段长度的四分之一,所述第二段的长度不低于所述底壁的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,沿第一方向W,所述凹陷部为由所述第一侧壁靠近所述容纳腔的一侧设置的凹槽结构,或者,所述凹陷部为由所述第二侧壁靠近所述容纳腔的一侧设置的凹槽结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凹槽结构具有内壁,所述内壁为弧形面。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述支撑部件设置于所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁;
    沿第一方向W,所述支撑部件无重合或部分重合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁设有避让槽,所述触发部包括排线板,所述避让槽用于容置所述排线板;
    所述第二侧壁设置所述支撑部件,沿第一方向W,所述避让槽向所述第二侧壁的投影能够覆盖至少部分所述支撑部件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括加强部,所述加强部为设置于所述第一侧壁的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述避让槽连通;
    从所述容纳腔向所述第一侧壁的方向,所述凹槽凹陷的深度小于所述避让槽凹陷的深度。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其特征在于,沿第二方向L,所述加强部与所述支撑部件无重合。
  13. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述支撑部件与所述第一侧壁一体成型,所述支撑部件与所述第二侧壁一体成型。
