一种自动后背搓澡设备,包括壳体(1)、搓澡头模块(2)、偏心转臂(3)、固定底板(4)和动力驱动装置(5),搓澡头模块(2)设于壳体(1)的外部,偏心转臂(3)、固定底板(4)和动力驱动装置(5)设于壳体(1)的内部;搓澡头模块(2)与多个偏心转臂(3)经过第一轴承(6)相连,多个偏心转臂(3)包括动力驱动臂(31)和从动转臂(32),动力驱动臂(31)的另一端通过第二轴承(7)与动力驱动装置(5)相连,从动转臂(32)的另一端通过第三轴承(8)与固定底板(4)相连。这种较为安全的后背自动搓澡设备,接触人体或人体可以接触的机械部分只是进行平移式旋转移动,减少了将头发、毛巾卷入搓澡装置造成伤害的可能性。

Description

一种自动后背搓澡设备 技术领域
本发明涉及搓澡设备技术领域,特别涉及一种自动后背搓澡设备。
背景技术
现已发明的各种背部搓澡自动设备主要采用各种旋转的方式。一部分采用搓澡头平面与背部表面平行旋转,多用于电动手持式搓澡器;其它采用搓澡头相对于背部表面水平或垂直滚式旋转。搓澡头的这些旋转方式会带来一个不可接受的风险,即有可能在使用时将使用者的头发卷入搓澡设备,造成安全问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种自动后背搓澡设备,其所要解决的技术问题是提供一种类似于人手平移画圈,或自行车脚踏板的平移画圈运动方式,消除或大大降低头发、毛巾等物品卷入设备的风险。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的的技术方案为:
一种自动后背搓澡设备,包括壳体、搓澡头模块、偏心转臂、固定底板和动力驱动装置,所述搓澡头模块设于所述壳体的外部,所述偏心转臂、固定底板和动力驱动装置设于所述壳体的内部;
所述搓澡头模块通过所述壳体开孔与多个所述偏心转臂经过第一轴承相连,所述多个偏心转臂包括动力驱动臂和从动转臂,所述动力驱动臂的另一端通过第二轴承与所述动力驱动装置相连,所述动力驱动装置与所述固定底板连接,所述从动转臂的另一端通过第三轴承与所述固定底板相连,所述固定底板与所述壳体固定连接。
作为优选的,所述偏心转臂有三个及以上,其中一个或多个为动力驱动臂。
作为优选的,所述偏心转臂有三个及以上,其中一个或多个为动力驱动臂,所述搓澡头模块和所述偏心转臂通过隔离片进行相互隔离。
作为优选的,所述多个偏心转臂包括一个及以上的动力驱动臂和两个及以上的从动转臂,所述动力驱动臂和所述从动转臂以齿轮或同步带方式联动。
作为优选的,所述多个偏心转臂包括一个及以上的所述动力驱动臂和两个及以上的所述从动转臂,所述动力驱动臂和所述从动转臂以齿轮或同步带方式联动,所述搓澡头模块和所述偏心转臂通过隔离片进行相互隔离。
作为优选的,所述搓澡头模块上安装有搓澡头,所述搓澡头的安装和拆卸为直接公母配 合插拔方式,所述自动后背搓澡设备整体可以通过手动或电动上下移动。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明公开了一种自动后背搓澡设备,是较为安全的后背自动搓澡设备,通过多个偏心转臂使搓澡头模块整体画圈式平行旋转而基本不改变搓澡头的方向姿态,接触人体或人体可以接触的机械部分只是进行平移式旋转移动,而不会进行滚轴式转动,这将极大的减少了将头发、毛巾等卷入搓澡装置,减少伤害人体的可能性。

一种自动后背搓澡设备,包括壳体1、搓澡头模块2、偏心转臂3、固定底板4和动力驱动装置5,搓澡头模块2设于壳体1的外部,偏心转臂3、固定底板4和动力驱动装置5设于壳体1的内部;
搓澡头模块2通过安装底板14开孔与多个偏心转臂3经过第一轴承6相连,多个偏心转臂3包括动力驱动臂31和从动转臂32,动力驱动臂31的另一端通过第二轴承7与动力驱动装置5相连,动力驱动装置5与固定底板4连接,从动转臂32的另一端通过第三轴承8与固定底板4相连,固定底板4与壳体1固定连接,动力驱动装置5为旋转驱动齿轮。
实施例一中,偏心转臂3有三个及以上,其中一个或多个为动力驱动臂31。
实施例二中,偏心转臂3有三个及以上,其中一个或多个为动力驱动臂31,搓澡头模块2和偏心转臂3通过一个或多个隔离片9进行相互隔离。
实施例三中,多个偏心转臂3包括一个及以上的动力驱动臂31和两个及以上的从动转臂32,动力驱动臂31和从动转臂32以齿轮或同步带方式联动。
实施例四中,多个偏心转臂3包括一个及以上的动力驱动臂31和两个及以上的从动转臂32,动力驱动臂31和从动转臂32以齿轮或同步带方式联动,搓澡头模块2和偏心转臂3通过一个或多个隔离片9进行相互隔离。
以上实施例中,搓澡头模块2上安装有搓澡头,搓澡头的安装和拆卸为直接公母配合插拔方式,自动后背搓澡设备整体可以通过手动或电动上下移动,手动或电动的移动方式为现有技术。
工作原理:
结合附图,附图1为平移画圈方式的概念图,搓澡头模块2上的任意一点P按半径R以平移方式做绕圈移动,方向姿态保持不变,虚线为P点的运动轨迹;
图2为使用三个或更多的偏心转臂3其中一个或多个为动力驱动臂31的技术方案。任何一个或多个偏心转臂3可以作为动力驱动臂31。动力驱动臂31以半径R进行旋转,A为偏心转臂3到搓澡头模块2的轴承连接点,B为偏心转臂3到固定底板4的轴承连接点;
图3为外部结构示意图,在这里,图中搓澡头模块2为多头插拔式。实际上搓澡头模块2的设计方式可以允许单头或多头插装。搓澡头模块2的形状构成可以允许多种多样,其原理不变;
图4为一种自动后背搓澡设备的内部拆分结构示意图,图中搓澡头模块的安装底板14可以在动力驱动装置5的作用下进行平移画圈运动。安装底板14上的搓澡头模块2(图4中没有显示)被隔离保护片9隔离,减少转臂卷入头发等物的风险。
图5为使用一个及以上的动力驱动臂31和两个及以上的从动转臂32组合在一起联动的设计方案,图中偏心转臂3上分别设有齿轮一10、齿轮二11,齿轮一10和齿轮二11通过联动齿轮13进行联动;
图6为使用一个及以上的动力驱动臂31和两个及以上的从动转臂32组合在一起联动的 设计方案,图中偏心转臂3上分别设有滑轮一15、滑轮二16,滑轮一15、滑轮二16通过同步带13进行联动;
图7为示了一种对称的组合联动方案。其中两个偏心转臂3通过彼此的齿轮互相啮合。任何一个或多个偏心转臂可以作为动力驱动臂;
图8为基于以上实施例并可垂直方向移动的结构示意图,搓澡头模块2进行平移画圈操作,且搓澡模块2可沿滑轨17上下垂直移动。
本发明公开了一种自动后背搓澡设备,是较为安全的后背自动搓澡设备,通过多个偏心转臂使搓澡头模块整体画圈式平行旋转而基本不改变搓澡头的方向姿态,接触人体或人体可以接触的机械部分只是进行平移式旋转移动,而不会进行滚轴式转动,这将极大的减少了将头发、毛巾等卷入搓澡装置,减少伤害人体的可能性。

  1. 一种自动后背搓澡设备,其特征在于:包括壳体(1)、搓澡头模块(2)、偏心转臂(3)、固定底板(4)和动力驱动装置(5),所述搓澡头模块(2)设于所述壳体(1)的外部,所述偏心转臂(3)、固定底板(4)和动力驱动装置(5)设于所述壳体(1)的内部;
    所述搓澡头模块(2)通过安装底板(14)开孔与多个所述偏心转臂(3)经过第一轴承(6)相连,所述多个偏心转臂(3)包括动力驱动臂(31)和从动转臂(32),所述动力驱动臂(31)的另一端通过第二轴承(7)与所述动力驱动装置(5)相连,所述动力驱动装置(5)与所述固定底板(4)连接,所述从动转臂(32)的另一端通过第三轴承(8)与所述固定底板(4)相连,所述固定底板(4)与所述壳体(1)固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动后背搓澡设备,其特征在于:所述偏心转臂(3)有三个及以上,其中一个或多个为动力驱动臂(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动后背搓澡设备,其特征在于:所述偏心转臂(3)有三个及以上,其中一个或多个为动力驱动臂(31),所述搓澡头模块(2)和所述偏心转臂(3)通过隔离片(9)进行相互隔离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动后背搓澡设备,其特征在于:所述多个偏心转臂(3)包括一个及以上的动力驱动臂(31)和两个及以上的从动转臂(32),所述动力驱动臂(31)和所述从动转臂(32)以齿轮或同步带方式联动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动后背搓澡设备,其特征在于:所述多个偏心转臂(3)包括一个及以上的所述动力驱动臂(31)和两个及以上的所述从动转臂(32),所述动力驱动臂(31)和所述从动转臂(32)以齿轮或同步带方式联动,所述搓澡头模块(2)和所述偏心转臂(3)通过隔离片(9)进行相互隔离。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种自动后背搓澡设备,其特征在于:所述搓澡头模块(2)上安装有搓澡头,所述搓澡头的安装和拆卸为直接公母配合插拔方式,所述自动后背搓澡设备整体可以通过手动或电动上下移动。
