本实用新型涉及日常生活用品技术领域,特别是一种无缝透气一片式帽子。
背景技术
帽子是日常生活中常见的服装配饰,根据帽子的种类不同,可具有隔热、遮阳、装饰等功能。带有帽檐的帽子在帽体前端设有向外伸出的帽檐,在夏季佩戴可起到一定的遮阳、隔热效果,冬季佩戴可起到一定的保温效果,受到消费者的青睐。
目前常见的带有帽檐的帽子由帽体和连接在帽体前端边缘处的帽檐构成,帽体和帽檐通过缝纫或者粘接方式连接。这种结构的帽子生产工艺复杂,生产成本高,抗变形能力、遮阳隔热效果及保温效果不尽人意。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种无缝透气一片式帽子,它解决了现有带帽檐的帽子生产工艺复杂,生产成本高,抗变形能力、遮阳隔热效果及保温效果不足的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:无缝透气一片式帽子,包括帽子;帽子包括帽体和连接在帽体前端边缘处的帽檐,帽体与帽檐一体成型;帽子由内至外至外依次设有太空棉层A、海棉层A和太空棉层B。
本实用新型进一步的技术方案是:其还包括直立棉层A;直立棉层A设在太空棉层A与海棉层A之间,并位于帽体前部及帽檐部分。
本实用新型再进一步的技术方案是:其还包括海绵层B、直立棉层B和港宝层;海绵层B、直立棉层B和港宝层由内至外依次连接,并设在太空棉层A与直立棉层A之间,并位于帽檐部分。
本实用新型更进一步的技术方案是:其还包括塑形条;塑形条埋设在直立棉层B和港宝层之间,并位于帽檐上靠近帽檐与帽体的交界处的一端。

1、帽子采用一片式结构,使帽子整体具有优良的遮阳、透气散热效果,并强化了帽体前部及帽檐部分的抗压性能和回弹性能,可使帽子长期佩戴而不变形。
2、帽子的最内层和最外层分别为太空棉层A和太空棉层B,太空棉具有优良的透气性和舒适性,其在遮阳、透气散热性能方面远远超过传统的棉、毛、羽绒、丝绵等材料,其设置在帽子的最内层和最外层可为穿戴者带来舒适的佩戴体验,起到遮阳、透气散热的效果;帽子在太空棉层A和太空棉层B之间设有海绵层A,海绵可起到缓冲外力及增加柔软度的效果;帽子在帽体前部及帽檐部分埋设有直立棉层A,直立棉是一种新型的环保型非织造材料,具有高回弹、高抗压、高透气、无毒环保及质感轻等诸多优点,其可增加帽体前部及帽檐部分的结构强度、弹性及抗压性能;帽子在帽檐部分埋设有港宝层和合金记忆钢条,可进一步增加帽檐部分的结构强度,避免帽檐在外力撞击下而轻易变形。
3、帽子由多层材料采用热压工艺一体成型,帽体与帽檐之间无缝线及胶粘,相比分体式的帽子极大的节省了生产时间和人工成本。

如图1-4所示,无缝透气一片式帽子,包括帽体1和连接在帽体1前端边缘处的帽檐2,帽体1与帽檐2一体成型。
帽子由内至外至外依次设有太空棉层A31、海棉层A32和太空棉层B33。在太空棉层A31与海棉层A32之间设有直立棉层A34,直立棉层A34仅位于帽体1的前部13及帽檐2部分。在太空棉层A31与直立棉层A34之间设有依次连接的海绵层B35、直立棉层B36和港宝层37,海绵层B35与太空棉层A31连接,港宝层37与直立棉层A34连接,海绵层B35、直立棉层B36和港宝层37仅位于帽檐部分。
优选,其还包括塑形条4,塑形条4埋设在直立棉层B36和港宝层37之间,并位于帽檐2上靠近帽檐2与帽体1的交界处的一端。塑形条4包括镍合金记忆钢条41和套装在镍合金记忆钢条41外的柔性保护套42,柔性保护套42采用纯锦纶纺织布材料制成,其包覆 在镍合金记忆钢条41外以便使镍合金记忆钢条41更好的与直立棉层B36和港宝层37接合为一个整体。
优选,帽体1后部下端设有松紧调节扣12,松紧调节扣12位于半圆形缺口11的下端。
优选,组成帽子的各层材料采用热压工艺加工,而形成一体成型的无缝透气一片式帽子。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的无缝透气一片式帽子,其特征是:其还包括海绵层B、直立棉层B和港宝层;海绵层B、直立棉层B和港宝层由内至外依次连接,并设在太空棉层A与直立棉层A之间,并位于帽檐部分。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的无缝透气一片式帽子,其特征是:其还包括塑形条;塑形条埋设在直立棉层B和港宝层之间,并位于帽檐上靠近帽檐与帽体的交界处的一端。
