The present disclosure relates to a toilet flush prevention device, and more particularly, to a toilet bowl waste prevention device including a linear nozzle providing a water curtain inside the toilet.
A toilet is a device that a user can use to urinate, and a typical Western-style toilet having a structure that the user can sit on is also called a sitting toilet or a toilet bowl.
A general toilet has a structure that discharges water into the toilet to empty it, and there is a problem in that liquid or fine solid particles are dispersed in the air by an aerosol generated during flushing and floated or asked the user.
For this reason, in a toilet used by a large number of users, particularly in a public toilet, other users may be contaminated with viruses or bacteria harmful to the human body by aerosols, and may be a risk to personal hygiene and public health.
In particular, as the COVID-19 virus spreads around the world in recent years, the risk of transmission in public facilities used by many people is a problem, and the World Health Organization (WHO) and infectious disease academia When flushing after going to the toilet, droplets are released in the form of aerosols, warning that there is a risk of spreading the virus to other users and subsequent users.
In order to solve this situation, conventionally, there is a technology in which a water curtain or an air curtain is provided when flushing the toilet after using the toilet so that viruses or bacteria are leaked to the outside of the toilet. However, conventional toilet filth prevention devices are provided inside the toilet, so there is difficulty in manufacturing as well as cleaning or repairing. If the toilet filth prevention device provided inside the toilet breaks down or contains a lot of foreign substances, there is a problem in that the toilet itself needs to be replaced because it is difficult to clean or repair it.
In addition, the toilet may give discomfort to the user due to the smell that spreads to the outside of the toilet, and a separate deodorant or ventilation facility may be provided to remove the smell, but the deodorizing effect is limited, and there is a difficulty in removing the smell immediately.

Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6 .
1 is a perspective view of an apparatus 100 for preventing the leakage of toilet filth according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 1 , the toilet filth prevention device 100 is coupled to the toilet 10 , and includes a linear nozzle 115 , a coupling member 110 , a water supply pipe 130 , a pipe joint 140 , and a flow sensor 150 . ) may be included.
The toilet 10 is a device that allows a user to urinate, and includes a bowl-shaped body generally called a toilet, a water tank 30 , a water pipe 50 , and a drain pipe. The toilet 10 has a structure in which water flows from the water tank 30 to the body to guide the toilet to the drain pipe. There are various types of the toilet 10 , and the following description will be focused on a western-style toilet seat or a toilet seat, which is a Western-style toilet, but may be applied to other types of toilets.
A typical two-piece toilet is characterized by the fact that the toilet 10 and the water tank 30 are separated and the water goes down quickly in a siphon jet method. (30) forms a single body, and has a structure in which water slowly rotates and descends in a vortex manner.
In the case of the toilet 10, especially the two-piece toilet, there is an advantage in that it has good cleaning power to flush water under strong pressure, but in the process of flushing water, a liquid or fine solid containing foreign substances such as feces inside the toilet 10 Bacteria, viruses, etc. may be spread around by splashing around, and a device to prevent this may be required.
The linear nozzle 115 may provide a water curtain by spraying an injection liquid into the toilet 10 .
In detail, the linear nozzle 115 sprays the jetting liquid through a linear jetting hole formed in the inner direction of the toilet 10 , and the linear jetting hole may be disposed in the inner circumferential direction of the toilet 10 , and the inside of the toilet 10 . It can spray high-pressure spraying liquid. The high-pressure jet of the linear nozzle 115 forms a water curtain covering the inner circumferential surface of the toilet bowl 10, and the toilet 10 is formed by the water curtain even if liquid or fine solid particles splash from the bottom to the top with respect to the water curtain. If you do it again, it can be swept down. Through this, the water curtain can prevent liquid or fine solid particles from splashing out onto the upper surface when the water of the toilet 10 goes down.
Since the toilet 10 has a structure in which filth such as feces collects in the lower portion of the toilet 10 , the toilet filth prevention device 100 is adjacent to the upper surface of the toilet 10 by the fixing member 110 . As such, it is possible to prevent the toilet filth prevention device 100 from being contaminated. Accordingly, the linear nozzle 115 may form a water curtain by reflecting the jetted liquid from the top to the bottom inside the toilet 10 .
The coupling member 110 may fix the linear nozzle 115 to the toilet 10 . The coupling member 110 may be fixed to the toilet 10 in a single configuration such as brackets, screws, and grooves, or as a cover sheet having a shape to cover the upper surface of the toilet 10 as shown in FIG. 1 . , has a protruding shape corresponding to the inner circumferential surface of the toilet 10 , and may be seated and coupled to the interior of the toilet 10 . The coupling member 110 having such a structure will be described with reference to FIGS. 2A and 2B .
The water supply pipe 130 may be connected to the linear nozzle 115 to provide an injection liquid. The water supply pipe 130 has a structure in which water flows therein, and may be connected to the linear nozzle 115 through the nozzle connector 116 .
The pipe joint 140 may connect the external water pipe 50 and the water supply pipe 130 . The external water pipe 50 may be a water pipe connected to the water tank 30 of the toilet 10 . Since the pipe joint 140 is a structure that supplies water from the water pipe of the toilet 10 to the water supply pipe 130 , it may be a joint of a T-shaped three-door structure.
The flow rate sensor 150 may sense the flow rate of the external water pipe 50 . Since the toilet filth prevention device 100 can be operated when water flows down to the toilet 10 after a user has used it, the flow rate of the external water pipe 50 can be checked as a method of measuring this.
In general, the water tank 30 of the toilet 10 always stores a certain amount of water, and discharges them into the toilet 10 when the water is flushed. In this case, when the amount of water in the water tank 30 of the toilet 10 is reduced, the external water pipe 50 of the toilet 10 immediately fills the water tank 30 with water, so the flow rate may vary. Therefore, the flow sensor 150 may be connected to the external water pipe 50 or the pipe joint 140 to immediately sense the flow rate fluctuation and transmit it to the solenoid valve 160 .
The solenoid valve 160 may open and close the water supply pipe 130 according to a value sensed by the flow rate sensor 150 . The solenoid valve 160 is an electromagnetic valve, and may open or close the valve by raising or lowering the flange of the valve depending on whether current is supplied or the amount of current. The solenoid valve 160 may be connected to the water supply pipe 130 or the pipe joint 140 , or may be disposed inside the nozzle connector 116 as shown in FIG. 6 .
The solenoid valve 160 opens the water supply pipe 130 when the flow rate fluctuates according to the sensing value of the flow sensor 150 to supply the injection liquid from the water supply pipe 130 to the linear nozzle 115, and the linear nozzle 115 can provide a water curtain by spraying a high-pressure injection liquid. Then, when the flow rate of the flow sensor 150 is stabilized again, the solenoid valve 160 may close the water supply pipe 130 to stop the supply of the injection liquid to the linear nozzle 115 .
The toilet waste prevention device 100 may further include a disinfection device 135 . The disinfection device 135 may be connected to the external water pipe 50 to sterilize the running water inside. Although the disinfection device 135 in the drawing is illustrated as having a structure for disinfecting the running water delivered to the water tank 30 of the toilet 10, in another embodiment, it is formed at the bottom of the pipe joint 140, and the water tank 30 ) in addition to the running water delivered to the linear nozzle 115 can also be disinfected with the injection liquid.
2A is a plan view of a coupling member according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 2B is a side view of the coupling member 110 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIGS. 2A and 2B , an opening 111 may be formed in the coupling member 110 .
The opening 111 is an open structure through which the linear nozzle 115 located inside the coupling member 110 can inject the jetted liquid into the toilet bowl. Specifically, the coupling member has a shape that covers the upper surface of the toilet 10 . In (110), the linear nozzle 115 is located inside the coupling member 110, and the nozzle of the linear nozzle 115 enters the toilet 10 through the opening 111 of the inner surface of the coupling member 110. The spray liquid can be sprayed. In addition, the water supply pipe 130 connected to the linear nozzle 115 may be connected through the nozzle connector 116 formed on the side or inside of the coupling member 110 .
The coupling member 110 may be detachably attached to the toilet 10 . The coupling member 110 may have a protruding shape corresponding to the shape of the inner circumferential surface of the toilet 10 as shown in FIG. 2B , and the protruding region may be mounted and fixed inside the toilet, and may be detachable.
As another example of the attachment/detachment method of the coupling member 110, the general toilet 10 includes a hinge for detaching the toilet seat 25 on the upper surface, so that the lower surface of the coupling member 110 has a structure coupled to the hinge, The upper surface may further include a separate hinge 125 to which the toilet seat 25 is rotatably coupled. Accordingly, although the shape and shape of the toilet 10 are all different, the structure of the hinge 125 to which the toilet seat 25 is detachably attached is standardized. 100) may be combined.
3 is a perspective view of an apparatus 100 for preventing the leakage of toilet filth according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 3 , the toilet waste prevention device 100 may include a coupling member 120 .
The coupling member 120 has one end supporting the linear nozzle 115 , the other end having a shape fixed to the upper surface of the toilet 10 , and fixing the linear nozzle 115 to the inner circumferential surface of the toilet 10 . there is. The coupling member 120 may include a plurality of pins, and as shown in FIG. 3 , the linear nozzle 115 may support the linear nozzle 115 in an area other than the area in which the water supply pipe 130 can support it. there is.
According to the coupling member 120 including a plurality of pins, the toilet filth prevention device 100 can be installed universally without being limited to the shape or structure of the upper surface of the toilet 10 , and the coupling member 120 . It is easy to clean the area combined with the toilet seat, and even if the toilet filth prevention device 100 is installed, the height of the toilet seat 25 may be maintained at the same height.
4 is a side view of an apparatus 100 for preventing leakage of toilet filth according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 4 , the toilet waste prevention device 100 may further include a filter 133 and a bucket removal device 137 .
The filter 133 may be provided inside the water supply pipe 130 to filter out foreign substances, and the burca removal device 137 may be connected to the external water pipe 50 to provide a burca removal solution.
The filter 133 is a device for maintaining the water quality of the water curtain sprayed through the linear nozzle 115 , and may filter foreign substances, bacteria, etc. included in the spray liquid. In addition, the linear nozzle 115 must have a narrow width in order to inject the high-pressure injection liquid, and there may be a risk of foreign substances being caught. Correspondingly, the filter 133 may filter out foreign substances of a predetermined size or larger to prevent the linear nozzle 115 from being clogged, and may improve the performance and durability of the toilet waste prevention device 100 .
The bucket removal device 137 may be located at the top of the pipe joint 140 as shown in FIG. 4 , or located at the top of the pipe joint 140 or the water supply pipe 130 , the injection liquid delivered to the linear nozzle 115 . can remove the bugs of Cabbage is a foreign material generated by the aggregation of salt inside the liquid, and the burca removal device 137 can remove burca from running water supplied to the water tank 30 or the linear nozzle 115 of the toilet 10 using the burca removal liquid. there is.
Therefore, the toilet filth prevention device 100 includes the filter 133 or the bucket removal device 137 to remove foreign substances from running water supplied to the water tank 30 or the linear nozzle 115, and It is possible to improve the performance and durability of the device for preventing the leakage of waste 100 .
4, the flow sensor 150 may be located in the lower portion of the pipe joint 140, or may be located inside and above, the solenoid valve 160 may be located in the middle of the water supply pipe 130, The water supply pipe 130 may be opened and closed by being connected to the flow sensor 150 and an electric wire. That is, in the apparatus 100 for preventing the leakage of toilet filth according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the positions of the flow sensor 150 , the solenoid valve 160 , the filter 133 , and the like may be varied.
5A is a front view of the coupling member 110 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view of the coupling member 110 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 5A , the toilet waste prevention device 100 may include a ventilation hole 170 .
The ventilation hole 170 may be formed in the coupling member 110 to absorb air from the inside of the toilet 10 . The ventilation holes 170 may be formed in plurality, and may be located at the top of the linear nozzle 115 .
The ventilation hole 170 absorbs the air inside the toilet bowl 10 , and sucks the liquid or fine solid particles that have passed through the water curtain to prevent them from being transferred to the outside of the toilet bowl 10 . Therefore, the toilet filth prevention device 100 including the ventilation hole 170 can effectively prevent diffusion of liquid or fine solid particles due to aerosol phenomenon to the outside of the toilet bowl 10 .
In addition, the ventilation hole 170 absorbs the air inside the toilet bowl 10 and delivers it to a ventilation flow path 177 to be described later, so that the odor inside the toilet bowl 10 can be prevented from spreading to the outside of the toilet bowl 10 . .
In general toilets, there are cases in which a separate ventilation system is provided in the toilet, but if this is not provided, an unpleasant odor may be emitted inside the toilet, which may cause discomfort to the user. In addition, ventilation equipment should be considered from the bathroom structure design process, and the cost may be large.
However, the toilet filth prevention device 100 of the present disclosure includes a ventilation hole 170 to suck air directly from the inside of the toilet 10 and block the odor from spreading to the outside of the toilet 10, so that the user immediately It can block odors from being transmitted to them. In addition, since the cost is lower than that of the toilet structure facility, and it can be additionally installed by the user as necessary, it is possible to provide a comfortable toilet environment.
Referring to FIG. 5B , the linear nozzle 115 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure may have a structure in which a jet passage is formed in a linear hose in an inner direction of the toilet 10 .
The linear nozzle 115 may be connected to the supply pipe 130 through the nozzle connector 116 built into the coupling member 110 . The hose of the linear nozzle 115 may be formed to extend in a direction surrounding the toilet 10 inside the coupling member 110 , and a high-pressure injection liquid into the toilet 10 through the injection path of the linear nozzle 115 . can be sprayed.
The width at which the linear nozzle 115 sprays the spray liquid may be 1 mm to 1.5 mm, and the spray liquid may be sprayed inclined by 8 degrees in the lower direction with respect to the horizontal plane of the toilet 10 .
When the same amount of spray liquid is supplied through the water supply pipe 130 , as the spray width of the linear nozzle 115 is narrowed, the spray pressure at which the linear nozzle 115 sprays the spray liquid may be higher. When the injection pressure of the linear nozzle 115 is increased, the performance of the water curtain can be improved, and it is possible to effectively prevent liquid and solid from going out from the inside of the toilet 10 to the outside. Therefore, the spray width of the linear nozzle 115 may be 1.5 mm or less. However, there is a risk that the linear nozzle 115 of 1 mm or less is clogged by foreign substances in the above-described spray liquid, and the performance of the water curtain may be deteriorated by an excessively thin stream of water. Therefore, the spray width of the linear nozzle 115 may be 1 mm or more.
The injection hole or injection path of the linear nozzle 115 may be inclined to the bottom by about 8 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, and through this, the injection liquid may be injected under gravity in the direction of gravity. In addition, the linear nozzle 115 is sanitary Because it is disposed adjacent to the upper portion of the inner circumferential surface of the toilet bowl 10 due to a phase problem, it is possible to effectively prevent liquid and solid suspended matter generated under the bowl of the toilet bowl 10, effectively providing a water curtain inside the toilet bowl 10 can
Each of the linear nozzles 115 may spray the injection liquid in different directions. When the general toilet 10 flushes, water flows down from the inner peripheral surface of the toilet 10 from all directions, so that an aerosol phenomenon may occur in all directions. Accordingly, each of the linear nozzles 115 can provide a water curtain by spraying the spray liquid in different directions, and spray the spray liquid with a predetermined water pressure or higher in all directions, thereby efficiently providing a water curtain.
6 is a plan view of the toilet filth prevention apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 6 , the toilet waste prevention device 100 may include a battery 165 , a ventilation fan 175 , and a ventilation flow path 177 .
The battery 165 may be connected to the solenoid valve 160 , and may receive the sensing value of the flow sensor 150 to the solenoid valve 160 to open and close the solenoid valve 160 . Since the battery 165 is vulnerable to water, it may be built in a separate space on the inner surface of the coupling member 110 .
Although not shown in the drawings, the toilet filth prevention device 100 may include a water pump (not shown) to provide the injection pressure of the linear nozzle 115 and increase the effect of the water curtain. At this time, the water pump (not shown) may receive power by the battery 165 .
The ventilation fan 175 may generate an air flow in the ventilation hole 170 . The air inside the toilet 10 through the ventilation fan 175 may be delivered to the outside of the toilet through the ventilation hole 170 and the ventilation flow path 177 .
Ventilation fan 175 may be driven by a ventilation sensor (not shown), or may be driven by a ventilation switch (not shown). Ventilation fan 175 may be driven at all times, unlike the linear nozzle 115, and may be controlled to be driven when the user sits on the toilet 10, including a ventilation sensor (not shown), which is a gravity sensor, or the user can be driven by controlling the ventilation switch. Alternatively, not only the smell but also liquid or fine solid particles due to aerosol phenomenon are inhaled through the ventilation hole 170 , so that it is driven in conjunction with the injection of the linear nozzle 115 to increase the effect of the water curtain.
The ventilation flow path 177 may guide the air passing through the ventilation hole 170 to the outside of the toilet. One end of the ventilation flow path 177 is connected to the ventilation hole 170 , and the other end is connected to the toilet ventilation facility or outside the building, thereby preventing the air inside the toilet 10 from being transmitted to the user.
On the other hand, although it has been described in FIG. 1 as sensing the flushing based on the flow sensor, this is only an exemplary embodiment, and the solenoid valve 160 of the apparatus 100 for preventing leakage of toilet filth according to the present disclosure is driven by various operation controls. can be
As another embodiment of the present disclosure, the solenoid valve 160 senses whether a user approaches or uses the toilet 10 through a proximity sensor (not shown), so that before and after the toilet 10 is used, the toilet ( 10) Water curtain can be provided inside. Alternatively, the solenoid valve 160 may provide a water curtain into the toilet 10 by detecting whether the user is seated on the toilet seat or has finished using the solenoid valve 160 through a pressure sensor (not shown).
The toilet filth prevention device 100 may include a proximity sensor (not shown) or a pressure sensor (not shown) and a flow sensor 150 together to detect a user's motion more precisely to provide a water curtain. For example, when the user approaches or sits on the toilet 10, a water curtain for internal cleaning is provided primarily, and when the water is flushed after the end of use, the flow sensor 150 detects this and serves as a secondary water curtain. It is possible to provide a water curtain to prevent an aerosol phenomenon generated while lowering the .
A proximity sensor (not shown) or a pressure sensor (not shown) may be provided in the coupling member 110 , and can provide a water curtain by sensing a user without direct control by the user, thereby providing comfort and convenience. can
As another embodiment of the present disclosure, the solenoid valve 160 may be controlled by including a nozzle switch (not shown). There may be situations in which a water curtain is not required, and the strength of the water curtain required may vary depending on the type of toilet and age of use. Or you can control the strength of the water curtain. In this case, a sensor such as a nozzle switch (not shown) and a flow sensor 150 may be included together.
