请参阅图1-图6,本发明提供一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备;包括轨道1,轨道1的上方活动安装有除尘车2,除尘车2上固定安装有水箱3,水箱3上活动安装有水门4,水门4的前端固定安装有合页5,水门4内固定安装有密封片6,除尘车2的前端开设有泵仓7,泵仓7的右端下方开设有底仓8,除尘车2的底端固定安装有转轮9,轨道1的后端固定安装有底座14,底座14的顶端固定安装有水仓11,水仓11的后端固定安装有引水管10,水仓11的前端下方固定安装有供水管12,底座14的前端固定安装有充电阀13,水箱3的下方开设有机仓15,机仓15内固定安装有电机16,电机16上固定安装有第一皮带轮17,第一皮带轮17上活动安装有皮带22,转轮9上固定安装有第二皮带轮21,电机16的左侧固定安装有蓄电池23,蓄电池23的左端开设有充电口24,泵仓7内固定安装有水泵18,水泵18的前端固定安装有抽水管19,水泵18的底端固定安装有固定座20,泵仓7的上方固定安装有导流管26,导流管26的上方活动安装有旋转管25,泵仓7的底端固定安装有密封板27,旋转管25的左端开设有出水口28,出水口28的右侧固定安装有固定环31,固定环31的前端固定安装有转轴32,转轴32的左上方焊接固定有第一支杆30,第一支杆30的左端焊接固定有第一雾化阀29,转轴32的左下方焊接固定有第二支杆33,第二支杆33的左端焊接固定有第二雾化阀34,旋转管25的内部中间位置处固定安装有固定轴35,固定轴35的右端固定安装有螺旋片36,螺旋管35的底端固定安装有内卡轴37,内卡轴37的外部固定安装有外卡轴38,导流管26的顶端开设有外槽39,外槽39的内部开设有内槽40,电机16和水泵18均与蓄电池23电性连接;
转轴32共设置有两组,两组转轴32分别安装在固定环31的前后两端,每组转轴32上对应安装有一组第一支杆30和一组第二支杆33,第一支杆30的长度略长于第二支杆33,每两组第一支杆30对应安装有一组第一雾化阀29,每两组第二支杆33对应安装有一组第二雾化阀34;旋转管25的上半部为弯型,且旋转管25的下半部为直型,螺旋片36共设置有两组,两组螺旋片36分别安装在固定轴35的左右两端,两组螺旋片36均贯穿于旋转管25的下半部;内卡轴37的高度为五厘米,外卡轴38的高度为二点五厘米,外卡轴38位于内卡轴37的底端,且外卡轴38将内卡轴37完全包裹,内槽40的高度为五厘米,外槽39的高度为二点五厘米,内卡轴37与内槽40卡合连接,外卡轴38与外槽39卡合连接,旋转管25与导流管26之间通过内卡轴37、外卡轴38、外槽39和内槽40进行转动连接;水泵18共设置有两组,两组水泵18分别安装在泵仓7的左右两端,每组水泵18对应安装有一组抽水管19、一组导流管26和一组旋转管25,每组抽水泵19对应安装在一组底仓8内;水箱3与底仓8之间开设有连通口,水箱3的底板为倾斜设计,密封板27共设置有三组,其中两组密封板27安装在泵仓7的底端与后端,另一组密封板27安装在机仓15的顶端;滑轮9共设置有四组,其中两组滑轮9安装在除尘车2的底端左侧,两位两组滑轮9安装在除尘车2的底端右侧,每组滑轮9上对应设置有一组第二皮带轮21,皮带22共设置有两组,第一皮带轮17与右前方滑轮9上的第二皮带轮21通过其中一组皮带22进行连接,右前方滑轮9上的第二皮带轮21与右后方滑轮9上的第二皮带轮21之间通过另外一组皮带22进行连接;充电阀13与充电口24位于同一水平面,充电阀13与蓄电池23之间通过电性连接;水门4的水平高度略低于供水管12的底端,供水管12的底端正对水门4的中间位置处。
一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备的收集方法,该收集方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:打开电源,启动电机16,打开两组水门4,将除尘车2沿轨道1向后移动至水仓11处,关闭电源,使得充电阀13与充电口24连接,同时供水管12正对打开的水门4,启动开关,通过充电阀13对蓄电池23进行供电,通供水管12对水箱3进行加水。
步骤二:充电与供水完毕后,打开开关启动电机16,将除尘车2驶离水仓11处,再启动两组水泵18,水流的冲击带动旋转管25进行旋转,第一雾化阀29与第二雾化阀34通过重力与水流的冲击作用,轮流对水流进行打散雾化。
步骤三:通过雾化阀雾化的水流,将空气中的尘土打落至地面,再将地面的尘土进行打扫收集处理即可。
本发明通过设置,需要除尘时,打开开关,再打开水门4,将除尘车2驶至底座14处,关闭电源,将充电口24与充电阀13卡合,通过充电阀13对蓄电池23进行充电,此时供水管12正对打开的水门4,再通过供水管12向水箱3进行供水,供水与充电完毕后,打开开关,将除尘车2驶离底座14,再启动水泵18,水泵18通过抽水管19抽送至导流管26内,水流的冲击通过螺旋片26带动旋转管25进行转动,同时喷出的水流经过第一雾化阀29和第二雾化阀34的作用下,呈雾状喷洒处,将空中的尘土打落至地面,之后将地面包含有水分的尘土打扫干净即可,同时水箱3底座呈倾斜设计,水流随倾斜板滑至底仓8内,抽水管19即可将水流抽吸的更加充分,避免对水的浪费,旋转管25与雾化阀的设计,通过利用水流的冲击可自动进行旋转与对水流进行雾化,节省能源,产品使用结束后,将除尘车移动至底座14处进行充电加水即可。

  1. 一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,包括轨道(1),其特征在于:所述轨道(1)的上方活动安装有除尘车(2),所述除尘车(2)上固定安装有水箱(3),所述水箱(3)上活动安装有水门(4),所述水门(4)的前端固定安装有合页(5),所述水门(4)内固定安装有密封片(6),所述除尘车(2)的前端开设有泵仓(7),所述泵仓(7)的右端下方开设有底仓(8),所述除尘车(2)的底端固定安装有转轮(9),所述轨道(1)的后端固定安装有底座(14),所述底座(14)的顶端固定安装有水仓(11),所述水仓(11)的后端固定安装有引水管(10),所述水仓(11)的前端下方固定安装有供水管(12),所述底座(14)的前端固定安装有充电阀(13),所述水箱(3)的下方开设有机仓(15),所述机仓(15)内固定安装有电机(16),所述电机(16)上固定安装有第一皮带轮(17),所述第一皮带轮(17)上活动安装有皮带(22),所述转轮(9)上固定安装有第二皮带轮(21),所述电机(16)的左侧固定安装有蓄电池(23),所述蓄电池(23)的左端开设有充电口(24),所述泵仓(7)内固定安装有水泵(18),所述水泵(18)的前端固定安装有抽水管(19),所述水泵(18)的底端固定安装有固定座(20),所述泵仓(7)的上方固定安装有导流管(26),所述导流管(26)的上方活动安装有旋转管(25),所述泵仓(7)的底端固定安装有密封板(27),所述旋转管(25)的左端开设有出水口(28),所述出水口(28)的右侧固定安装有固定环(31),所述固定环(31)的前端固定安装有转轴(32),所述转轴(32)的左上方焊接固定有第一支杆(30),所述第一支杆(30)的左端焊接固定有第一雾化阀(29),所述转轴(32)的左下方焊接固定有第二支杆(33),所述第二支杆(33)的左端焊接固定有第二雾化阀(34),所述旋转管(25)的内部中间位置处固定安装有固定轴(35),所述固定轴(35)的右端固定安装有螺旋片(36),所述螺旋管(35)的底端固定安装有内卡轴(37),所述内卡轴(37)的外部固定安装有外卡轴(38),所述导流管(26)的顶端开设有外槽(39),所述外槽(39)的内部开设有内槽(40),所述电机(16)和水泵(18)均与蓄电池(23)电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述转轴(32)共设置有两组,所述两组转轴(32)分别安装在固定环(31)的前后两端,所述每组转轴(32)上对应安装有一组第一支杆(30)和一组第二支杆(33),所述第一支杆(30)的长度略长于第二支杆(33),所述每两组第一支杆(30)对应安装有一组第一雾化阀(29),所述每两组第二支杆(33)对应安装有一组第二雾化阀(34)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述旋转管(25)的上半部为弯型,且旋转管(25)的下半部为直型,所述螺旋片(36)共设置有两组,所述两组螺旋片(36)分别安装在固定轴(35)的左右两端,所述两组螺旋片(36)均贯穿于旋转管(25)的下半部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述内卡轴(37)的高度为五厘米,所述外卡轴(38)的高度为二点五厘米,所述外卡轴(38)位于内卡轴(37)的底端,且外卡轴(38)将内卡轴(37)完全包裹,所述内槽(40)的高度为五厘米,所述外槽(39)的高度为二点五厘米,所述内卡轴(37)与内槽(40)卡合连接,所述外卡轴(38)与外槽(39)卡合连接,所述旋转管(25)与导流管(26)之间通过内卡轴(37)、外卡轴(38)、外槽(39)和内槽(40)进行转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述水泵(18)共设置有两组,所述两组水泵(18)分别安装在泵仓(7)的左右两端,所述每组水泵(18)对应安装有一组抽水管(19)、一组导流管(26)和一组旋转管(25),所述每组抽水泵(19)对应安装在一组底仓(8)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述水箱(3)与底仓(8)之间开设有连通口,所述水箱(3)的底板为倾斜设计,所述密封板(27)共设置有三组,所述其中两组密封板(27)安装在泵仓(7)的底端与后端,所述另一组密封板(27)安装在机仓(15)的顶端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述滑轮(9)共设置有四组,所述其中两组滑轮(9)安装在除尘车(2)的底端左侧,所述两位两组滑轮(9)安装在除尘车(2)的底端右侧,所述每组滑轮(9)上对应设置有一组第二皮带轮(21),所述皮带(22)共设置有两组,所述第一皮带轮(17)与右前方滑轮(9)上的第二皮带轮(21)通过其中一组皮带(22)进行连接,所述右前方滑轮(9)上的第二皮带轮(21)与右后方滑轮(9)上的第二皮带轮(21)之间通过另外一组皮带(22)进行连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述充电阀(13)与充电口(24)位于同一水平面,所述充电阀(13)与蓄电池(23)之间通过电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备,其特征在于:所述水门(4)的水平高度略低于供水管(12)的底端,所述供水管(12)的底端正对水门(4)的中间位置处。
  10. 一种如权利要求1所述的矿场用的灰尘过滤收集设备的收集方法,其特征在于,该收集方法具体包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:打开电源,启动电机(16),打开两组水门(4),将除尘车(2)沿轨道(1)向后移动至水仓(11)处,关闭电源,使得充电阀(13)与充电口(24)连接,同时供水管(12)正对打开的水门(4),启动开关,通过充电阀(13)对蓄电池(23)进行供电,通供水管(12)对水箱(3)进行加水;
    步骤二:充电与供水完毕后,打开开关启动电机(16),将除尘车(2)驶离水仓(11)处,再启动两组水泵(18),水流的冲击带动旋转管(25)进行旋转,第一雾化阀(29)与第二雾化阀(34)通过重力与水流的冲击作用,轮流对水流进行打散雾化;
    步骤三:雾化的水流,将空气中的尘土打落至地面,再将地面的尘土进行打扫收集处理即可。
