S2:经过初步过滤处理的家庭污水流进净化腔,当净化腔内的水压达到弹簧的临界值时,压力板向下移动,压力板的移动带动连接块和支杆向下移动,连接块的移动带动弧形引导杆的移动,弧形引导杆的移动使勾型引导杆绕着T型水平杆向左翻转,T型水平杆的翻转带动固定块的移动,固定块的移动带动挡板绕着铰链b向左翻转;
S3:当支杆的下端裸露在支撑板下方的部分完全卡进转动管内的空腔时,引导机构刚好带动挡板向左翻转到与倾斜板的倾斜角度一致的位置,水处理剂箱内的水处理剂流入净化腔内;
S4:启动驱动电机使转动管旋转,转动管的旋转带动支杆旋转,支杆的旋转带动压力板旋转,从而对净化腔内的水处理剂进行搅拌,当搅拌均匀后关闭驱动电机,让水处理剂能够更充分的与家庭污水中的杂质结合并沉淀下来,实现对家庭污水的精细处理;
S5:打开出水管a截止阀,将经过水处理剂处理后的家庭污水经过过滤网b的精细过滤后流进消毒灭菌腔,关闭出水管a截止阀,打开紫外线灭菌灯,对消毒灭菌腔的家庭污水进行消毒灭菌;
S6:打开出水管b截止阀,将进行消毒灭菌处理后的家庭污水经过出水管b流入集水箱,实现对家庭污水的循环利用,节约水资源;
S7:打开污水管截止阀,使净化腔内残留的杂质经过污水出口管流入家庭的排污管。

实施例:
请参阅图1-5,一种家庭用污水处理装置,包括装置箱壳体4,装置箱壳体4上端设置有厨房污水入口管1和洗手池污水入口管2,厨房污水入口管1和洗手池污水入口管2上分别设置有入口管截止阀3,装置箱壳体4内位于厨房污水入口管1和洗手池污水入口管的下端设置有过滤腔5,过滤腔5的底部焊接有限位槽21,限位槽21内卡接有过滤组件6,过滤组件6包括过滤槽61,过滤槽61内底部设置有过滤网a62,过滤网a62的型号为300目,过滤组件6的下方设置有净化腔20,净化腔20的底部设置有搅拌机构8,搅拌机构8的右侧固定连接有引导机构7,引导机构7的右端焊接有水处理剂箱9,水处理剂箱9内装絮凝剂、离子交换树脂、粘泥剥离剂等水处理剂,净化腔20内右侧壁设置有污水出口管11,且污水出口管11的右端与家庭的排污管连接在一起,污水出口管11上设置有污水管截止阀12,净化腔20内左侧壁设置有出水口17,出水口17内固定连接有过滤网b10,过滤网b10的型号为500目,出水口17的左端设置有出水管a13,出水管a13上设置有出水管a截止阀14,出水管a13的左端设置有消毒灭菌腔18,消毒灭菌腔18的顶部通过螺栓固定连接有紫外线灭菌灯19,选用三组型号为益辰10W的紫外线灭菌灯19,消毒灭菌腔18的左侧下部设置有出水管b15,且出水管b15的左端与家庭的集水箱连接在一起,出水管b15上设置有出水管b截止阀16;
搅拌机构8包括固定板85和罩壳88,罩壳88内部上方左右两侧分别焊接有支撑柱89,固定板85的上表面左右两侧位于罩壳88内部焊接有弹簧86,弹簧86的另一端焊接有支撑板87,支撑板87的左右两端内侧固定连接有联动杆810,联动杆810贯穿支撑柱89的下方中部,且联动杆810具有弹性,联动杆810的另一端焊接有连接块811,且连接块811贯穿罩壳88的上端中部,连接块811的左右两侧分别设置有滑槽814,滑槽814内滑动连接有滑块813,滑块813远离连接块811的一端与罩壳88焊接在一起,连接块811的上端中部设置有支杆812,且支杆812的下端贯穿连接块811和支撑板87的中部,且支杆812与连接块811、支撑板87之间通过轴承固定,支杆812的上端焊接有压力板81,固定板85的的下表面中部设置有转动管84,转动管84的上端贯穿固定板85的中部,且转动管84与固定板85之间通过轴承座固定,转动管84的内部设置有空腔,且空腔的内径与支杆812的外径一致,且转动管84的内壁与支杆812的外壁均采用光面结构,转动管84的下端通过联轴器83连接有驱动电机82,驱动电机82的型号为东力100W18轴;
引导机构7包括弧形引导杆71,弧形引导杆71的左端焊接在位于滑槽814的上方连接块811的右侧,弧形引导杆71的另一端通过螺钉固定连接有勾型引导杆72,勾型引导杆72的左端中部设置有T型水平杆73,且T型水平杆73远离勾型引导杆72的一端焊接在净化腔20内壁上,勾型引导杆72的右端焊接有固定块74,固定块74的右侧焊接在挡板96的左侧中部,弧形引导杆71和勾型引导杆72不具有弹性;
水处理剂箱9包括对勾型侧板95,对勾型侧板95包括竖直板951和倾斜板952,且倾斜板952的倾斜方向为朝向净化腔20倾斜,对勾型侧板95的左端通过铰链b94连接有挡板96,对勾型侧板95的另一端通过铰链a93连接有箱盖91,箱盖91的上表面中部焊接有把手92。
驱动电机82与紫外线灭菌灯19是现有设备,本案只是应用,其工作原理和电性连接关系属于现有技术,故不再赘述。
一种基于家庭用污水处理装置的使用方法,方法如下:
S1:打开入口管截止阀3,使厨房污水与洗手池污水能分别从厨房污水入口管1、洗手池污水入口管2进入过滤腔5,经过过滤组件6的过滤使家庭污水进行初步过滤处理;
S2:经过初步过滤处理的家庭污水流进净化腔20,当净化腔20内的水压达到弹簧86的临界值时,压力板81向下移动,压力板81的移动带动连接块811和支杆812向下移动,连接块811的移动带动弧形引导杆71的移动,弧形引导杆71的移动使勾型引导杆72绕着T型水平杆73向左翻转,T型水平杆73的翻转带动固定块74的移动,固定块74的移动带动挡板96绕着铰链b94向左翻转;
S3:当支杆812的下端裸露在支撑板87下方的部分完全卡进转动管84内的空腔时,引导机构7刚好带动挡板96向左翻转到与倾斜板952的倾斜角度一致的位置,水处理剂箱9内的水处理剂流入净化腔20内;
S4:启动驱动电机82使转动管84旋转,转动管84的旋转带动支杆812旋转,支杆812的旋转带动压力板81旋转,从而对净化腔20内的水处理剂进行搅拌,当搅拌均匀后关闭驱动电机82,让水处理剂能够更充分的与家庭污水中的杂质结合并沉淀下来,实现对家庭污水的精细处理;
S5:打开出水管a截止阀14,将经过水处理剂处理后的家庭污水经过过滤网b10的精细过滤后流进消毒灭菌腔18,关闭出水管a截止阀14,打开紫外线灭菌灯19,对消毒灭菌腔18的家庭污水进行消毒灭菌;
S6:打开出水管b截止阀16,将进行消毒灭菌处理后的家庭污水经过出水管b15流入集水箱,实现对家庭污水的循环利用,节约水资源;
S7:打开污水管截止阀12,使净化腔20内残留的杂质经过污水出口管11流入家庭的排污管。
工作原理:
打开入口管截止阀3,使厨房污水与洗手池污水能分别从厨房污水入口管1、洗手池污水入口管2进入过滤腔5,经过过滤组件6的过滤使家庭污水进行初步过滤处理,经过初步过滤处理的家庭污水流进净化腔20,当净化腔20内的水压达到弹簧86的临界值时,压力板81向下移动,压力板81的移动带动连接块811和支杆812向下移动,连接块811的移动带动弧形引导杆71的移动,弧形引导杆71的移动使勾型引导杆72绕着T型水平杆73向左翻转,T型水平杆73的翻转带动固定块74的移动,固定块74的移动带动挡板96绕着铰链b94向左翻转,当支杆812的下端裸露在支撑板87下方的部分完全卡进转动管84内的空腔时,引导机构7刚好带动挡板96向左翻转到与倾斜板952的倾斜角度一致的位置,水处理剂箱9内的水处理剂流入净化腔20内,启动驱动电机82使转动管84旋转,转动管84的旋转带动支杆812旋转,支杆812的旋转带动压力板81旋转,从而对净化腔20内的水处理剂进行搅拌,当搅拌均匀后关闭驱动电机82,让水处理剂能够更充分的与家庭污水中的杂质结合并沉淀下来,实现对家庭污水的精细处理,打开出水管a截止阀14,将经过水处理剂处理后的家庭污水经过过滤网b10的精细过滤后流进消毒灭菌腔18,关闭出水管a截止阀14,打开紫外线灭菌灯19,对消毒灭菌腔18的家庭污水进行消毒灭菌,打开出水管b截止阀16,将进行消毒灭菌处理后的家庭污水经过出水管b15流入集水箱,实现对家庭污水的循环利用,节约水资源,打开污水管截止阀12,使净化腔20内残留的杂质经过污水出口管11流入家庭的排污管。

  1. 一种家庭用污水处理装置,其特征在于:包括装置箱壳体(4),所述装置箱壳体(4)上端设置有厨房污水入口管(1)和洗手池污水入口管(2),所述厨房污水入口管(1)和洗手池污水入口管(2)上分别设置有入口管截止阀(3),所述装置箱壳体(4)内位于厨房污水入口管(1)和洗手池污水入口管的下端设置有过滤腔(5),所述过滤腔(5)的底部焊接有限位槽(21),所述限位槽(21)内卡接有过滤组件(6),所述过滤组件(6)的下方设置有净化腔(20),所述净化腔(20)的底部设置有搅拌机构(8),所述搅拌机构(8)的右侧固定连接有引导机构(7),所述引导机构(7)的右端焊接有水处理剂箱(9),所述净化腔(20)内右侧壁设置有污水出口管(11),且污水出口管(11)的右端与家庭的排污管连接在一起,所述污水出口管(11)上设置有污水管截止阀(12),所述净化腔(20)内左侧壁设置有出水口(17),所述出水口(17)内固定连接有过滤网b(10),所述出水口(17)的左端设置有出水管a(13),所述出水管a(13)上设置有出水管a截止阀(14),所述出水管a(13)的左端设置有消毒灭菌腔(18),所述消毒灭菌腔(18)的顶部通过螺栓固定连接有紫外线灭菌灯(19),所述消毒灭菌腔(18)的左侧下部设置有出水管b(15),且出水管b(15)的左端与家庭的集水箱连接在一起,所述出水管b(15)上设置有出水管b截止阀(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用污水处理装置,其特征在于:搅拌机构(8)包括固定板(85)和罩壳(88),所述罩壳(88)内部上方左右两侧分别焊接有支撑柱(89),所述固定板(85)的上表面左右两侧位于罩壳(88)内部焊接有弹簧(86),所述弹簧(86)的另一端焊接有支撑板(87),所述支撑板(87)的左右两端内侧固定连接有联动杆(810),所述联动杆(810)的另一端焊接有连接块(811),且连接块(811)贯穿罩壳(88)的上端中部,所述连接块(811)的左右两侧分别设置有滑槽(814),所述滑槽(814)内滑动连接有滑块(813),所述滑块(813)远离连接块(811)的一端与罩壳(88)焊接在一起,所述连接块(811)的上端中部设置有支杆(812),所述支杆(812)的上端焊接有压力板(81),所述固定板(85)的的下表面中部设置有转动管(84),所述转动管(84)的内部设置有空腔,且空腔的内径与支杆(812)的外径一致,所述转动管(84)的下端通过联轴器(83)连接有驱动电机(82);
    引导机构(7)包括弧形引导杆(71),所述弧形引导杆(71)的左端焊接在位于滑槽(814)的上方连接块(811)的右侧,弧形引导杆(71)的另一端通过螺钉固定连接有勾型引导杆(72),所述勾型引导杆(72)的左端中部设置有T型水平杆(73),且T型水平杆(73)远离勾型引导杆(72)的一端焊接在净化腔(20)内壁上,所述勾型引导杆(72)的右端焊接有固定块(74);
    水处理剂箱(9)包括对勾型侧板(95),所述对勾型侧板(95)的左端
    通过铰链b(94)连接有挡板(96),所述对勾型侧板(95)的另一端通过铰链a(93)连接有箱盖(91),所述箱盖(91)的上表面中部焊接有把手(92)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用污水处理装置,其特征在于:
    所述过滤组件(6)包括过滤槽(61),所述过滤槽(61)内底部设置有过滤网a(62);
    所述对勾型侧板(95)包括竖直板(951)和倾斜板(952),且倾斜板(952)的倾斜方向为朝向净化腔(20)倾斜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述
    支杆(812)的下端贯穿连接块(811)和支撑板(87)的中部,且支杆(812)与连接块(811)、支撑板(87)之间通过轴承固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述
    转动管(84)的上端贯穿固定板(85)的中部,且转动管(84)与固定板(85)之间通过轴承座固定。

    联动杆(810)贯穿支撑柱(89)的下方中部,且联动杆(810)具有弹性。
