具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对本申请的优选方式详细地进行说明,为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请中实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。在本申请中出现的“第一”、“第二”等用语仅是为了方便描述,以区分具有相同名称的不同组成部件,并不表示先后或主次关系。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种伸缩凳,包括凳面1、凳底2、伸缩机构、第一过渡机构及第二过渡机构;伸缩机构包括多个可相对移动的连接件3,多个连接件3首尾相连,连接件呈圆环状结构设置,多个连接件从上往下直径依次增加,使得该伸缩机构可在展开状态和收缩状态之间切换,当每两个相邻的连接件均相互远离至最远端时,伸缩机构处于完全展开状态,而当每两个相邻的连接件均相互靠近至重叠或大部分重叠,伸缩结构处于完全收缩状态;而伸缩机构还包括有用于将该伸缩机构保持在展开状态的固定机构(即使相邻两个连接件保持在相互远离的状态);凳面1与伸缩机构最上方的一个连接件3相连,凳底2与伸缩结构最下方的一个连接件3相连;其中,第一过渡机构用于连接凳面1与伸缩机构,第二过渡机构用于连接凳底2与伸缩机构。
具体的,固定机构包括用于为连接件3提供轴向限位的第一限位结构和用于为连接件3提供周向限位的第二限位结构;其中,第一限位结构包括设于连接件3上的第一限位部31和与相邻连接件3上的第一限位部31相配合的第二限位部32;第一限位部由连接件3的至少部分内壁向外延伸形成,第二限位部由连接件3的至少部分外壁向外延伸形成;当伸缩机构处于展开状态时,第二限位部32位于第一限位部31的上方,第一限位部31起到对第二限位部32的轴向支撑作用,避免上一个连接件往下一个连接件内收缩,即使得相邻两个连接件之间保持相对展开的状态。
如图5所示,在一些实施例中,在连接件3上设有用于供相邻连接件上的第二限位部32移动的第一活动区33和与第一活动区33相连通的第二活动区34;连接件的至少部分内壁向外延伸形成了第一凸沿35和第二凸沿36;连接件的至少部分内壁上沿向外延伸形成了第三凸沿37;第一凸沿、第二凸沿及第三凸沿围设成了倒“U”形结构,第一活动区33即形成于第一凸沿、第二凸沿及第三凸沿之间;第二活动区34位于第一限位部31上方,与第一活动区相连通;第二限位部32可在相邻连接件上的第一活动区和第二活动区内移动,方便伸缩机构在展开状态和收缩状态之间进行切换。
如图6和图7所示,在一些实施例中,第二限位结构包括设于第一限位部31上的第一斜面311和设于所述第二限位部32上的第二斜面322,第一斜面311靠近第一活动区的一侧高,远离第一活动区的一侧低;第一斜面311与相 邻所述连接件3上的第二斜面322相契合,从而使得当第一斜面311与第二斜面由于受到外力而相抵触后,向下的外力会在两斜面的作用下,给予连接件一个周向方向的力,该力使得连接件上的第二限位部32具有远离第一活动区的趋势,继而使得相邻两连接件能够保持在展开状态,不会由于扭动而意外收缩,安全性更高。
如图6和图7所示,在一些实施例中,第二限位结构还包括设于第二限位部32上的第一止转部321和与相邻连接件3上的第一止转部321相配合的第二止转部312,通过第二止转部312与相邻连接件上的第一止转部321之间的抵触,使得即使连接件由于周向力的作用产生旋转,使得第二限位部32往第一活动区靠近,第二限位部32上的第一止转部321也会被第二止转部312阻挡住,使得第二限位部32无法进入第一活动区33,进一步保证相邻两连接件能够稳定的保持展开状态,使用更为安全稳定。
于其他实施例中,也可以不开设第一止转部321,仅靠第二限位部32的端部与第二止转部312之间的抵触也可以达到周向限位的目的。
如图5-11所示,在一些实施例中,拉动凳面1和凳底2,使得两者相互远离,即会带动相邻两连接件3相互远离,上方连接件3上的第二限位部32即会沿着下方连接件3上的第一活动区33向上移动,待第二限位部32与第三凸沿37相抵触后,相向转动凳面1和凳底2,带动连接件3转动,使得相邻两连接件3往相反方向转动,继而使得第二限位部32往远离第一凸沿35的方向移动,进入第二活动区34,在下压凳面1,使得凳面1与凳底2相互靠近,第二限位部32的下表面即会与第一限位部31的上表面相抵触,将伸缩机构保持在展开状态;
而当需要收缩伸缩机构时,向上拉动凳面1,使得凳面1与凳底2相互远离,继而带动相邻两连接件3相互远离,使得上一个连接件3上的第二限位部32向上移动至与第三凸沿37相抵触,此时第二限位部32处于下一个连接件的第一活动区内,转动凳面,凳面带动相邻两连接件相向转动,继而使得第二限位部32随连接件转动进入到第一活动区33内,往下压凳面1,凳面推动连接件往下运动,使得多个连接件相互收缩成同行环,直至凳面1与凳底2相抵触,此时伸缩机构及处于收缩状态。
进一步地,连接件3上还设有第三限位部38,该第三限位部由连接件3的至少部分外壁向外延伸形成,其横截面呈梯形结构设置,沿连接件的周向方向布置,其周向长度远大于其宽度和厚度;当伸缩机构处于收缩状态时,上一连接件3上的第三限位部38架在下一连接件的第三凸沿37上,从而使得上一连接部3不会从下一连接部的下方脱离,保持相邻两连接件之间连接的稳定性;在第三限位部38的上表面开设有第三斜面381,继而使得装配时更为方便省力。
进一步地,在连接件3上还设有第三活动区39和与相邻连接件3上的第三活动区39相配合的第四限位部40;连接件3的至少部分内壁向外延伸形成了第四凸沿41和第五凸沿42,第三活动区39即为第四凸沿41、第五凸沿42及第三凸沿37围设成的倒“U”形空间;第四限位部40由连接件3的至少部分外壁向外延伸形成,呈“M”形结构开设,该第四限位部40可在相邻连接件3上的第三活动区39内来回活动;第四限位部40的宽度小于第三活动区39的宽度,从而使得第二限位部32在第一活动区33和第二活动区34之间来回移动时,第四限位部40可以在第三活动39内来回移动,不会对第二限位部的周向移动造成影响;而第四限位部40的宽度又大于第一活动区33的宽度,使得第四限位部无法进入第一活动区内,继而是装配时,工作人员仅凭手感即可将第四限位部与第三活动区对准,第二限位部与第一活动区对准,实现快速安装提高装配效率,继而提高生产效率。
于其他实施例中,第四限位部40也可开设为其他形状,如“一”字形、倒“U”形等结构,只要第四限位部的宽度大于第一活动区33的宽度,小于第三活动区39的宽度,保证连接件相互之间连接方便的同时,又不会影响连接件直线的相对移动即可。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,在连接件3上还开设有第六凸沿43,该第六凸沿由连接件的至少部分内表面向外延伸形成,与第一限位部31相连,起到对第一限位部31的支撑作用,加强结构强度。
如图1和图2所示,在一些实施例中,凳面1包括上凳体10、上握把11及上连接部12;凳底2包括下凳体20、下握把21及下连接部22;上凳体10和下凳体20均呈圆形结构设置,两者直径相同;上凳体外沿的至少部分下表 面向下延伸形成了上凳沿101,上凳沿上形成有凳槽;下凳体的外沿的至少部分上表面向外延伸形成了下凳沿201,下凳沿正好嵌入凳槽内,使得两者能够更好的契合,方便伸缩凳处于收缩状态时的收纳;上凳体10中部的至少部分表面向下凹陷形成了上槽部13,上握把11正好嵌设在上槽部13内,本实施例中两者为卡扣连接;下凳体20中部的至少部分表面向上凹陷形成了下槽部23,下握把21正好嵌设在下槽部23内,本实施例中两者为卡扣连接;上凳体10的下表面和下凳体20的上表面上均开设有多个加强筋,多个加强筋呈蛛网状结构布设,增强上凳体和下凳体的结构强度。
如图3所示,在一些实施例中,上握把11呈圆形结构设置,其上开设有三个上通槽111,而上槽部13上开设有与上通槽相对应的凹槽,方便使用者抓握凳面1;上连接部12安装在上握把11下表面中部,其上开设有通孔;下握把21的结构与上握把11相同,下槽部上开设有与下通槽相对应的凹槽,下连接部安装在下握把21上表面中部,与上连接部相对应,结构相同,其上也开设有通孔;通过弹簧的两端分别连接上下连接部上的通孔,用于保持凳面1与凳底2之间的抵触状态,上凳体10和下凳体20上均开设有用于供弹簧穿过的通孔。
如图3和图4所示,在一些实施例中,上凳体10上还设有上支撑柱14,下凳体20上还设有下支撑柱24,当凳面1与凳底2相抵触时,上支撑柱14也与下支撑柱24相抵触,提高伸缩凳在收缩状态的支撑力。
进一步地,在上支撑柱14的下端安装有金属块,在下支撑柱24的上端安装有磁铁,从而进一步保证凳面1与凳底2之间能够保持在收缩状态,不易意外分离。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,下凳体20的至少部分表面向外延伸形成了凳脚202,多个凳脚沿下凳体20的周向均匀布设,凳脚表面开设有防滑纹。
于其他实施例中,凳脚202也可以是安装在下凳体20上的防滑块,可采用橡胶或硅胶或其他材料制成;具体的为,下凳体20的至少部分表面向内凹陷,形成了凳脚安装槽,多个凳脚安装槽沿下凳体20的下表面周向均匀布设,凳脚202即安装在凳脚安装槽内;该种凳脚使得即使长期使用,凳脚出现一定的磨损,仍旧具备较好的摩擦力,不易出现打滑的现象,更为稳定可靠,安全 性高。
优选的,上凳体10表面上开设有防滑纹。
上连接部12、下连接部22、弹簧、金属块及磁铁共同组成了用于令伸缩凳保持收缩状态的防脱机构。
如图3所示,在一些实施例中,第一过渡机构包括第一过渡件61和上过渡部15;该上过渡部15由上凳体10的至少部分下表面向下延伸形成,呈环形结构设置;第一过渡件61呈环形结构设置,其外表面下部安装有多个第二限位部32和多个第四限位部40,第二限位部和第四限位部依次相互交错设置,方便第一过渡件61与连接件3之间的连接;第一过渡件内表面上部开设有多个卡扣凸部,上过渡部15上开设有多个卡扣槽,通过卡扣凸部和卡扣槽的配合,实现第一过渡件与上过渡部之间的卡扣连接。
如图4所示,在一些实施例中,第二过渡机构包括第二过渡件62和下过渡部25,该下过渡部25由下凳体20的至少部分上表面向上延伸形成,呈环形结构设置,下凳沿201与下过渡部之间留有间隙,第二过渡件即安装在该间隙内;第二过渡件62呈环形结构设置,其内表面结构与连接件3内表面的结构完全相同,便于连接件上的第二限位部32和第四限位部40与第二过渡件之间的连接配合,第二过渡件的外表面为光滑表面,第二过渡件的下端开设有多个卡扣凸部,间隙内开设有多个卡扣槽,通过卡扣凸部和卡扣槽的配合,实现第二过渡件与下过渡部之间的卡扣连接。
实施例2:
如图14-17所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:固定机构还包括用于为所述连接件3提供径向限位的第三限位结构,该第三限位结构包括设于连接件3上的第五限位部323和与相邻所述连接件3上的第五限位部相配合的第六限位部313,所述第五限位部设于所述第二限位部32底部,由第二限位部32外缘的至少部分表面向下延伸形成,第六限位部设于第一限位部31上,由第一限位部31靠近连接环中心一侧的至少部分表面向上延伸形成,第六限位部、连接件内壁及第二止转部312相互配合在第一限位部31上围设形成了凹槽结构,第五限位部刚好可嵌入到该凹槽结构内,从而使得当伸缩机构处于展开状态时,第五限位部正好嵌设在相邻连接件上的凹槽结构内,使得连接件无法发 生径向形变,继而使得相邻两连接件之间稳定的保持在展开状态,结构更为稳定、安全;而在需要收缩时,只需向上拉动凳面1,带动第五限位部323从凹槽结构内脱出,即可正常转动连接件3,使得第二限位部进入第一活动区内进行收缩操作。
如图13所示,在一些实施例中,连接件上还设有用于分散连接件受力的支撑机构,该支撑机构包括用于提供支撑力的承载部件和与承载部件相配合的加强部件,多个承载部件与多个加强部件依次相互交错设置;其中承载部件包括设于连接件内壁上的多个第一承载件51和与第一承载件相配合的第二承载件52,第一承载件和第二承载件分别由连接件3的至少部分内壁向外延伸形成,起到增强连接件的轴向支撑能力的作用,防止连接件弯折变形;加强部件包括交叉设置的第三承载件53和第四承载件54,第三承载件和第四承载件也分别由连接件3的至少部分内壁向外延伸形成,第三承载件与一第一承载件51相连,起到配合支撑的作用,而第三承载件与第四承载件为交叉设置,所以可以相互支撑的同时,起到对连接件3的加强作用,防止连接件3出现周向变形的问题,使凳面承受的重力均匀的分布在连接件上,以便为凳面提供良好的支撑效果,结构强度更高,继而使得连接件本身可以做的较薄,减轻连接件的重量,节约材料的同时,也方便携带,达到轻量化的目的,跟方便消费者携带,更为实用;同时也使得单个连接件具有一定的径向形变能力,方便连接件3之间的相互连接安装,提高装配效率,便于生产。
于其他实施例中,支撑机构也可为其他形式的加强结构,如多条倾斜的加强筋,或是多条加强筋构成树杈状结构等,只要能够起到增强连接件的结构强度的作用的同时,又能够降低连接件的重量,还能够方便装配即可。
如图13、图16、图17所示,在一些实施例中,连接件3上还设有凹陷部48,该凹陷部由连接件下沿的至少部分表面向内凹陷形成,多个凹陷部沿连接件的周向均匀布设,多个凹陷部与多个第二限位部32依次相互交错设置;通过第三凹槽的设置在不妨碍相邻连接件之间连接的情况下进一步地减轻了连接件的单体重量,达到轻量化伸缩凳的目的;并且当第五限位部323与第六限位部313相配合使得伸缩机构被固定在展开状态时,从展开的伸缩机构外侧无法观测到凹陷部48,而当能够观测到凹陷部48时,则表明第五限位部没有完 全嵌入到第六限位部、连接件内壁及第二止转部312相互配合围设形成的凹槽结构内,起到提醒使用者调整伸缩机构的作用,避免连接件由于受力不平衡而损坏,提高伸缩凳的使用安全性,延长使用寿命。
于其他实施例中,凹陷部48也可以是开设在靠近连接件3下部的凹陷或通槽。
如图18-19所示,在一些实施例中,第三限位部38的横截面仍旧呈梯形结构设置,多个第三限位部38沿连接件3的周向均匀布设;但是周向长度小于轴向长度,使得第三限位部38的整体体积减小,进一步轻量化;而在连接件3的上沿处则开设有多个第七限位部49,多个第七限位部沿着连接件3的周向均匀布设,当伸缩机构处于收缩状态时,上一连接件3上的第三限位部38正好位于下一连接件的第七限位部49内,从而使得上一连接部3不会从下一连接部的下方脱离,保持相邻两连接件之间连接的稳定性,同时也使得连接件3的上表面保持平齐,使得伸缩机构能够收缩的更小,较小体积,方便携带。
如图20-22所示,在一些实施例中,还设有发光机构,该发光机构包括用于发出光线的发光体71、用于为所述发光体71提供能源的电源组件、用于装载所述电源组件的安装部72及与所述安装部可拆卸连接的封盖结构;发光体为LED灯,于其他实施例中也可以为其他光源;电源组件包括设于安装部72内的安装座73、设于所述安装座上的能源件及用于连接安装座与发光体的连接线74,其中能源件为电池,于其他实施例中可为电板等供电元件;连接线为电线,用于连接安装座与发光体,安装座为用于安装电池的电池座,该电池座为现有结构,故在此不做赘述;本实施例中,电池座与凳面1通过卡扣和卡槽实现可拆卸连接,于其他实施例中,也可以直接固定连接在安装部内或通过螺钉连接;凳面1上还安装有用于收束连接件74的收线件76。
进一步地,本实施例中,安装部72为凳面1的至少部分表面向下凹陷形成的槽体结构,包括大槽721和小槽722;于其他实施例中,安装部也可为一根安装柱,或是其他结构,只要能够用于安装发光体和能源组件即可。
如图20-21所示,在一些实施例中安装部72上设有用于控制发光体工作状态的开关75,该开关安装在大槽721的侧壁上,既能够保证开关方便使用,又不易误触。于其他实施例中,在开关75上套设有开关套,该开关套可以有 橡胶材料或硅胶材料或其他材料制成,增加手感的同时,起到绝缘、防滑、缓冲防撞作用。
如图12和图20所示,在一些实施例中,封盖结构包括盖板80和锁定结构;其中盖板上设有第一盖板槽81和第二盖板槽82;盖板用于封闭安装部72,呈圆形结构设置,第一盖板槽81为开设在盖板上的弧形槽,与大槽721相对应,方便使用者穿入四指;第二盖板槽82为开设在盖板上的圆形槽,与小槽722相对应,方便使用者穿入拇指,从而方便使用者抓握凳面1;凳底2上设有与盖板相同的结构,起到握持作用。
如图13、图21、图24所示,在一些实施例中,锁定结构用于实现安装部与盖板之间的可拆卸连接;该锁定结构包括设于盖板80上的卡件83、与卡件相配合的卡口84及与卡件相配合的安装槽85;安装槽开设在盖板80上,卡件83安装在安装槽内,两者为滑动配合,卡扣开设在安装部72的内壁上,卡件可卡入卡口内,实现盖板与安装部之间的锁定;盖板侧壁上还开设有锁定凸部86,安装部侧壁上开设有锁定槽87,该锁定槽为L型结构,锁定凸部与锁定槽相契合,便于实现盖板与安装部之间的连接。
如图22和图23所示,在一些实施例中,第一过渡件61上还安装有第三限位部38,第一过渡件61的内表面安装有加强筋;第二过渡件62内表面结构与本实施例中连接件3的内表面结构基本相同,外表面光滑,仅底部开设有卡扣,且底部的凹陷部48开设为并排的两个。
如图12和图20所示,在一些实施例中,还设有用于令伸缩凳保持收缩状态的防脱机构,该防脱机构包括用于将凳面1与凳底2相互锁定的固定组件;该固定组件包括设于凳面1上的第一防脱部91和与所述第一防脱部相配合的第二防脱部92,所述第二防脱部为可转动连接于所述凳底上的卡扣,所述第一防脱部为环形凸部,当凳面压在凳底上后,往上翻转卡扣,卡扣扣在环形凸部上,在卡扣与环形凸部的配合下,与第三防脱部相互配合对凳面起固定作用,将凳面固定在凳底上,避免伸缩凳在搬运过程中散开。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,防脱机构还包括用于阻碍凳面1与凳底2相互远离的防脱组件;该防脱组件包括设于凳面上的第三防脱部93和与第三防脱部相配合的第四防脱部94;凳面1上还设有第五防脱部95,第三防 脱部93呈筒体结构设置,第三防脱部顶端设有用于与第五防脱部卡扣连接的第一卡扣部931,第三防脱部上还设有与第五防脱部相配合的限位环933,凳底上设有用于固定所述第三防脱部的第四防脱部94,第四防脱部为管体结构,在将伸缩凳收起时,凳面盖在凳底上,第三防脱部93底部插入到第四防脱部内,第三防脱部底部的第二卡扣部932与第四防脱部形成过盈配合,从而增大第三防脱部与第四防脱部的摩擦力,保持伸缩凳的收缩状态;第三防脱部底部和顶部都开设有凹槽,便于第三防脱部与第五防脱部和第四防脱部配合时发生形变。
于其他实施例中,第三防脱部和第四防脱部的结构可采用其他结构代替,如插杆与插套的配合,插杆与插套之间通过增大摩擦力的方式实现防脱,例如在插杆的外壁和插套的内壁上安装橡胶;当然也可以采用磁铁,利用磁铁的吸力实现凳面与凳底的防脱。
优选的,凳面1上的上连接部12与凳底2上的下连接部22之间通过复位件90相连,复位件为弹簧,于其他实施例中可为其他弹性材料。
进一步地,防脱机构还包括用于阻碍连接件3移动的限位结构;该限位结构为设于所述凳底上的第六防脱部96,该第六防脱部类似卡扣结构,可在伸缩凳收缩时与第一过渡件61相配合,将第一过渡件卡住,使得第一过渡件无法移动;该第六防脱部上设有倾斜面,使得第六防脱部的至少部分横截面呈三角形,便于与第一过渡件下沿之间的卡配和分离。
于其他实施例中,第六防脱部可为其他可连接连接件的结构,如利用弹簧伸缩的伸缩杆,和与伸缩杆配合的卡槽。
如图12所示,在一些实施例中,凳面侧壁上设有手提件16,手提件为丝带、尼龙或炭纤维材料中的其中一种或多种制成,也可以是其他材料制成,手提件通过一第三固定件161固定在凳面侧壁上,第三固定件为螺钉,丝带移出形成提手状置于凳面侧壁上,于其他实施例中,手提件可为把手等结构,也可将收集件做成伸缩形丝带结构;当伸缩凳不使用时,将伸缩凳收起,握住手提件,以便直接对整个伸缩凳做搬运;于其他实施例中第三固定件也可以是魔术贴。
于其他实施例中,提手件16可以通过调节扣来调节长短,适应不同的使 用情况;提手件的端部由魔术贴固定。优选的,调节扣整体呈弧形,与凳面侧壁贴合。
如图12和图20所示,在一些实施例中,还设有用于供光线透出的透光区,该透光区为开设于凳面、凳底、连接件中的一个或多个上的镂空结构,该镂空结构可以是开口或者通槽,如本实施例中的安装部72、第一盖板槽81及第二盖板槽82;当发光体发光面朝向凳面设置时,光线从凳面上的安装部72、第一盖板槽81及第二盖板槽82处透出。
本实施例中共有3个发光体,分别可发出白、红、蓝三种颜色的光线,白光用于照明,红蓝灯光则能够通过交替闪烁设置起到警示作用。
如图12所示,在一些实施例中,透光区可为壁厚较薄的凹槽结构99,使光线从凹槽底壁上透出,实现透光功能,通过将开设在连接件3上的凹槽结构做成产品logo图案,起到宣传产品作用;此情况下,将发光件设置为光线从凳面往凳底照射,或者从凳底朝凳面照射,光线都会十分容易从LOGO图案中透出,使得图案高亮,显示效果更好,更为美观,当然也可以将LOGO图案开设为上述的镂空结构,即通槽,光线透出镂空结构照射在地面上,起到类似氛围灯的作用。
于其他实施例中,发光体也可设置于连接件内壁上、凳底上及悬挂于凳面底部,发光体可均匀的设于凳面侧壁上,呈周向均匀分出在凳面侧壁上,使使用者不管从哪个方向观察均能得到较好的体验效果;发光体置于连接件上时,发光体可与透光区交错设置,保证发光体安装的稳定性。
于其他实施例中,发光体设置为发出的光线从凳面往凳底照射,且连接件3由透明材料制成,使得光线可以直接透出。
凳面顶部和凳面侧壁上设有反光区域,反光区域可通过涂覆反光涂层或直接贴上反光贴纸形成,于其他实施例中,也可以是用其他方式形成反光区域,通过反光区域使伸缩凳在光线较好的环境下也能反射出亮光,增加伸缩凳的醒目性,更能吸引消费者注意,有助于提升伸缩凳的销售量。
优选的,反光区域也可以设置在提手件16上,使得光线照射在提手件上时能够被反光区域反射,继而起到提醒警示的功能,如在户外或者马路上汽车突然故障时,可以用本申请临时替代警示牌来使用。
本实施例中,反光区域布满提手件16的外表面。
于其他实施例中,反光区域也可以仅位于提手件16的部分表面上。
于其他实施例中,反光区域为反光带,反光带与提手件16直接编织在一起,使得反光带与提手件形成一个整体,不易脱落或损坏。
如图25所示,在一些实施例中,还包括拓展结构98,拓展结构可以是蜂鸣器、音响、无线充电组件、光伏充电组件等部件中的一种或多种组成;音响和蜂鸣器可安装在凳底上,为音响提供较大声音传导空间,减少声音传递至对凳面的震动影响,无线充电组件可安装于凳面底部,缩短手机与无线充电组件的距离,以便为手机快速充电;所述凳底上设有插头,利用凳底上的插头为伸缩凳上的拓展结构提供电源,也可以通过安装光伏充电组件,来为蜂鸣器、音响等部件充电;音响可为蓝牙音响,也可为普通音响,凳底上设置有与音响相连的连接线,上述蜂鸣器、音响、无线充电组件及光伏充电组件均为现有技术,仅需根据需要改变外形即可安装至本申请,故在此不做赘述。
如图28-29及图40所示,在一些实施例中,在连接件3的内表面上还开设了凸筋结构,该凸筋结构包括第一凸筋301、第二凸筋302、第三凸筋303、第四凸筋304及第五凸筋305;第一限位部31的下方形成有两个第二凸沿36,两个第二凸沿36分别位于第一限位部31的两侧;第一凸筋301呈倾斜设置,其两端分别与两个第二凸沿36相连;第二凸筋302呈倾斜设置,其两端分别与两个第二凸沿36相连;第三凸筋303一端与第一限位部31相连,呈竖直状态设置,与第二凸沿36平行;第一凸筋、第二凸筋及第三凸筋相互交叉,构成“米”字形结构;第四凸筋304呈水平状态设置,其两端分别与两个第二凸沿36相连,其与第三凸筋303交叉,呈“十”字形结构设置;第五凸筋305一端与其中一个第二凸沿36相连,另一端与第一承载件51相连;本实施例中共开设有两个第五凸筋;于其他实施例中,也可以开设不同数量的凸筋。
如图30所示,在一些实施例中,在连接件3的外表面上开设了美工线307,多个美工线沿连接件3的周向均匀布设,与第三限位部38一一对应,该美工线为沿连接件3轴向方向开设的凹槽,便于脱模,也更为美观。
如图28所示,在一些实施例中,在连接件3的内表面上开设有第六凸筋306,多个第六凸筋沿连接件3的周向均匀布设,且多个第六凸筋与多个美工 线307一一对应,增强结构强度。
如图30所示,在一些实施例中,第二限位部32的上表面也可以开设为限位平面329,从而避免第二限位部发生形变或破损,增加结构强度的同时,不会增加过多的重量。
实施例3:
如图31-39所示,本实施例与实施例2的区别在于:支撑机构还包括用于提供径向支撑的加强部件,该加强部件包括与第一承载件51相连的第五承载件55、与第五承载件55相配合的第六承载件56及与第六承载件相配合的第七承载件57;第五承载件、第六承载件及第七承载件分别由连接件3的至少部分内壁向外延伸形成;第五承载件一端与第一承载件51相连,另一端与第一凸沿35相连;第六承载件56一端与第五承载件55相连,另一端与第三凸沿37相连,第一承载件、第五承载件、第六承载件及第三凸沿之间围设呈了一个凹槽;第七承载件57一端与第五承载件55相连,另一端与形成于连接件3内壁下沿的第七凸沿47相连;第三承载件53的一端与第五承载件55的一端相连,第四承载件的一端与第七承载件的一端相连,第四承载件54的一端呈弯折设置,形成承载脚541,该承载脚沿连接件的轴向方向设置,与第七凸沿47相连,起到进一步加强结构强度的作用。
如图33和图34所示,在一些实施例中,将部分加强部件替换为了支撑部件,多个支撑部件与多个加强部件依次相互交错设置,该加强部件包括第八承载件58和第九承载件59;其中第九承载件包括第一承载部591、第二承载部592、第三承载部593、第四承载部594及第五承载部595;第一承载部与第五承载件57相连,第二承载部592与第一承载部相连,第三承载部593与第二承载部592相连,第四承载部与第三承载部相连,第五承载部一端与第四承载部相连,另一端与第七凸沿47相连;其中第一承载部591、第二承载部592及第三承载部593共同构成了产品LOGO,起到增强连接件的结构强度的同时,也起到宣传作用;第八承载件58位于第九承载件59与第七承载件57之间,第八承载件一端与第五承载件相连,另一端与第七凸沿47相连。
如图31和图32所示,本实施例中第二限位部32的大体结构与实施例2中相同,区别在于:第二限位部32上还设有第一限位凸部324和第二限位凸 部325,用于增强第二限位部的结构强度;第一限位凸部324、第二限位凸部325及第一止转部321使得整个第二限位部呈“W”形结构设置。
如图35-39所示,在一些实施例中,盖板80上设有用于抓取的把手部150,利用把手部可方便的推动盖板转动,所述盖板上设有第一凹槽137,所述把手部为半圆形杆状结构,内部中空,其中一侧为开口,把手部内壁上设有多个加强筋1502,加强筋呈网格状分布,加强筋上设有与所述第一活动槽相配合的第二凹槽1503,把手部可转动连接于第一凹槽内,把手部上设有第二限位槽1501,第一凹槽内壁上设有与所述第二限位槽相配合的限位块1371,第一凹槽顶部还设有第三凹槽138,在第三凹槽设置下方便的将把手部从第一凹槽内翻出;在搬运伸缩凳时,将把手部从第一凹槽内翻出,通过把手部可直接提起整个伸缩凳,当把手处于水平状态时,开关处于把手部内部,利用把手对开关起保护作用,防止伸缩凳使用时误触开关。
进一步地,盖板上设有与所述开关相对应的第一活动槽110,开关与发光体相连,第一活动槽为弧形结构,盖板盖在安装部内时,开关穿设于第一活动槽内,在第一活动槽设置下使盖板可自由转动,避免盖板的转动与开关产生碰撞。
进一步地,卡件83包括卡件本体831、连接杆833及第一滑块834;卡件本体呈矩形结构设置,连接杆设于矩形块的一端;第一滑块834设于卡件本体侧壁上;第一滑块上设有第六凸块1341,安装槽85内壁上设有与所述第一滑块相配合的第一滑槽852,第一滑槽内壁上设有与所述第六凸块相配合的第一限位槽851,第一滑槽两侧的内壁上分别开设有两组第一限位槽,两组第一限位槽分别设于第一滑槽的不同位置处,卡口84与连接杆相配合;当连接杆插入到卡口84内后,第六凸块嵌入到其中一组第一限位槽内,在第一限位槽与第六凸块的配合下对第三防脱部起固定作用,保证连接杆与卡口84的配合效果。
与其他实施例中,在盖板80上刻有OFF/ON字样,位于卡件83一侧,方便使用者的使用。
与其他实施例中,在盖板80上刻有OFF←→ON字样,以提示使用者盖板80的旋转方向。
优选的,第六凸块为弧形结构,利用第六凸块的弧形结构,使得第六凸块不会由于重力而自行从第一限位槽内脱出,而在施加外力时第六凸块又可以从第一限位槽内退出,使第三防脱部能够在安装槽内移动,当第三防脱部完全缩回安装槽内时,第六凸块嵌入另一组第一限位槽内;第一滑块上设有第四通槽8330,使第一滑块厚度减小,从而使第六凸块抵在第一滑槽内壁上时,使第一滑块能够产生较小的形变,以便使第六第三防脱部正常在安装槽内移动;第三防脱部上设有第二滑槽836,安装槽内壁上设有与所述第二滑槽相配合的第二滑块839,第二滑槽内壁上设有四个第七凸块8361,第四凸块直接与第二滑块侧壁相接触,利用第四凸块减小第二滑槽与第二滑块的摩擦力。
优选的,卡件本体831顶部设有凸部835,凸部顶面与凳面顶面处于同一平面上;在凸部设置下使推动第三防脱部移动的操作更加方便,对凸部高度做限定,避免凸部抵在人体股部,增加使用者使用的舒适性。
于其他实施例中,锁定结构可为其他固定盖板的结构,如通过弹簧伸缩的插接杆与插接槽。。
于其他实施例中,在凳面1上还安装有坐垫,该坐垫可以是与凳面一体的防滑纹、海绵垫、硅胶垫、磨砂部等,也可以是与凳面1可拆卸的各种材质坐垫。
于另一实施例中,也可以在连接件3的上开设凸筋结构、美工线及限位平面329,或者将上述其他各个结构相互组合,或将上述结构与现有其他结构组合。
如图41所示,在一些实施例中,连接件3上设置有承重凸部30,使得当该伸缩凳处于收缩状态时,其中一个连接件3上的承重凸部30能够起到对相邻的靠近凳面1的另一个连接件3的支撑作用,提高承重能力,即承重凸部30不仅仅是在本申请完全收缩时,起到相邻两个连接件3之间的支撑作用,更是由于本申请可以根据需要,展开状态可以是完全展开或者不完全展开,完全展开即所有连接件3上的32均与相邻连接件3上的31相互抵触支撑,而不完全展开即为部分连接件3上的32与相邻连接件3上的31相互抵触支撑,使得可以根据需要,展开形成不同高度的伸缩凳;本申请中,该承重凸部30位于连接件3的内表面上。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种伸缩凳,包括凳面(1)、凳底(2)、伸缩机构及用于连接所述凳底(2)与所述伸缩结构的第二过渡机构;其特征在于:所述伸缩机构可在展开状态和收缩状态之间切换,该伸缩机构包括多个可相对移动的连接件(3)和设于所述连接件(3)上的固定机构,该固定机构用于将所述伸缩机构保持在展开状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述固定机构包括用于为所述连接件(3)提供轴向限位的第一限位结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述第一限位结构包括设于所述连接件(3)上的第一限位部(31)和与相邻所述连接件(3)上的第一限位部(31)相配合的第二限位部(32)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述固定机构还包括用于为所述连接件(3)提供周向限位的第二限位结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述第二限位结构包括设于所述第一限位部(31)上的第一斜面(311)和设于所述第二限位部(32)上的第二斜面(322),所述第一斜面(311)与相邻所述连接件(3)上的第二斜面(322)相契合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述第二限位结构还包括设于所述第二限位部(32)上的第一止转部(321)和与相邻所述连接件(3)上的第一止转部(321)相配合的第二止转部(312)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述固定机构还包括用于为所述连接件(3)提供径向限位的第三限位结构;所述第三限位结构包括设于所述连接件(3)上的第五限位部(323)和与相邻所述连接件(3)上的第五限位部(323)相配合的第六限位部(313)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述伸缩机构还包括用于阻碍相邻两所述连接件(3)相互分离的限位结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述连接件(3)上设有用于分散所述连接件受力的支撑机构;所述支撑机构包括用于提供轴向支撑力的承载组件和用于提供径向支撑力的加强组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述承载组件包括设于 所述连接件(3)内壁上的多个第一承载件(51)和用于分散第一承载件(51)受力的第二承载件(52);所述加强组件包括倾斜设置的第三承载件(53)和与所述第三承载件(53)相配合的第四承载件(54)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述第三承载件(53)和所述第四承载件(54)呈交叉设置;所述第四承载件(54)上设有承载脚(541)。
  12. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:还包括用于令伸缩凳保持收缩状态的防脱机构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述防脱机构包括用于将所述凳面(1)与所述凳底(2)相互锁定的固定组件;所述固定组件包括设于所述凳面(1)上的第一防脱部(91)和与所述第一防脱部(91)相配合的第二防脱部(92)。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述防脱机构还包括用于阻碍所述凳面(1)与所述凳底(2)相互远离的防脱组件。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述防脱组件包括与所述凳面(1)相连的第三防脱部(93)和与所述第三防脱部(93)相配合的第四防脱部(94)。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述防脱组件包括设于所述凳面(1)上的上连接部(12)、设于所述凳底(2)上的下连接部(22)及用于连接所述上连接部和所述下连接部的复位件(90)。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述防脱机构还包括用于阻碍所述连接件(3)移动的限位结构;所述限位结构包括设于所述凳底(2)上的第六防脱部(96)和与所述第六防脱部(96)相配合的第一过渡件(61)。
  18. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:还包括用于产生光线的发光体(11)和用于供所述光线透出的透光区(31)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述透光区(31)为贯穿所述凳面(1)、凳底(2)、连接件(3)中其中一个或多个的镂空结构;所述镂空结构为设于所述凳面(1)上的开口或设于所述连接件(3)上的 开口。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述透光区(31)为设于所述凳面(1)、凳底(2)、连接件(3)中其中一个或多个上的凹槽结构。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:所述发光体(11)设于所述凳面(1)、凳底(2)、连接件(3)中的其中一个或多个上。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:还包括用于反射所述光线的反光区域。
  23. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:还包括设于所述凳面(1)上的安装部(72)、与所述安装部(72)相配合的盖板(80)及用于连接所述安装部与所述盖板的锁定结构;所述锁定结构包括设于所述盖板(80)上的安装槽(85)和与所述安装槽(85)相配合的卡件(83)。
  24. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种伸缩凳,其特征在于:还包括可提供辅助功能的拓展结构(21);所述拓展结构(21)包括音响、无线充电组件、蜂鸣器、光伏充电组件中的一种或多种。
