- the description is given in the form of swing.
- the torsion spring 2811 is responsible for providing the preload force and the rebound force, and the tension spring 2812 plays the role of auxiliary adjustment. According to the actual use situation, one of the two can also be selected. By adjusting the compression amount and stiffness of the tension spring 2812/torsion spring 2811 and the idle stroke of the trigger portion 231, the adjustment of the pressing feel of the dial wheel 21 is realized.
- the dial wheel 21 When the dial wheel 21 is toggled, the dial wheel 21 rotates around the first rotating shaft 245 , the ring magnet on the dial wheel 21 rotates with the dial wheel 21 , and the motion signal is collected by the Hall sensor 31 on the circuit board 23 and converted into an electrical signal , trigger the toggle function.
- the spring in the guide groove 214 provides pre-tightening force, holding force and mechanical feedback feel, and the feel of the dial wheel 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the compression amount and stiffness of the spring in the guide groove 214 .
- This solution eliminates the traditional physical buttons in the form of buttons on the dial wheel 21, so that the pressing feel is more user-friendly (there will be no multi-segment feeling of structure and buttons, and the pressing feeling can be adjusted according to needs).
- the feeling of the passage of the dial wheel 21 is achieved by the cooperation between the feel grooves 246 on the lower shell 2412 and the balls, and the structure of the feel grooves 246 in the present application is not limited.
- the first rotating shaft 245 and the second rotating shaft 247 can be integrated with the lower shell 2412 (or the upper shell 2411 ) of the dial wheel 21 .
- the module integrates the functions of the dial 21 and the buttons, and can be installed in the required structure separately to realize modularization. When waterproofing is required, just adding flexible silicone can make the dial 21 module waterproof.
- One side of the first waterproof member 271 is pressed by the waterproof pressing plate 272, and the other side is hoop on the inner shell 24, using the folds (free movement length) of the transition portion 2715 to realize the following action when swinging and realize waterproofing.
- the realization of the pressing function is not necessarily a swing type, but also a translation
- the material of the waterproof structure 27 is not necessarily only flexible silica gel, but can also be a dense material with certain elasticity, or some or some combinations thereof;
- the combined form of the inner shell 24 and the outer shell 25 can also be changed, such as changing the upper shell 2411 and the lower shell 2412 into a front shell and a rear shell;
- the non-contact signal acquisition does not necessarily use the Hall effect, but can also use other principles, such as the photoelectric effect.
