The sofa of the type that slides the seat forward as in Patent Documents 1 to 3 has a structure in which the depth length of the seat is deepened by pulling out the portion that fits under the backrest, so that the thickness of the backrest is thick. It was not possible to deepen the depth of the seat.
A chaise longue type sofa having a long seat in the front-rear direction as in Patent Document 4 does not cause the problem as in Patent Document 1, but the seat can be leaned back like a slide type sofa. Since it cannot be stored underneath, it has the disadvantage of taking up space.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the problem to be solved thereof is to provide a sofa that can have a deeper seat depth than the thickness of the backrest and can be made compact when not in use. It is arranged and fixed between the member 12a and the base rear member 12b. The spring 76c is wound around the outer circumference of the shaft 76b between the facing plates of the bracket 76a. The spring 76c is wound so as to be closely fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 76b so as to lock the shaft 76b.
In the spring 76c of this embodiment, one end (fixed end) is fixed to the bracket 76a, and the other end (free end) is laterally projected to the outside of the bracket 76a. When the free end is pushed upward, the winding of the spring 76c is loosened, the spring 76c is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 76b, and the spring 76c is unlocked. When the push-up on the free end side is released, the winding of the spring 76c is returned, and the spring 76c is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 76b so that the shaft 76b is locked.
The push plate 76i is rotatably attached to a support plate 76j projecting downward from the fixing plate 11n of the seat frame portion 11 by a support shaft 76k. A vertically long connecting plate 76h is welded to the push plate 76i and raised upward.
The rear end of the operation arm 76e is locked to one end of the relay plate 76f, and the front end is connected to the handle 76d attached to the front end of the seat frame portion 11. The other end of the adjust shaft 76g, one end of which is locked to the connecting plate 76h, is nut-fastened to the other end of the relay plate 76f. By rotating the nut to change its position, the pulling allowance of the operating arm 76e can be finely adjusted. The handle 76d has a plate shape, and the upper portion thereof is attached to a bracket fixed to the inside of the frame body 10 so that the lower end side can be rotated in the front-rear direction (arrows AB in FIG. 9A). There is.
As shown in FIGS. 9A to 9C, when the handle 76d is pulled forward, the operation arm 76e connected to the handle 76d is pulled forward, whereby the upper end of the connecting plate 76h is pulled forward. The portion is pulled forward and the push plate 76i rotates (tilts forward) toward the front side with the support shaft 76k as the axis. When the free end of the spring 76c is pushed upward by the forward tilt of the push plate 76i, the winding of the spring 76c is loosened, the lock of the shaft 76b by the spring 76c is released, and the seat 30 can be slid.
On the other hand, when the operation of the handle 76d pulled forward is released, the operation arm 76e is pulled back by the return spring 76m, whereby the upper end portion of the connecting plate 76h returns to the rear, and the push plate 76i rearward with the support shaft 76k as the axis. It rotates to return to the position before the operation. When the push plate 76i returns, the push-up of the free end of the spring 76c by the push plate 76i is released, the winding of the spring 76c returns, the spring 76c comes into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 76b, the shaft 76b is locked, and the seat 30 Stops.
As a structure that can be manually slid, a structure as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b) can also be adopted. A plurality of recessed fitting portions 81a (three in the illustrated example) are provided on the upper surface of each guide rail 81 at intervals. The seat 30 is provided with two side-viewing laterally U-shaped arms 83, and a caster 84 is provided at the lower tip of each arm 83.
In the sofa shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the seat 30 can be smoothly pulled out by the caster 84 that touches the ground and the roller 82 that moves on the guide rail 81. When the seat 30 is slid forward, the roller 82 moves on the upper surface of the guide rail 81 and stops when it is fitted to the fitting portion 81a closest to the moving direction. When the seat 30 is further slid forward, it escapes from the fitting portion 81a, moves the upper surface of the guide rail 81 further forward, and stops when it is fitted to the next fitting portion 81a. This operation can be performed by holding the tip end side of the seat 30 by hand and pulling it forward, or by moving the waist back and forth while sitting on the seat 30. If you want to return the pulled out seat 30 to the rear, you may move in the opposite direction.
