在使用该连接件1时,将两连接件1并排固定于承载件(如沙发部件)上,其中第一连接件1a的第二斜面13与第二连接件1b的第一斜面12之间形成插槽121,该插槽121由连接面14至安装面11宽度逐渐增大,即外窄内宽,该插槽121的宽度与固定于另一承载 件上的第三连接件1c的宽度基本相匹配,第三连接件1c由连接面14至安装面11宽度逐渐减小,即外宽内窄,第三连接件1c刚好插入插槽121形成连接。因此,通过对连接件1进行组合使用,以使连接方便,装配简单,且只需对应连接件1的一个模具,使得生产成本较低。
可选地,第一斜面12与第二斜面13轴对称设置。如此,使得在装配时,其中第一连接件1a的第一斜面12与第二连接件1b的第二斜面13接触良好,即接触面积大,从而使得连接牢固可靠。
为了方便将第三连接件1c插入两连接件1之间形成插槽121中,该连接件1还可以设置第一弧形面15和第二弧形面16,第一弧形面15分别连接第一斜面12和第二斜面13、安装面11、连接面14的一侧,第二弧形面16分别连接第一斜面12和第二斜面13、安装面11、连接面14的另一侧。如此,在第三连接件1c插入两连接件1之间形成插槽121时,第三连接件1c的第二弧形面16可以在抵靠在第一连接件1a的第一弧形面15或者第二连接件1b的第一弧形面15上,以方便第三连接件1c滑入两连接件1之间形成插槽121中,使得安装快速且方便。
作为一个示例,连接件1可以设置为长条状,当然,连接件1也可以为其他形状,此处不做限定。为了方便将连接件1固定于承载件上,可以在连接件1的安装面11上设有安装孔111,可以通过螺丝穿过安装孔111而将连接件1牢固连接于承载件上。
实施例二
如图4所示,本实施例揭示的一种连接组件2,包括至少三个上述连接件1;其中第一连接件1a、第二连接件1b并排固定于承载件上,第一连接件1a、第二连接件1b的安装面11抵靠于承载件上;第一连接件1a的第二斜面13与第二连接件1b的第一斜面12之间形成插槽121;第三连接件1c固定于另一承载件上,第三连接件1c的安装面11抵靠于另一承载件上,第三连接件1c插入插槽121时形成连接。
第一连接件1a的第二斜面13与第二连接件1b的第一斜面12之间形成插槽121,该插槽121的宽度由连接面14至安装面11逐渐增大,即外窄内宽,该插槽121的宽度与固定于另一承载件上的第三连接件1c的宽度基本相匹配,第三连接件1c由连接面14至安装面11宽度逐渐减小,即外宽内窄,第三连接件1c刚好插入插槽121形成连接。因此,使得连接方便,装配简单,且只需对应连接件的一个模具,使得生产成本较低。
上述实施例只是列举了两个连接件并排设置,第三连接件插入该两连接件之间形成的插槽中,当然,可以根据该连接组件模式,推演出其它的组合模式,如三个连接并排设置并形成两个插槽,每一插槽中分别插入连接件等等,以及推演出其它更多的组合模式,此处不赘述。
实施例三
如图5a至图7b所示,本实施例揭示的一种沙发3,包括上述连接组件2,通过上述连接组件2连接沙发部件。
第一连接件1a的第二斜面13与第二连接件1b的第一斜面12之间形成插槽121,该插槽121的宽度由连接面14至安装面11逐渐增大,即外窄内宽,该插槽121的宽度与固定于另一承载件上的第三连接件1c的宽度基本相匹配,第三连接件1c由连接面14至安装面11宽度逐渐减小,即外宽内窄,第三连接件1c刚好插入插槽121形成连接。因此,使得连接方便,装配简单,且只需对应连接件的一个模具,使得生产成本较低。
可选地,如图5a和图5b所示,沙发部件包括框架31和扶手32,框架31与扶手32之间可以设置连接组件2,以便于将扶手32安装于框架31上。
如图6a和图6b所示,沙发部件包括框架31和靠背33,框架31与靠背33之间可以设置连接组件2,以便于将靠背33安装于框架31上。
如图7a和图7b所示,沙发部件包括若干个框架31,框架31与框架31之间设置连接组件2,以便于框架31与框架31之间的连接。
当然,也可以框架31与扶手32之间、框架31与靠背33之间、框架31与框架31之间同时设置连接组件2等等。另外,可以将坐垫34放置框架31上,将靠垫35放置靠背33上,如此,使得人们坐在沙发3上时较为舒适。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过 它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接件,其特征在于,包括安装面、分别位于所述安装面两侧的第一斜面和第二斜面、与所述安装面相对设置的连接面;所述第一斜面和第二斜面由所述安装面延伸至所述连接面,所述第一斜面与第二斜面之间的距离由所述安装面至所述连接面逐渐增大。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接件,其特征在于,所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面轴对称设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接件,其特征在于,还包括第一弧形面和第二弧形面,所述第一弧形面分别连接第一斜面和第二斜面、所述安装面、所述连接面的一侧,所述第二弧形面分别连接第一斜面和第二斜面、所述安装面、所述连接面的另一侧。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接件,其特征在于,所述连接件设置为长条状。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接件,其特征在于,所述安装面上设有安装孔。
  6. 一种连接组件,其特征在于,包括至少三个如权利要求1至5任一项所述的连接件;其中第一连接件、第二连接件并排固定于承载件上,所述第一连接件、第二连接件的安装面抵靠于承载件上;第一连接件的第二斜面与第二连接件的第一斜面之间形成插槽;第三连接件固定于另一承载件上,所述第三连接件的安装面抵靠于所述另一承载件上,第三连接件插入插槽时形成连接。
  7. 一种沙发,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6所述的连接组件,通过上述连接组件连接沙发部件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种沙发,其特征在于,所述沙发部件包括框架和扶手,所述框架与扶手之间设置所述连接组件。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的一种沙发,其特征在于,所述沙发部件包括框架和靠背,所述框架与靠背之间设置所述连接组件。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的一种沙发,其特征在于,所述沙发部件包括若干个框架,所述框架与框架之间设置所述连接组件。
