二、本发明的眼镜特色之一在于轻松简单快速的更换镜片,因此在使用本产品客户可携带多种更换的备用镜片,内镜框的设计使得在本产品的镜片在拆装时不易划伤手、携带时不易损坏、碎裂;
三、本发明的眼镜的镜框结构设计,通过一侧L型镜框和辅助片形成卡合的U 型部分,配合另一侧弹性插接的插接组件的设计,实现简易轻松快速的拆装镜片,无需工具无需费力,同时在非主动拆装大力正确按压镜片时,镜片与镜框不容易意外分离,影响使用;
四、本发明的镜框前侧对安装到位的内框架带有遮挡,使得镜片组件在安装后从正面不易辨认本方案的双重镜框架的结构,使得本方案的眼镜更加整体,插接组件的 固定设计其一隐藏了外部特征将插接的各零件隐藏在不可视区域内部,在拆卸镜片组件时,可以以连接部和插接组件组成的结构做为支撑,其二还设置了侧面开孔和顶丝以及顶丝顶簧夹持的垫块,其用于控制顶簧的活动空间和施加在插接件上的最小弹力,本方案利用顶丝的旋转调整其相对位置,以达到调节其弹性拆装更符合轻松简便更换镜片的设计技 术效果;
五、本发明整体外观充分利用眼镜的现有元素,在具有弹性插接结构得到轻松拆卸更换镜片、且不易脱落的技术效果前提下,通过巧妙的设计丝毫不影响其美观度,使本方案与现有的眼镜在外观上基本上没有任何差异,结构更加简单、巧妙,在主要保持金属框架眼镜的外表美观的一贯特点,本发明的眼镜在外观结合其技术效果功能上的改进具有宽阔的市场竞争力。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-3,本方案公开了一种可更换镜片的眼镜,包括镜框1、鼻托3、与镜框1可拆 卸配合的镜片组件2、连接于镜框1两侧的镜腿4以及固定在镜框1外侧用于与镜腿4铰接连 接的连接部9,其特征在于:所述镜片组件2包括镜片21、沿着镜片21外轮廓固定设置的内框 架22,所述镜框1沿着镜片组件2边缘呈闭环状设置且其截面呈“L”型,所述镜框1在靠近鼻 托3的后侧面上固定设置有辅助片31,使该处镜框1截面呈“U”型设置,还包括有焊接固定设 置于镜框1外侧面连接部9后侧面的插接组件5,所述镜框1上设置有正对插接组件5的通孔 512,所述内框架22上设置有正对通孔512的插接槽515,所述插接组件5通过通孔512凸出镜 框1且与插接槽515插接配合,用于弹性插接固定镜片组件2。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述插接组件5上设置有孔槽511,所述通孔512直径 小于孔槽511直径,所述孔槽511内还设置有弹性抵于孔槽511底部的插接件514,所述的插 接件514的前端部呈半球状且凸出通孔512设置,所述内框架22在正对插接件514前端部的 侧壁上设置的插接槽515呈圆锥状,所述的镜片组件2通过“U”字型部分镜框1和插接槽515 与插接件514的弹性插接配合固定。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述插接件514位于孔槽511的后端部与孔槽511的底部之间设置有用于插接件514弹性插接的顶簧516。
通过上述方案的设置,利用顶簧516的弹力驱使插接件514在无外力压迫下保持凸出在镜框1内侧状态,在受外力压迫下弹性缩入孔槽511,在失去压迫后迅速复位,当镜片组件2安装后复位即可实现插接件514和插接槽515的插接配合。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述“L”型镜框1正面轮廓包覆内框架22轮廓设置。
通过上述方案设置,镜框1包住内框架22轮廓设置,使得镜片组件2在安装固定后,用户佩戴时从正面难以区分双重框架,避免破坏眼镜美观度。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述内框架22的截面呈“U”型,所述镜片21与内框架 22固定设置。
通过上述方案设置,使得镜片组件2独立携带时,镜片21与内框架22的牢固固定,使得镜片21在独立携带时有内框架22进行保护,避免划伤、避免磨损、避免碎裂。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述插接组件5的朝向镜腿4侧的端面设有螺纹孔, 螺纹连接有用于调节插接强度的螺丝,所述螺丝与顶簧516之间夹持设置有垫块,所述镜腿 4上设置有对应螺纹孔用于工具穿过旋转螺丝的开孔,通过工具驱动螺丝旋转深入螺纹孔, 将垫块顶向插接块514,压缩顶簧516,使得顶簧516的弹力变化,用以增强其施加在插接块 514上的压力,反之可减小,实现调节其插接强度;所述镜框1、镜腿4、内框架22插接组件5采用金属材料制作。
通过上述方案设置,弹性插接的结构在长期使用后顶簧516磨损老化或发生镜片 组件2容易脱落、不容易拆装的问题时,通过调节螺丝使其保持一个轻松拆转且安装稳固的插接强度 ,所述的螺丝可采用顶丝主体通过螺纹旋入插接组件内部,外侧的开孔直径较小,对外观的影响更小。
实施例1:本发明的眼镜制作时,通过金属加工工艺直接制作各种零件,然后 把辅助片31焊接在L型镜框1靠近鼻托3部分,使得L型镜框1在此处呈U型,把眼镜上用于铰 接镜腿4的连接部9固定在最远离U型部分的镜框1外沿位置,再设置带有孔槽511的且小于连接部9尺寸的插接组件5,孔槽511底部放入顶簧516,再放入后端部大前端部小的插接件 514,然后在孔槽511正对的镜框1外壁提前钻好通孔512,通孔512的直径小于孔槽511的直 径,最后将插接组件5焊接在连接部9和镜框1外壁上,插接件514的前端部穿过通孔512凸出 在镜框1内设置;
镜片组件2在镜片21的外边缘设置一圈呈U型包住镜片21的内框架22固定镜;使用 时先将镜片组件2对准镜框1U型部分卡合,再从后向前按压单侧按压镜片组件2实现眼镜的整体固定,更换时反向操作通过前端部呈半球状的插接件514和插接槽515的配合,实现在 一定压力下的拆装配合固定。
本发明的眼镜,其镜片组件2可独立生产售卖,可根据用户需求配置多副不同 用途的镜片组件2,如太阳镜、3D眼镜、变色眼镜等等,本发明的镜片组件2在镜片21外沿设置内框架22的优点在于,第一点、避免了镜片21在更换时外边缘伤到手;第二点、用户 在携带镜片组件2时,带有内框架22增强了单薄的镜片21的强度和拆装时的按压力传导,可避免镜片21外沿磨损和开裂。
本发明的眼镜,其镜框1沿着镜片组件2截面呈L型闭环设置,在鼻托3侧的部分设置辅助片31形成U型截面的镜框1结构,在镜框1最远离辅助片31的外侧上设置插接组 件5,插接组件5正对镜框1外壁设置孔槽511,在镜框1外壁上设置通孔512,孔槽511设置有 后端卡于镜框1外侧,前端凸出穿过通孔512凸出在镜框1内侧设置的插接件514,所述镜片 组件2在正对插接件514的内框架22外壁上设置圆锥状的插接槽515,插接件514的后端与孔槽511的底部之间设置有顶簧516,镜片组件2一边卡合进U型部分镜框1内,另一边通过通过插接件514和插接槽515弹性插接配合实现可拆卸固定。其优点在于,第一、通过U型镜框的卡合配合另一侧的弹性插接其固定十分稳固 ,且如果不够紧还可通过螺丝简单的调节强度;第二、其镜框1截面呈L型,正面视角上的镜框1部分包住镜片组件2的内框架22,使得本 产品从正面不容易分辨具有双重框架;第三、将插接组件5焊接固定于连接部9,相对于现有 产品的连接部9,从外观上并无区别点,使得本产品在满足技术目的效果的前提下其整体外观与普通眼镜无明显区别。
如图3所示的,采用顶丝作为顶簧516的弹性调节螺丝,可以更好的保护外观,通过穿过开孔伸入的工具旋转顶丝使其深入螺丝孔,将垫块朝顶簧516方向顶去,压缩顶簧516 活动空间,使其最小弹力发生变化,转而使得其弹性恢复顶向插接件514的压力的力强度产生变化,以改变插接组件5的弹性插接强度,调整镜片组件2拆装配合是否方便和轻松。
 本方案所提供的一种可更换镜片的眼镜 ,相对于现有技术其技术效果和特点在于:
一、本发明的可拆装的镜片外边缘包设有内框架,通过截面U型的内框架把镜 片边缘整体包裹大幅度的提升了可更换镜片的整体强度,利用金属内框架的强度撑起镜片,使得镜片可做的更薄以满足眼镜的轻量化,能够避免在拆装过程中损坏;
二、本发明的眼镜特色之一在于轻松简单快速的更换镜片,因此在使用本产 品客户可携带多种更换的备用镜片,内镜框的设计使得在本产品的镜片在拆装时不易划伤手、携带时不易损坏、碎裂;
三、本发明的眼镜的镜框结构设计,通过一侧L型镜框和辅助片形成卡合的U 型部分,配合另一侧弹性插接的插接组件的设计,实现简易轻松快速的拆装镜片,无需工具无需费力,同时在非主动拆装大力正确按压镜片时,镜片与镜框不容易意外分离,影响使用;

Claims (6)

  1. 一种可更换镜片的眼镜,包括镜框(1)、鼻托(3)、与镜框(1)可拆卸配合的镜片组件(2)、连接于镜框(1)两侧的镜腿(4)以及固定在镜框(1)外侧用于与镜腿(4)铰接连接的连 接部(9),其特征在于:所述镜片组件(2)包括镜片(21)、沿着镜片(21)外轮廓固定设置的内 框架(22),所述镜框(1)沿着镜片组件(2)边缘呈闭环状设置且其截面呈“L”型,所述镜框(1)在靠近鼻托(3)的后侧面上固定设置有辅助片(31),使该处镜框(1)截面呈“U”型设置, 还包括有焊接固定设置于镜框(1)外侧面连接部(9)后侧面的插接组件(5),所述镜框(1)上 设置有正对插接组件(5)的通孔(512),所述内框架(22)上设置有正对通孔(512)的插接槽(515),所述插接组件(5)通过通孔(512)凸出镜框(1)且与插接槽(515)插接配合,用于弹性 插接固定镜片组件(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换镜片的眼镜,其特征在于:所述插接组件(5)上设 置有孔槽(511),所述通孔(512)直径小于孔槽(511)直径,所述孔槽(511)内还设置有弹性 抵于孔槽(511)底部的插接件(514),所述的插接件(514)的前端部呈半球状且凸出通孔(512)设置,所述内框架(22)在正对插接件(514)前端部的侧壁上设置的插接槽(515)呈圆锥状,所述的镜片组件(2)通过“U”字型部分镜框(1)和插接槽(515)与插接件(514)的弹性 插接配合固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可更换镜片的眼镜,其特征在于:所述插接件(514)位于孔槽(511)的后端部与孔槽(511)的底部之间设置有用于插接件(514)弹性插接的顶簧(516)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换镜片的眼镜,其特征在于:所述“L”型镜框(1)正面轮廓包覆内框架(22)轮廓设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换镜片的眼镜,其特征在于:所述内框架(22)的截面 呈“U”型,所述镜片(21)与内框架(22)固定设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可更换镜片的眼镜,其特征在于:所述插接组件(5)的朝向镜腿(4)侧的端面设有螺纹孔,螺纹连接有用于调节插接强度的螺丝,所述螺丝与顶簧(516)之间夹持设置有垫块,所述镜腿(4)上设置有对应螺纹孔用于工具穿过旋转螺丝的开孔,所述镜框(1)、镜腿(4)、内框架(22)插接组件(5)采用金属材料制作。
