The brush head assembly (100) comprises: a neck (110), the neck (110) having a first connecting surface (111); an elastic member (120), the elastic member (120) being at least partially arranged on the first connecting surface (111); a suspension member (130), which is arranged on a side of the elastic member (120) that is away from the first connecting surface (111); an oral cleaning member (140), which is partially arranged within the suspension member (130); and at least one support member (150), which is accommodated in the elastic member (120) and located between the first connecting surface (111) and the suspension member (130). The suspension member (130) presses the at least one support member (150) under an external force, such that the at least one support member (150) abuts against the first connecting surface (111), and an included angle between the suspension member (130) and the first connecting surface (111) is changed. The neck (110), the suspension member (130) and the support member (150) all have an elasticity modulus greater than that of the elastic member (120).
