Referring to fig. 1, the power toothbrush 1000 of the present embodiment includes a brush head 100 and a handle 200, and the brush head 100 is detachably mounted to the handle 200. In this manner, a user can hold handle 200 for oral cleaning, and more easily exert force to enable toothbrush head 100 to better clean the interior of the oral cavity. After the electric toothbrush 1000 is used for a period of time, the bristles 20 may be deformed, even bacteria are attached to the bristles 20, which may deteriorate the cleaning effect on the oral cavity and even affect the health of the human body, and further, the bristles need to be replaced periodically. Therefore, the toothbrush head 100 is detachably connected with the handle 200, so that the electric toothbrush 1000 can replace the toothbrush head 100 when the electric toothbrush needs to be replaced, and unnecessary waste is avoided.
Specifically, the handle 200 may be configured to have a cylindrical shape or a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and preferably, the cylindrical handle 200 may better conform to the holding habit of the user, and enhance the use experience. An electric motor can be arranged inside the handle 200, the toothbrush head 100 can be connected with the electric motor, and the toothbrush head 100 can vibrate under the driving of the electric motor to clean the inside of the oral cavity. Wherein, electric motor can be provided with the vibration mode of different degrees, for example, quick vibration, intermediate speed vibration and interval vibration etc. and then can drive toothbrush head 100 and have different vibration modes, and the user can select according to the use habit of self. The shape of the handle 200 and the vibration mode of the electric motor are not limited by the present application.
Referring to fig. 2-4, a toothbrush head 100 of the presently filed embodiment includes a base 10 and bristles 20. The base 10 includes a first substrate 11, a second substrate 12 and a connection column 13, the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12 are oppositely disposed at an interval, and the connection column 13 is connected between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12. The bristles 20 are arranged on one side, opposite to the second substrate 12, of the first substrate 11, and when the bristles 20 are stressed, at least one of the first substrate 11, the connecting column 13 and the second substrate 12 can deform under the action of external force;
wherein the base 10 further includes a brush bar 50, one end of the brush bar 50 is connected to at least one of the first base plate 11 and the second base plate 12, and the other end of the brush bar 50 is used to be connected to the handle 200 of the electric toothbrush 1000 to transmit power of the handle 200 to the bristles 20.
In the toothbrush head 100 and the electric toothbrush 1000 of this application embodiment, the connection column 13 is connected between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12, the bristles 20 are arranged on the first substrate 11, and when the bristles 20 are stressed, at least one of the first substrate 11, the connection column 13 or the second substrate 12 can be deformed under the action of external force. So, in the process of brushing teeth, when brush hair 20 atress, can transmit power to first base plate 11 on to make at least one in first base plate 11, spliced pole 13 and the second base plate 12 take place the deformation, thereby make brush hair 20 can follow and take place the removal, like this, the shape that a plurality of brush hairs 20 formed also can change correspondingly, so that brush hair 20 tip can effectively be laminated in order to adapt to the tooth of different shapes on the tooth surface, reinforcing brush hair 20 is to the clean effect of tooth, improves brushing teeth efficiency.
Specifically, first base plate 11 and second base plate 12 can set up into strip shaped plate column structure, and first base plate 11 and the relative interval of second base plate 12 set up, and smooth transition can be done at both edges and corners to prevent edges and corners and oral cavity wall from colliding with and causing oral cavity damage, promote the user and use experience and feel. The first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12 are connected by a connection post 13, and the connection post 13 is disposed between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12 for supporting.
The bristles 20 may include a fixed end 21 and a free end 22 opposite the fixed end 21. The fixing end 21 can be fixed on the surface of the first substrate 11 opposite to the second substrate 12 by means of fusion, so that the connection between the bristles 20 and the first substrate 11 is more stable. The free end 22 is used for cleaning the oral cavity, and the free end 22 can be attached to the inner wall of the oral cavity and teeth to clean the oral cavity. Along the length direction of first base plate 11, the brush hair 20 that is located first base plate 11 both ends can be slightly longer than the brush hair 20 that is located first base plate 11 middle part so that the free end 22 of brush hair 20 is the arc structure, and brush hair 20 then more adapts with the shape of oral cavity inner wall, and free end 22 can be better with the laminating of oral cavity inner wall and tooth, and clean effect is better.
The bristles 20 may be formed by a plurality of bristle bundles which are arranged on the first base plate 11 at intervals, and the bristle bundles can provide better support for the bristles 20. When the bristle bundle is under the action of external force, the inner wall of the oral cavity and the teeth can be cleaned more thoroughly. Of course, the bristles 20 may be uniformly spaced on the first substrate 11, and the distribution of the bristles 20 is not limited in this application.
The brush bar 50 may be of unitary construction with the base 10. One end of the brush bar 50 may be connected to the first base plate 11, or may be connected to the second base plate 12, or the brush bar 50 may be connected to both the first base plate 11 and the second base plate 12, and the application is not limited to the connection between the brush bar 50 and the base 10. The other end of the brush rod 50 can be connected to the handle 200, and then the handle 200 can transmit power to the bristles 20 on the first substrate 11, so that the bristles 20 can vibrate under the driving of the handle 200, and the cleaning effect is enhanced.
When the brush rod 50 is connected to the first base plate 11, the handle 200 can better drive the bristles 20 to vibrate, and the power transmission effect is better. When the brush rod 50 is coupled to the second base plate 12, the structural strength of the second base plate 12 can be enhanced, the second base plate 12 can provide better support for the first base plate 11, and the first base plate 11 can be better deformed to effectively fit the bristles 20 to the teeth. When the brush rod 50 is connected to the first base plate 11 and the second base plate 12, the overall structural strength between the handle 200 and the base 10 is increased, the stress degree of the toothbrush head 100 is larger, and the base 10 and the brush handle 200 are prevented from being broken off when excessive force is applied.
In some embodiments, the first substrate 11, the second substrate 12 and the connecting posts 13 can be made of a plastic material with a certain deformation capability, for example, the first substrate 11, the second substrate 12 and the connecting posts 13 can be made of low density polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, rubber or a mixture thereof, and the first substrate 11, the second substrate 12 and the connecting posts 13 can also be elastically deformed by an external force while having a certain hardness. That is to say, under such a condition, first base plate 11, second base plate 12 and spliced pole 13 all can take place certain deformation and can have better support nature to brush hair 20 when the atress, and have certain deformability then can make any one in first base plate 11, second base plate 12 and spliced pole 13 take place deformation, when taking place deformation, thereby first base plate 11 can drive brush hair 20 and take place to remove and thereby make the shape that a plurality of brush hairs 20 formed also correspondingly change the tooth that adapts to different shapes, in order to strengthen clean effect.
It will be appreciated that when the toothbrush head 100 is inserted into the mouth for brushing teeth, the free ends 22 of the bristles 20 are held in abutment with the teeth, and the bristles 20 will transmit external forces to the base 10 when subjected to forces. Because first base plate 11, spliced pole 13 and second base plate 12 have certain deformability, and then first base plate 11, spliced pole 13 and second base plate 12 can then take place deformation under the effect of external force to then can drive brush hair 20 and warp in order to be adapted to the tooth of different shapes, make toothbrush head 100's adaptability stronger, all have better clean effect to the tooth of different shapes, the condition emergence of brush hair 20 scratch oral cavity can also be avoided too big simultaneously.
Furthermore, it is understood that in some embodiments, when the bristles 20 are stressed, only the first substrate 11 may be deformed to drive the bristles 20 to move, only the connecting column 13 may be deformed to allow the first substrate 11 and the bristles 20 to move together, or only the second substrate 12 may be deformed to allow the first substrate 11, the connecting column 13 and the bristles 20 to move together. Preferably, the first base plate 11, the connecting column 13 and the second base plate 12 are all deformed when receiving the force transmitted from the bristles 20 so that the bristles 20 can move to adapt to teeth of different shapes.
Referring to fig. 4-6, in some embodiments, the thickness of the first substrate 11 is smaller than the thickness of the second substrate 12, and the structural strength of the second substrate 12 is greater than the structural strength of the first substrate 11.
So, first base plate 11's thickness is less, and structural strength is less then more easily takes place deformation under the effect of external force and then drives the motion of brush hair 20 and warp, and second base plate 12's thickness is great, and structural strength is great to receive second base plate 12's influence when making first base plate 11 warp less, and simultaneously, second base plate 20 can have better support ability to first base plate 11 and brush hair 20 for toothbrush head 100's the atress degree is better in order to be better to the clean effect of tooth.
Specifically, since the bristles 20 are connected to the first base plate 11, the bristles 20 firstly transmit an external force to the first base plate 11 when the external force is applied, and the first base plate 11 is more easily deformed to match the bristles 20 with the shape of the teeth when the first base plate 11 is formed to be thinner. The spliced pole 13 is connected between first base plate 11 and second base plate 12, and spliced pole 13 then can be with the external force transmission to second base plate 12 that first base plate 11 received on, second base plate 12 is as last stress point, then need to have thicker structure and just can carry out better support to spliced pole 13 and first base plate 11 for brush hair 20 is better to the clean effect of tooth.
Referring to fig. 4-6, in some embodiments, the number of the connection posts 13 is multiple, and the connection posts 13 are disposed between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12 at intervals along the length direction of the base 10.
So, the connection between first base plate 11 and the second base plate 12 is more stable, and first base plate 11 can be divided into a plurality of parts that the interval set up, and the deformation of independent part is less to the deformation influence of adjacent part, strengthens the independence of each part, further promotes first base plate 11's service ability, and when first base plate 11 took place to deform in the atress, spliced pole 13 of atress department can provide more stable support and can not influence deformation to first base plate 11.
Specifically, the connecting column 13 may have a cylindrical shape, but may have other shapes. The two ends of the connecting column 13 are respectively connected between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12, and the connecting column 13 can be integrally formed with the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12. The connecting columns 13 may be provided with two, three, four, or the like, and are spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12, and the specific number of the connecting columns 13 may be set according to the length of the base 10, which is not limited in this application. Preferably, there are three connecting posts 13, so that the first substrate 11, the connecting posts 13 and the second substrate 12 can be more uniformly stressed, and the situation that the cleaning effect is poor due to the large deformation of part of the bristles 20 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4-7, in some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the connecting posts 13 located in the middle of the base 10 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the connecting posts 13 located on both sides of the base 10.
So, the spliced pole 13 structural strength that is located base 10 middle part is less, and under the condition of same external force, the inside sunken degree of deformation of brush hair 20 of base 10 middle part department is great, more accords with the arc structure of tooth, and brush hair 20 is better with the laminating effect of tooth, and then makes toothbrush head 100's clean effect better.
In one embodiment, the number of the connecting columns 13 is three, the three connecting columns 13 are respectively a first connecting column 131, a second connecting column 132 and a third connecting column 133, the first connecting column 131, the second connecting column 132 and the third connecting column 133 are sequentially arranged at intervals, and the cross-sectional area of the second connecting column 132 is smaller than that of the first connecting column 131 and that of the third connecting column 133.
Specifically, the first connecting column 131, the second connecting column 132 and the third connecting column 133 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the base 10, the first connecting column 131 and the third connecting column 133 are respectively arranged at two ends, and the second connecting column 132 is arranged in the middle. The cross-sectional area of the second connecting column 132 is smaller than the cross-sectional areas of the first connecting column 131 and the third connecting column 133, and the cross-section of the second connecting column 132 is smaller, i.e., the structural strength is smaller. When the bristles 20 are stressed, the bristles 20 in the middle of the base 10 are deformed to a greater extent toward the second substrate 12, and the bristles 20 are in an arc structure to be more adaptive to the shape of the teeth, so that the toothbrush head 100 has a better cleaning effect.
In other embodiments, the number of the connection posts 13 is plural, and the plural connection posts 13 are disposed between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12 at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12. So, spliced pole 13 can promote the holistic structural strength of base 10, and the setting can obtain better support when the atress at base 10 week side's brush hair 20 for brush hair 20 of brush head 100 week side department can provide better clean effect to the tooth.
Of course, it is also possible that some of the connection posts 13 are disposed between the first and second substrates 11 and 12 at intervals in the lengthwise direction of the susceptor 10, and some of the connection posts 13 are disposed between the first and second substrates 11 and 12 at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first and second substrates 11 and 12. So, spliced pole 13 is more even to the support of first base plate 11 for brush hair 20 can distribute external force to everywhere of first base plate 11 uniformly when the atress, and spliced pole 13 can provide better holding power to first base plate 11, has further increased the stability of structure, is difficult for taking place structural damage when the atress.
Referring to fig. 4-6, in some embodiments, the connection post 13 includes a first end 134 and a second end 135 opposite to each other, the first end 134 is connected to the first substrate 11, the second end 135 is connected to the second substrate 12, an outer peripheral wall of the first end 134 is connected to the first substrate 11 through a first arc surface 136, and an outer peripheral wall of the second end 135 is connected to the second substrate 12 through a second arc surface 137.
Therefore, the connection between the connection column 13 and the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12 is more stable, the structural stability is increased, and the structural damage is not easy to occur during stress.
Specifically, first end 134 is connected in first base plate 11 one side, and along the radial direction of spliced pole 13, the outer wall of first end 134 is arcwall face structure with the junction of first base plate 11, and then the junction structure of first end 134 and first base plate 11 is more stable firm, and the deformation degree of first base plate 11 and spliced pole 13 can not be influenced in first end 134 and the connection of first base plate 11.
The second end 135 is connected in second base plate 12 one side, and along the radial direction of spliced pole 13, the outer wall of second end 135 is arcwall face structure with the junction of second base plate 12, and then the junction structure of second end 135 and second base plate 12 is more stable firm, and the deformation degree of second base plate 12 and spliced pole 13 can not be influenced yet to the connection of second end 135 and second base plate 12.
Referring to fig. 4-6, in some embodiments, the connecting column 13 includes a first end 134 and a second end 135 opposite to each other, the first end 134 is connected to the first substrate 11, the second end 135 is connected to the second substrate 12, and the outer diameter of the connecting column 13 gradually decreases and then gradually increases along the direction from the first end 134 to the second end 135.
Thus, the first end 134 and the second end 135 of the connecting column 13 are respectively connected to the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12, and the cross-sectional area of the middle portion of the connecting column 13 is smaller along the radial direction of the connecting column 13, so that the structural strength is smaller and the deformation is facilitated under the action of external force.
Specifically, the thick structure in thin both ends in the middle of can regarding the shape of spliced pole 13, the external diameter that first end 134 and second end 135 are greater than the external diameter at mid portion makes spliced pole 13 and first base plate 11 and second base plate 12 can carry out more stable being connected, the external diameter at mid portion is less than the external diameter at both ends and makes the structural strength of spliced pole 13 intermediate position department be less than the structural strength at both ends, and then the emergence deformation that spliced pole 13 can be better when the atress, make the better laminating of brush hair 20 and tooth, reinforcing toothbrush head 100's clean effect.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the first substrate 11 covers the connection posts 13, the orthographic projections of the connection posts 13 in the first substrate 11 are located in the first substrate 11, and the width of the connection posts 13 is smaller than the width of the first substrate 11.
Thus, the two sides of the joint of the first base plate 11 and the connecting post 13 can be deformed under the action of external force, so that the toothbrush head 100 can further adapt to the shape of teeth.
Specifically, the first end 134 of the connection post 13 may be connected at a generally central position of the first base plate 11. In this application, the orthographic projection of spliced pole 13 in first base plate 11 is located first base plate 11, the width of spliced pole 13 is less than the width of first base plate 11, the both sides of first base plate 11 and spliced pole 13 junction are in the interval and do not have the support state, and then when brush hair 20 atress, the atress that first base plate 11 and spliced pole 13 junction both sides can be better warp for brush hair 20 and the better adaptation of tooth, reinforcing brush hair 20's clean effect. It should be noted that "the orthographic projection of the connecting post 13 in the first substrate 11" can be understood as the projection of the connecting post 13 on the first substrate 11 along the direction of the second substrate 12 toward the first substrate 11, that is, the projection on the first substrate 11 along the arrangement direction of the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the connection post 13 is located in the middle of the first substrate 11 along the width direction of the first substrate 11, and the width of the connection post 13 is less than half of the width of the first substrate 11.
Therefore, certain width is reserved on two sides of the joint of the first substrate 11 and the connecting column 13, the first substrate 11 positioned on two sides has no support of the connecting column 13, so that the moment arm is longer, and the deformation is easier to occur under the action of external force, so that the bristles 20 positioned at corresponding positions are more adaptive to the shapes of teeth.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the surface of the first substrate 11 facing away from the second substrate 12 is a curved surface and is recessed toward the side of the second substrate 12.
Therefore, as the surface of the teeth is arc-shaped, the bristles 20 are arranged on the surface of the first substrate 11 departing from the second substrate 12, the surface is arc-shaped, so that the bristles 20 are more adaptive to the shapes of the teeth, the bristles 20 can be better attached to the teeth to remove residues on the teeth, and the cleaning effect of the bristles 20 is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in some embodiments, a soft gel 30 is filled between the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12.
Thus, the software body between the first base 10 and the second base 10 can play a certain buffering role to protect the base 10 and prevent the base 10 from being deformed due to uneven stress.
Specifically, the soft rubber 30 may be made of rubber, and the soft rubber 30 may be integrally injection-molded. The soft gel 30 has a good ability to deform and stretch. Because the stress among the first substrate 11, the connecting column 13 and the second substrate 12 is concentrated, the soft rubber body 30 can disperse the stress, so that the overall stress of the base 10 is more uniform, and the occurrence of the condition of excessive local deformation is avoided. The base 10 can deform more uniformly and reasonably under the action of the soft colloid 30 to adapt to the shape of the teeth.
In some embodiments, the bristles 20 are fused to the first substrate 11 and one end of the bristles 20 is encased within the first substrate 11. So, be connected more stably firm between brush hair 20 and the first base plate 11, produce deformation on brush hair 20 atress in-process can transmit power to first base plate 11 better, prolong toothbrush head 100's life, avoid appearing the condition that brush hair 20 drops and take place, influence the user and use experience.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in some embodiments, the brush bar 50 is connected to the outer peripheral wall of the second substrate 12 and extends along the length of the base 10, and the brush bar 50 is bent toward the first substrate 11 with respect to the second substrate 12.
In this way, the brush bar 50 is connected to the second substrate 12 to enhance the structural strength of the second substrate 12, so that the second substrate 12 can provide stable support for the connection post 13 and the first substrate 11, and the connection post 13 and the first substrate 11 are less affected by the second substrate 12 when being deformed by a force.
Specifically, the brush bar 50 may be formed by extending an end portion of the second base plate 12 outward, and the brush bar 50 may be integrally formed with the base 10. The end of the brush rod 50 away from the second base plate 12 is gradually inclined toward the side of the first base plate 11, so that the base 10 is better stressed, the toothbrush head 100 is more convenient to apply force during brushing, and the bristles 20 can be more closely attached to the teeth. Wherein, one end of the brush rod 50 far away from the second base plate 12 can become thicker gradually, so as to enhance the overall structural strength of the brush rod 50 and avoid the damage of the brush rod 50 when being stressed.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in some embodiments, the toothbrush head 100 further includes a soft rubber body 40, the soft rubber body 40 is wrapped around the first base plate 11 and the second base plate 12, the surface of the first base plate 11 facing away from the second base plate 12 and the bristles 20 are exposed from the soft rubber body 40; or the soft rubber body 40 wraps the whole base 10, and the bristles 20 are exposed out of the soft rubber body 40. Wherein the deformability of the soft rubber body 40 is stronger than that of the base 10.
So, the effect that buffering damping can be played in the periphery of first base plate 11 and second base plate 12 to flexible glue body 40 parcel, and flexible glue body 40 contacts with the oral cavity wall mutually when brushing teeth, and flexible glue body 40 is softer to make and to brush teeth experience better, avoids appearing painful sense.
Specifically, the soft rubber body 40 may also be made of rubber. The soft rubber body 40 has better deformation and stretching capacity, and is better than the base 10 in material flexibility. The soft glue body 40 can be wrapped on the outer peripheral sides of the first substrate 11 and the second substrate 12, and can also be wrapped on the outer surface of the whole base 10. Because the compliance of flexible glue body 40 is better, the influence that takes place deformation when flexible glue body 40 is stressed first base plate 11, spliced pole 13 and second base plate 12 is less, and flexible glue body 40 can be with external force dispersion for the atress of base 10 is more even, avoids local deformation excessive, and brush hair 20 can be with tooth shape looks adaptation.
The bristles 20 can extend out of the first substrate 11 from the surface of the first substrate 11 opposite to the second substrate 12 under the wrapping of the soft rubber body 40. When the toothbrush head 100 extends into the oral cavity, the soft rubber body 40 is in contact with the oral cavity wall, so that the toothbrush head 100 has better use experience feeling during tooth brushing, and pain caused by over hardness can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, the toothbrush head 100 further includes a head connector 60, the head connector 60 is disposed on the soft rubber body 40 and located at an end of the soft rubber body 40 away from the base 10, an end of the head connector 60 is exposed from the soft rubber body 40, and the head connector 60 is used to mount the toothbrush head 100 on the handle 200 of the electric toothbrush 1000.
So, toothbrush head 100 can be installed on handle 200 through brush head connecting piece 60 detachably, and then so that toothbrush head 100's dismantlement is changed, and brush head connecting piece 60 sets up and can increase the arm of force in the one end of keeping away from base 10 for toothbrush head 100's atress effect is better, reinforcing cleaning effect.
Specifically, the brush head connecting member 60 may be wrapped inside the soft rubber body 40, and the connecting end 61 of the brush head connecting member 60 is exposed from the soft rubber body 40 so as to be connected to the handle 200. Can dismantle through modes such as buckle between brush head link spare 60 and the handle 200 and be connected, the installation is dismantled comparatively conveniently and is connected comparatively stably, and this application does not do the restriction to the connected mode between brush head link spare 60 and the handle 200.
