一种全方位无死角吸污车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种市政清洁设备,具体是一种全方位无死角吸污车。
背景技术
吸污车是市政清洁工具中常见的机械设备,吸污车与吸粪车具有相同原理,但吸污车又与吸粪车有着不同用途。区别就在于吸污车罐体为圆形罐,结构更紧密,可以耐更高压力提供更大的吸力,可用于收集清理运输污水,污泥。
吸污车是收集、中转清理运输污泥、污水,避免二次污染的新型环卫车辆,吸污车可自吸自排,工作速度快,容量大,运输方便,适用于收集运输粪便、泥浆、原油等液体物质。
但是目前现有的吸污车大多通过固定的吸污管进行吸污,由于淤泥的流动存在一定的粘结性,因此固定的吸污管不能实现全方位无死角排污。
发明内容
基于上述背景技术中所提到的现有技术中的不足之处,为此本发明提供了一种全方位无死角吸污车。
本发明通过采用如下技术方案克服以上技术问题,具体为:
一种全方位无死角吸污车,包括车架和安装在所述车架上用于盛放污物的存储箱;所述车架的后部活动安装有同所述存储箱连通的吸污管,所述吸污管通过抽送结构与所述存储箱连接;
所述车架的后部摆动安装有活动平台,所述吸污管活动安装在所述活动平台上,且吸污管的端头通过波纹软管与所述抽送结构连接,在所述存储箱的后部安装有驱动组件,所述驱动组件分别连接所述抽送结构和活动平台;
所述存储箱的一侧安装有用于带动所述吸污管摆动收起的收纳组件。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述驱动组件包括安装在所述存储箱后部的马达和连接所述马达输出端的蜗杆;所述活动平台通过传动结构连接所述蜗杆,所述抽送结构连接所述 驱动组件中的蜗杆。

利用安装座4与吸污管3的上部铰接,使得在收纳组件工作时可带动吸污管3绕安装座4翻转折叠,当不需要吸污时可将吸污管3摆动折叠至存储箱2的一侧,不占用空间。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,所述传动结构包括固定在所述蜗杆16下端的转盘15、固定在所述转盘15偏心处的卡柱14、以及并排固定在所述活动平台12上的两个卡板13;
两个所述卡板13之间形成嵌槽,所述卡柱14滑动嵌合在所述嵌槽上;
