Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'avertissement pour un produit de sécurité d'actif, consistant à : lors de la détection de nouvelles informations de prêt, générer des informations de prêt en un bloc d'actifs correspondant selon un contrat de gestion d'actifs prédéfini (S201) ; déterminer des produits de sécurité d'actif cibles dans un groupe d'actifs de base selon un bloc d'actif satisfaisant une règle de revenus prédéfinie, le groupe d'actifs de base comprenant une pluralité de produits de sécurité d'actif cibles différents (S202) ; évaluer respectivement des risques de sécurité cibles correspondants selon la règle des revenus et des données de revenus effectifs obtenues de la pluralité de produits de sécurité d'actif cibles (S203) ; et générer des signaux d'avertissement cibles correspondants selon les risques de sécurité cibles pour commander la fourniture d'une alarme (S204). Par la mise en œuvre du présent procédé, des informations de prêt sont générées en un bloc d'actifs selon un contrat de gestion d'actifs prédéfini, un bloc d'actifs satisfaisant une règle de revenus est sélectionné pour déterminer des produits de sécurité d'actif cibles et des risques de sécurité cibles correspondants sont évalués selon des données de revenus effectifs des produits de sécurité d'actif cibles et la règle de revenus prédéfinie pour surveiller efficacement le risque du produit de sécurité d'actif sur le marché de la titrisation d'actifs.
