Description
UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE FOR SURFACE DISTRIBUTION OF SUBSTANCES
The invention relates to aeronautical engineering, namely to light aircraft of a helicopter type, in particular unmanned aerial vehicles with vertical takeoff and landing for agricultural purposes for spraying liquid or bulk substances from the air.
It is known to use light aircraft, in particular, AN-2, Su-38L, Il-103 aircraft, Mi-2, Ka-26 and Ka-226 helicopters for spraying pesticides over fields (V.P. Asovsky. Topical issues of aviation protection Plant Protection and Quarantine Journal, No. 3).
A major disadvantage of using this technique is that pollination is carried out from heights that are high enough for this type of work, which leads to excessive consumption of pesticides, their removal outside the fields by wind and air currents from propellers of airplanes and helicopters, and an extremely uneven distribution of substances over the treated surface.
31-34). It is known to use various types of trikes for spraying fields (F. Privalov, A. Ziziko. Hang-gliders for the chemical treatment of agricultural land. Science and innovation, No. 2 (168), 2017, pp. 31-34).
However, this solution also does not eliminate the problem of carrying out and uneven distribution of substances with a significant reduction in load capacity.
Helicopter-type unmanned aerial vehicles are known, including a glider with rotors and control screws, a container for a liquid or bulk substance and a spray device in the form of a rod with nozzles equipped with a container for pesticides and sprayers (http://robotrends.ru/pub/1718/dron -raspylitel-dii-agras-mg-l-poluchil-mobilnoe-prilozhenie).
Despite the ability to fly at a much lower altitude compared to manned aircraft, the use of such aircraft also retains the disadvantages of uneven application and removal of pesticides outside the treated area due to the action of inductive air flows from propellers and wind. The technical result achieved by the proposed technical solution is the elimination of these shortcomings - an increase in the uniformity of the introduction of reagents, a decrease in the likelihood of their removal outside the processing zone, and a decrease in the consumption of introduced substances.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that an unmanned aerial vehicle for distributing substances over the surface, including a glider with main and control screws, a container for a liquid or granular substance and a spray device in the form of a rod with nozzles, is equipped with at least two air deflectors installed under the glider , each of which is made in the form of two parallel plates, one of which has a perforation, while the distance between the plates is not less than the radius of the control screw, and the deflectors are placed at the edges of the airframe under the control screws vertically and parallel to each other with perforated plates facing each other , and the rod with nozzles is located in front of the deflectors perpendicular to the latter, the length of the rod with nozzles does not exceed the distance between the perforated plates.
Installation of air deflectors on the apparatus allows to protect the spraying area from inductive air flows from the rotors and wind, and the placement of deflectors under the control screws directs inductive flows from the control screws between the plates with the outflow of air through the perforated plate into the spraying zone, preventing the pesticide from settling on the surface of the deflectors.
In FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the aircraft, side view.
In FIG. 2 - the same, top view.
10. Unmanned aerial vehicle for the distribution of substances on the surface is a glider 1 with 2 bearing and 3 control screws. On the glider 1 there is a container 4 for a liquid or bulk substance, communicated with a spray device 5 in the form of a rod 6 with nozzles 7. Under the glider 1, two air deflectors 8 are installed, each of which is made in the form of two parallel plates 9 and 10. The plates 10 have perforation. The distance between the plates 9 and 10 is not less than the radius of the control screw 3. The deflectors 8 are placed at the edges of the airframe 1 under the control screws 3 vertically and parallel to each other with perforated plates 10 facing each other. in front of the deflectors 8 perpendicular to the latter. The length of the rod 6 does not exceed the distance between the perforated plates 10.
The unmanned aerial vehicle operates as follows.
2. During the flight of the apparatus over the field, pesticides are sprayed through nozzles 7. Due to the fact that the sprayers are located in front of the deflectors 8 in the direction of movement of the apparatus, the oncoming air flow draws a cloud of pesticide under the glider 1 between the deflectors 8, which prevent the spread of the air-drop mixture in side of the apparatus and settle on the plants. Inductive air flows from the control screws enter the space between the plates 9 and 10, while the air passes through the perforation of the plates 10, creating an air cushion at the surface of the deflectors, which prevents drops from settling on the deflectors. Plates 9 protect the drop-air cloud from air flows from rotors 2.
This design ensures compliance with the specified application rate of pesticides and reduces its losses.
