- the print data from the printer engine controller 40 was transmitted to the LSU or KCMY LED Head 50 through the communication line, but the print data was transferred to the LSU or KCMY LED Head 50 by on/off switching of the control device 30 . Even if the image is not formed on the OPC drum 70 because it is not transmitted, the printer engine controller 40 determines that the image is printed.
- the control device 30 controls the exit sensor 22 to stop the operation of the multifunction device 100 for security, so that the plain paper moves the exit roller 23 . It stops right before exiting. For example, just before the general paper is discharged, the control device 30 controls the output from the exit sensor 22 to be off, so that even though the exit sensor 22 actually detects the paper, the printer engine controller 40 exits. It is possible to stop the operation of the multifunction device 100 for security by allowing the sensor 22 to recognize that the paper has not been detected.
