通过滑块19的连接,将后盖板21和箱体1相配合,通过第一磁性层20和第二磁性层22的配合,提高了后盖板21和箱体1连接的紧密程度,当需要将后盖板21打开对箱体1内部的元件进行维修处理时,启动第一电机17,第一电机17通过带动第一转轴18转动从而带动滑块19进行移动,从而将后盖板21推拉开,第一磁性层20和后盖板21受力分离,当重新推拉合拢时第一磁性层20和后盖板21再吸附在一起。
如图4~5所示,本发明实施例中,所述自动除尘机构包括开设在所述箱体1外壁上的散热孔24,所述散热孔24的上方固定有固定板23,散热孔24的下方设有集尘箱25;所述固定板23的下表面安装有自动伸缩杆26,所述自动伸缩杆26的顶部固定有除尘组件,所述除尘组件包括推板27,所述推板27和所述散热孔24相接触的侧壁上安装有除尘刷28和刮板29。
当散热孔24上堆积有灰尘后,启动自动伸缩杆26伸长,自动伸缩杆26带动推板27向下推动,依次利用推板27上的除尘刷28对灰尘刷除后再利用刮板29将灰尘向下刮动,最后利用集尘箱25进行统一收集,方便清洗处理。
如图6所示,本发明实施例中,所述散热机构位于防护框30的内部,所述防护框30安装在所述箱体1的左右内壁上,所述防护框30的位置和所述散热孔24的位置相对应;所述散热机构包括第二电机31,所述第二电机31的输出端通过联轴器与第二转轴32驱动连接,所述第二转轴32的顶部固定有散热风扇33。
启动第二电机31,第二电机31通过第二转轴32带动散热风扇33转动,利用散热风扇33的转动加快箱体1内部的空气流动,提高了箱体1内部元件的散热效果,在防护框30的作用下,能对散热机构和元件进行保护,防止对元件造成损坏。
进一步的,所述减震底托机构包括托板36,所述托板36的底部通过弹簧37与所述箱体1的底端相连,所述弹簧37中安装有减震器38。
托板36起到支撑承托的作用,能对计算机的元件进行支撑固定,通过弹簧37和减震器38能减少在搬运该机箱时震动对于元件的影响,弹簧37被动压缩承受直接冲击进行缓冲,减震器38吸收弹簧37反弹的力量,进一步保证稳定效果。
实施例2
如图6所示,本发明提供的再一个实施例中,所述箱体1内部设有自动报警机构;所述自动报警机构包括温度传感器34、报警器35和控制器,所述温度传感器34安装在所述箱体1内部的顶部,所述报警器35安装在所述箱体1外壁的顶端,所述控制器基于所述温度传感器34接收到温度信息控制启动报警器35。
温度对于元件具有巨大的影响,利用温度传感器34实时监测箱体1内部的温度,当箱体1内的温度达到极限值后,通过控制器控制启动报警器35,通过报警器35发出提醒,能防止高温对元件造成严重的损坏。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种计算机用多功能机箱,所述多功能机箱包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)的正面设有开关控制面板,所述开关控制面板上设有电源开关键(2)、插孔(3)、USB接口(4)和光驱开关键(5),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部固定有支撑底框(9),所述支撑底框(9)的边缘底部固定有防滑耐磨垫(10),所述支撑底框(9)的内部安装有可折叠车轮机构,所述箱体(1)的顶部安装有提手(6);
    所述箱体(1)的后面通过推拉开关机构与后盖板(21)相连;
    所述箱体(1)内部的左右侧壁上安装有散热机构,箱体(1)的左右外壁上安装有自动除尘机构与所述散热机构相连;
    所述箱体(1)内部的底端设有减震底托机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机用多功能机箱,其特征在于,所述可折叠车轮机构包括转动杆(12),所述转动杆(12)的顶部通过安装座(11)活动安装在所述支撑底框(9)顶部的下表面,所述转动杆(12)的底部转动安装有车轮座(13),所述车轮座(13)中转动安装有车轮(14);
    所述安装座(11)的一侧铰接有液压伸缩推臂(15),所述液压伸缩推臂(15)的另一端与所述转动杆(12)铰接相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的计算机用多功能机箱,其特征在于,所述提手(6)的内部开设有通槽(7),所述通槽(7)的顶部开设有指型槽(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机用多功能机箱,其特征在于,所述推拉开关机构包括两个第一电机(17),两个第一电机(17)分别安装在凹槽(16)的外侧,所述凹槽(16)分别开设在所述箱体(1)后侧壁的顶部和底部;
    所述第一电机(17)的输出端通过联轴器与第一转轴(18)驱动连接,所述第一转轴(18)转动安装在所述凹槽(16)的内部,滑块(19)以螺纹连接方式安装在所述第一转轴(18)上,所述滑块(19)与后盖板(21)固定连接;
    所述凹槽(16)的上方和下方均嵌有第一磁性层(20),所述后盖板(21)与所述箱体(1)相连接的侧壁上嵌有第二磁性层(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机用多功能机箱,其特征在于,所述自动除尘机构包括开设在所述箱体(1)外壁上的散热孔(24),所述散热孔(24)的上方固定有固定板(23),散热孔(24)的下方设有集尘箱(25);
    所述固定板(23)的下表面安装有自动伸缩杆(26),所述自动伸缩杆(26)的顶部固定有除尘组件,所述除尘组件包括推板(27),所述推板(27)和所述散热孔(24)相接触的侧壁上安装有除尘刷(28)和刮板(29)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的计算机用多功能机箱,其特征在于,所述散热机构位于防护框(30)的内部,所述防护框(30)安装在所述箱体(1)的左右内壁上,所述防护框(30)的位置和所述散热孔(24)的位置相对应;
    所述散热机构包括第二电机(31),所述第二电机(31)的输出端通过联轴器与第二转轴(32)驱动连接,所述第二转轴(32)的顶部固定有散热风扇(33)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机用多功能机箱,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内部设有自动报警机构;
    所述自动报警机构包括温度传感器(34)、报警器(35)和控制器,所述温度传感器(34)安装在所述箱体(1)内部的顶部,所述报警器(35)安装在所述箱体(1)外壁的顶端,所述控制器基于所述温度传感器(34)接收到温度信息控制启动报警器(35)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机用多功能机箱,其特征在于,所述减震底托机构包括托板(36),所述托板(36)的底部通过弹簧(37)与所述箱体(1)的底端相连,所述弹簧(37)中安装有减震器(38)。
