本申请涉及智能设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可穿戴设备。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于自身的健康状况也更加关注,为了便于对自身的健康状况进行检测,人们通常佩戴例如智能手环等可穿戴设备,以便于对心电图以及心率等数据进行测量。智能手环包括第一电极和第二电极,第二电极位于可穿戴设备的智能手环背离屏幕的一侧,第一电极可以位于屏幕或是智能手环的侧面,例如,使用者可以将智能手环佩戴在左臂,左臂与第二电极接触,在使用时,通过右臂与第一电极接触,以形成完成的回路,然而通常第一电极会占用屏幕的显示区域,不便于使用者通过屏幕获取检测结果,当第一电极位于智能手环的侧面时,右臂与第一电极接触,容易推动智能手环相对于左臂产生位移,导致第二电极与左臂接触不良。
申请内容
本申请提供了一种可穿戴设备,用于解决可穿戴设备的电极占用屏幕的显示区域,以及容易与人体接触不良的问题。
本申请实施例提供了一种可穿戴设备,所述可穿戴设备具有屏幕、第一电极、第二电极和电路板;
所述第一电极与所述屏幕连接,且所述第一电极不遮挡所述屏幕的显示区域,所述第二电极安装于所述可穿戴设备的壳体,所述第一电极与所述第二电极通过所述电路板电性连接;
沿所述可穿戴设备的厚度方向,所述第一电极具有第一表面,所述第二电极具有第二表面,所述第一表面和第二表面用于与人体接触。
这样的设计能够降低第一电极对屏幕的显示区域的影响,沿可穿戴设备的厚度方向设置有用于与人体接触的第一表面和第二表面能够使使用者在使用时夹持可穿戴设备,从而降低可穿戴设备相对于使用者发生位移的可能,提升人体与第一电极和第二电极接触的稳定性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述屏幕设置有凹槽,所述凹槽设置在所述屏幕朝向使用者的一侧,所述第一电极沿所述凹槽设置。
这样的设计能够便于在安装时对于第一电极进行定位,提升第一电极的安装位置精度,降低第一电极影响屏幕显示区域的可能。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一电极为纳米金属。
由于纳米金属的宽度较小,通常以纳米作为单位进行计算,肉眼很难观察到纳米金属,因此能够降低第一电极影响屏幕显示区域的可能。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述屏幕设置有多个所述凹槽,所述凹槽呈网格状分布,且各所述凹槽内均设置有纳米金属,相邻纳米金属之间相互连接,以形成所述第一电极
通过将第一电极设置在网格状的凹槽内能够使第一电极的分布更加合理,能够增加第一电极的分布面积,更加便于第一电极与使用者进行接触。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述屏幕具有第三表面,所述第三表面远离所述电路板,所述凹槽设置在所述第三表面;
所述第三表面设置有导电保护层,所述导电保护层至少覆盖所述第一电极所在的区域,且与所述第一电极电性连接。
通过在第三表面设置导电保护层不仅能够对第一电极进行保护,导电保护层的面积可以大于第一表面的面积,导电保护层能够与第一电极电性连接,更加便于使用者与第一表面接触,并与第一电极电性连接。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一电极具有第一主体部、第二主体部和连接段,所述第一主体部设置在所述凹槽,所述第二主体部设置在所述屏幕远离所述第三表面的一侧,用于与所述电路板电性连接,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部通过所述连接段电性连接。
通过这样的方式更加便于第一电极与电路板连接,相较于改变电路板的结构,本申请实施例所提供的方案更加简单,便于操作。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述壳体与所述屏幕连接,所述壳体的至少部分为导电陶瓷,导电陶瓷用于形成所述第一电极。
通过将导电陶瓷设置在壳体以形成第一电极,能够进一步减小第一电极对屏幕显示区域的影响,同时相较于金属电极,导电陶瓷能够有效降低静电释放现象发生的可能,提升检测结果的准确性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一电极呈环形,与所述屏幕套接。
通过壳体可以均为导电陶瓷,这样的设计更加便于将屏幕安装于壳体,提升壳体的整体性,同时由于导电陶瓷呈环形套接于屏幕,因此使用者可以沿屏幕的边缘与任意位置接触即可以第一电极接触。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述可穿戴设备还包括弹性部件,所述第一电极与所述电路板通过所述弹性部件电性连接。
通过在第一电极与电路板之间设置弹性部件能够提升第一电极与电路板之间电性连接的稳定性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述壳体具有第四表面,所述第四表面远离所述屏幕,所述第二电极设置在所述第四表面。
通过这样的设计能够使第一电极与第二电极相对设置,更加便于使用者夹持可穿戴设备。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述壳体包括底壳,所述底壳位于所述可穿戴设备朝向人体的一侧;

随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对于自身的健康状况也更加关注,为便于对自身的健康状况进行检测,人们通常佩戴如智能手环等电子设备,以便于对身体的健康数据进行检测。以智能手环为例,智能手环包括第一电极和第二电极,第一电极和第二电极为具有导电性的材料制成的用于与人体接触的部件,第一电极和第二电极与人体接触并传导人体所产生的生物电,通常情况下,第一电极和第二电极选用金属材料。第二电极通常设置在智能手环的背侧,即智能手环远离屏幕的一侧,以智能手环佩戴在左臂为例,当使用者佩戴智能手环时,左臂与第二电极接触,当需要对心率、心电图等数据进行检测时,使用者可以通过右手接触第一电极,从而使双臂以及躯干和智能手环形成一个经过心脏位置的闭合回路,智能手环内部的心电模块通过第一电极和第二电极对使用者的人体的生物电进行检测,从而能够生成心电图,并将检测结果显示在智能手环的屏幕上,以使使用者能够直观的了解自身的健康状况。
通常情况下,第一电极设置在屏幕或是智能手环的侧面,当第一电极设置在屏幕时,由于通常情况下,第一电极由金属片制作而成,因此,将第一电极设置在屏幕上会占用屏幕的空间,到是屏幕的显示区域的面积减小,不便于使用者获取检测结果。为了不占用屏幕的显示区域,第一电极还可以设置在智能手环的侧面,例如设置在侧边按钮等位置,然而在实际使用时,使用者通常会对第一电极施加一定的作用力,以使右手能够与第一电极具有良好的接触,由于第一电极设置在智能手环的侧面,因此,当使用者对第一电极施加作用力时,会推动智能手环相对于左臂运动,由于智能手环相对于左臂产生位移,容易导致第二电极与左臂接触不良,进而影响测量结果的准确性。
鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种可穿戴设备,用于解决现有技术中,电极占用屏幕的显示区域以及容易与人体接触不良的问题。
如图1至图4所示,本申请实施例提供了一种可穿戴设备,其中,可穿戴设备具有屏幕2、第一电极3、第二电极4和电路板5,第一电极3与屏幕2连接,且第一电极3不遮挡屏幕2的显示区域,例如,第一电极3可以为网格状,设置在屏幕2朝向使用者一侧的表面,屏幕为被网格状的第一电极3覆盖的部分以及位于网孔的部分为显示区域,或,第一电极3沿屏幕2的周向设置,以避让屏幕2朝向使用者一侧的表面,屏幕2朝向使用者一侧的表面为显示区域。第一电极3和第二电极4通过电路板5电性连接。具体地,沿可穿戴设备的厚度方向,第一电极3具有第一表面31,第一表面31用于与人体接触;第二电极4具有第二表面41,第二表面41同样用于与人体接触,在一种可能的实施方式中,第一表面31可以与使用者的右手接触,第二表面41可以与使用者的左手进行接触,从而使可穿戴设备与使用者的双臂与躯干形成闭合的回路,以使可穿戴设备能够通过检测使用者所产生的生物电,进而获取使用者的心电数据。
本申请实施例所提供的可穿戴设备,能够降低第一电极3对屏幕2的显示区域的影响。沿可穿戴设备的厚度方向,第一电极3具有第一表面31,第二电极4具有第二表面41,通过使第一电极3和第二电极4相对设置,当使用者对第一表面31和第二表面41施加作用力时,能够将可穿戴设备夹持,例如可以夹持在左手与右手之间,从而降低可穿戴设备相对于人体发生位移的可能,使第一电极3和第二电极4能够与人体保持良好的接触,进而使测量结果更加准确。
为便于对本申请实施例所提供的技术方案进行描述,本申请实施例说明书将以智能手环为例进行说明,在此需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的可穿戴设备包括,但不限于智能手环,其他如手表、手机、平板电脑等设备,均可采用本申请实施例所提供的技术方案,原理相同,而且能够达到相同的技术效果,此处不再赘述。
如图2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,智能手环的屏幕2设置有凹槽21,凹槽21位于屏幕2朝向使用者的一侧,具体地,凹槽21可以设置在屏幕2的边缘,第一电极3沿凹槽21设置。
本申请实施例所提供的技术方案通过在屏幕2设置凹槽21,并将第一电极3设置在凹槽21内,这样的方式在加工时能够便于对第一电极3进行定位,以提升第一电极3的位置精度,从而能够降低第一电极3遮挡屏幕2的显示区域的可能。将凹槽21设置在屏幕2的边缘位置能够进一步降低对屏幕2的显示区域的影响。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一电极3为纳米金属。具体地,第一电极3可以选用纳米银浆。由于纳米银浆的宽度较小,通常只有几纳米,正常情况下,仅凭借肉眼很难观察到纳米银浆的存在,因此,能够有效降低第一电极3对于屏幕2显示区域的影响。
如图2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,屏幕2设置有多个凹槽21,凹槽21呈网格状分布,且各凹槽21内均对应设置有第一电极3。
通过这样的方式能够在不增加纳米金属宽度的情况下,增加第一电极3的分布面积,更加便于第一电极3与使用者进行接触,同时提升第一电极3与使用者接触的稳定性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,由于,第一电极3对于屏幕2显示区域的影响较小,因此,屏幕2对应第一电极3的区域可以显示指示标识,当使用者需要通过智能手环对自身的健康状况进行检测时,智能手环的屏幕2通过显示对应标识,以提示使用者第一电极3的位置,便于使用者使用,更加符合实际的使用需求。
在一种可能的实施方式中,屏幕2具有第三表面22,第三表面22位于屏幕2远离电路板5的一侧,凹槽21设置在第三表面22,以便于与使用者进行接触,具体地,第三表面22还可以设置有导电保护层,导电保护层至少覆盖第一电极3所在的区域,并且与第一电极3电性连接。
通过这样的设计能够对第一电极3进行保护,将第一电极3受到损坏的可能,同时,导电保护层的设置面积可以大于第一表面31的面积,由于导电保护层与第一电极3电性连接,使用者与导电保护层接触即可实现与第一电极3的第一表面31接触,能够有效提升使用者与第一电极3接触的稳定性,更加符合实际使用需求。
在一种可能的实施方式中,导电保护层为透明导电保护层,通过喷涂的方式设置在第三表面22,通过这样的设计能够有效降低导电保护层对屏幕2的遮挡,从而降低对屏幕2显示区域的影响。
如图3和图4所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,第一电极3具有第一主体部33、第二主体部34和连接段32,第一主体部33设置在凹槽21,第二主体部34设置在屏幕2远离第三表面22的一侧,即第一主体部33和第二主体部34相对设置,第一表面31位于第一主体部33,第二主体部34用于与电路板5电性连接,第一主体部33和第二主体部34通过连接段32电性连接。
通过这样的设计更加便于第一电极3与电路板5进行电性连接,相较于通过改变电路板5的形状以便于第一电极3与电路板5进行电性连接的方案,本申请实施例所提供的方案在加工时更加方便,用于操作,因此更加符合实际使用需求。
如图5所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,壳体1与屏幕2连接,具体地,壳体1可以沿屏幕的边缘设置,且壳体1的至少部分为导电陶瓷,导电陶瓷即可用于形成第一电极3。
本申请实施例所提供的可穿戴设备通过在壳体1设置导电陶瓷以形成第一电极3,能够有效地减小第一电极3对屏幕2空间的占用,从而更加便于使用者通过屏幕2获取自身的健康状况。
通常情况下,智能手环的电极为金属材料,容易发生静电释放现象(Electro-Static discharge,ESD),由于智能手环的工作原理是通过检测使用者人体所产生的生物电以对人体的各项健康指标进行检测,因此,当金属电极产生静电时,容易对智能手环的检测结 果造成影响,导致检测结果的准确度下降。而本申请实施例所提供的方案通过导电陶瓷制作第一电极3,能够有效降低静电释放现象发生的可能,降低静电对于智能手环检测结果的影响,从而提升检测结果的准确性。
如图5所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,第一电极3呈环形,并且与屏幕2套接,即可以采用导电陶瓷制作智能手环的壳体1。
通过这样的设计能够有效减少导电陶瓷与壳体1之间的连接步骤,提升壳体1的整体性,简化工序,提升生产效率,同时,这样的设计还能够增加第一电极3的第一表面31的面积,更加便于使用者与第一电极3接触,由于导电陶瓷呈环形套接于屏幕2,因此使用者可以沿屏幕2的边缘与任意位置接触即可与第一电极3接触,在使用时,无需根据标识寻找第一电极3所在的位置,使用起来更加方便,更加符合实际的使用需求。
如图6所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,可穿戴设备还包括弹性部件6,电路板5通过弹性部件6与第一电极3电性连接。
具体地,弹性部件6可以为导电弹片、导电泡棉等部件,在组装智能手环的过程中,弹性部件6位于第一电极3与电路板5之间,当选用导电陶瓷作为壳体1时,弹性部件6可以设置在壳体1与电路板5之间,组装时,第一电极3与电路板5对弹性部件6抵接,并使其发生弹性形变,由于弹性部件6具有恢复形变的运动趋势,因此弹性部件6会在回复力的作用下与第一电极3和电路板5抵接,以提升电性连接的稳定性。
如图6所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,壳体1具有第四表面11,第四表面11位于壳体1远离屏幕2的一侧第二电极4设置在第四表面11。
这样的设计更加便于第二电极4与使用者进行接触,当使用者佩戴智能手环时,第四表面11位于智能手环朝向使用者手臂的一侧,由于智能手环佩戴于使用者的手臂,因此第二电极4能够与使用者的手臂接触。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第四表面11可以具有多个第二电极4,通过设置多个第二电极4能够增加第二电极4与使用者的接触面积,从而更加便于第二电极4与使用者接触,同时提升第二电极4与使用者接触的稳定性,提升检测结果的准确性。
在一种可能的实施方式中,可穿戴设备还包括心电模块,心电模块通过电路板5与第一电极3、第二电极4电性连接。
通过设置心电模块,以使智能手环能够对使用者的心脏功能进行检测。
具体的心电模块可以包括心电图模块(Electrocardiography,ECG)、光电容积描记(photoplethysmogram,PPG)模块等,通过ECG模块可以生成使用者的心电图,PPG模块能够对使用者的心率进行检测,心电模块的检测结果能够通过屏幕2进行显示,从而使使用者更加直观的了解到自身的身体健康状况,当身体健康出现状况时,能够及时发现,并采取应对措施。
如图7所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,可穿戴设备的采用导电陶瓷制成第一电极3,第一电极3可以为环状套设于屏幕2的外侧,壳体1具有底壳12,第四表面11位于底壳12朝向佩戴者的一侧,第四表面11可以设置有两个第二电极4,设置两个第二电极4可以使第二电极4在第四表面11分布的更加均匀,以便于第二电极4与佩戴者进行接触,并提升与佩戴者接触的稳定性。可穿戴设备还设置有弹性部件6,弹性部件6可以是导电弹片,第一电极3通过导电弹片与电路板5电性连接,这样的设计能够提升第一电极3与 电路板5电性连接的稳定性。第二电极4也与电路板5电性连接。当佩戴者同时解除第一电极3的第一表面31和第二电极4的第二表面41时,第一电极3、第二电极4、电路板5和人体能够形成闭合的回路,以传导人体的生物电,位于电路板5的ECG模块(图中未示出)可以根据人体的生物电生成佩戴者的心电图,以便于佩戴者了解自身的健康状况。
本申请实施例提供了一种可穿戴设备,可穿戴设备可以是智能手环等,具体地,可穿戴设备包括屏幕2、第一电极3、第二电极4和电路板5,屏幕2和第二电极4安装于壳体1,第一电极3与屏幕2连接,且不遮挡屏幕2的显示区域,第一电极3和第二电极4通过电路板5连接,沿可穿戴设备的厚度方向,第一电极3具有第一表面31,第二电极4具有第二表面41,第一表面31和第二表面41用于与人体接触。这样的设计能够有效降低第一电极3对屏幕2显示区域的影响,同时使用者与第一表面31和第二表面41接触时能够夹持可穿戴设备,从而降低可穿戴设备相对于使用者发生位移的可能,提升人体与可穿戴设备接触的稳定性。

    所述第一电极与所述屏幕连接,且所述第一电极不遮挡所述屏幕的显示区域,所述第二电极安装于所述可穿戴设备的壳体,所述第一电极与所述第二电极通过所述电路板电性连接;
    沿所述可穿戴设备的厚度方向,所述第一电极具有第一表面,所述第二电极具有第二表面,所述第一表面和第二表面用于与人体接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕设置有凹槽,所述凹槽设置在所述屏幕朝向使用者的一侧,所述第一电极沿所述凹槽设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第一电极为纳米金属。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕设置有多个所述凹槽,所述凹槽呈网格状分布,且各所述凹槽内均设置有纳米金属,相邻纳米金属之间相互连接,以形成所述第一电极。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕具有第三表面,所述第三表面远离所述电路板,所述凹槽设置在所述第三表面;
    所述第三表面设置有导电保护层,所述导电保护层至少覆盖所述第一电极所在的区域,且与所述第一电极电性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第一电极具有第一主体部、第二主体部和连接段,所述第一主体部设置在所述凹槽,所述第二主体部设置在所述屏幕远离所述第三表面的一侧,用于与所述电路板电性连接,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部通过所述连接段电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述壳体与所述屏幕连接,所述壳体的至少部分为导电陶瓷,导电陶瓷用于形成所述第一电极。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述第一电极呈环形,与所述屏幕套接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括弹性部件,所述第一电极与所述电路板通过所述弹性部件电性连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述壳体具有第四表面,所述第四表面远离所述屏幕,所述第二电极设置在所述第四表面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述壳体包括底壳,所述底壳位于所述可穿戴设备朝向人体的一侧;
    所述第四表面位于所述底壳。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备包括多个所述第二电极。
  13. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括心电图模块,所述心电图模块通过所述电路板与所述第一电极和所述第二电极电性连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括光电容积描记模块,所述光电容积描记模块安装于所述壳体,用于检测人体心率。
