背景技术
在互联网短视频应用中,直播是一种重要的主播与粉丝之间的互动方式。而且,越来越多的用户喜欢将感兴趣的主播的直播间分享给其他用户。
相关技术中,直播间分享的常用技术方案主要是:用户可以将直接想分享直播间的房间号或者直播间的主播的编号等生成分享口令,通过社交平台分享给其他用户,由其他用户通过在直播应用程序中打开分享口令进入该直播间。

本公开主要针对相关技术中接受分享口令的用户无法直观了解直播间相关内容,难以被触发进入直播间,直播间分享效率较低的问题,提出一种直播间分享方法及装置。
下面参考附图描述本公开实施例的直播间分享方法及装置。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种直播间分享方法的流程图,如图1所示,该直播间分享方法可以应用于终端中。该终端可以为安装有直播应用程序的终端。该直播间分享方法可以包括以下步骤。
在步骤S11中,响应于目标用户账户对目标直播间实施的直播间分享操作,获取所述目标直播间可供分享的直播流数据。
在本公开的实施例中,目标用户账户在终端上的目标应用程序中针对目标直播间实施直播间分享操作,该目标应用程序可以理解为在终端上运行的直播应用程序。目标用户账户表示直播间分享的发起者,目标用户账户可以位于目标直播间内。

在本公开的实施例中,分享面板上还可以存在一分享渠道列表,目标用户账户可以在分享渠道列表中选择出目标分享渠道。进而根据上述步骤S11中获取到的直播流数据和目标分享渠道两方面因素生成目标直播间的直播分享信息。
在步骤S13中,通过目标分享渠道,向目标用户账户选取的指定用户账户,展示直播分享信息。
在本公开的实施例中,目标分享渠道可以理解为用于分享目标直播间的直播分享信息的路径、方向、目标等。在目标分享渠道中,目标用户账户可以选取至少一个指定用户账户。直播间分享的过程可以理解为将目标直播间的直播分享信息,通过目标分享渠道发送至指定用户账户,并在指定用户账户所在的终端上展示直播间分享信息的过程。本公开的实施例的直播间分享方法,通过响应于目标用户账户对目标直播间实施的直播间分享操作,可以获取目标直播间可供分享的直播流数据,再根据目标用户账户选取的目标分享渠道以及获取到的可供分享的直播流数据,生成目标直播间的直播分享信息,进而通过目标分享渠道,向目标用户账户选取的指定用户账户,展示直播分享信息。由此,根据目标直播间的直播流数据和目标分享渠道生成直播分享信息来实现对直播间的分享,可以令接收直播分享信息的用户能直观、快速了解直播间的实时动态,快捷进入符合自身兴趣或需求的直播间,提高直播分享效率。

在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,目标直播间可供分享的直播流数据可以为一段时间的直播流数据。在确定直播流数据的时长时,需要确定直播流数据的时长的起始时间点和终止时间点。因此,记录直播间分享操作的时间点,可以将直播间分享操作的时间点作为直播流数据的终止时间点。
在步骤S22中,获取时间点之前的预设时间段长度的直播流数据。
在本公开的实施例中,获取直播流数据时,可以向服务器发送包含有直播间分享操作的时间点的数据请求信息。服务器根据数据请求信息从预先缓存的目标直播间的缓存数据中返回位于直播间分享操作的时间点之前的,预设时间长度的直播流数据。通常,服务器中的缓存数据是按照多段直播片段数据进行缓存的。而且,预设时间长度往往大于每段直播片段数据的时间长度。因此,服务器可以从缓存数据中查找到位于直播间分享操作的时间点之前多段直播片段数据,将查找到的多段直播片段数据作为直播流数据。
其中,查找到的多段直播片段数据的时长之和可以等于预设时间长度。例如,预设时间长度为30秒,直播间分享操作的时间点为直播间的直播视频的第10分钟,缓存数据为 每段直播片段数据的时间长度为5秒,则将直播视频的第10分钟之前的30秒的6段直播片段数据作为直播流数据。
本公开的实施例中的缓存数据可以为多段直播片段数据,每段直播片段数据的时长可以根据实际需要设定,通常,可以将每段直播片段数据的时长设置的较小,若将每段直播片段数据的时长设置的较大,则利用更多段直播片段数据合成的直播流数据的时长可能会超出预设时间长度。因此,设置较小的直播片段数据的时长,可以方便利用多段直播片段数据合成直播流数据,避免直播片段数据的浪费。可以在查找到多段直播片段数据之后,将多段直播片段数据,按照各自在缓存数据中的时间顺序,合成为直播流数据。同时,还可以生成印记信息,如目标直播间的房间号或直播用户账户的编号等,并为直播流数据添加印记信息。
本公开的实施例在获取直播流数据时,通过终端与服务器之间的交互,从缓存数据中获取直播流数据,避免对目标直播间的直播视频进行录制,降低了对终端的性能要求。本公开的实施例以直播间分享操作的时间点为终止时间点,以预设时间段长度为直播流数据的时长获取直播流数据。其中,可以为直播流数据设置时间段长度,该时间段长度可以为固定的时长,或者,该时间段长度可以根据目标用户账户的网络情况和指定用户账户的网络情况动态调节。本公开的实施例以直播间分享操作的时间点为终止时间点,可以获取固定时长的直播流数据或者动态时长的直播流数据,提升了直播流数据的灵活性和适应性。在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,在生成印记信息时,还可以展示印记信息的生成进度。

在步骤S31中,根据目标分享渠道和直播流数据,生成直播流数据的播放地址。
在本公开的实施例中,生成播放地址时,可以将直播流数据上传到与目标分享渠道对应的内容分发网络服务器,再获取直播流数据在内容分发网络服务器的播放地址。内容分发网络(Content Delivery Network,CDN)的基本思路是尽可能避开互联网上有可能影响数据传输速度和稳定性的瓶颈和环节,使内容传输得更快、更稳定。通过在网络各处放置节点服务器所构成的在现有的互联网基础之上的一层智能虚拟网络,CDN能够实时地根据网络流量和各节点的连接、负载状况以及到用户的距离和响应时间等综合信息将用户的请求重新导向离用户最近的服务节点上。其目的是使用户可就近取得所需内容,解决互联网拥挤的状况,提高用户访问互联网的响应速度。
除此之外,还可以由服务器接收到直播应用程序发送的上传请求信息,根据上传请求信息中包含的直播流数据的标识和时间轴信息,在缓存数据中截取出直播流数据,进而将直播流数据发送至与目标分享渠道对应的内容分发网络服务器,再从内容分发网络服务器 获取播放地址,把播放地址下发至直播应用程序。本公开的实施例在生成直播流数据的播放地址时,可以将直播流数据上传至与目标分享渠道对应的CDN,将直播流数据在CDN中的存储地址作为播放地址,借助于CDN的上述特性,使得直播流数据的播放地址可以适于目标分享渠道,进而提升播放地址的播放流畅性。
在步骤S32中,根据播放地址生成直播分享信息。
在本公开的实施例中,生成直播分享信息时,可以根据播放地址,针对目标分享渠道创建分享卡片信息,作为直播分享信息;分享卡片信息中至少包括直播流数据的来源信息。例如,可以创建一支持HTML5标准的分享卡片信息,在该分享卡片信息中可以至少包含直播流数据的来源信息,该来源信息可以为目标直播间的房间号或者直播用户账户的编号等等。该分享卡片信息还可以包含分享标题信息和播放地址。分享标题信息可以分为主标题和副标题,例如,主标题为“@xxx的直播片段非常精彩,等你一起来看”。副标题为“我正在应用程序K看@xxx的直播”。
本公开的实施例在生成直播分享信息时,根据播放地址创建分享卡片信息,将分享卡片信息作为直播分享信息,分享卡片信息具有包容性强、适应性广以及跨平台等优点,将分享卡片信息作为直播分享信息,可以在直播分享信息中尽可能多地容纳与目标直播间相关的来源信息、分享标题信息和播放地址等等,而且,提高了直播分享信息对于目标分享渠道的适应性。
本公开的实施例在生成目标直播间的直播分享信息时,根据直播流数据的播放地址生成直播分享信息,避免了直接将直播流数据作为直播分享信息,减少了直播分享信息的数据量,降低了直播间分享的网络带宽要求。在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,在服务器从缓存数据中查到多段直播片段数据之后,可以将多段直播片段数据下载到本地,作为直播分享信息。而且,在将多段直播片段数据下载到本地之后,还可以展示多段直播片段数据的下载提示信息。例如,在下载直播片段数据到本地之后,可以展示下载提示信息,如“已保存至相册,可分享至应用W”或者,“已保存至相册,可以到相册查看”。本公开的实施例对下载提示信息的内容、格式等不做具体限制。
本公开的实施例在生成直播分享信息时,不仅可以根据直播流数据的播放地址生成直播分享信息,还可以将直播片段数据下载到本地作为直播分享信息,适用于直播片段数据的数据量较小,而且本地所在的网络环境较佳的情况,避免了服务器和CDN的介入,减少了本地与服务器之间的交互操作,提升了直播分享信息的生成效率。
在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,在执行上述步骤S13时,可以通过目标分享渠道对应的应用,该应用可以为直播应用程序或者非直播应用程序,向指定用户账户,播放与直 播分享信息对应的直播流数据。本公开的实施例在将直播分享信息分享给指定用户账户时,可以通过目标分享渠道对应的任意应用,不局限于直播应用程序,还可以为其他非直播应用程序,以扩展直播间分享的分享范围。
在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,无论指定用户账户是直播应用程序内的其他用户账户,还是直播应用程序外的其他用户账户,在指定用户账户对直播分享信息执行触发操作之后,可以在指定用户账户所在的终端启动直播应用程序。响应于目标直播间的关闭状态,则在直播应用程序中根据直播分享信息展示目标直播间的直播用户账户的简介页面。响应于目标直播间的直播状态,则在直播应用程序中根据直播分享信息展示目标直播间的直播页面。
本公开的实施例中指定用户账户在对直播分享信息执行触发操作之后,可以在指定用户账户本地终端上启动直播应用程序,并根据目标直播间的状态,包含直播状态和关闭状态,选择在直播应用程序中展示与目标直播间的状态对应的直播页面或简介页面,令直播间分享可以适应于直播状态和关闭状态两种情况,提升了直播间分享的适应性。
在本公开的一种示例性实施例中,在播放与直播分享信息对应的直播流数据时,还可以展示目标直播间的所有点赞信息、评论信息和观看人数,以及,目标直播间的直播流数据的观看人数等。也就是说,服务器存储的缓存数据中至少可以包含目标直播间的点赞信息、评论信息和观看人数,以及,直播流数据的观看人数等。

如图5所示,电子设备500可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件502,存储器504,电力组件506,多媒体组件508,音频组件510,输入/输出(I/O)的接口512,传感器组件514,以及通信组件516。
处理组件502通常控制电子设备500的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件502可以包括一个或多个处理器520来执行指令,以完成上述直播间分享方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件502可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件502和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件502可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件508和处理组件502之间的交互。

多媒体组件508包括在所述电子设备500和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件508包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当电子设备500处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。

图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种直播间分享系统中终端与服务器之间执行交互操作实现直播间分享方法的流程示意图。目标用户账户在终端上对目标直播间实施直播间分享操作,终端响应于该直播间分享操作生成数据请求信息,并向服务器发送数据请求信息。服务器接收到数据请求信息,根据数据请求信息中携带的直播间分享操作的时间点,从缓存数据中获取到直播流数据并返回直播流数据至终端。目标用户账户在终端上选取目标分享渠道之后,终端根据目标分享渠道和直播流数据生成直播分享信息,然后,终端通过目标分享渠道对应的应用,向目标用户账户选取的指定用户账户,播放与直播分享信息对应的直播流数据。
需要说明的是,目标直播间的直播分享信息除了可以由终端生成之外,也可以由服务器生成,具体的生成过程可以参照上述实施例中的相关内容,在此不再赘述。而且,上述播放与直播分享信息对应的直播流数据的执行过程可以由终端执行,也可以由服务器执行,具体的执行过程也可以参照上述实施例中的相关内容,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种直播间分享方法,包括:
    响应于目标用户账户对目标直播间实施的直播间分享操作,获取所述目标直播间可供分享的直播流数据;
    根据所述目标用户账户选取的目标分享渠道以及所述可供分享的直播流数据,生成所述目标直播间的直播分享信息;
    通过所述目标分享渠道,向所述目标用户账户选取的指定用户账户,展示所述直播分享信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述响应于目标用户账户对目标直播间实施的直播间分享操作,获取所述目标直播间可供分享的直播流数据,包括:
    记录所述直播间分享操作的时间点;
    获取所述时间点之前的预设时间段长度的直播流数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述获取所述时间点之前的预设时间段长度的直播流数据,包括:
    向服务器发送数据请求信息;
    接收所述服务器根据所述数据请求信息,从预先缓存的所述目标直播间的缓存数据中返回所述时间点之前的预设时间长度的直播流数据。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述数据请求信息包含所述时间点;

    将多段所述直播片段数据作为所述直播流数据,其中,多段所述直播片段数据的时长之和等于所述预设时间长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述目标用户账户选取的目标分享渠道以及所述可供分享的直播流数据,生成所述目标直播间的直播分享信息,包括:
    根据所述目标分享渠道和所述直播流数据,生成所述直播流数据的播放地址;
    根据所述播放地址生成所述直播分享信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述目标分享渠道和所述直播流数据,生成所述直播流数据的播放地址,包括:
    上传所述直播流数据至与所述目标分享渠道对应的内容分发网络服务器,并获取所述直播流数据在所述内容分发网络服务器中的播放地址。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述播放地址生成所述直播分享信息,包括:
    根据所述播放地址,针对所述目标分享渠道创建分享卡片信息,作为所述直播分享信息;所述分享卡片信息中至少包括所述直播流数据的来源信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述通过所述目标分享渠道,向所述目标用户账户选取的指定用户账户,展示所述直播分享信息,包括:
    通过所述目标分享渠道对应的应用,向所述指定用户账户,播放与所述直播分享信息对应的直播流数据。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述生成所述目标直播间的直播分享信息,包括:
    将多段所述直播片段数据下载到本地,作为所述直播分享信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述指定用户账户所在的终端启动直播应用程序;
    响应于所述目标直播间的关闭状态,则在所述直播应用程序中根据所述直播分享信息展示所述目标直播间的直播用户账户的简介页面。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述指定用户账户所在的终端启动直播应用程序;
    响应于所述目标直播间的直播状态,则在所述直播应用程序中根据所述直播分享信息展示所述目标直播间的直播页面。
  12. 一种直播间分享装置,包括:
    获取模块,被配置为响应于目标用户账户对目标直播间实施的直播间分享操作,获取所述目标直播间可供分享的直播流数据;
    生成模块,被配置为根据所述目标用户账户选取的目标分享渠道以及所述可供分享的直播流数据,生成所述目标直播间的直播分享信息;
    展示模块,被配置为通过所述目标分享渠道,向所述目标用户账户选取的指定用户账户,展示所述直播分享信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,包括:
    时间点记录模块,被配置为记录所述直播间分享操作的时间点;
    直播流获取模块,被配置为获取所述时间点之前的预设时间段长度的直播流数据。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述直播流获取模块,包括:
    数据请求模块,被配置为向服务器发送数据请求信息;
    直播流返回模块,被配置为接收所述服务器根据所述数据请求信息,从预先缓存的所述目标直播间的缓存数据中返回所述时间点之前的预设时间长度的直播流数据。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述数据请求信息包含所述时间点;
    所述直播流返回模块,包括:
    直播片段接收模块,被配置为接收所述服务器根据所述时间点,从所述缓存数据中查找到的位于所述时间点之前的多段直播片段数据;
    直播流确定模块,被配置为将多段所述直播片段数据作为所述直播流数据,其中,多段所述直播片段数据的时长之和等于所述预设时间长度。
  16. 根据权利要求12-15任一项所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块,包括:
    播放地址生成模块,被配置为根据所述目标分享渠道和所述直播流数据,生成所述直播流数据的播放地址;
    分享信息生成模块,被配置为根据所述播放地址生成所述直播分享信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述播放地址生成模块,被配置为上传所述直播流数据至与所述目标分享渠道对应的内容分发网络服务器,并获取所述直播流数据在所述内容分发网络服务器中的播放地址。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的装置,其中,所述分享信息生成模块,被配置为根据所述播放地址,针对所述目标分享渠道创建分享卡片信息,作为所述直播分享信息;所述分享卡片信息中至少包括所述直播流数据的来源信息。
  19. 根据权利要求12-18任一项所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块,被配置为通过所述目标分享渠道对应的应用,向所述指定用户账户,播放与所述直播分享信息对应的直播流数据。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块,被配置为将多段所述直播片段数据下载到本地,作为所述直播分享信息。
  21. 根据权利要求12-20任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    启动模块,被配置为在所述指定用户账户所在的终端启动直播应用程序;
    所述展示模块,还被配置为响应于所述目标直播间的关闭状态,在所述直播应用程序中根据所述直播分享信息展示所述目标直播间的直播用户账户的简介页面。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块,还被配置为响应于所述目标直播间的直播状态,在所述直播应用程序中根据所述直播分享信息展示所述目标直播间的 直播页面。
  23. 一种服务器,包括:
    直播流数据获取模块,被配置为接收针对目标直播间的直播间分享指令,根据所述直播间分享指令获取所述目标直播间可供分享的直播流数据;
    直播分享信息生成模块,被配置为接收目标用户账户选取的目标分享渠道,根据所述目标分享渠道和所述直播流数据,生成所述目标直播间的直播分享信息;
    直播分享信息推送模块,被配置为通过所述目标分享渠道,推送所述直播分享信息至所述目标用户账户选取的指定用户账户。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的服务器,其中,所述直播流数据获取模块,包括:
    时间点记录模块,被配置为记录所述直播间分享指令对应的直播间分享操作的时间点;
    直播流获取模块,被配置为获取所述时间点之前的预设时间段长度的直播流数据。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的服务器,其中,所述直播流获取模块,被配置为从预先缓存的所述目标直播间的缓存数据中获取所述时间点之前的预设时间长度的直播流数据。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的服务器,其中,所述直播流获取模块,包括:
    直播片段接收模块,被配置为从所述缓存数据中查找到的位于所述时间点之前的多段直播片段数据;
    直播流确定模块,被配置为将多段所述直播片段数据作为所述直播流数据,其中,多段所述直播片段数据的时长之和等于所述预设时间长度。
  27. 根据权利要求23-26任一项所述的服务器,其中,所述直播分享信息生成模块,包括:
    播放地址生成模块,被配置为根据所述目标分享渠道和所述直播流数据,生成所述直播流数据的播放地址;
    分享信息生成模块,被配置为根据所述播放地址生成所述直播分享信息。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的服务器,其中,所述播放地址生成模块,被配置为上传所述直播流数据至与所述目标分享渠道对应的内容分发网络服务器,并获取所述直播流数据在所述内容分发网络服务器中的播放地址。
  29. 根据权利要求27或28所述的服务器,其中,所述分享信息生成模块,被配置为根据所述播放地址,针对所述目标分享渠道创建分享卡片信息,作为所述直播分享信息;所述分享卡片信息中至少包括所述直播流数据的来源信息。
  30. 根据权利要求23-29任一项所述的服务器,其中,所述直播分享信息推送模块,被配置为通过所述目标分享渠道对应的应用,向所述指定用户账户,推送与所述直播分享 信息对应的直播流数据。
  31. 一种直播间分享系统,包括:终端和服务器;
    其中,所述终端包含如权利要求12至22中任一项所述的直播间分享装置,所述服务器包含如权利要求23至30中任一项所述的服务器。
  32. 一种电子设备,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以实现如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
  33. 一种非易失性存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由电子设备的处理器执行时,使得所述电子设备能够执行如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法。
