本申请要求于2020年7月29日递交的中国专利申请第202010745044.2号的优先权,该中国专利申请的全文以引入的方式并入以作为本申请的一部分。
技术领域
本申请涉及扬声设备技术领域,具体而言,本申请涉及一种扬声装置组件、扬声设备及移动终端设备。
背景技术
为了提高移动设备的使用体验,现有移动终端往往会配置用于提高音效效果的扬声设备,但是这类扬声设备的体积往往比较大,为了尽可能减少移动终端的体积,方便用户的携带,需要尽可能减少扬声设备的安装体积。
发明内容
第一个方面,本申请实施例提供了一种扬声装置组件,包括:
扬声装置,扬声装置包括外壳,外壳的顶板设置有至少一个安装座;以及
壳体,用于容纳扬声装置,壳体的任一侧壁上设置有与安装座匹配的凸部,安装座与凸部通过紧固件连接,使得扬声装置固定于壳体内。
可选地,在所述外壳的顶板设置有多个安装座的情形中,多个安装座在同一直线上前后交替排列。
可选地,至少一个安装座靠近于顶板的第一侧,至少一个安装座靠近于所述顶板的第二侧。
可选地,靠近顶板第一侧和靠近顶板第二侧的安装座的数量均为偶数个,且安装座关于顶板的长边的中线对称。
可选地,安装座靠近外壳的顶板的顶角设置。
可选地,安装座设置有安装孔;紧固件套设有减震套,且减震套的外周面设置有与安装孔孔径匹配的环形凹槽,凹槽卡合于安装孔中。
可选地,紧固件包括螺钉,凸部设置有与螺钉匹配的螺孔。
可选地,减震套至少部分位于凸部内,凸部与安装座之间设置有间隙。
可选地,壳体和外壳上均设置有散热孔。

通常,在安装体积有限的情况下,扬声设备与用于安装扬声设备的外壳之间的接触面积比较大,在扬声设备运行时,扬声设备振动往往会带动安装外壳出现振动的现象,容易影响扬声设备的音效效果,从而影响用户的使用体验。
本申请针对现有方式的缺点,提出一种扬声装置组件、扬声设备及移动终端设备,用以解决现有技术存在扬声设备和外壳之间接触面积过大的技术问题。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益技术效果包括:
本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件,扬声装置外壳的顶板设置至少一个安装座,用于安装扬声装置的壳体的任一侧壁上设置有与安装座匹配的凸部,紧固件固定连接安装座与凸部,使得扬声装置固定于壳体内。通过将扬声装置与壳体的侧壁固定连接,在安装体积有限的情况下,降低了扬声装置与壳体的接触面积,降低了扬声装置运行时,扬声装置和壳体之间出现的共振现象的几率,进而提高了扬声装置组件的音效效果,提升了用户的使用体验。
本申请附加的方面和优点将在下面的描述中部分给出,这些将从下面的描述中变得明显,或通过本申请的实践了解到。
下面以具体地实施例对本申请的技术方案以及本申请的技术方案如何解决上述技术问题进行详细说明。
本申请实施例提供了一种扬声装置组件,该扬声装置组件的结构示意图如图1所示,包括:扬声装置10,扬声装置包括外壳11,外壳11的顶板12设置有至少一个安装座13;壳体20,用于容纳扬声装置10,壳体20的任一侧壁上设置有与安装座13匹配的凸部21,紧固件30连接安装座13与凸部21,使得扬声装置10固定于壳体20内。
本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件,扬声装置外壳的顶板设置至少一个安装座,用于安装扬声装置的壳体的任一侧壁上设置有与安装座匹配的凸部,紧固件固定连接安装座与凸部,使得扬声装置固定于壳体内。通过将扬声装置与壳体的侧壁固定连接,在安装体积有限的情况下,降低了扬声装置与壳体的接触面积,降低了扬声装置运行时,扬声装置和壳体之间出现的共振现象的几率,进而提高了扬声装置组件的音效效果,提升了用户的使用体验。
例如,本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件中,凸部21设置于壳体20顶壁的内侧面上。通过在扬声装置10外壳11的顶板12上设置至少一个安装座13,以及在安装扬声装置10的壳体20的内顶壁上设置有与安装座13匹配的凸部21;并通过紧固件30固定连接安装座13与凸部21,实现扬声装置10与壳体20顶壁的固定连接,即扬声装置10与壳体20之间通过安装座13与凸部21接触,降低了扬声装置与壳体的接触面积,降低了扬声装置运行时,扬声装置和壳体之间出现的共振现象的几率,进而提高了扬声装置组件的音效效果,提升了用户的使用体验。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,外壳11的顶板12指的是设置有安装座13的侧壁。
本领域技术人员理解的是,为了避免扬声装置10运行时带动壳体20的震动,安装过程中,应该尽量减少扬声装置10与壳体20之间的接触点,因此,本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件中,除了安装座13与凸部21之间的连接关系外,扬声装置10与壳体20之间无另外的接触连接点。
如图2所示,为本申请实施例图1提供的一种扬声装置组件中壳体的结构示意图。壳体20的内顶壁上设置有与安装座13匹配的凸部21,通过紧固件30将安装座13与凸部21固定连接,从而实现扬声装置10固定连接于壳体20的顶壁。为了进一步避免扬声装置10 运行时,因震动过大造成接触壳体20的情况,扬声装置10的侧壁与壳体20之间设置有减震层22,减震层22包括由聚氨酯、硅胶和橡胶中的至少一种材料制成的减震材料。本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件中,减震层22铺设于壳体20的两相对侧壁的内侧面上。
同时,为了便于将扬声装置组件与其它设备的安装连接,本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件中,壳体20还设置有至少一个定位孔23,通过定位孔23实现扬声装置组件与其它设备的定位安装。
在本申请的一个实施例中,在外壳的顶板设置有多个安装座13的情形中,多个安装座13在同一直线上前后交替排列。即,当安装座13的数量大于1时,安装座13在同一直线上前后交替排列。需要说明的是,直线平行于设置有安装座13的顶板12所在的平面。通过交替排列设置各安装座13,可有效避免将安装座13与凸部21固定连接时,因安装座13之间的遮挡造成安装困难的问题。
可选地,如图1所示,在扬声装置10的正投影方向上,各安装座13依次排列,位于同一水平线上。在扬声装置10的正投影方向上,各个安装座13依次排列,位于同一水平线上。通过设置各个安装座13位于同一水平线上,可以有效避免将安装座13与凸部21固定连接时,因安装座13之间的遮挡造成安装困难的问题,从而提高安装效率。同时,可以保障安装座13的高度一致,保障了扬声装置10与壳体20安装连接的稳定性。
如图3所示,为本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件中扬声装置的正视图。本申请实施例中,安装座13的数量为四个,在扬声装置10的正投影方向上,四个安装座13依次排列,位于同一水平线上。同时,设置四个安装座13位于同一水平线上,可以避免将安装座13与凸部21固定连接时,因安装座13之间的遮挡造成安装困难的问题。通过将四个安装座13设置于同一水平线上,保障了安装座13的高度一致,确保了扬声装置10安装于壳体20内的稳定性。
在本申请的一个实施例中,至少一个安装座13靠近于顶板12的第一侧121,至少一个安装座13靠近于顶板12的第二侧122。
如图4所示,为本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件中扬声装置的俯视图。本申请实施例中,至少一个安装座13靠近于顶板12的第一侧121,至少一个安装座13靠近于顶板12的第二侧122。
进一步的,靠近顶板第一侧121和靠近顶板第二侧122的安装座13的数量均为偶数个,且安装座13关于顶板12的长边的中线D对称。
本申请实施例中,安装座13的数量为四个,如图4所示,靠近顶板的第一侧121设置有两个安装座13,靠近顶板的第二侧122也设置有两个安装座13,且设置于近顶板12上的安装座13关于顶板12的长边的中线D对称。
在本申请的一个实施例中,安装座13分别靠近外壳11顶板12的顶角设置。
需要说明的是,为了避免安装座13对安装于扬声装置10外壳11顶板12上的其他部件进行干涉,尽可能的减少安装座13将顶板13分割成多个小区域,本申请实施例中,四个安装座13尽可能的靠近外壳11顶板12的四个顶角设置。这样设置,也可以避免与安 装座13相匹配的凸部21对壳体20的内顶壁上其他部件进行干涉。从而在在安装体积有限的情况下,避免了扬声装置运行时扬声装置和壳体之间出现共振现象的同时,进一步的减少了安装座13与凸部21占用有效的安装空间。
在本申请的一个实施例中,安装座13设置有安装孔,紧固件30套设有减震套31,且减震套31的外周面设置有与安装孔孔径匹配的环形凹槽311,凹槽311卡合于安装孔中。通过设置减震套31可以缓冲壳体20与扬声装置10之间的机械振动,进一步降低扬声装置10和壳体20之间出现的共振现象的几率,进而提高了扬声设备的音效效果,提升了用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,图5为本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件中扬声装置的左视图、图6为扬声装置的结构示意图、图7扬声装置组件中减震套的结构示意图。本申请实施例中,四个安装座13均包括梯形安装支座以及贯穿于梯形安装支座的安装孔,通过紧固件30固定连接安装座13与凸部21,实现扬声装置10与壳体20顶壁的固定连接。
进一步的,本申请实施例中,紧固件30包括螺钉,凸部21设置有与螺钉匹配的螺孔。
需要进一步说明的是,本申请实施例中,套设于紧固件30外周面的减震套31卡设置于安装座13的安装孔中,减震套31的外周面设置有与安装孔孔径匹配的环形凹槽311,通过凹槽311卡合于安装孔中,实现减震套31与安装座13的固定连接,同时,螺钉穿过减震套31的通孔,并与凸部21上螺孔螺纹连接,从而实现了扬声装置10与壳体20顶壁的固定连接。通过设置减震套31,避免了紧固件30直接与安装座13的接触,从而避免了扬声装置10的震动通过紧固件30传导至壳体20,进一步减缓了因扬声装置10震动导致壳体20震动的问题,进而提高了扬声设备的音效效果,提升了用户的使用体验。
在本申请的一个实施例中,如图5和图6所示,减震套31至少部分位于凸部21内,且,凸部21与安装座13之间设置有间隙。
需要说明的是,为了进一步避免扬声装置10的震动通过紧固件30传导至壳体20,减震套31至少部分位于凸部21内,这样设置可以通过减震套31缓冲掉部分震动能量,进一步减缓了因扬声装置10震动导致壳体20震动的问题。同时,凸部21与安装座13之间设置有间隙,避免凸部21与安装座13直接接触连接,这样设置可以避免,扬声装置10的震动直接通过安装座13传导至壳体20,从而进一步减缓了因扬声装置10震动导致壳体20震动的问题,进而提高了扬声设备的音效效果,提升了用户的使用体验。
在本申请的一个实施例中,壳体20和外壳11上均设置有散热孔。
如图4、图5和图6所示,扬声装置10的外壳11上设置有若干长方形的散热孔14,这样可以减缓扬声装置10工作时的热量积累的速度。同时,壳体20上也设置有若干散热孔(图中未示出),通过在壳体20和外壳11上设置散热孔,可以在一定程度上,避免了扬声装置10工作时的热量积累,从而提高扬声装置组件的工作稳定性。
根据本公开的构思,本申请实施例提供了一种扬声设备,包括上述各个实施例所提供的扬声装置组件。
根据本公开的构思,本申请实施例提供了一种移动终端设备,包括上述实施例所提供 的扬声装置组件。
应用本申请实施例,至少能够实现如下有益效果:
1、本申请实施例提供的扬声装置组件,扬声装置外壳的顶板设置至少一个安装座,用于安装扬声装置的壳体的任一侧壁上设置有与安装座匹配的凸部,紧固件固定连接安装座与凸部,使得扬声装置固定于壳体内。通过将扬声装置与壳体的侧壁固定连接,在安装体积有限的情况下,降低了扬声装置与壳体的接触面积,降低了扬声装置运行时,扬声装置和壳体之间出现的共振现象的几率,进而提高了扬声装置组件的音效效果,提升了用户的使用体验。
2、本申请实施例中,在扬声装置10的正投影方向上,各个安装座13依次排列,位于同一水平线上。通过设置各个安装座13位于同一水平线上,可以有效避免将安装座13与凸部21固定连接时,因安装座13之间的遮挡造成安装困难的问题,从而提高安装效率。
3、本申请实施例中,各个安装座13尽可能的靠近外壳11顶板12的四个顶角设置。这样设置,也可以避免与安装座13相匹配的凸部21对壳体20的内顶壁上其他部件进行干涉。从而在在安装体积有限的情况下,避免了扬声装置运行时扬声装置和壳体之间出现共振现象的同时,进一步的减少了安装座13与凸部21占用有效的安装空间。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种扬声装置组件,包括:
    扬声装置,所述扬声装置包括外壳,所述外壳的顶板设置有至少一个安装座;以及
    壳体,用于容纳所述扬声装置,所述壳体的任一侧壁上设置有与所述安装座匹配的凸部,所述安装座与所述凸部通过紧固件连接,使得所述扬声装置固定于所述壳体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声装置组件,其中,在所述外壳的顶板设置有多个安装座的情形中,所述多个安装座在同一直线上前后交替排列。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声装置组件,其中,至少一个所述安装座靠近于所述顶板的第一侧,至少一个所述安装座靠近于所述顶板的第二侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声装置组件,其中,靠近所述顶板的第一侧和靠近所述顶板的第二侧的所述安装座的数量均为偶数,且所述安装座关于所述顶板的长边的中线对称。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的扬声装置组件,其中,所述安装座靠近所述外壳的顶板的顶角设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的扬声装置组件,其中,所述安装座设置有安装孔;所述紧固件套设有减震套,且所述减震套的外周面设置有与所述安装孔孔径匹配的环形凹槽,所述凹槽卡合于所述安装孔中。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的扬声装置组件,其中,所述紧固件包括螺钉,所述凸部设置有与所述螺钉匹配的螺孔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声装置组件,其中,所述减震套至少部分位于所述凸部内,所述凸部与所述安装座之间设置有间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的扬声装置组件,其中,所述壳体和所述外壳上均设置有散热孔。
  10. 一种扬声设备,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的扬声装置组件。
  11. 一种移动终端设备,包括权利要求10所述的扬声设备。
