一种图像扫描点钞机 技术领域
本发明属于点钞机技术领域,尤其涉及一种图像扫描点钞机。
背景技术
点钞机(Currency-counting machine)是一种自动清点钞票数目的机电一体化装置,一般带有伪钞识别功能,集计数和辨伪钞票的机器。
由于国内现金流通规模庞大,各企事业单位及金融机构现金处理工作繁重,点钞机已成为不可缺少的设备。随着印刷技术、复印技术和电子扫描技术的发展,伪钞制造水平越来越高,必须不断提高点钞机的辨伪性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种图像扫描点钞机。
本发明是这样实现的,一种图像扫描点钞机,包括采集装置、录入处理装置和接收装置;所述采集装置包括发出可见光和红外线的穿透光源发射器和扫描钞票图像信息的图像扫描传感器,所述穿透光源发射器与图像扫描传感器对应设置;所述录入处理装置包括模数转换器、数字信号处理器、存储器和无线射频器;所述模数转换器的输入信号为所述图像扫描传感器采集到的图像信号,将图像信号的模拟数据转换为数字数据,输出端接至数字信号处理器,所述数字信号处理器接收数字数据后提取有效数据并将提取后的数据同时发送至所述存储器和无线射频器;所述接收装置包括与所述无线射频器信号连接的接收器,接收无线射频器发射出的数据信息。
优选地,所述录入处理装置,还包括容灾模块,所述容灾模块分别与所述存储器和无线射频器连接,当所述无线射频器与接收器断开一定时间而后 又恢复连接时,所述容灾模块从存储器内备份无线射频器与接收器断开期间的数据信息,并将备份的数据信息发送至无线射频器。
优选地,所述接收装置,还包括与所述接收器连接的处理器,用于获取接收器所接收到的数据,并对接收到的数据进行分析处理,判断钞票的真伪并计算真钞数量。
优选地,所述接收装置,还包括与所述处理器连接的报警器,当处理器分析判断结果为伪钞时,报警器发出警示信息。
优选地,所述警示信息为警示灯、警示语音、警示文字和警示图片中的一种或多种组合。
优选地,所述穿透光源发射器下方设有导光条,所述导光条位于所述穿透光源发射器与图像扫描传感器之间。
优选地,所述图像扫描传感器采用CIS(Contact Image Sensor)或CCD(Charge Coupled Device)。
本发明实施例提供的图像扫描点钞机,通过穿透光源反射器发出可见光和红外线,当纸币通过时,穿透光源照射于纸币上,图像扫描传感器读取纸币图像,即可以获得纸币冠字号,又可以获得整张纸币的红外穿透信息,对纸币的鉴伪有极大的提升,整张纸币无死角的穿透扫描,并且可通过模数转换器和数字信号处理器对图像信号的模拟数据转换为数字数据,提取有效数据并发送至所述存储器和无线射频器,以及通过无线射频器件数据信息发射至接收器,即可用在普通假币的识别还可识别各种拼接假币和破损残缺真币,以及可实现无线传输,使用不受到场地的局限,结构简单,操作方便。

上述中,具体的,如图2所示,所述录入处理装置2,还包括容灾模块25,所述容灾模块25分别与所述存储器23和无线射频器24连接,当所述无线射频器24与接收器31断开一定时间而后又恢复连接时,所述容灾模块25从存储器23内备份无线射频器24与接收器31断开期间的数据信息,并将备份的数据信息发送至无线射频器24。
上述中,具体的,如图3所示,所述接收装置3,还包括与所述接收器31连接的处理器32,用于获取接收器所接收到的数据,并对接收到的数据进行分析处理,判断钞票的真伪并计算真钞数量,并且还包括与所述处理器32连接的报警器33,当处理器分析判断结果为伪钞时,报警器发出警示信息。其中,所述警示信息为警示灯、警示语音、警示文字和警示图片中的一种或多种组合。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的图像扫描点钞机,其特征在于,所述录入处理装置,还包括容灾模块,所述容灾模块分别与所述存储器和无线射频器连接,当所述无线射频器与接收器断开一定时间而后又恢复连接时,所述容灾模块从存储器内备份无线射频器与接收器断开期间的数据信息,并将备份的数据信息发送至无线射频器。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的图像扫描点钞机,其特征在于,所述接收装置,还包括与所述接收器连接的处理器,用于获取接收器所接收到的数据,并对接收到的数据进行分析处理,判断钞票的真伪并计算真钞数量。
