Definitions
- the claimed technical solution relates to devices that are installed on packages for unloading the contents of the package.
- class B65D 33/36 discloses a device for unloading the contents of the package, which is attached to the package, namely, above the hole located on its top valve. In the middle part of the upper valve, lines of weakened strength are made to form a device for unloading the contents of the package, while the device for unloading the contents of the package contains a tray with an exhaust element and sides with end elements that ensure the fixation of the tray to the surface of the top valve of the package in its open state.
- the prior art also knows another device for unloading the contents of the package, described in US patent 2,064,029, publ. December 15, 1936, class. B65D 33/36, (which is the closest analogue) containing a tray with sides and an exhaust element.
- a device for unloading the contents of the package is made on the narrow side wall of the package, as its continuation, which includes an unloading tray with side edges that secure the tray in the open state, and an exhaust element as a protruding part of the unloading tray.
- this device also has design flaws, which are expressed in the fact that the width of the tray is equal to the width of the side wall of the package. And this leads to the fact that the amount of content unloaded from the package onto the tray may be disproportionately larger than required by the user. Those. the process of uploading content becomes uncontrollable.
- the device for unloading the contents of the package is fixed in a position where the opening angle cannot be >90 degrees. This forces the user to make extra efforts to cause the contents on the tray to flow into the container, i.e. make unnecessary movements that require good coordination.
- the technical result that can be obtained by implementing this technical solution is to ensure reliable multiple fixation of the unloading device, both in the folded (closed) state, to cover the opening for unloading, and in the open state, at any angle selected by the user. disclosing the device, and as a result - increasing the controllability of the process of unloading the contents from the package.
- the specified technical result is achieved by creating a device for unloading the contents of the package, placed above the opening of the package, including a tray with sides, an outlet valve and a support element, while in its folded state, the tray is located under the outlet valve and is held on the support element, where the outlet valve equipped with flaps made with the possibility of holding the sides of the tray and forming an opening when the tray is moved to the open state.
- the tray is made with the possibility of deflection to the open state at an angle of more than 90 degrees, and the ends of the tray sides on three of their sides are free from attachments.
- the tray has an exhaust element, and slots are made on the support element. In the folded state, the tray is held by the sides of the tray placed in the slots made on the support element. In addition, the flaps of the release valve hold the tray in a folded state on the support member.
- a tray with sides, an outlet valve and a support element can be made integral with the package formed from a single reamer.
- the tray with sides, the outlet valve and the support element are made in the form of separate elements, with the possibility of installing these elements on the package above the outlet hole made on the package.
- the tray with sides, the outlet valve and the support element can be a single structure, with the possibility of its installation on the package above the outlet made on the package.
- the tray with sides, the outlet valve and the support element can be made in the form of a combination of elements partially installed on the package and partially separate from it, with the possibility of attaching them to the package above the outlet made on the package.
- the advantage of the proposed solution of the device for unloading the contents of the package is the ability to deflect the tray of the device for unloading at an angle of more than 90 degrees, while maintaining the ability to deflect the device tray at angles of less than 90 degrees. This is achieved due to the fact that the sides of the tray are not attached to the package on which the unloading device is located, but are attached to the tray with only one of their edges along the long sides of the tray and the user can deflect the tray to the required angle. This position of the tray allows the user to control the viewing area of the outlet of the device for free unloading of the contents of the package, without additional manipulations with the package due to the possibility of installing the tray at an angle exceeding the friction angles on the surface of the tray of the contents unloaded from the package.
- the position of the tray selected by the user is securely fixed by pressing the sides of the tray, from their outer side, with the flaps of the exhaust valve. Additionally, this angle of unloading the contents of the package provides the user with a full opening of the area view of the device, and, as a result, maintaining control over the process of unloading the contents through the outlet.
- the outlet can be securely closed due to the fact that the tray can be freely returned to its original position through the outlet valve, close the outlet with the tray and fix the sides of the tray in the slots made on the support element.
- the tray can be covered from above with outlet valve flaps, the connection line of which can be made curved so that the protruding elements of one flap would be placed between the protruding elements of the opposite flap, forming flat “lightning” type connections, and, due to friction of the end surfaces of the nested protruding elements of the flaps into each other, be held in the folded state, providing additional resistance to arbitrary opening of the outlet of the package.
- the inventive device for unloading the contents of the package differs from the solutions known from the prior art devices for unloading the contents of the package.
- FIG. 1 shows a device for unloading the contents, placed on the package;
- fig. 2 illustrates the exhaust valve in a collapsed state;
- Fig.3 illustrates an example of a device for unloading the contents of the package, made from a common scan of the package;
- in fig. 4 illustrates an embodiment of a device for unloading the contents of a package, consisting of individual elements;
- FIG. 5 illustrates an embodiment of a device for unloading the contents of a package other than a box; where the following positions indicate the design elements of the proposed device:
- the leaf is longitudinal.
- the present invention relates to a device suitable for unloading the contents of the package on which it is placed, for example, a powdered or granular product, such as tea, coffee, cereals, cereals.
- a powdered or granular product such as tea, coffee, cereals, cereals.
- the package itself can be of various shapes and made of a flexible material such as cardboard.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a device for unloading the contents of the package.
- a device for unloading the contents of the package 1 is placed above the outlet 12 of the package 1, and includes a tray 2 for unloading, on two sides of which there are sides 3 that limit the exit of the contents from the package 1 beyond the tray 2.
- the sides 3 can have a different shape, rectangular , rounded, figured, providing the function they perform.
- Sides 3 are fastened with one of their edges to tray 2, all other edges of side 3 are free from fastening.
- a line of weakened strength 18 is made (not indicated in Fig. 1), connecting the tray 2 with the exhaust element 4.
- the exhaust element 4 is a protrusion at the end of the tray 2, and the presence of a line of weakened strength 18 makes it possible to bend the exhaust element 4 in the plane of the tray 2.
- the line of weakened strength 18 can be made curvilinear, which enhances the rigidity of the exhaust element 4 after its bending.
- outlet valve 5 which is formed by the longitudinal flaps 6 and the end flap 7 with a label 8.
- FIG. 2 illustrates the outlet valve 5 in a closed state.
- the outlet valve 5 is located above the tray 2 (not shown in Fig. 2) to unload the contents of the package 1.
- a line of notorious strength 19 is made in the outlet valve 5, in its middle part, by means of creasing.
- the line of weakened strength 19 can be made straight or zigzag , with the formation of zigzag elements of the valves entering each other.
- longitudinal flaps 6 are formed on the exhaust valve 5, the separation of which from each other allows the formation of the opening 11 of the exhaust valve 5.
- Exhaust valve 5 also includes an end flap 7, which is attached to the end sides of the longitudinal flaps 6, and has a tab 8 with a cutout 13 of the label 8.
- the advantage of this design is the fact that the tray 2 of the device to unload the contents of the package 1 is securely held open due to the fact that the sides 3 of the tray 2 are covered on both sides by the longitudinal flaps 6 of the outlet valve 5, but the tray 2 can be in the open state, with a deviation from the package 1 at an angle > 90 degrees due to the fact that the sides 3 of the tray 2 are not attached to the package 1, in contrast to the designs known from the prior art.
- the outer surfaces of the sides 3 of the tray 2, and the surfaces of the longitudinal flaps 6 of the exhaust valve 5 in contact with them, can be made in relief so that the protruding parts of the surface of the boards 3 coincide with the depressions of the surface of the longitudinal flaps 6 to ensure reliable contact of the surfaces.
- FIG. 1 illustrates another structural element of the proposed device, namely, the support element 9.
- the support element 9 can be either part of the package 1 or be a separate element that can be attached to the package 1 in a known way.
- the support element 9 is designed so that the end part of the tray 2 rests on the surface of the support element 9, preventing the tray 2 from falling into the interior of the package 1 when the device is folded after use.
- the support element 9 is provided at one of its free ends with slots 10 (see Fig. 3-4), which can be made straight or have fillets.
- the slots 10 serve to securely hold the sides 3 of the tray 2 of the device for unloading the contents of the package 1 by wedging the sides 3 in the slots 10 when this tray is folded inside the package after use, keeping these sides 3 from spontaneously coming out of the slots 10 under the weight of the contents from inside the package onto Tray 2 when handling the closed package, or turning over the closed package.
- FIG. 1 also illustrates an outlet 12 which is provided on the package 1 and serves to pass through it the contents discharged from the package 1.
- the outlet 12 coincides with the outlet 21 of the support member and the opening 11 of the outlet valve.
- the outlet 21 of the support element 9 serves to pass through it the contents discharged from the package 1.
- the length of the hole 21 in the support element 9 must be less than the length of the tray 2, and the width of the hole 21 in the support element must be equal to the width of the tray 2 according to the outer size of its sides 3.
- the length of the hole 21 of the support valve 9 determines the maximum flow rate that can be reached when unloading the contents of the package 1.
- reducing the length of the hole 21 proportionally reduces the maximum flow rate achieved when unloading the contents of the package 1, and vice versa, increasing the length of the opening 21 increases the specified maximum flow.
- the inventive device for unloading the contents of the package 1 can be used in the following way.
- a device for unloading the contents of the package consisting of a tray 2 with sides 3 and an exhaust element 4, an outlet valve 5 with longitudinal flaps 6 and an end flap 7 and a support element 9, is installed above the outlet 12 located on the package 1.
- the user along the line of weakened strength 20 opens the end flap 7, which has a pre-made cutout 13 on the exhaust tab 8. Having hooked the label 8 to the cutout 13, the user bends the end flap 7 by force, opening access to the exhaust element 4 of the tray 2. By bending the exhaust element 4 of the tray 2 and grasping it, the user forces the tray 2 from the folded state to the position for unloading.
- the bridges break on the line of weakened strength 19, and the longitudinal flaps 6 are bent, forming the opening 11 of the exhaust valve 5.
- the opening 11 of the exhaust valve 5 corresponds to the width of the tray 2. Due to the fact that the sides 3 trays 2 are disconnected from the sides of the package 1, this allows the user to tilt the tray 2 to unload the contents of the package 1 at an angle greater than 90 degrees and securely hold it in this position due to friction forces between the sides 3 of the tray 2 and the longitudinal flaps 6 of the outlet valve 5, which are elastic stops for sides 3 of tray 2 and do not require additional means of fastening. All this makes it possible to reliably bring tray 2 into the open state and hold it in this position for the time necessary for unloading.
- Such a deflected position of the tray 2 at an angle of more than 90 degrees allows the user to maintain a maximum view of the zone of the outlet 21 of the support element 9 located under the tray 2, and organize a controlled unloading of the dosed portion of the contents.
- package 1 into the container without additional handling of the package 1, by tilting the package 1 and unloading the contents through tray 2 into the container.
- the sides 3 of the tray 2 reliably protect the unloaded portion of the contents of the package 1 from spilling. After unloading the required portion of the contents of the package 1, the tray 2 can be returned to its original (folded) state inside the package 1.
- the user holding the exhaust element 4, lowers the tray 2 through the opening 11 of the exhaust valve 5 until it stops against the surface of the supporting element 9
- the presence of the exhaust element 4 of the tray 2 allows the user not to contact the surface of the tray 2 itself, ensuring the conditions of sanitary standards.
- the user fixes the sides 3 of the tray 2 in the slots 10 of the support element 9.
- the slots 10 are made in such a way that when the tray 2 is folded inside the package 1, the sides 3 enter the slots 10 to the full height of the sides 3, wedged in them and provide reliable fixation of the tray 2 in the folded state, which closes the hole 21 of the support element 9 and the outlet 12 of the package 1, and thereby prevents spontaneous unloading of the contents of the package 1 through the opening 11 of the outlet valve 5 and the hole 21 of the support element 9 during various spatial manipulations with the package 1.
- chamfers or fillets can be made on the lead-in parts of the slots 10.
- the claimed invention described by the combination of the listed features, provides reliable multiple opening and closing of the opening for unloading the contents of the package after unloading a part of the contents, and also improves controllability and simplifies the unloading process.
- Example 1 Examples of the implementation of the device, which are non-limiting illustrations of the implementation of the claimed invention.
- Example 1 Examples of the implementation of the device, which are non-limiting illustrations of the implementation of the claimed invention.
- a device for unloading the contents of the package can be made on the package in the form of a box with an outlet and made of cardboard, which, when unfolded, is a single scan (Fig. 3).
- a package 1 has lateral sides 14, top valves 15 and bottom valves 16.
- the elements of the device 17 for unloading the contents of the package 1 are performed together with this reaming, from its main parts.
- the longitudinal flaps 6 and end flaps 7 with the label 8 of the outlet valve 5 are also made from the adjacent upper flap 15 of the package 1, so that the longitudinal flaps 6 in their folded state are connected by a line of weakened strength 19, which can be made in the form of a straight line, or represent a curvilinear line, which ensures the reliable retention of the longitudinal flaps 6 with each other, in their folded state, and enhances the effect of their mutual adhesion.
- the separation of the flaps 6 and 7 from each other allows to form the opening 11 of the exhaust valve 5.
- the support element 9 is made from another top valve 15 of the package 1 and is provided with an opening 21 for discharging the contents from the package 1 and slots 10 for holding the flaps 3 of the tray 2 in them when the tray 2 is in the folded state.
- FIG. 4 illustrates the second version of the device for unloading the contents of the package
- the exhaust valve 5 formed by the longitudinal flaps 6 and the end flap 7 with a label 8 and the supporting element 9 with slots 10 and an opening 21, are separate structural elements of said unloading device and which are sequentially installed one above the other and above the hole 12 made on the package 1.
- the connection of these elements of the device for unloading the contents of the package is carried out in a known way, and the unloading of the contents of the package can be carried out by using the device for unloading described earlier way.
- FIG. 5 illustrates another example of a device for unloading the contents of the package
- an outlet valve 5 formed by longitudinal flaps 6 and an end flap 7 with a label 8 and a supporting element 9 with slots 10 and an opening 21 represent is a pre-assembled device and which is installed above the hole 12 made on the package 1.
- the unloading of the contents of the package can be carried out by using the device for unloading in the manner described previously.
- the exhaust valve 5 formed by the longitudinal flaps 6 and the end flap 7 with a label 8 and the support element 9 with slots 10 and a hole 21, can be made in the form of a combination of elements partially installed on the package 1 and partially separate from it, with the possibility of attaching them to the package 1 above outlet 12 provided on the package 1.
- the contents of the package can be unloaded by using the unloading device in the manner previously described.
