Description

Manufacturing method of mask and mask body
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mask and a mask main body.
Patent Document 1 discloses a filter-type facepiece respirator having at least one laterally extending reinforcing member formed of s-shaped or tri-folded pleats, which is permanently connected by welding or the like. There is.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-534245
However, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, the portion other than the reinforcing member is formed of a flat surface, is easily deformed during inspiration and exhalation, a gap is generated between the face and the facepiece respirator, and the leakage rate is high. The problem of heightening arises. Further, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, there arises a problem that the filter comes into contact with the skin due to deformation during intake and is unsanitary. The leakage rate is a rate indicating how much harmful substances in the environment have leaked into the inhaled air when the mask or face piece respirator is worn.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mask that is not easily deformed and a method for manufacturing a mask main body.
In order to solve the above problems, the mask according to the present invention is, for example, a mask having a mask main body portion that covers a target portion of the wearer's face and a string-shaped portion provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion. The mask main body is a fold formed by folding the filter paper forming the mask main body into a fold shape, and has a plurality of folds extending in the left-right direction, and the plurality of folds. Are provided side by side in the vertical direction, and the folds are joined to the peripheral edge of the mask main body in the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction of the mask main body.
According to the mask according to the present invention, a plurality of folds formed by folding the filter paper forming the mask main body into a fold shape are extended in the left-right direction, and the peripheral edge of the mask main body and the mask main body are formed. It is joined near the center in the left-right direction of. As a result, the folds do not expand when worn, the thickness and strength of the mask main body increase, and deformation of the mask main body can be prevented.
Also, by stacking three sheets of filter paper on the folds, the surface area can be increased, resistance during inspiration and expiration can be reduced, and the wearer's breathlessness can be reduced.
The vertical position of the mountain fold of the first fold among the plurality of folds is the vertical position of the valley fold of the second fold adjacent to the upper or lower side of the first fold. It may be approximately the same. As a result, the thickness and strength of the mask body portion are increased as a whole. In addition, by increasing the folds, the area where the three filter papers overlap can be increased, and the wearer's suffocation can be reduced.
At least one of the plurality of folds may be provided on the lower side and the upper side of the crossing center line, which is the center line in the vertical direction of the mask main body. As a result, the folds can be provided over a wide range of the mask main body, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body can be increased as a whole. Further, since the area occupied by the folds in the mask main body becomes large, the area where the three filter papers overlap can be increased, and the wearer's suffocation can be reduced.
In the mask main body, a horizontally long sheet-like member is folded along a folding line and joined at an edge portion located below the folding line, and the folds are joined along the folding line. You may. This makes it possible to create a three-dimensional mask that has a three-dimensional shape when used, and to reduce the gap between the mask and the wearer's skin when the wearer wears the mask by opening the mask main body. Then, by preventing the deformation of the three-dimensional mask, the leakage rate can be lowered.
In order to solve the above problems, the mask according to the present invention includes, for example, a mask main body portion that covers a target portion of the wearer's face and a pair of ear hook portions provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion. In the mask having the mask, the mask main body is a fold formed by folding the filter paper forming the mask main body into a fold shape, and has a plurality of folds extending in the vertical direction. A plurality of folds are provided side by side in the left-right direction, and the folds are characterized in that the upper end and the lower end are joined.
According to the mask according to the present invention, a plurality of folds formed by folding the filter paper forming the mask main body into a fold shape are extended in the vertical direction, and the upper end and the lower end are joined. As a result, the folds do not expand when worn, the thickness and strength of the mask main body increase, and deformation of the mask main body can be prevented. In addition, by stacking three sheets of filter paper on the folds, the surface area can be increased, the resistance during inspiration and expiration can be reduced, and the wearer's suffocation can be reduced.
The position of the mountain fold of the first fold among the plurality of folds in the left-right direction is abbreviated as the position of the valley fold of the second fold adjacent to the right or left side of the first fold. May match. As a result, the thickness and strength of the mask body portion are increased as a whole. In addition, by increasing the folds, the surface area of the filter paper can be increased and the wearer's suffocation can be reduced.
In the mask main body portion, a horizontally long sheet-like member is folded by a folding line and joined at an edge portion located below the folding line, and the fold portion is a peripheral edge of the mask main body portion and the edge portion. It may be joined at a portion.
At least one of the plurality of the folds may bulge outward in an arc shape in a state where the mask main body is folded. As a result, a space is created between the skin and the mask body when worn, which can reduce the suffocation of the wearer.
The plurality of the folds may be provided over the entire surface of the mask main body. As a result, the area where the three filter papers overlap can be maximized, the wearer's suffocation can be reduced, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body can be further increased.
A thin plate-shaped member having a large number of holes may be sandwiched between the two filter papers constituting the fold. As a result, the mask main body is not easily deformed, and a space is maintained between the skin and the mask main body when worn, so that the wearer's suffocation can be reduced.
In order to solve the above problems, the method for manufacturing the mask body according to the present invention is, for example, a method for manufacturing the mask body that covers the target portion of the wearer's face, and the filter paper is folded into a fold. A step of forming a plurality of folds, a step of cutting out a horizontally long sheet member from the filter paper on which the folds are formed, and a step of welding the peripheral edge of the sheet member and the vicinity of the center in the width direction to join the folds. It is characterized by including a step of bending the sheet member at a folding line substantially at the center in the width direction, and a step of joining two sheets of the filter paper to be folded under the folding line. This makes it possible to manufacture a three-dimensional mask in which the folds do not expand when worn.
The filter paper is fold-shaped so that the mountain fold portion of the first fold portion of the plurality of fold portions and the valley fold portion of the second fold portion adjacent to the upper or lower side of the first fold portion are adjacent to each other. By folding it into a fold, a plurality of the folds may be formed. This makes it possible to manufacture a mask having a large fold.
The two sheets of filter paper may be joined so that the length after joining is shorter than the length before joining. As a result, the folds can be inflated outward.
In order to solve the above problems, the method for manufacturing the mask body according to the present invention is, for example, a method for manufacturing the mask body that covers the target portion of the wearer's face, and the filter paper is folded into a fold. A step of forming a plurality of folds, a step of cutting out a horizontally long sheet member from the filter paper on which the folds are formed, a step of welding the peripheral edge of the sheet member and joining the upper ends of the folds, and the above-mentioned step. It is characterized by including a step of bending a sheet member at a bending line substantially at the center in the width direction, joining two sheets of filter paper to be folded under the bending line, and joining the lower ends of the folds. .. This makes it possible to manufacture a three-dimensional mask in which the folds do not expand when worn.
The filter paper is folded in a fold shape so that the mountain fold portion of the first fold portion of the plurality of fold portions and the valley fold portion of the second fold portion adjacent to the right side or the left side of the first fold portion are adjacent to each other. By folding, a plurality of the folds may be formed. This makes it possible to manufacture a mask having a large fold.

The mask 1 mainly includes a mask main body portion 10 that covers a target portion of the wearer's face, a pair of ear hook portions 20 provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10 (corresponding to a string-shaped portion of the present invention). Has. The ear hook portion 20 is joined to the mask main body portion 10. In the present embodiment, the ear hook portion 20 is joined to the mask main body portion 10 by ultrasonic welding, but the method of joining the ear hook portion 20 to the mask main body portion 10 is not limited to this. Further, the shape of the crimping portion 20a that appears on the surface of the mask main body 10 by ultrasonically adhering the ear hook portion 20 and the position and shape of the crimping wire inside the crimping portion 20a are not limited to this. Further, the head hook portion 21 (detailed later) may be provided instead of the ear hook portion 20.
The mask main body 10 is formed of filter paper 11. As the filter paper 11, a single-layer non-woven fabric or a multi-layer non-woven fabric in which a plurality of non-woven fabrics are stacked can be used. Further, the filter paper 11 may be formed by stacking a sheet-like member containing an antibacterial agent or the like between a plurality of non-woven fabrics.
A core material 12 is provided near the upper end of the mask main body 10. The core material 12 is formed of a thin plate made of resin or metal. The core material 12 is provided inside the mask main body 10. When the wearer wears the mask 1 so as to cover the nose and mouth, the core material 12 is deformed so that the upper edge portion of the mask main body 10 is brought into close contact with the wearer along the uneven shape of the nose. However, the core material 12 is not essential. Further, the core material 12 may be provided on the outside of the mask main body 10.
The mask main body portion 10 has a fold portion 13 formed by folding the filter paper 11 into a fold shape. The folds 13 are extended in the left-right direction.
In the present embodiment, the folds 13 have three folds 13a, 13b, 13c arranged in order from the upper end side of the mask main body 10. The folds 13a, 13b, and 13c are provided side by side in the vertical direction. In the present embodiment, the number of folds 13a, 13b, and 13c is three, but the number of folds 13 (13a to 13c) may be a plurality. The folds 13 will be described in detail later.
The folds 13a, 13b, and 13c are joined to the peripheral edge 10a of the mask body 10 in the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction of the mask body 10, respectively. In the present embodiment, a welding point 10c for welding a plurality of filter papers 11 is provided along the peripheral edge 10a and along a folding line 10b arranged substantially in the center of the mask main body portion 10, so that the fold portion is provided. 13a, 13b, 13c are joined. As a result, even if the mask body 10 is opened and the wearer wears the mask 1, the folds 13a, 13b, 13c are not opened, and the folds 13a, 13b, 13c are not expanded.
The mask main body 10 is folded along the folding line 10b so that the right side portion 100R that abuts on the wearer's right cheek and the left side portion 100L that abuts on the wearer's left cheek are folded. The right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are joined by a first edge portion 10d located below the folding line 10b and a second edge portion 10e located below the first edge portion 10d.
When the mask main body portion 10 is worn, the convex portion 10f between the folding line 10b and the first edge portion 10d is arranged in the vicinity of the wearer's nose tip. Further, when the mask main body portion 10 is worn, the fold portion 13b is arranged between the wearer's nose and mouth, and the fold portion 13c is arranged near the wearer's mouth.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the sheet member 100 before folding the mask main body 10. The mask main body 10 is manufactured from the sheet member 100 cut out from the filter paper 11 on which the folds 13 are formed. The sheet member 100 has a right side portion 100R and a left side portion 100L, and is a horizontally long sheet-like member in which the right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are connected by a folding line 10b. The sheet member 100 is symmetrical, and its axis of symmetry Y overlaps with a folding line 10b located substantially in the center in the width direction.
The lower end portion 16 of the seat member 100 is inclined so that the height in the vertical direction becomes narrower toward the axis of symmetry Y, and has a symmetrical right lower end portion 16R and a left lower end portion 16L. Further, the lower end portion 16 of the sheet member 100 has a substantially triangular notch portion 17 protruding toward the upper end side, and only the notch portion 17 has a concave shape. The cutout portion 17 is inclined so that the height in the vertical direction becomes narrower toward the axis of symmetry Y, and has a symmetrical right side recess 17R and a left side recess 17L.
Next, the folds 13 (13a to 13c) will be described. The folds 13 are formed in advance before the seat member 100 is cut out. In the folds 13, mountain folds 14 and valley folds 15 extending in the left-right direction of the sheet member 100 are alternately formed in the vertical direction. At the mountain fold portion 14, the filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the outside of the mask main body 10 (the front side of the paper surface in FIG. 5), and at the valley fold portion 15, the inside of the mask main body 10 (the paper surface in FIG. 5). The filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the back side). In other words, the folds 13 are formed by folding the filter paper 11 toward the inside of the mask main body 10.
The folds 13 may be formed by folding the filter paper 11 toward the outside of the mask main body 10. In this case, the filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the inside of the mask main body 10 at the mountain fold portion 14, and the filter paper 11 is convex toward the outside of the mask main body 10 at the valley fold portion 15. The filter paper 11 is folded.
The fold portion 13a has a mountain fold portion 14a and a valley fold portion 15a, the fold portion 13b has a mountain fold portion 14b and a valley fold portion 15b, and the fold portion 13c has a mountain fold portion 14c and a valley fold portion 15c. Has. In FIG. 5, the valley fold portions 15a, 15b, and 15c are shown by broken lines because they cannot be visually recognized.
At least one fold portion 13 is provided on the lower side and the upper side of the crossing center line X, which is the center line in the vertical direction of the sheet member 100 (mask main body portion 10). In the present embodiment, the folds 13a are provided on the upper side of the crossing center line X, the folds 13b are provided at positions overlapping the crossing center line X, and the folds 13c are provided on the lower side of the crossing center line X. There is. As a result, the folds 13 can be provided over a wide area of the mask body 10.
The fold portion 13 is a downward fold in which the filter paper 11 is convex (protruding) downward when forming the mountain fold portion 14. Therefore, dust and the like do not collect between the two filter papers 11 constituting the folds 13, which is hygienic.
FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. In FIG. 6, the left side faces the outside of the mask main body 10, and the right side faces the inside of the mask main body 10.
Since the folds 13a, 13b, 13c have mountain folds 14a, 14b, 14c and valley folds 15a, 15b, 15c, respectively, the folds 13a, 13b, 13c have three filter papers 11 overlapping each other. Therefore, in the fold portion 13, the thickness and strength of the mask main body portion 10 increase.
Arbitrary folds of the folds 13 (13a to 13c), in this case, the vertical position of the mountain folds 14a of the folds 13a is the valley folds 15b of the folds 13b adjacent to the lower side of the folds 13a. Approximately coincides with the vertical position of. Further, the vertical position of the mountain fold portion 14b of the fold portion 13b substantially coincides with the vertical position of the valley fold portion 15c of the fold portion 13c adjacent to the lower side of the fold portion 13a. Therefore, three filter papers 11 overlap each other between the valley fold portion 15a and the mountain fold portion 14c. Therefore, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10 are increased as a whole.
In the present invention, the vertical position of the mountain fold portion of any fold portion (first fold portion) of the fold portion 13 (13a to 13c) and the upper side or the lower side of the first fold portion are adjacent to each other. The vertical position of the valley fold of the second fold coincides with the vertical position of the mountain fold of the first fold and the vertical position of the valley fold of the second fold. In the case (for example, in FIG. 5, the solid line indicating the mountain fold portion 14a and the dotted line indicating the valley fold portion 15b substantially overlap), the second fold portion is located near the vertical position of the mountain fold portion of the first fold portion. It is a concept including the case where the valley fold portion is located (for example, in FIG. 5, the solid line indicating the mountain fold portion 14a and the dotted line indicating the valley fold portion 15b are adjacent to each other). That is, even if the vertical position of the mountain fold of the first fold and the vertical position of the valley fold of the second fold are slightly different (about 10% of the height of the fold), the first It is included when the vertical position of the mountain fold portion of the fold portion and the vertical position of the valley fold portion of the second fold portion substantially coincide with each other.
Here, a method of manufacturing the mask main body 10 will be described. First, the filter paper 11 is folded into a fold shape to form a plurality of folds 13. Next, the sheet member 100 is cut out from the filter paper 11 on which the folds 13 are formed. Next, the peripheral edge of the sheet member 100 and the vicinity of the center in the width direction are welded (along the folding line 10b) to join the folds 13. At this stage, the ear hook portion 20 may be adhered to the sheet member 100, or the core material 12 may be adhered.
Next, the sheet member 100 is bent along the folding line 10b. Then, the two filter papers 11 folded along the first edge portion 10d where the right side recess 17R and the left side recess 17L overlap and the second edge portion 10e where the right lower end portion 16R and the left lower end portion 16L overlap are joined. As a result, the mask main body 10 is manufactured.
According to the present embodiment, the mask main body 10 has a plurality of folds 13 formed by folding the filter paper 11 in a fold shape, and the folds 13 are joined to the peripheral edge 10a and in the vicinity of the folding line 10b. Therefore, even if the wearer wears the mask 1, the folds 13 do not expand, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10 can be increased. As a result, it is possible to prevent the mask main body 10 from being deformed and prevent the filter paper 11 from coming into contact with the skin.
Further, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the leakage rate from increasing. In the mask 1 of the present embodiment, the elongated mask main body portion 10 including the right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L is bent along the folding line 10b, and the right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are formed at the first edge portion 10d and the second edge portion 10e. It is a three-dimensional mask in which the mask 1 is joined, and the right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are configured so that the gap between the mask 1 and the wearer's skin becomes smaller when the mask body 10 is opened and the wearer wears the mask 1. Has been done. However, if the strength of the mask is low, even if a three-dimensional mask is worn so that the gap between the mask and the wearer's skin is small, the mask body is deformed by the wearer's breathing, and the face and the mask are formed. A gap is created between the two, and the leakage rate increases. On the other hand, by increasing the thickness and strength of the mask body 10 by the folds 13 that do not expand even when worn, the mask body 10 is not easily deformed even if the mask body 10 is opened and the mask is worn. It is difficult for a gap to occur between 10 and the skin. As a result, it is possible to prevent the leakage rate from increasing.
Further, according to the present embodiment, since the three filter papers 11 overlap each other in the fold portion 13, the surface area of the mask main body portion 10 can be increased and the resistance at the time of inspiration and expiration can be reduced. As a result, the suffocation of the wearer can be reduced.
Further, according to the present embodiment, by providing at least one fold portion 13 on the lower side and the upper side of the crossing center line X, the fold portion 13 can be provided in a wide range of the mask main body portion 10. As a result, the mask body 10 is less likely to be deformed.
Further, according to the present embodiment, since any fold portion of the plurality of fold portions 13 is adjacent to the valley fold portion of the adjacent fold portion, the thickness and strength of the mask main body portion 10 are increased as a whole. Can be made to.
In the present embodiment, the ear hook portion 20 is ultrasonically crimped by the crimping portion 20a, but the form of the crimping portion 20a is not limited to this. For example, in the present embodiment, a grid-like crimping wire appears inside the crimping portion 20a, but a parallel crimping wire may appear. Further, a plurality of welding points may appear inside the crimping portion 20a. Further, in the present embodiment, the shape of the crimping portion 20a is a horizontally long rectangular shape, but the shape of the crimping portion 20a is not limited to this. 7 (A) to 7 (D) show examples of deformation of the shape of the crimping portion. For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the ear hook portion 20 may be crimped by the circular crimping portion 20b, or as shown in FIG. 7B, the ear hook portion 20 may be crimped by the elliptical crimping portion 20c. The hanging portion 20 may be crimped, or as shown in FIG. 7 (C), the ear hook portion 20 may be crimped by the square crimping portion 20d, as shown in FIG. 7 (D). In addition, the ear hook portion 20 may be crimped by the rectangular crimping portion 20e.
Further, in the present embodiment, the folds 13 have three folds 13a, 13b, and 13c, but the number of folds 13 has is not limited to three. FIG. 8 is a front view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 1A according to the modified example is folded.
The mask 1A has a mask main body portion 10A in which the fold portion 13A is formed. The folds 13A have five folds 13d, 13e, 13f, 13g, 13h arranged in order from the upper end side. By increasing the number of folds constituting the folds 13A, the area where the three filter papers 11 overlap can be increased. As a result, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10A can be increased. As a result, deformation of the mask main body 10A can be prevented.
Further, in the present embodiment, the right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are welded to the first edge portion 10d and the second edge portion 10e located below the folding line 10b, but the first edge portion 10d and the second edge portion 10d are welded. The two edges 10e may be a straight line or a curved line (R shape). Further, in the present embodiment, the first edge portion 10d and the second edge portion 10e are straight lines, but may be curved lines. In particular, by making the first edge portion 10d a rounded curve on the outside (lower side), a space is created between the skin and the mask body portion 10 when worn, thereby reducing the wearer's suffocation. Can be done. Further, the angle formed by the folding line 10b and the first edge portion 10d and the angle formed by the first edge portion 10d and the second edge portion 10e are not limited to the illustrated form.
Further, in the present embodiment, the mountain fold portion (for example, the mountain fold portion 14a) of the first fold portion (for example, the fold portion 13a) which is an arbitrary fold portion of the fold portions 13 (fold portions 13a to 13c). The vertical position of is substantially the same as the vertical position of the valley fold portion (for example, the valley fold portion 15b) of the second fold portion (for example, the fold portion 13b) adjacent to the upper side or the lower side of the first fold portion. However, the vertical position of the mountain fold portion of the first fold portion and the vertical position of the valley fold portion of the second fold portion do not have to be substantially the same. However, in order to increase the thickness and strength of the mask body as a whole and to increase the surface area of the mask body, the vertical position of the mountain fold of the first fold and the valley of the second fold. It is desirable that the position of the folded portion in the vertical direction is substantially the same.
Further, the mask 1 of the present embodiment is a three-dimensional mask which is flat in the folded state and has a three-dimensional shape in the open state (used state), but the present invention is applied to various types of masks. Can be done. For example, the present invention may be applied to a flat mask or a non-foldable three-dimensional (for example, cup-shaped) mask.
<Second embodiment>
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are in full contact with each other in the state where the mask 1 is folded, but the right side portion and the left side portion are completely in contact with each other in the state where the mask is folded. It is not necessary to contact with.
The second embodiment of the present invention is a form in which the mask is inflated in a folded state. Hereinafter, the mask 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 9 is a bottom view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 2 is folded. The mask 2 mainly has a mask main body portion 10B that covers a target portion of the wearer's face, and a pair of ear hook portions 20 provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10B. The mask main body 10B is formed with folds 13B having three folds 13a, 13i, and 13c arranged in order from the upper end side.
The folds 13i and the folds 13b differ only in the shape of the mask main body 10B in the folded state. The fold portion 13i bulges outward in an arc shape in a state where the mask main body portion 10B is folded. In the fold portion 13i, the right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are in contact with each other only at the peripheral edge 10a and the first edge portion 10d, and the other portions are not in contact with each other.
Next, the manufacturing method of the mask main body 10B will be described. First, the filter paper 11 is folded into a fold shape to form a plurality of folds 13B. Next, the sheet member 100 is cut out from the filter paper 11 on which the folds 13 are formed. Next, the peripheral edge of the sheet member 100 and the vicinity of the center in the width direction (near the folding line 10b) are welded to join the folds 13.
At this time, the length of the second edge portion 10e after joining is shorter than the length of the right lower end portion 16R and the left lower end portion 16L before joining. As a result, the folds 13i swell by the amount that the second edge 10e is shortened.
According to the present embodiment, even if the mask body 10B is opened and the wearer wears the mask 2, the folds 13B do not expand, the mask body 10B is prevented from being deformed, and the filter paper 11 comes into contact with the skin. Further, it is possible to prevent the leakage rate from increasing due to a gap between the mask main body 10B and the skin due to the deformation of the mask main body 10B. Further, in the state where the mask main body 10B is folded, the folds 13i bulge outward in an arc shape, so that a space is created between the skin and the mask main body 10B when worn, which makes the wearer's breathlessness. Can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, of the three folds 13a, 13i, 13c of the folds 13B, only the folds 13i bulge outward in an arc shape, but the folds 13a, 13c other than the folds 13i. May also bulge outward in an arc shape. However, from the viewpoint of reducing the suffocation of the wearer, the folds 13i arranged near the wearer's nose and mouth (located below the convex portion 10f) when the mask body 10B is worn are on the outside. It is desirable that it bulges in an arc shape.
Further, by joining so that the length of the second edge portion 10e after joining is shorter than the length of the right lower end portion 16R and the left lower end portion 16L, not only the folds 13i but also the folds 13a, 13i, 13c You may inflate everything. However, it is desirable to adjust the length of the second edge portion 10e so that only the fold portion 13i is inflated.
<Third embodiment>
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10 are increased by the folds 13, but the method of increasing the thickness and strength of the mask main body is not limited to this.
The third embodiment of the present invention is a form in which a reinforcing member is provided on the folds to increase the thickness and strength of the mask main body. Hereinafter, the mask 3 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 10 is a front view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 3 is folded. The mask 3 mainly has a mask main body portion 10C that covers a target portion of the wearer's face, and a pair of ear hook portions 20 provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10C. The mask main body portion 10C is formed of a filter paper 11, and has a fold portion 13 having fold portions 13a, 13b, and 13c formed by folding the filter paper 11 into a fold shape. Plate-shaped members 31 are provided on the folds 13a, 13b, and 13c, respectively.
The plate-shaped member 31 is a thin plate-shaped member having a large number of holes. In the present embodiment, the plate-shaped member 31 is a net-like (mesh-like) member formed by knitting linear members in a grid pattern. Further, the plate-shaped member 31 is formed by using a resin wire rod.
The plate-shaped member 31 may be formed by using a metal wire rod instead of the resin wire rod. Further, the plate-shaped member 31 is not limited to the mesh-shaped member, and for example, a plate-shaped member in which a thin plate is provided with a large number of punching holes or the like may be used. Further, the shape of the hole formed in the plate-shaped member 31 may be a rectangular shape or a circular shape.
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of the mask main body 10C. The plate-shaped member 31 is sandwiched between two filter papers 11 constituting the folds 13a, 13b, and 13c. In FIG. 11, the plate-shaped member 31 is sandwiched between the two filter papers 11 on both sides of the mountain fold portions 14a, 14b, and 14c, that is, the two filter papers 11 on the outside (the side far from the wearer). The plate-shaped member 31 may be sandwiched between the two filter papers 11 on both sides of the folded portions 15a, 15b, and 15c, that is, the two inner (closer to the wearer) filter papers 11.
Here, a method of manufacturing the mask main body 10C will be described. First, the filter paper 11 is folded into a fold shape to form a plurality of folds 13. Next, the plate-shaped member 31 is sandwiched between the two filter papers 11 constituting the folds 13, and the sheet member 100 is cut out from the filter paper 11 on which the folds 13 are formed. Next, the peripheral edge of the sheet member 100 and the vicinity of the center in the width direction (near the folding line 10b) are welded to join the folds 13. At this time, the plate-shaped member 31 is adhered together with the filter paper 11, and the sheet member 100 and the plate-shaped member 31 are integrated. When the plate-shaped member 31 is made of resin, the filter paper 11 and the plate-shaped member 31 can be adhered to each other by ultrasonic welding.
Next, the sheet member 100 in which the plate-shaped member 31 is integrated is bent along the folding line 10b. Then, the two filter papers 11 folded along the first edge portion 10d where the right side recess 17R and the left side recess 17L overlap and the second edge portion 10e where the right lower end portion 16R and the left lower end portion 16L overlap are joined. As a result, the mask main body 10C is manufactured.
According to the present embodiment, even if the mask body 10C is opened and the wearer wears the mask 1, the folds 13B do not expand, the mask body 10C is prevented from being deformed, and the filter paper 11 comes into contact with the skin. Further, it is possible to prevent the leakage rate from increasing due to a gap between the mask main body 10C and the skin due to the deformation of the mask main body 10C. Further, since the plate-shaped member 31 is sandwiched between the two filter papers 11 constituting the fold portion 13, the thickness and strength of the mask main body portion 10C can be increased. As a result, the mask main body 10C is not easily deformed, and a space is maintained between the skin and the mask main body 10C when worn, so that the wearer's suffocation can be reduced.
<Fourth Embodiment>
The first embodiment of the present invention has a downward fold portion 13 in which the filter paper 11 is convex downward when forming the mountain fold portion 14, but the fold portion may be an upward fold.
The fourth embodiment of the present invention is a form having an upward fold. Hereinafter, the mask 4 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 12 is a front view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 4 is folded. The mask 4 mainly has a mask main body portion 10D that covers a target portion of the wearer's face, and a pair of ear hook portions 20 provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10D. The mask main body portion 10D is formed of a filter paper 11, and has a fold portion 13C formed by folding the filter paper 11 into a fold shape.
The folds 13C are extended in the left-right direction, and a plurality of folds 13C are provided side by side in the vertical direction. The folds 13C are downward folds in which the filter paper 11 is convex upward when the mountain fold portion 14C is formed, and the filter paper 11 is convex downward when the valley fold portion 15C is formed.
The fold portion 13C has three fold portions 13j, 13k, and 13l arranged in order from the lower end side of the mask main body portion 10. The plurality of folds 13j, 13k, and 13l are joined to the peripheral edge 10a of the mask main body 10D along the folding line 10b near the center in the left-right direction of the mask main body 10D, respectively. As a result, even if the mask main body 10D is opened and the wearer wears the mask 4, the folds 13j, 13k, 13l are not opened, and the folds 13j, 13k, 13l are not expanded.
FIG. 13 is a schematic view showing the sheet member 101 before folding the mask main body 10D. The fold portion 13C is formed in advance before cutting out the seat member 101.
The sheet member 101 is a horizontally long sheet-like member having a right side portion 101R and a left side portion 101L, and the right side portion 101R and the left side portion 101L are connected by a folding line 10b. The sheet member 101 is symmetrical, and its axis of symmetry Y overlaps with a folding line 10b located substantially in the center in the width direction.
The lower end portion 16 (right lower end portion 16R and left lower end portion 16L) of the seat member 101 is inclined so that the height in the vertical direction becomes narrower toward the axis of symmetry Y. Further, the lower end portion 16 of the sheet member 101 has a substantially triangular notch portion 17 (right side recess 17R and left side recess 17L) protruding toward the upper end side.
FIG. 14 is a sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. In FIG. 14, the left side faces the outside of the mask main body 10D, and the right side faces the inside of the mask main body 10D.
The folds 13j, 13k, and 13l are the mountain folds 14j, 14k, and 14l in which the filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the outside of the mask body 10D, respectively, and the folds 13j, 14k, and 13l are convex inward of the mask body 10. The filter paper 11 has valley-folded portions 15j, 15k, and 15l that are bent so as to be. In the fold portion 13C, three filter papers 11 are overlapped with each other, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body portion 10D are increased.
Arbitrary folds in the folds 13C (folds 13j to 13l), in which the vertical position of the mountain folds 14k of the folds 13k is the valley folds of the folds 13l adjacent to the upper side of the folds 13k. It roughly coincides with the vertical position of 15 liters. Further, the vertical position of the mountain fold portion 14j of the fold portion 13j substantially coincides with the vertical position of the valley fold portion 15k of the fold portion 13k adjacent to the upper side of the fold portion 13j. Therefore, three filter papers 11 overlap each other between the valley fold portion 15j and the mountain fold portion 14l. Therefore, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10D are increased.
Here, a method of manufacturing the mask main body 10D will be described. First, the filter paper 11 is folded into a fold shape to form a plurality of folds 13C. Next, the sheet member 101 is cut out from the filter paper 11 on which the folds 13C are formed. Next, the peripheral edge of the sheet member 101 and the vicinity of the center in the width direction (near the folding line 10b) are welded to join the folds 13C.
Next, the sheet member 101 is bent along the folding line 10b. Then, the two filter papers 11 folded along the first edge portion 10d where the right side recess 17R and the left side recess 17L overlap and the second edge portion 10e where the right lower end portion 16R and the left lower end portion 16L overlap are joined. As a result, the mask main body 10D is manufactured.
According to the present embodiment, even if the mask main body 10D is opened and the wearer wears the mask 4, the folds 13C do not expand, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10D can be increased. As a result, it is possible to prevent the mask main body 10D from being deformed and prevent the filter paper 11 from coming into contact with the skin. Further, it is possible to prevent the leakage rate from increasing due to a gap between the mask main body 10D and the skin due to the deformation of the mask main body 10D.
<Fifth Embodiment>
The first embodiment of the present invention has a fold portion 13 extending in the left-right direction, but the fold portion may be extended in the up-down direction.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention is a form in which the folds are extended in the vertical direction. Hereinafter, the mask 5 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 15 is a front view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 5 is opened. FIG. 16 is a front view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 5 is folded. FIG. 17A is a plan view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 5 is folded, and FIG. 17B is a bottom view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 5 is folded. FIG. 18A is a right side view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 5 is folded, and FIG. 18B is a left side view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 5 is folded.
The mask 5 mainly has a mask main body portion 10E that covers a target portion of the wearer's face, and a pair of ear hook portions 20 provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10E. The mask main body 10E is formed of filter paper 11, and a core material 12 is provided in the vicinity of the upper end.
The mask main body portion 10E has a fold portion 13D formed by folding the filter paper 11 into a fold shape. The folds 13D are extended in the vertical direction, and a plurality of folds 13D are provided side by side in the horizontal direction. In the fold portion 13D, the filter paper 11 is convex toward the folding line 10b (toward the center) when the mountain fold portion 14D is formed, and the filter paper 11 is on the peripheral edge 10a when the valley fold portion 15D is formed. It is convex toward.
The fold portion 13D has three fold portions 13m, 13n, and 13o arranged in order from the center of the mask main body portion 10. In the present embodiment, the number of folds 13m, 13n, and 13o is three, but the number of folds 13D (13m to 13o) may be a plurality.
The folds 13m, 13n, and 13 are joined at the peripheral edges 10a and the edges (first edge 10d and second edge 10e) of the mask main body 10E, respectively. As a result, even if the mask main body 10E is opened and the wearer wears the mask 5, the folds 13m, 13n, 13o are not opened, and the folds 13m, 13n, 13o are not expanded.
FIG. 19 is a schematic view showing the sheet member 102 before folding the mask main body 10E. The fold portion 13D is formed in advance before cutting out the seat member 102.
The sheet member 102 is a horizontally long sheet-like member having a right side portion 102R and a left side portion 102L, and the right side portion 102R and the left side portion 102L are connected by a folding line 10b. The sheet member 102 is symmetrical, and its axis of symmetry Y overlaps with a folding line 10b located substantially in the center in the width direction.
At the mountain fold portion 14D, the filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the outside of the mask main body 10E (the front side of the paper surface in FIG. 19), and at the valley fold portion 15D, the inside of the mask main body 10E (the paper surface in FIG. 19). The filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the back side). In other words, the folds 13D are formed by folding the filter paper 11 toward the inside of the mask main body 10E.
The folds 13D may be formed by folding the filter paper 11 toward the outside of the mask main body 10E. In this case, the filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the inside of the mask main body 10E at the mountain fold portion 14, and the filter paper 11 is convex toward the outside of the mask main body 10E at the valley fold portion 15. The filter paper 11 is folded.
FIG. 20 is a sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. In FIG. 14, the lower side faces the outside of the mask main body 10E, and the upper side faces the inside of the mask main body 10E.
The folds 13m, 13n, and 13o are the mountain folds 14m, 14n, and 14o in which the filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the center of the mask body 10E (folding line 10b), and the mask body 10E, respectively. It has valley-folded portions 15m, 15n, and 15o in which the filter paper 11 is bent so as to be convex toward the peripheral edge 10a. In the fold portion 13D, three filter papers 11 are overlapped with each other, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body portion 10E are increased.
Arbitrary folds of the folds 13D (13 to 13o), in this case, the position of the mountain fold portion 14n of the folds 13n in the left-right direction is the folds 13m adjacent to the inside of the folds 13n (left side in FIG. 20). It almost coincides with the position of the valley fold portion 15m in the left-right direction. Further, the position of the mountain fold portion 14o of the fold portion 13o in the left-right direction substantially coincides with the position of the valley fold portion 15n of the fold portion 13n adjacent to the inside of the fold portion 13o in the left-right direction. Therefore, three filter papers 11 overlap each other between the valley fold portion 15o and the mountain fold portion 14 m. Therefore, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10E are increased.
In the present invention, the position of the mountain fold portion of any fold portion (first fold portion) of the fold portion 13D (13 to 13o) in the left-right direction and the second fold adjacent to the right side or the left side of the first fold portion. Approximately the same as the left-right position of the valley fold part of the part means that the left-right position of the mountain fold part of the first fold and the left-right position of the valley fold part of the second fold match. It is a concept including the case where the valley fold portion of the second fold portion is arranged in the vicinity of the position in the left-right direction of the mountain fold portion of the first fold portion. That is, even if the position of the mountain fold of the first fold in the left-right direction and the position of the valley fold of the second fold in the left-right direction are slightly different (about 10% of the width of the fold), the first fold It is included when the position in the left-right direction of the mountain fold portion of the portion and the position in the left-right direction of the valley fold portion of the second fold portion substantially coincide with each other.
Here, a method of manufacturing the mask main body 10E will be described. First, the filter paper 11 is folded into a fold shape to form a plurality of folds 13D. Next, the sheet member 102 is cut out from the filter paper 11 on which the folds 13D are formed. Next, the peripheral edge of the sheet member 102 is welded to join the upper ends of the folds 13D.
Next, the sheet member 102 is bent along the folding line 10b. Then, the two filter papers 11 folded along the first edge portion 10d where the right side recess 17R and the left side recess 17L overlap and the second edge portion 10e where the right lower end portion 16R and the left lower end portion 16L overlap are joined. At this time, the lower ends of the folds 13D are joined at the first edge portion 10d and the second edge portion 10e. As a result, the mask main body 10E is manufactured.
According to the present embodiment, even if the mask main body 10E is opened and the wearer wears the mask 5, the folds 13D does not expand, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10E can be increased. As a result, it is possible to prevent the mask main body 10E from being deformed and prevent the filter paper 11 from coming into contact with the skin. Further, it is possible to prevent the leakage rate from increasing due to a gap between the mask main body 10E and the skin due to the deformation of the mask main body 10E.
In the present embodiment, the mask main body portion 10E has a fold portion 13D in which the filter paper 11 is convex toward the folding line 10b when the mountain fold portion 14D is formed, but the mountain fold portion is formed. The filter paper 11 may have a fold portion that is convex toward the side opposite to the folding line 10b. In this case, the position of the mountain fold of any fold among the plurality of folds in the left-right direction is abbreviated as the position of the valley fold of the fold adjacent to the outside of the arbitrary fold in the left-right direction. Match.
Further, at least one of the folds 13D (for example, the folds 13m) may bulge outward in an arc shape when the mask main body 10E is folded. Further, the plate-shaped member 31 may be sandwiched between the two filter papers 11 constituting the fold portion 13D.
<Sixth Embodiment>
In the first embodiment of the present invention, at least one fold portion 13 is provided on the lower side and the upper side of the transverse center line X, which is the vertical center line of the mask main body portion 10, respectively. The arrangement of is not limited to this.
The sixth embodiment of the present invention is a form in which the folds are provided over the entire surface of the mask main body. Hereinafter, the mask 6 according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 21 is a front view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 6 is folded. 22 (A) is a right side view showing the outline of the folded state of the mask 6, and FIG. 22 (B) is the left side view showing the outline of the folded state of the mask 6.
The mask 6 mainly includes a mask main body portion 10F that covers a target portion of the wearer's face and a single head hanging portion 21 (corresponding to a string-shaped portion of the present invention) provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10F. , Have. By partially bending both ends of the mask main body 10F, a tubular string threading portion 10j is provided on the mask main body 10F.

The head hanging portion 21 is provided on the mask main body portion 10 by being passed through the string threading portion 10j. An adjuster 22 is provided on the head hanging portion 21. By moving the adjuster 22 with respect to the head hanging portion 21, the length of the head hanging portion 21 can be adjusted. As a result, the length of the head hanging portion 21 can be changed for each wearer, and the mask main body portion 10F can be brought into close contact with the wearer's face. The form of the head hanging portion 21 is not limited to this.
The mask main body 10F is formed of filter paper 11. A core material 12 is provided near the upper end of the mask main body 10F. Since the core material 12 is provided between the two filter papers 11 and cannot be visually recognized, it is shown by a broken line in FIGS. 21 and 22.
The mask main body 10F has folds 13E formed by folding the filter paper 11 into a fold. In the present embodiment, the folds 13E have five folds 13p, 13q, 13r, 13s, 13t arranged in order from the upper end side of the mask main body 10F.
A plurality of folds 13p, 13q, 13r, 13s, 13t are extended in the left-right direction, and a plurality of folds are provided side by side in the vertical direction. The folds 13p, 13q, 13r, 13s, and 13t are provided over the entire surface of the mask main body 10F.
The folds 13E (folds 13p to 13t) may be provided over the entire surface of the mask body 10F, and the number of folds 13p, 13q, 13r, 13s, 13t of the mask body 10F is five. Not limited. The folds 13E will be described in detail later.
The mask main body 10F is folded along the folding line 10b so that the right side portion 103R that abuts on the wearer's right cheek and the left side portion 103L that abuts on the wearer's left cheek overlap. The right side portion 103R and the left side portion 103L are joined by an edge portion 10i located below the folding line 10b. The edge portion 10i is formed so that the joint portion 10h is exposed inward (see FIG. 22 (A)), and the joint portion 10h is not visible when viewed from the table (see FIG. 22 (B)).
The folds 13E (folds 13p to 13t) are bulged so as to be convex outward, and when the mask main body 10F is folded, the folds 13E of the right side portion 103R and the folds 13E of the left side portion 103L are in contact with each other. Do not touch (see FIG. 22). As a result, when the wearer wears the mask 6, a space is created between the wearer's mouth and the mask main body 10F, and breathing becomes easy when the wearer wears the mask 6.
Next, the folds 13E will be described. FIG. 23 is a cross-sectional view showing an outline of the mask main body 10F. In FIG. 23, only the left side portion 103L is shown, and the right side portion 103R is not shown.
In the fold portion 13E, the mountain fold portion 14E (14p to 14s) extending in the left-right direction and the valley fold portion 15E (15p to 15t) of the sheet member 103 are alternately formed in the vertical direction, and the mountain fold portion 14E is formed. It is a downward fold in which the filter paper 11 is convex downward when it is configured.
The fold portion 13p has a mountain fold portion 14p and a valley fold portion 15p, the fold portion 13q has a mountain fold portion 14q and a valley fold portion 15q, and the fold portion 13r has a mountain fold portion 14r and a valley fold portion 15r. The fold portion 13s has a mountain fold portion 14s and a valley fold portion 15s. Since the lower end of the fold portion 13t is cut by the edge portion 10i, the fold portion 13t has only the valley fold portion 15t.
Arbitrary folds in the folds 13E (folds 13p to 13t), in this case, the vertical position of the mountain folds 14p of the folds 13p is the valley fold of the folds 13q adjacent to the lower side of the folds 13p. It substantially coincides with the vertical position of the portion 15q. Similarly, the vertical position of the mountain fold portion 14q of the fold portion 13q substantially coincides with the vertical position of the valley fold portion 15r of the fold portion 13r adjacent to the lower side of the fold portion 13q. Therefore, three filter papers 11 overlap each other between the valley fold portion 15p and the edge portion 10i. Therefore, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10F are increased as a whole.
Return to the explanation of FIGS. 21 and 22. The fold portion 13E is joined to the peripheral edge 10l of the mask main body portion 10F in the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction of the mask main body portion 10F. The folds 13p are joined by a peripheral edge 10l around the periphery, and are joined by a welding line 10k in which welding points 10c are lined up along the left-right direction. Since the folds 13p are joined in the entire left-right direction (including the vicinity of the center), the strength is increased and the shape of the mask 6 is maintained.
The folds 13p are joined by a peripheral edge of 10l around the periphery, and the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction is joined at a welding point 10c adjacent to the folding line 10b. The periphery of the fold portion 13r is joined by a peripheral edge 10l, and the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction is joined by a welding point 10c adjacent to the folding line 10b and the joining portion 10h. The folds 13s and 13t are joined by the peripheral edge 10l around the periphery, and the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction is joined by the joining portion 10h. As a result, even if the wearer opens the mask main body 10F and wears the mask 6, the folds 13p to 13t do not open, and the folds 13p to 13t are not expanded.
In the present embodiment, even if the wearer opens the mask main body 10F and wears the mask 6, the folds 13E do not expand, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10F can be increased. Further, by providing the folds 13E over the entire surface of the mask body 10F, three filter papers 11 are overlapped over the entire surface of the mask body 10F, so that the thickness and strength of the mask body 10F can be further increased. Further, by stacking three filter papers 11, the filtration accuracy can be improved (the probability of collecting particles can be improved).
Further, in the present embodiment, the folds 13E are joined near the left and right edges and near the center, and the state in which the folds 13E are not unfolded is maintained, but the folds 13E are slightly opened by the wearer's breathing. , It is possible to reduce the resistance at the time of inspiration and exhalation, and reduce the breathlessness of the wearer. In particular, by providing the folds 13E over the entire surface of the mask main body 10F, the effect of reducing the suffocation of the wearer can be maximized.
<7th embodiment>
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the horizontally long sheet member 100 is folded by the folding line 10b and joined by the first edge portion 10d and the second edge portion 10e located below the folding line 10b. Although the mask main body portion 10 is formed, the form of the mask main body portion is not limited to this.
The seventh embodiment of the present invention is a form in which the joint portion is exposed to the inside. Hereinafter, the mask 7 according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 24 is a front view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 7 is folded. The mask 7 mainly has a mask main body portion 10G that covers a target portion of the wearer's face, and a head hanging portion 21 provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10G. The head hanging portion 21 is provided on the mask main body portion 10G by, for example, a stapler 20f. The method of providing the head hanging portion 21 on the mask main body portion 10G is not limited to this, and may be provided on the mask main body portion 10G by, for example, crimping. Further, the shape of the crimping portion for crimping the head hanging portion 21 to the mask main body portion 10G may be a rectangular shape or a circular shape.
The mask main body portion 10G is formed of a filter paper 11, and has a fold portion 13 formed by folding the filter paper 11 into a fold shape.
Along the peripheral edge 10a of the mask main body 10G, a rectangular welding portion 10g is provided in a broken line shape. Further, a welding line 10q is provided along the left-right direction of the mask main body portion 10G. As a result, the strength of the mask main body 10G is increased, and the shape of the mask 7 is maintained.
The mask body 10G is folded along the folding line 10b so that the right side portion 100R that abuts on the wearer's right cheek and the left side portion 100L that abuts on the wearer's left cheek overlap. The right side portion 100R and the left side portion 100L are joined by edge portions 10o and 10p located below the folding line 10b. The edges 10o and 10p are formed so that the joints are exposed inward, and the joints are not visible when viewed from the front.
The periphery of the fold portion 13a is joined at the peripheral edge 10a, and the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction is joined at the welding point 10r adjacent to the folding line 10b. The folds 13b and 13c are joined by the peripheral edge 10a around the periphery, and the folds 13b and 13c are joined by the edge 10o near the center in the left-right direction. As a result, even if the wearer opens the mask main body 10G and wears the mask 7, the folds 13a to 13c are not expanded.
According to the present embodiment, in order to reinforce the mask main body 10G with the welding wire 10q, the strength of the mask main body 10G is increased, and even if the mask main body 10G is opened and the mask 7 is worn, the shape of the mask 7 is deformed. Can be avoided.
In the present embodiment, the heights of the folds 13a to 13c are substantially the same (see FIG. 6), but the heights of the folds 13a to 13c may be different. For example, the height of the folds 13a may be higher than the heights of the folds 13b and 13c. In this case, the position of the valley fold portion 15a of the fold portion 13a in the height direction may be arranged above the welding line 10q, and the fold portion 13a may be welded in the left-right direction by the welding line 10q. This makes it possible to prevent problems caused by enlarging the folds 13a (the folds 13a are likely to open). Further, by increasing the folds 13a and increasing the area where the three filter papers 11 overlap, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10G can be further increased.
<8th embodiment>
The eighth embodiment of the present invention is a form in which two sheet members are joined to form a mask body. Hereinafter, the mask 8 according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention will be described. Hereinafter, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
FIG. 25 is a rear view showing an outline of a state in which the mask 8 is folded. The mask 8 mainly has a mask main body portion 10H that covers a target portion of the wearer's face, and a pair of ear hook portions 20 provided on both side edges of the mask main body portion 10H. The head hook portion 21 may be provided instead of the ear hook portion 20.
The mask main body portion 10H is formed of a filter paper 11, and has a fold portion 13F formed by folding the filter paper 11 into a fold shape. In the present embodiment, the fold portion 13F has six fold portions 13u, 13v, 13w, 13x, 13y, 13z arranged in order from the upper end side of the mask main body portion 10H.
The folds 13F (folds 13u to 13z) are extended in the left-right direction, and a plurality of folds 13F (folds 13u to 13z) are provided side by side in the vertical direction. The fold portion 13F is provided over the entire surface of the mask main body portion 10H. The number of folds 13F (folds 13u to 13z) included in the mask main body 10H is not limited to this. The folds 13F will be described in detail later.
The mask main body 10F has two sheet members 104 (the right side portion 104R that abuts on the wearer's right cheek and the left side portion 104L that abuts on the wearer's left cheek when worn) in a state of being overlapped with each other. It is formed by joining at the edge portion 10n. The edge portion 10n is formed so that the joint portion 10m is exposed inward (see FIG. 26), and the joint portion 10m is not visible when viewed from the table.
Next, the folds 13F will be described. FIG. 26 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG. 25. In FIG. 26, the fold portion 13z is not shown.
In the fold portion 13F, the mountain fold portion 14F (14u to 14y) extending in the left-right direction and the valley fold portion 15F (15u to 15z) of the sheet member 104 are alternately formed in the vertical direction, and the mountain fold portion 14F is formed. It is a downward fold in which the filter paper 11 is convex downward when it is configured.
The fold portion 13u has a mountain fold portion 14u and a valley fold portion 15u, the fold portion 13v has a mountain fold portion 14v and a valley fold portion 15v, and the fold portion 13w has a mountain fold portion 14w and a valley fold portion 15w. The fold portion 13x has a mountain fold portion 14x and a valley fold portion 15x, and the fold portion 13y has a mountain fold portion 14y and a valley fold portion 15y. Since the lower end of the fold portion 13z is cut by the edge portion 10n and the peripheral edge portion 10v (see FIG. 25), the fold portion 13z has only a valley fold portion.
Arbitrary folds in the folds 13F (folds 13u to 13z), in this case, the vertical position of the mountain folds 14u of the folds 13u is the valley fold of the folds 13v adjacent to the lower side of the folds 13u. It substantially coincides with the vertical position of the portion 15v. Similarly, the vertical position of the mountain fold portion 14v of the fold portion 13v substantially coincides with the vertical position of the valley fold portion 15w of the fold portion 13w adjacent to the lower side of the fold portion 13v. Therefore, three filter papers 11 overlap each other between the valley fold portion 15u and the edge portion 10n. Therefore, the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10F are increased as a whole.
Return to the explanation in Fig. 25. The folds 13F are joined by the peripheral edges 10t, 10u, 10v of the mask main body 10H and the edge 10n located near the center in the left-right direction of the mask main body 10F. The periphery of the fold portion 13u is joined by a peripheral edge 10t, and the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction is joined by an edge portion 10n. The folds 13v, 13w, and 13x are joined by a peripheral edge 10u around the periphery, and are joined by an edge 10n near the center in the left-right direction. The folds 13y and 13z are joined by the peripheral edge 10v around the periphery, and the folds 13y and 13z are joined by the edge 10n near the center in the left-right direction. As a result, even if the mask main body 10H is opened and the wearer wears the mask 8, the folds 13u to 13z are not opened, and the folds 13u to 13z are not expanded.
In the present embodiment, even if the mask main body 10H is opened and the wearer wears the mask 8, the folds 13F do not expand, and the thickness and strength of the mask main body 10F can be increased. Further, by providing the folds 13F over the entire surface of the mask body 10H, three filter papers 11 are overlapped over the entire surface of the mask body 10H, so that the thickness and strength of the mask body 10H can be further increased. Further, by stacking three filter papers 11, the filtration accuracy can be improved (the probability of collecting particles can be improved).
Further, in the present embodiment, the folds 13F are joined near the left and right edges and near the center, and the state where the folds 13F is not expanded is maintained, but the folds 13F are slightly opened by the wearer's breathing. , It is possible to reduce the resistance at the time of inspiration and exhalation, and reduce the breathlessness of the wearer. By providing the folds 13F over the entire surface of the mask main body 10H, the effect of reducing the suffocation of the wearer can be maximized.
