By adding the additives shown in Table 1 to the acrylic resin solution, a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating liquid for the pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer was prepared. This coating liquid was applied to a polyethylene terephthalate film (separator) that had been subjected to a silicone mold release treatment. Then, it was dried at 120 ° C. for 3 minutes to form an adhesive resin layer having a thickness of 20 μm, which was attached to the base material layer. The base material layers 1 and 2 were bonded to the corona-treated surface. For the base material layer 3, the separator was peeled off and bonded to the acrylic layer side. The obtained laminate was heated in an oven at 40 ° C. for 3 days to prepare an adhesive film.
