本发明涉及个人护理用品,尤其涉及面部护理仪器。
背景技术
目前市场上的面部美容仪器多分为洁面、护理、按摩几类,但是功能性单一,在使用过程中往往同时需要几个美容仪器,操作不便;同时目前市面上的美容仪为了达到消毒的目的,都是额外设置一个消毒面罩或者消毒底座,将美容仪与底座或者面罩组装,然后对美容仪进行消毒。这种消毒方式步骤繁琐、配件多。底座或者面罩很容易丢失而造成消毒功能丧失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,无需额外准备消毒附件,直接就可以对护理仪器进行消毒。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,包括本体和头部;所述本体设置一容置头部的腔室;所述腔室内设置有消毒装置;
所述头部与腔室内壁转动连接,以使得所述头部的护理面朝向使用者面部或者朝向所述消毒装置。
在一较佳实施例中:所述头部的护理面朝向使用者时,所述头部 与本体内的主控电路板电连接;所述头部的护理面朝向消毒装置时,所述头部与本体内的主控电路板断开电连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述头部的侧壁设置有弹性探针,所述头部的护理面朝向使用者时,所述弹性探针与主控电路板的正极和负极导电触点抵接;所述头部的护理面朝向消毒装置时,所述弹性探针与主控电路板的正极和负极导电触点分离。
在一较佳实施例中:所述头部的侧壁包裹有软质材料,并与所述腔室的内壁过盈配合以增加头部翻转时的摩擦力。

相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供了一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,只需要在护理结 束后翻转护理仪器的头部,就可以通过消毒灯对护理仪器的头部进行紫外光照射消毒,无需额外准备其它的附件,操作简便。
2.本发明提供了一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,在头部翻转至朝向消毒灯时,头部与主控电路板的电连接被断开,此时按压主体上的按钮也不会启动面部护理,有效避免了消毒过程中面部护理被打开后造成意外事故。
3.本发明提供了一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,头部与腔室内壁接触的部分设置了软质材料,通过软质材料增加头部翻转的摩擦力,可以有效避免护理仪在正常使用过程中头部发生不必要的晃动。

所述头部2与腔室11内壁转动连接,以使得所述头部2的护理面朝向使用者面部或者朝向所述消毒灯12。
上述的翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,只需要在护理结束后翻转护理 仪器的头部2,就可以通过消毒灯12对护理仪器的头部2进行紫外光照射消毒,无需额外准备其它的附件,操作简便。
本实施例中,所述头部2的护理面朝向使用者时,所述头部2与本体1内的主控电路板电连接。所述头部2的护理面朝向消毒灯12时,所述头部2与本体1内的主控电路板断开电连接,此时按压主体上的按钮也不会启动面部护理,有效避免了消毒过程中面部护理被打开后造成意外事故。
为了实现上述的通电和断电效果,所述头部2的侧壁设置有弹性探针21,所述头部2的护理面朝向使用者时,所述弹性探针21与主控电路板3的正极和负极导电触点抵接;所述头部2的护理面朝向消毒灯12时,所述弹性探针21与主控电路板3的正极和负极导电触点分离。
为了实现弹性探针21只会在头部2朝向使用者时与主控电路板3的正极和负极导电触点抵接;所述本体1在所述腔室处设置有固定环15,固定环15的一侧设置有凹槽152,凹槽152内插设有导电片16,导电片16通过导线17与主控电路板3的正极和负极导电触点电连接。而凹槽152内还有连通固定环15内部空间的通孔153。那么当头部2朝向使用者时,弹性探针21就通过通孔就和导电片16抵接以形成电连接。当头部2朝向消毒灯时,弹性探针21就和导电片16分离以断开电连接。
此外,所述固定环15的侧壁与所述凹槽间隔180°的位置还设置有两个通153孔。当头部2朝向消毒灯时,弹性探针21就和这两个通 孔153卡接。从而将头部2固定在消毒位置。
本实施例中为了头部2和固定环15之间的翻转连接,还包含有转轴18,所述固定环15设置有以固定环15圆心对称的两通孔154,在头部2上同时设置有通过中心的贯穿整个头部的槽155,所述转轴18通过通孔154和头部2的槽155将头部2和固定环15连接,实现头部2和固定环15的翻转连接。
在另一实施例中所述固定环15内壁表面设置有滚珠151或者凸台来实现翻转连接,也可以在固定环15的内壁设置有转轴和头部2连接。也可以使用现有技术中其它的翻转连接方式,属于本实施例的简单替换,不再赘述。
由于头部2和本体1之间为翻转连接,那么在正常的护理过程中,如果头部2也发生了不必要的翻转就会影响正常护理程序的正常执行,为了避免这个情况,所述头部2的侧壁包裹有软质材料22,并与所述腔室11的内壁过盈配合以增加头部2翻转时的摩擦力,从而可以有效避免护理仪在正常使用过程中头部2发生不必要的晃动。
此外,本实施例中还具有如下优选设计:所述软质材料22具有暴露所述弹性探针21的开孔。这样可以保证弹性探针21的正常使用。
为了方便用户选择是否开启消毒模式,所述本体1上设置一模式选择按钮13;按压所述模式选择按钮13在消毒模式和护理模式之间切换。
为了方便用户观察面部护理仪器当前所处的模式,所述本体1上还设置有对应所述消毒模式和护理模式的标识14;按压所述模式选择 按钮13切换至不同的模式时,对应的标识14点亮。
为了实现对不同标识14的点亮,所述本体1内设置有与所述标识14一一对应的照明单元32;所述照明单元32与主控电路板3电连接;按压所述模式选择按钮13切换至不同的模式时,所述主控电路板3驱动对应的照明单元32点亮。
为了简化消毒过程,所述消毒模式运行预定时长后自动停止。这样用户无需手动关闭消毒模式,简化了用户操作,也避免了用户忘记关闭消毒而造成的能源浪费。
本发明所述面部护理仪器可以是洁面、护理、按摩等单一功能的面部护理仪器,也可以是多功能面部护理仪器。

    所述头部与腔室内壁转动连接,以使得所述头部的护理面朝向使用者面部或者朝向所述消毒装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,其特征在于:所述头部的护理面朝向使用者时,所述头部与本体内的主控电路板电连接;所述头部的护理面朝向消毒装置时,所述头部与本体内的主控电路板断开电连接。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,其特征在于:所述头部的侧壁与腔室的内壁通过转轴形成翻转连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪 器,其特征在于:所述本体上设置一模式选择按钮;按压所述模式选择按钮在消毒模式和护理模式之间切换。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,其特征在于:所述本体上还设置有对应所述消毒模式和护理模式的标识;按压所述模式选择按钮切换至不同的模式时,对应的标识点亮。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,其特征在于:所述本体内设置有与所述标识一一对应的照明单元;所述照明单元与主控电路板电连接;按压所述模式选择按钮切换至不同的模式时,所述主控电路板驱动对应的照明单元点亮。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,其特征在于:所述消毒模式运行预定时长后自动停止。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,其特征在于:所述固定环的一侧设置有凹槽,凹槽内插设有导电片,且凹槽内还有可供弹性探针接插的通孔。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的一种翻转消毒的面部护理仪器,其特征在于:所述头部可以是洁面、护理、按摩单一功能的面部护理头,也可以是多功能面部头。
