Description

Double cross ring polymer and double cross ring molded from the polymer
The present invention relates to a double cross ring polymer in which two rings are crossed and overlapped to form one polymer.
Conventionally, there are those that form one polymer by crossing and overlapping two rings, including a double cross ring. Such a polymer has a structure in which two rings cross and overlap each other, that is, the other ring is inserted into one ring and engaged with each other so as not to separate from each other. According to this structure, there is an advantage that the rings are not separated from each other and are always integrated, but when each ring is overlapped to form one polymerized ring body, there is a place where the rings are crossed. There was a problem that it occurred in two places, and the places were doubled to form a stepped shape with increased thickness. In addition, since each ring floats with each other, the cross portion is rubbed and causes scratches and wear.
As for the double cross ring, a ring having a double structure has been proposed, in which a plurality of rings can be combined to enjoy various decorative variations.
For example, a "kumi-ring" (Patent Document 1), which can be used alone and can be enjoyed by combining a plurality of rings to enjoy variations in decorative design, has been proposed and is a known technique. Specifically, it consists of a plurality of rings equipped with decorative parts that can be used alone, and one design can be expressed by appropriately arranging the decorative parts with these rings, and other different designs can be expressed by changing the front arrangement position. It is composed by combining so that it can be expressed, and it can be enjoyed by changing the design of various decorative parts and the like.
However, the proposal of such a "group ring" does not mean that the rings are intertwined with each other to form one ring because the individual rings have a single structure, and the individual rings are attached to each other at the time of wearing. Since it is free to move, the position of the decorative part of each ring does not stop and shifts, or there is a gap between each ring due to the thickness of the wearer's finger, etc. It was easily assumed that the decoration would be balanced.
In addition, a "double ring" (Patent Document 2) and a "double ring" (Patent Document 3) that can be used as a design ring that gives luxury by combining a single ring and a decorative ring. ), "Ring that can be double-combined" (Patent Document 4) has been proposed and has become a known technique. Specifically, the single ring and the decorative ring are individually composed of individual rings, and the decorative portion of the decorative ring is entwined with the decorative portion of the single ring to be integrated.
However, in the proposal of such "double-attached ring" and others, since the single ring and the decorative ring have a single structure, if one of them is lost, the decorative function of the single ring and the decorative ring will be lost. Since the decorative parts are engaged with each other, it can be easily assumed that repeated mounting may cause damage to the decorative parts and accelerate deterioration of the decorative parts over time.
The present applicant has focused on a double cross ring polymer that constitutes one polymer by crossing and overlapping two rings such as a double cross ring, and has improved the conventional problems as described above. Based on the idea of something that could not be done, we developed a structure in which two rings can be integrated while crossing, and proposed the "double cross ring polymer and double cross ring molded from the polymer" according to the present invention. It leads to.

In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a double cross ring polymer in which two rings can be integrated while crossing, and a double cross ring molded from the polymer.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a double cross-ring polymer in which two rings are crossed and overlapped to form one polymer, and two rings, a first ring and a second ring, are formed. It is composed of rings of substantially the same diameter, and by inserting the other ring into one ring, the two rings do not separate and engage with each other to cross each other. Two fitting locking portions are provided to be twisted and locked, and the fitting locking portions are overlapped with each other by the first ring and the second ring to be fitted to each other. A means is adopted in which one polymer is formed in which the rings orbit in parallel without steps.
Further, the present invention adopts a double cross ring, which is formed by molding the double cross ring polymer.
Further, the present invention adopts a means in which a decorative design is formed on a fitting locking portion of either or both of a predetermined place in the first ring or a predetermined place in the second ring in the double cross ring. ..
According to the double cross ring polymer and the double cross ring according to the present invention, one of the two rings is lost due to the structure in which the other ring is inserted into one ring and engaged with each other so as not to separate from each other. By overlapping and fitting the fitting locking portions of both rings with each other, an excellent effect is obtained, such as forming a polymer integrated as one ring in appearance.
Further, according to the double cross ring polymer and the double cross ring according to the present invention, the fitting locking portions of both rings overlap each other and are fitted while crossing each other, so that the fitting locking portions thereof are fitted in the vertical direction (circumferential direction) between the rings. ) And lateral movement are completely restrained, which contributes to the mounting lockability of securely maintaining the fitted state, which is an excellent effect that has never been seen before.
Further, according to the double cross ring according to the present invention, since the two rings have a structure of crossing without a step, the inner peripheral surfaces of the two rings circulate in the same plane, and the ring can be used as a ring. It contributes to the improvement of the wearing feeling, and also has the excellent effect of increasing the decorative luxury by integrating the two rings.
Furthermore, according to the double cross ring in the present invention, the decorative design is molded in a predetermined place, so that the decorative design of the integrated double ring is also excellent, and the shape, size, etc. of the decorative design can be obtained. It has an excellent effect such as being able to produce various decorative variations.

It is a top view which shows the state seen from the side opposite to the part. Further, FIG. 2A is an enlarged view of a main part showing a configuration mode of the fitting locking portion 40 at the cross portion, and FIG. 2B is one in which the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 are overlapped. An enlarged plan view showing a crossed portion when the polymer is formed, and FIG. 2 (c) is a side view when the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 are overlapped to form one polymer. Further, FIG. 3 is an overall perspective view schematically showing another engagement mode.
The double cross ring polymer 10 according to the present invention is composed of two rings, a first ring 20 and a second ring 30. The first ring 20 and the second ring 30 are overlapped with each other to form one ring, that is, the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 are formed to have substantially the same diameter.
The materials of the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 are appropriately determined depending on the intended use and the like, and are not particularly limited, but are made of metal such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, plastic or synthetic. Various materials such as synthetic resin such as rubber, cement, ceramics, stone, and wood can be adopted.
In the first ring 20 and the second ring 30, the other ring is inserted into one ring of each other, whereby the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 are engaged with each other without being separated from each other. It has a crossing structure. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) and FIG. 2 (a), there are two places where the rings cross each other. Specifically, a place where the first ring 20 intersects above the second ring 30 (in other words, a place where the second ring 30 intersects below the first ring 20) and the first. There will be two intersections with the location where the ring 20 intersects below the second ring 30 (in other words, the location where the second ring 30 intersects above the first ring 20). .. Thus, the first ring 20 crosses the top of the second ring 30 and then crosses the bottom, and similarly the second ring 30 crosses the bottom of the first ring 20 and then crosses the top. As shown in FIG. 2B, both rings are twisted and engaged with each other.
Two fitting locking portions 40 are provided on a part of the circular peripheral edge of the first ring 20 and the second ring 30. The fitting locking portion 40 is a portion where both rings cross and is provided so as to face the contact surface portion of each ring. The specific structure of the fitting locking portion 40 is described in FIG. As shown in (a), the structure is such that a recess is formed in the contact surface portion. Since it is formed so as to face the contact surface portion, in the first ring 20, the lower surface portion intersects the upper portion of the second ring 30, and the lower portion intersects the lower portion of the second ring 30. Recesses are formed on each of the upper surface portions. Similarly, in the second ring 30, recesses are formed in the upper surface portion at the portion intersecting the lower part of the first ring 20 and in the lower surface portion at the portion intersecting the upper portion of the first ring 20. In this way, each ring is formed with two recesses, an upper surface portion and a lower surface portion.
Since the recesses constituting the fitting locking portion 40 are formed so as to face the contact surface portions of both rings and engage with each other, they are formed on the lower surface portion of the first ring 20. The recess and the recess formed in the upper surface portion of the second ring 30 are formed into a shape that can be fitted to each other, and similarly, the recess formed in the upper surface portion of the first ring 20 and the second. The recess formed in the lower surface portion of the ring 30 is formed into a shape that can be fitted to each other. Further, it is preferable to appropriately shape the depth of the recesses so that the thickness of the fitting portion does not become thicker than the thickness of each ring when the recesses are fitted to each other. In this way, the two fitting locking portions 40 are provided by the configuration in which the concave portions of both rings can be overlapped and fitted to each other, and the concave portions are fitted to each other, so that the two rings are crossed. It is possible to cross without causing a step, even though it is a place to do.
The first ring 20 and the second ring 30 overlap each other while fitting the fitting locking portions 40, so that the crossed portion of both rings has the mode shown in FIG. 2 (b) as a whole. As shown in FIGS. 1 (c) and 2 (c), the fitting locking portion 40 in which the two rings of the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 have no step and are cross points. By orbiting the portions other than the above in a parallel-parallel state, one polymer having the same inner peripheral surface is formed. Then, the recesses constituting the fitting locking portions 40 of both rings are overlapped with each other and fitted while crossing each other, so that the movement in the vertical direction (circumferential direction) and the lateral direction between the rings is completely restrained. This contributes to the mounting lockability that ensures that the mated state is firmly maintained.
The place where the fitting locking portion 40 is provided is a place where the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 cross each other, and as described above, two each are provided for each ring. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the two fitting locking portions 40 are continuously provided at close positions in each ring, and as shown in FIG. 3, one fitting locking portion 40 is provided. It is also possible to provide the other fitting locking portion 40 at a distant position, that is, the positional relationship between the fitting locking portions 40 and the other fitting locking portion 40 is arbitrary.
The double cross-ring polymer 10 according to the present invention configured as described above has a structure in which the other ring is inserted into one ring and the other ring is engaged with each other so as not to separate from each other. One of the rings 30 is not lost, and the fitting locking portions 40 of both rings are overlapped with each other and fitted to each other to form a polymer integrated as one ring in appearance. By fitting the fitting locking portions 40 of both rings while overlapping each other and crossing each other, the vertical (circumferential) and lateral movement between the rings is completely restrained, and the fitting state is adjusted. It will contribute to the mounting lockability that is firmly maintained.
Due to the above-mentioned effects, the double cross-ring polymer 10 according to the present invention can be widely used as a cyclic member in various fields such as construction and machinery, and can also be used as a decorative item, particularly a ring. The present invention also proposes a double cross ring 11 formed of a double cross ring polymer 10.
The double cross ring 11 according to the present invention is used as a ring while keeping the structure of the double cross ring polymer 10 described above. That is, the structure in which the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 are crossed by the fitting locking portion 40 without a step, and the portion excluding the fitting locking portion 40, which is the crossing portion, circulates in a parallel parallel state. Since the structure is adopted, the inner peripheral surfaces of the two rings circulate in the same plane, which contributes to the improvement of the wearing feeling as a ring and the decoration by integrating the two rings. The luxury will increase.
FIG. 4 is a schematic explanatory view showing an embodiment of the double cross ring 11 according to the present invention. Further, FIG. 5 is a drawing substitute photograph showing an embodiment of the double cross ring 11 according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, an embodiment in which the decorative design S is formed in the double cross ring 11 can be considered. This decorative design S is formed in a predetermined place in the first ring 20 or a predetermined place in the second ring 30, and is decorated only on either the first ring 20 or the second ring 30. In addition to the mode of molding the design S, the mode of molding the decorative design S for both rings is also possible.
The place where the decorative design S is formed is not particularly limited as long as it is a predetermined place of the first ring 20 and the second ring 30, but for example, as shown in the figure, the decorative design S is formed in the vicinity of the fitting locking portion 40. Is conceivable. By forming the decorative design S in the vicinity of the fitting locking portion 40, it is possible to cover the portion where the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 intersect with the decorative design S. The form of the decorative design S is arbitrary.
When the decorative design S is molded into both the first ring 20 and the second ring 30, the decorative design S is divided and equipped in each ring, and the decorative design S is completed by superimposing both rings. It is also possible to mold it so that it does. For example, assuming a heart-shaped decorative design S, the heart shape is divided into two parts, one of which is equipped with the first ring 20 and the other of which is equipped with the second ring 30. When the second ring 30 is overlapped and integrated, the divided heart shapes are integrated to complete the heart-shaped decorative design S.
As described above, the double cross ring 11 according to the present invention is integrated by forming a decorative design at predetermined positions of the first ring 20 and the second ring 30 such as the fitting locking portion 40. It has excellent decorativeness in a double ring, and it is possible to produce various decorative variations such as shape and size as a decorative design.
Regarding the double cross ring polymer 10 and the double cross ring 11 according to the present invention, in the drawings, in order to explain the engagement mode between the first ring 20 and the second ring 30, for the sake of convenience. In some cases, it is shown with a gap between them (FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), FIGS. 3 and 4), but in the state where both rings are actually overlapped, FIG. 1 (FIG. 1 (a) and (b), FIG. As shown in c) and FIGS. 2 and 5, there is no gap between the first ring 20 and the second ring 30, and they are closely overlapped with each other.
The double cross-ring polymer according to the present invention can be widely used as a cyclic member in various fields such as construction and machinery, and can also be used as a decorative item, particularly a ring.
