Description
本发明属于电连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种多极基板电连接器。
常规的基板间高密度、小端子间距、低体高、多列、多极基板连接器对通常由公座和母座配合组成。公座由绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的至少两列多个内部公座端子和金属外壳组成;母座由绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的至少两列多个内部母座端子和金属外壳组成;公座与母座之间配合时,公座端子和母座端子接触实现电连接,金属外壳之间互相接触实现一定的屏蔽作用。随着5G时代的发展,基板间电连接器的使用越来越普遍,相应的基板电连接器体积变得越来越小,但随之而来的是当电连接器传输多路射频信号时,由于内部端子之间隔离度不高,内部端子之间会产生相互干扰,影响信号的传输效果。
本发明的目的在于提供一种多极基板电连接器,能够提高内部端子间的隔离度,减少端子之间的相互干扰,改善信号的传输。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种多极基板电连接器,用于连接第一基板和第二基板,所述多极基板电连接器包括与所述第一基板相连的公座和与所述第二基板相连以用于与所述公座相连的母座,所述公座包括第一绝缘体、固定于所述第一绝缘体的至少两列公座端子及固定于所述第一绝缘体的第一金属外壳,所述母座包括第二绝缘体、固定于所述第二绝缘体以用于与所述公座端子电连接的至少两列母座端子及固定于所述第二绝缘体的第二金属外壳,所述第一金属外壳与所述第一基板接地连接,所述第一金属外壳开设位于相邻列的所述公座端子之间的卡口,所述母座还包括固定于所述第二绝缘体且位于相邻列的所述母座端子之间的金属隔离板,所述金属隔离板与所述第二基板接地连接,所述金属隔离板具有用于与所述卡口卡接的卡接部。

如图1-5所示,提供一种多极基板电连接器,用于连接第一基板100和第二基板200,多极基板电连接器包括与第一基板100相连的公座300和与第二基板200相连以用于与公座300相连的母座400,公座300包括第一绝缘体310、固定于第一绝缘体310的至少两列公座端子320及固定于第一绝缘体310的第一金属外壳330,母座400包括第二绝缘体410、固定于第二绝缘体410以用于与公座端子320电连接的至少两列母座端子420及固定于第二绝缘体410的第二金属外壳430,第一金属外壳330与第一基板100接地连接,第一金属外壳330开设位于相邻列的公座端子320之间的卡口3321,母座400还包括固定于第二绝缘体410且位于相邻列的母座端子420之间的金属隔离板440,金属隔离板440与第二基板200接地连接,金属隔离板440具有用于与卡口3321卡接的卡接部4421。

金属隔离板440包括与第二基板200电连接的焊接片441及自焊接片441的远离第二基板200侧的中部朝远离焊接片441的方向延伸形成的接触片442,卡接部4421位于接触片442的远离第二基板200侧。在本实施例中,焊接片441和接触片442一体成型,在一些实施例中,焊接片441和接触片442可以分体设置,焊接片441和接触片442可以采用不同的金属材料并焊接形成金属隔离板440。金属隔离板440通过焊接片441与第二基板200的接地端电连接,同时实现金属隔离板440的固定。

在本实施例中,公座端子320和母座端子420均设置两列,以实现两组信号的传输,各列的公座端子320等距间隔排列,各列的母座端子420等距间隔排列,公座端子320固定于嵌槽311相对的两个侧壁上,母座端子420设置于连接块412和连接槽411的侧壁之间,公座端子320与母座端子420一一对应。在一些实施例中,公座端子320和母座端子420可以分别设置一一对应的三列、四列、五列等,以实现更多组信号的传输,对应的,金属隔离板440设置两块、三块、四块等以实现相邻组的信号之间的隔离,连接块412和嵌槽311均设置两个、三个、四个等,在实际情况中,前述的各结构可以根据实际情况进行设置,在此并不作限制。
第二金属外壳430包括固定于第二绝缘体410的远离第二基板200侧的第二壳板、自第二壳板的外边缘沿第二绝缘体410的外壁向第二基板200弯曲延伸形成的接地片432及自第二壳板的内边缘沿连接槽411的槽壁弯曲延伸至连接槽411内的第二卡脚433,接地片432与第二基板200的接地端焊接相连,第二卡脚433的一侧朝连接槽411的槽壁凹陷形成卡槽4331;第一金属外壳330还包括自第一壳板331的外边缘沿第一绝缘体310的外壁朝第一基板100弯曲延伸形成的第三卡脚333,第三卡脚333的一侧朝远离第一绝缘体310的方向凸出形成用于与卡槽4331卡接的卡凸3331。公座300和母座400相连时,第三卡脚333的卡凸3331对应地卡嵌在卡槽4331内,从而实现第一金属外壳330和第二金属外壳430的稳定连接,使得公座300和母座400不易松脱,连接更加牢靠,并且,第一金属外壳330和第二金属外壳430之间也实现了电连接,可以实现对信号的屏蔽作用,提高信号传输的质量。
第一金属外壳330还包括自第一壳板331的外边缘沿第一绝缘体310的外壁朝第一基板100弯曲延伸形成的限位脚334,限位脚334的端部朝远离第一绝缘体310的方向弯曲延伸。公座300和母座400相连时,限位脚334可以抵顶在第二绝缘体410上,从而实现对公座300的限位,使得公座300和母座400的配合更加精准,且可以避免连接时用力过度使公座300和母座400相互挤压而变形,更加安全可靠。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种多极基板电连接器,用于连接第一基板和第二基板,所述多极基板电连接器包括与所述第一基板相连的公座和与所述第二基板相连以用于与所述公座相连的母座,所述公座包括第一绝缘体、固定于所述第一绝缘体的至少两列公座端子及固定于所述第一绝缘体的第一金属外壳,所述母座包括第二绝缘体、固定于所述第二绝缘体以用于与所述公座端子电连接的至少两列母座端子及固定于所述第二绝缘体的第二金属外壳,其特征在于,所述第一金属外壳与所述第一基板接地连接,所述第一金属外壳开设位于相邻列的所述公座端子之间的卡口,所述母座还包括固定于所述第二绝缘体且位于相邻列的所述母座端子之间的金属隔离板,所述金属隔离板与所述第二基板接地连接,所述金属隔离板具有用于与所述卡口卡接的卡接部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多极基板电连接器,其特征在于,所述金属隔离板包括与所述第二基板电连接的焊接片及自所述焊接片的远离所述第二基板侧的中部朝远离所述焊接片的方向延伸形成的接触片,所述卡接部位于所述接触片的远离所述第二基板侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多极基板电连接器,其特征在于,所述焊接片和所述接触片一体成型或者分体设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多极基板电连接器,其特征在于,所述第二绝缘体的远离所述第二基板侧凹陷形成连接槽,所述连接槽的槽底凸出形成连接块,所述接触片的中部嵌设于所述连接块内,所述接触片的两端突出于所述连接块的侧壁形成所述卡接部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的多极基板电连接器,其特征在于,所述第一绝缘体的远离所述第一基板侧凹陷形成用于容置所述连接块的嵌槽,所述第一金属外壳包括固定于所述第一绝缘体的远离所述第一基板侧的第一壳板及自所述第一壳板的一侧沿着所述嵌槽内壁弯曲延伸至所述嵌槽内的第一卡脚,所述卡口开设于所述第一卡脚。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多极基板电连接器,其特征在于,所述第二金属外壳包括固定于所述第二绝缘体的远离所述第二基板侧的第二壳板、自所述第二壳板的外边缘沿所述第二绝缘体的外壁向所述第二基板弯曲延伸形成的接地片及自所述第二壳板的内边缘沿所述连接槽的槽壁弯曲延伸至所述连接槽内的第二卡脚,所述第二卡脚的一侧朝所述连接槽的槽壁凹陷形成卡槽;所述第一金属外壳还包括自所述第一壳板的外边缘沿所述第一绝缘体的外壁朝所述第一基板弯曲延伸形成的第三卡脚,所述第三卡脚的一侧朝远离所述第一绝缘体的方向凸出形成用于与所述卡槽卡接的卡凸。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多极基板电连接器,其特征在于,所述第一金属外壳还包括自所述第一壳板的外边缘沿所述第一绝缘体的外壁朝所述第一基板弯曲延伸形成的限位脚,所述限位脚的端部朝远离所述第一绝缘体的方向弯曲延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多极基板电连接器,其特征在于,所述卡口的表面镀覆金层。
