Abstract

The invention is a system (100) that comprises a processor unit (110) configured to receive the answers graded based on the rate of meeting the questions of an evaluation tool that comprises more than one question regarding each digital maturity topic as input in order to determine the digital maturity level of a first organization using a plurality of digital maturity topics. Accordingly, its innovation is characterized in that the said processor unit (110) is configured to realise the steps of accessing a memory unit (120) comprising the evaluation data (121) that contains the evaluation questions and answers answered by multiple organizations, determining the covariance matrix by applying the basic components analysis to the scores regarding each digital maturity topic taking each organization as a point, projecting on to the eigenvectors corresponding to the certain number of largest eigenvalues of the determined covariance matrix, determining the question weights by recycling, calculating the maturity score of the analysed organization according to the question weights and answer scores for each maturity topic, calculating the digital maturity level of the analysed organization according to the calculated maturity score.
