如图1所示,衣物护理设备包括箱体1、设置在箱体1上的门体(图1中未示出)和设置在箱体1内的分隔结构10a,分隔结构10a将箱体1的内部空间分隔为衣物容纳腔100和部件安装腔。其中,衣物容纳腔100用于容纳待处理的衣物,具体地,箱体1的顶板限定了衣物容纳腔100的顶部,箱体1的顶板内侧设置有挂衣杆,可将衣物挂设在挂衣杆上从而使得衣物被置于衣物容纳腔100中。部件安装腔用于容置一些核心部件,例如:部件安装腔内设置有用于对空气进行加热和除湿的热泵系统、用于产生蒸汽的蒸汽发生器以及风机。需要说明的是,分隔结构10a可以采用分隔块、分隔板等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置分隔结构10a的具体结构,只要分隔结构10a能够将箱体1的内部空间分隔为衣物容纳腔100和部件安装腔即可。
热泵系统包括相连的蒸发器、冷凝器和压缩机,部件安装腔中设置有风道,压缩机设置在风道外,用于除湿的蒸发器、用于加热的冷凝器沿空气流动方向依次设置在风道内,分隔结构10a上形成有出风口和进风口,风道的一端出风口相连,风道的另一端与进风口相连,风道靠近出风口处还设置有用于使空气流动的风机,风机启动时,风道中经除湿和加热形成的干燥热空气能够从出风口进入衣物容纳腔100对衣物进行烘干,烘干过程中,干燥热空气变为湿空气,由于风机的启动形成负压,因此,衣物容纳腔100中的湿空气能够从进风口进入风道再次被除湿、加热经出风口供应至衣物容纳腔100中,实现空气的循环流动。
此外,蒸汽发生器包括容水箱和设置容水箱中的加热棒,通过加热棒加热容水箱中的水使之产生蒸汽,分隔结构10a上还形成有蒸汽出口,蒸汽发生器与蒸汽出口连通,从而将产生的高温的蒸汽供应到衣物容纳腔100中,以对衣物进行杀菌、除皱和除味。
以上所述仅是示例性地阐述衣物护理设备的基本结构,例如:除上述的热泵系统外,还可以通过在风道中设置加热丝来加热空气,设置冷凝器来为空气除湿,也就是说,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置实现对空气加热、除湿的装置的具体结构,只要能够实现对空气加热、除湿即可。此外,除上述蒸汽发生器的具体结构外,蒸汽发生器还可以是包括容水箱和设置在容水箱中的微波发生结构,通过微波来加热水使其产生蒸汽,也就是说,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置实现蒸汽发生器的具体结构,只要蒸汽发生器能够产生蒸汽即可。因此,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,以上段落中阐述衣物护理设备的基本结构其目的仅在于便于本领域技术人员理解本发明的技术方案,而非意在限定本发明的保护范围,虽然根据衣物护理设备型号、功能的不同,其具体结构可能与以上段落中所阐述的存在一定差异,但是不应因上述差异而将其排除在本发明的保护范围之外。
基于背景技术指出的儿童、宠物容易误入衣物护理设备造成儿童、宠物被困、甚至窒息,衣物护理设备安全性差的问题,本发明提供了一种衣物护理设备,旨在避免儿童、宠物被困在衣物护理设备中,从而避免由于长时间被困造成窒息危及生命,提升衣物护理设备的安全性。
具体地,如图2至5所示,该衣物护理设备的箱体1内设置有触发组件,部件安装腔内设置有限位组件3、第一弹性构件4、滑动构件5和第一滑道6,第一弹性构件4的一端固定设置在部件安装腔内,第一弹性构件4的另一端与滑动构件5固定连接,滑动构件5滑动地设置在第一滑道6内,滑动构件5上形成有限位部50a,当衣物护理设备的门体关闭时,限位部50a与限位组件3限位配合,当门体关闭且作用于分隔结构10a上的力达到设定阈值时,分隔结构10a发生形变使触发组件动作以使或允许限位组件3与限位部50a取消限位配合从而允许第一弹性构件4通过弹性力的作用使滑动构件5相对于第一滑道6向箱体1外滑动从而推动门体或按压门体的开关以使门体打开。
也就是说,当儿童、宠物等误入衣物护理设备中时,儿童、宠物等对分隔结构10a施加一定的作用力即可使分隔结构10a发生形变使得触发组件、限位组件3动作并允许第一弹性构件4通过弹性力的作用使 滑动构件5滑动从而推动门体或按压门体的开关以使门体打开。本领域技术人员可以通过调整分隔结构10a的厚度、材质来改变设定阈值的具体值,例如:可以通过对不同厚度、材质的分隔结构10a进行反复试验来了解不同厚度、材质的分隔结构10a所具有的精确设定阈值,并根据需要的设定阈值设置分隔结构10a的厚度、材质。需要说明的是,上述门体的开关可以是现有衣物护理设备中原本具有的控制门体保持或接触关闭状态的开关,也可以是在现有衣物护理设备(其原本具有的控制门体保持或解除关闭状态的开关)的基础上为实现儿童、宠物误入衣物护理设备中时能够紧急开门的目的而增设的开关,此外,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置上述门体的开关的种类,例如:在一种可能的情形中,衣物护理设备原本具有的控制门体保持或解除关闭状态的开关,并增设了微动开关作为上述门体的开关,当门开启件按压动作簧片时,控制器将收到解锁信号,控制衣物护理设备原本具有的开关动作以使门体解除关闭状态,在另一种可能的情形中,衣物护理设备原本具有的控制门体保持或解除关闭状态的开关包括门体上的第一卡扣和设置在箱体1上的第二卡扣,第一卡扣具有位于门体内侧的按压部,关闭门体时,第一卡扣与第二卡扣卡接配合使门体保持关闭状态,需要打开门体时,用户用力拉门体即可使第一卡扣与第二卡扣分离(但儿童、宠物通常不具有足够力量打开门体),解除卡接配合状态,门开启件按压第一卡扣的按压部时,即可使第一卡扣与第二卡扣分离以使门体解除关闭状态。
需要说明的是,第一弹性构件4的一端固定设置在部件安装腔内,可以是第一弹性构件4的一端与形成部件安装腔的侧壁连接,也可以是第一弹性构件4的一端与固定设置在部件安装腔内的部件连接。上述中,第一弹性构件4可以采用弹簧、橡胶块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一弹性构件4的具体结构,只要在限位组件3与限位部50a取消限位配合时第一弹性构件4能够通过弹性力的作用使滑动构件5相对于第一滑道6向箱体1外滑动从而推动门体或按压门体的开关以使门体打开即可。上述中,滑动构件5可以滑动块、滑动板等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置滑动构件5的具体结构,只要在滑动构件5能够在第一滑道6中滑动即可。此外,可以在第一滑道6下侧设置支撑构件来支撑第一滑道6,支撑构件可以支撑块、支撑板等,本领域技术 人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置支撑构件的具体结构,只要支撑构件能够支撑第一滑道6即可。当然,也可以不设置支撑构件,第一滑道6可以设置为与部件安装腔的侧壁固定连接,此时,则无需设置支撑构件。
优选地,如图2至5所示,触发组件包括设置在分隔结构10a上的第一磁性件21、均设置在部件安装腔内的第二磁性件22、第二弹性构件23、拉动构件24和抵压构件25,第二弹性构件23的一端固定设置在部件安装腔内,第二弹性构件23的另一端与第二磁性件22固定连接,且第二磁性件22设置在第一磁性件21的下方,拉动构件24的一端与第二磁性件22连接,拉动构件24的另一端与抵压构件25连接,抵压构件25与限位组件3抵接并对限位组件3施加向下的力使限位组件3与限位部50a保持限位配合,当门体关闭且作用于分隔结构10a上的力达到设定阈值时,分隔结构10a发生形变使第一磁性件21靠近第二磁性件22并吸引第二磁性件22,以带动拉动构件24拉动抵压构件25使抵压构件25与限位组件3分离,从而允许限位组件3与限位部50a取消限位配合。也就是说,当儿童、宠物等误入衣物护理设备中时,儿童、宠物等对分隔结构10a施加一定的作用力即可使分隔结构10a发生形变使得第一磁性件21靠近第二磁性件22并吸引第二磁性件22,第二磁性件22在磁性吸引力的作用下移动,从而带动拉动构件24拉动抵压构件25使抵压构件25与限位组件3分离,从而允许限位组件3与限位部50a取消限位配合。当门体被打开后,儿童或宠物等离开衣物护理设备,分隔结构10a恢复原状,第一磁性件21向远离第二磁性件22的方向移动,且第二磁性件22被第二弹性构件23的弹性力所约束,第一磁性件21对第二磁性件22的磁性吸引力逐渐减小,第二磁性件22能够在第二弹性构件23的弹性力作用下复位。
需要说明的是,第二弹性构件23的一端固定设置在部件安装腔内,可以是第二弹性构件23的一端与形成部件安装腔的侧壁连接,也可以是第二弹性构件23的一端与固定设置在部件安装腔内的部件连接。第一磁性件可以采用永磁铁、电磁铁,第二磁性件也可以永磁铁、电磁铁,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一磁性件和第二磁性件的具体结构形式,只要第一磁性件21靠近第二磁性件22时能够吸引第二磁性件22即可。第二弹性构件23可以采用弹簧、橡胶块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第二弹性构件23的具体结构,只 要当门体被打开后,儿童或宠物等离开衣物护理设备,分隔结构10a恢复原状时,第二弹性构件23能够通过弹性力作用使得第二磁性件22复位即可。上述中,抵压构件25可以抵压块、抵压板等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置抵压构件25的具体结构,只要抵压构件25能够与限位组件3抵接并对限位组件3施加向下的力使限位组件3与限位部50a保持限位配合即可。
优选地,如图2和4所示,拉动构件24为拉绳,第二磁性件22的下方设置有拉绳变向件7,抵压构件25为设置在拉绳变向件7前方的滑块,拉绳与拉绳变向件7接触并通过拉绳变向件7改变移动方向,第一滑道6的上侧还设置有第二滑道8,滑块滑动地设置在第二滑道8内。如前所述,当儿童、宠物等误入衣物护理设备中时,儿童、宠物等对分隔结构10a施加一定的作用力使得分隔结构10a发生形变,从而使得第一磁性件21靠近第二磁性件22并吸引第二磁性件22,第二磁性件22在磁性吸引力的作用下移动,从而使得拉绳移动,由于第二磁性件22位于第一磁性件21的下方且拉绳变向件7位于第二磁性件22的下方,因此,第二磁性件22将在磁性吸引力的作用下向上移动,从而向上拉动拉绳,由于与拉绳连接的滑块设置在拉绳变向件7前方,因此,拉绳能够在拉绳变向件7的作用下向后拉动滑块,以使滑块在第二滑道8内滑动从而使滑块与限位组件3分离,从而允许限位组件3与限位部50a取消限位配合。除拉绳外,拉动构件24还可以采用拉杆等,当拉动构件24采用拉杆时,例如:可以是拉杆竖直设置,拉杆的上端与第二磁性件22连接,拉杆的下端与抵压构件25连接,第二磁性件22在磁性吸引力的作用下向上移动时,拉杆带动抵压构件25向上移动从而使抵压构件25与限位组件3分离,从而允许限位组件3与限位部50a取消限位配合,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置拉动构件24的具体结构,只要通过拉动构件24能够带动抵压构件25移动使得抵压构件25与限位组件3分离即可。上述中,拉绳变向件7可以采用圆柱杆、定滑轮等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置拉绳变向件7的具体结构,只要拉绳变向件7能够改变拉绳的方向,从而使拉绳运动时改变移动方向即可。
优选地,如图2至5所示,第二滑道8内设置有第三弹性构件9,第三弹性构件9的一端固定设置在第二滑道8内,滑块与第三弹性构件9的 另一端固定连接。如前所述,当门体被打开后,儿童或宠物等离开衣物护理设备,分隔结构10a恢复原状,第二磁性件22在第二弹性构件23的弹性力作用下复位,此时,拉动构件24对抵压构件25的拉力消失,使得抵压构件25能够在第三弹性构件9的弹性力作用下复位。第三弹性构件9的一端固定设置在第二滑道8内,可以是第三弹性构件9的一端固定设置在第二滑道8的内壁上,也可以是第三弹性构件9的一端与固定设置在第二滑道8内的部件连接。第三弹性构件9可以采用弹簧、橡胶块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第三弹性构件9的具体结构,只要当拉动构件24对抵压构件25的拉力消失时,抵压构件25能够在第三弹性构件9的弹性力作用下复位即可。上述优选实施方式的一种替代性实施方式是,滑块为磁铁,第二滑道8中且位于滑块前方设置有与滑块磁性相异的磁铁,当拉动构件24对滑块的拉力消失时,抵压构件25能够在位于滑块前方的磁铁的磁性吸引力作用下复位。
优选地,如图3和5所示,限位组件3包括限位球31和设置在第二滑道8前端的止挡件32,滑块与限位球31抵接,限位部50a为凹槽,限位球31与凹槽限位配合时,限位球31的一部分容置于凹槽中且限位球31的前侧与止挡件32抵接。当分隔结构10a未发生形变时,限位球31在抵压构件25的作用下保持一部分容置于凹槽中的状态,第一弹性构件4通过弹性作用对滑动构件5施加向前的力,但是由于限位球31的前侧与止挡件32抵接,限位球31无法向前运动,从而使得形成有凹槽的滑动构件5也无法向前运动从而被限位。上述中,止挡件32可以采用止挡板、止挡块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置止挡件32的具体结构,这种对于止挡件32具体结构的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。当然,限位组件3和限位部50a还可以采用其他结构形式,如:限位组件3为卡勾和驱动卡勾移动的电机,限位部50a为卡口,当电机驱动卡勾靠近卡口使得卡勾与卡口卡接且此时电机锁死使得卡勾无法移动并且此时卡勾与抵压构件25抵接没有移动空间,当抵压构件25离开卡勾,卡勾具有移动空间,此时可以驱动电机使卡勾与卡口脱离取消限位配合,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置限位组件3和限位部50a的具体结构,这种对于限位组件3和限位部50a具体结构的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围 之内。
优选地,如图3和5所示,滑块包括相连的圆柱部251和圆台部252,圆柱部251与第三弹性构件9固定连接,限位组件3与限位部50a限位配合时,圆柱部251位于限位球31上侧并与限位球31抵接从而对限位球31施加向下的力使限位球31的一部分保持容置于凹槽中,限位组件3与限位部50a取消限位配合时,限位球31位于圆台部252的圆台面和止挡件32之间且分别与圆台面和止挡件32抵接。这样的设置使得当限位组件3与限位部50a限位配合时,限位球31能够较为稳定地受力,且使得限位组件3与限位部50a处于取消限位配合状态时,限位球31在受到水平方向的力的同时还受到竖直向下的力,当滑动构件5复位至凹槽位于限位球31下方时,该竖直向下的力能够辅助限位球31进入凹槽中。当然,滑块也可以设置为仅包括圆柱部251,限位球31与限位部50a限位配合时,圆柱部251位于限位球31上侧并与限位球31抵接从而对限位球31施加向下的力使限位球31的一部分保持容置于凹槽中,限位球31与凹槽取消限位配合时,限位球31位于圆柱部251和止挡件32之间且分别与圆柱部251和止挡件32抵接。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置滑块的具体结构,这种对于滑块具体结构的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,如图2和4所示,滑动构件5的后侧向后延伸形成圆环部50b,第一弹性构件4为弹簧或圆柱形橡胶,第一弹性构件4的至少一部分容置于圆环部50b中,且圆环部50b的内径与第一弹性构件4的外径相同。第一弹性构件4的至少一部分容置于圆环部50b中,也就是说,当限位组件与滑动构件上的限位部限位配合时(此时滑动构件5还没有开始滑动),第一弹性构件4的其中一部分容置于圆环部50b中,或者在圆环部50b的长度足够长的情形下,第一弹性构件整体均容置于圆环部50b中,这样的设置,使得圆环部50b能够对弹簧进行支撑,避免弹簧发生较大的径向形变。进一步优选地,第一滑道6的形状为圆环状,圆环部50b的外径与第一滑道6的内径相同。也就是说,第一滑道6为圆环形滑道,第一滑道6的内部空间为圆柱形,滑动构件5在该圆柱形空间内滑动,圆环部50b的外径与第一滑道6的内径相同使得圆环部50b也能够在第一滑道6内滑动,若出现滑动构件5完全滑出第一滑道6的情况,由于圆环部50b与滑 动构件5连接,滑动构件5依然能够向前滑动,避免滑动构件5在完全滑出第一滑道6后在重力的作用下下落而无法继续向前滑动。
优选地,第一滑道6的形状为圆环状,第一弹性构件4为弹簧或圆柱形橡胶,第一滑道6的内径与第一弹性构件4的外径相同。也就是说,第一滑道6为圆环形滑道,第一滑道6的内部空间为圆柱形,滑动构件5在该圆柱形空间内滑动,这样的设置,使得第一滑道6能够对第一弹性构件4进行支撑,避免第一弹性构件4发生较大的径向形变。

  1. 一种衣物护理设备,所述衣物护理设备的箱体内设置有将所述箱体的内部空间分隔为衣物护理腔和部件安装腔的分隔结构,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有触发组件,所述部件安装腔内设置有限位组件、第一弹性构件、滑动构件和第一滑道,所述第一弹性构件的一端固定设置在所述部件安装腔内,所述第一弹性构件的另一端与所述滑动构件固定连接,所述滑动构件滑动地设置在所述第一滑道内,所述滑动构件上形成有限位部,当所述衣物护理设备的门体关闭时,所述限位部与所述限位组件限位配合,
    当所述门体关闭且作用于所述分隔结构上的力达到设定阈值时,所述分隔结构发生形变使所述触发组件动作以使或允许所述限位组件与所述限位部取消限位配合从而允许所述第一弹性构件通过弹性力的作用使所述滑动构件相对于所述第一滑道向所述箱体外滑动从而推动所述门体或按压所述门体的开关以使所述门体打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述触发组件包括设置在所述分隔结构上的第一磁性件、均设置在所述部件安装腔内的第二磁性件、第二弹性构件、拉动构件和抵压构件,所述第二弹性构件的一端固定设置在所述部件安装腔内,所述第二弹性构件的另一端与所述第二磁性件固定连接,且所述第二磁性件设置在所述第一磁性件的下方,所述拉动构件的一端与所述第二磁性件连接,所述拉动构件的另一端与所述抵压构件连接,所述抵压构件与所述限位组件抵接并对所述限位组件施加向下的力使所述限位组件与所述限位部保持限位配合,
    当所述门体关闭且作用于所述分隔结构上的力达到设定阈值时,所述分隔结构发生形变使所述第一磁性件靠近所述第二磁性件并吸引所述第二磁性件,以带动所述拉动构件拉动所述抵压构件使所述抵压构件与所述限位组件分离,从而允许所述限位组件与所述限位部取消限位配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述拉动构件为拉绳,所述第二磁性件的下方设置有拉绳变向件,所述抵压构件为 设置在所述拉绳变向件前方的滑块,所述拉绳与所述拉绳变向件接触并通过所述拉绳变向件改变移动方向,所述第一滑道的上侧还设置有第二滑道,所述滑块滑动地设置在所述第二滑道内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述第二滑道内设置有第三弹性构件,所述第三弹性构件的一端固定设置在所述第二滑道内,所述滑块与所述第三弹性构件的另一端固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括限位球和设置在所述第二滑道前端的止挡件,所述滑块与所述限位球抵接,所述限位部为凹槽,所述限位球与所述凹槽限位配合时,所述限位球的一部分容置于所述凹槽中且所述限位球的前侧与所述止挡件抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述滑块包括相连的圆柱部和圆台部,所述圆柱部与所述第三弹性构件固定连接,所述限位组件与所述限位部限位配合时,所述圆柱部位于所述限位球上侧并与所述限位球抵接从而对所述限位球施加向下的力使所述限位球的一部分保持容置于所述凹槽中,所述限位组件与所述限位部取消限位配合时,所述限位球位于所述圆台部的圆台面和所述止挡件之间且分别与所述圆台面和所述止挡件抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述滑动构件的后侧向后延伸形成圆环部,所述第一弹性构件为弹簧或圆柱形橡胶,所述第一弹性构件的至少一部分容置于所述圆环部中,且所述圆环部的内径与所述第一弹性构件的外径相同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述第一滑道的形状为圆环状,所述圆环部的外径与所述第一滑道的内径相同。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于, 所述第一滑道的形状为圆环状,所述第一弹性构件为弹簧或圆柱形橡胶,所述第一滑道的内径与所述第一弹性构件的外径相同。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述触发组件包括设置在所述分隔结构上的第一磁性件、均设置在所述部件安装腔内的第二磁性件、第二弹性构件和拉动构件,所述第二弹性构件的一端固定设置在所述部件安装腔内,所述第二弹性构件的另一端与所述第二磁性件固定连接,且所述第二磁性件设置在所述第一磁性件的下方,所述拉动构件的一端与所述第二磁性件连接,所述拉动构件的另一端与所述限位组件连接,
