Description

一种带有嵌入式减振降噪装置的铰接转向架 技术领域
一种带有嵌入式减振降噪装置的铰接转向架,涉及一种铁道货车转向架,具体涉及一种铰接转向架。
背景技术
铁路货车转向架的作用是支撑车体,引导车辆沿轨道行驶,并承受来自车体及线路的各种载荷。典型铁路货车通常配装两台三大件式二轴货车转向架,每节车辆重量由四根车轴承担。每个三大件式货车转向架由两个轮对、四套滚动轴承装置、两个侧架、一个摇枕、一套基础制动装置、中央减振悬挂装置、旁承等零部件组成。
通常情况下,铁路货车转向架的中央悬挂系统中均采用等高钢制弹簧组或不等高钢制弹簧组。采用等高弹簧组时,由于铁路货车车体的重量差异较大,尤其是配装较小自重车体时,其空车弹簧挠度小,车辆运行品质较差;而采用不等高弹簧组时,虽可增加空车弹簧挠度,进而提高车辆运行品质,但由于空车状态时,内簧处于自由装配状态(无载荷作用),故在线路激扰(线路不平顺、三角坑、道岔等)条件下运行时会出现自由振动,产生噪音污染。
其次,在传统车辆的配置条件下,每辆车均采用两台转向架,车辆制造、运用检修等成本均较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题就是针对以上不足而提供一种减振降噪效果好的铰接转向架。其技术方案如下:
它包括轮对组成、侧架组成、摇枕组成、集成制动装置、弹性旁承总成以及中央悬挂及减振装置;中央悬挂及减振装置包括斜楔和安装于斜楔上的 减振弹簧以及内圆弹簧和外圆弹簧,内圆弹簧套装于外圆弹簧中。其关键技术是在内圆弹簧上端置入弹簧托盘,弹簧托盘内置入稳定弹簧,形成嵌入式减振装置。
所述弹簧托盘具有凹腔,凹腔顶端设有翻边,翻边与内圆弹簧支撑圈接触,稳定弹簧置入凹腔内。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、通过嵌入式减振装置的作用,约束了内圆弹簧在垂向方向的平动自由度,消除了由于零部件自身的振动及与相邻零部件间的磕碰造成的噪音污染,进一步提高了车辆的环境友好度。
2、采用配装有双旁承(每套弹性旁承总成中包括2套弹性旁承组成的摇枕,实现该转向架与关节连接器(如S.A.C.1型关节连接器)的配装,配装该转向架的车辆,可大幅减少转向架数量,例如5单元关节平车配置该型转向架时总计为6台转向架,而传统五辆平车则总计10台转向架,数量减少40%,由此车辆制造、运用检修等成本均得到降低
3、该转向架可同时满足配装TMX集成制动装置和传统转向架制动装置的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
参见图1~图5,本发明包括轮对组成1、侧架组成2、摇枕组成4、集成制动装置5、弹性旁承总成7以及中央悬挂及减振装置8;中央悬挂及减振装置8包括斜楔13和安装于斜楔13上的减振弹簧14以及内圆弹簧17和外圆弹簧18,内圆弹簧17套装于外圆弹簧18中形成单个弹簧组。其关键技术是在内圆弹簧17上端置入弹簧托盘16,弹簧托盘16内置入稳定弹簧15,形成嵌入式减振装置;通过嵌入式减振装置的作用,约束了内圆弹簧17在垂向方向的平动自由度,从而消除了由于零部件自身的振动及与相邻零部件间的磕碰造成的噪音污染,进一步提高车辆的环境友好度。
所述弹簧托盘16具有凹腔19,凹腔19顶端设有翻边20,翻边20与内圆弹簧17支撑圈接触,稳定弹簧15置入凹腔19内。
所涉及的弹簧托盘16采用具有优质延伸率的金属板材通过压型方式制造。但该方案并不排除采用其他材料通过其他方式来实现类似功能的方案,如采用尼龙材料通过注塑工艺制造弹簧托盘16,而后在其相应凹腔19内配装稳定弹簧15等。
弹性旁承组成11并不局限于图示的圆柱形结构,也可组装满足接口参数要求的其它结构形式的旁承;旁承安装座12则可是满足车辆运用中施加于旁承载荷要求的冷弯型钢或热轧槽钢改制而成;紧固件则不限于拉铆钉。
图中3是橡胶垫,6是滚动轴承装置,9是关节连接器,10是心盘磨耗盘。
实施例2
参见图1~图5,本发明包括轮对组成1、侧架组成2、摇枕组成4、集成制动装置5、弹性旁承总成7以及中央悬挂及减振装置8;中央悬挂及减振装置8包括斜楔13和安装于斜楔13上的减振弹簧14以及内圆弹簧17和外圆弹簧18,内圆弹簧17套装于外圆弹簧18中形成单个弹簧组。其关键技术是在内圆弹簧17上端置入弹簧托盘16,弹簧托盘16内置入稳定弹簧15,形成 嵌入式减振装置;通过嵌入式减振装置的作用,约束了内圆弹簧17在垂向方向的平动自由度,从而消除了由于零部件自身的振动及与相邻零部件间的磕碰造成的噪音污染,进一步提高车辆的环境友好度。单个摇枕组成4上通过旁承安装座12配装四套长行程常接触弹性旁承11,即采用配装有双旁承(每套弹性旁承总成7中包括2套弹性旁承组成11的摇枕,实现该转向架与关节连接器(如S.A.C.1型关节连接器)的配装,配装该转向架的车辆,可大幅减少转向架数量,例如5单元关节平车配置该型转向架时总计为6台转向架,而传统五辆平车则总计10台转向架,数量减少40%,由此车辆制造、运用检修等成本均得到降低。

  1. 一种带有嵌入式减振降噪装置的铰接转向架,包括轮对组成(1)、侧架组成(2)、摇枕组成(4)、集成制动装置(5)、弹性旁承总成(7)以及中央悬挂及减振装置(8);中央悬挂及减振装置(8)包括斜楔(13)和安装于斜楔(13)上的减振弹簧(14)以及内圆弹簧(17)和外圆弹簧(18),内圆弹簧(17)套装于外圆弹簧(18)中,其特征是在内圆弹簧(17)上端置入弹簧托盘(16),弹簧托盘(16)内置入稳定弹簧(15),形成嵌入式减振装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述带有嵌入式减振降噪装置的铰接转向架,其特征在于弹簧托盘(16)具有凹腔(19),凹腔(19)顶端设有翻边(20),翻边(20)与内圆弹簧(17)支撑圈接触,稳定弹簧(15)置入凹腔(19)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述带有嵌入式减振降噪装置的铰接转向架,其特征在于摇枕组成(4)上配装长行程常接触弹性旁承(11)。
