扬声器箱 技术领域
本实用新型涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
为了提高扬声器箱的低频声学性能,通常会在扬声器箱的辅助发声腔内填设吸音颗粒形成D-BASS虚拟声腔。
技术问题
但是当D-BASS虚拟声腔的长度较长时,研究发现经过长期功率类实验(48H以上),吸音颗粒(bass)运动剧烈会造成吸音颗粒(bass)颗粒磨损严重,引起最低共振频率(F0)的巨大变化,振幅降低,丧失扩容效果,降低低频性能,安装于移动终端时,整机功耗变高。
因此,有必要提供一种减缓吸音颗粒(bass)运动并减少对bass颗粒磨损的扬声器箱。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器箱,以解决因bass运动剧烈引起bass颗粒磨损严重的技术问题。
本实用新型的目的之一提供的技术方案如下:
一种扬声器箱,包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有收容空间;
发声单体,收容于所述收容空间内,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔;
所述后腔具有第一后腔和第二后腔,所述第二后腔内填充吸音颗粒,所述第二后腔的内侧面设置有可对所述吸音颗粒的运动进行阻断的阻断筋。
进一步地,所述阻断筋设置为1个或至少2个。
进一步地,所述阻断筋呈长条状。
进一步地,所述第二后腔呈长条形,所述阻断筋沿所述第二后腔的宽度方向延伸。
进一步地,所述壳体包括上盖、与所述上盖围合形成所述收容空间的下盖,所述发声单体和上盖围成所述前腔,所述发声单体、下盖和上盖共同围成所述后腔,所述扬声器箱还包括透气隔离组件和自所述上盖和所述下盖中一者向另一者延伸的挡墙,所述透气隔离组件固定于所述挡墙并与所述挡墙共同将所述后腔分隔为所述第一后腔和所述第二后腔,所述透气隔离组件连接于所述挡墙的两间隔相对的侧面,所述阻断筋连接于所述阻断筋。

有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过在第二后腔内填充吸音颗粒(图中未示出),使第二后腔形成D-BASS虚拟声腔,以改善扬声器箱的声学性能。在第二后腔的长度较长时,在第二后腔的内侧面凸设阻断筋,所述阻断筋可对所述吸音颗粒的运动进行阻断,进一步降低因吸音颗粒磨损带来的最低共振频率(F0)的变化,因此,有效改善了虚拟声腔长度较长的扬声器箱的声学性能。

请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型实施例提供一种扬声器箱100,包括:
具有收容空间10的壳体1,所述壳体1具有收容空间10;
发声单体2,以及收容于所述收容空间10内,所述发声单体2将所述收容空间10分隔为前腔101和后腔102;所述后腔102具有第一后腔1021和第二后腔1022,所述第二后腔1022内填充吸音颗粒,所述第二后腔1022的内侧面凸设有可对所述吸音颗粒的运动进行阻断的阻断筋3,以降低所述吸音颗粒磨损带来的最低共振频率。
通过在第二后腔1022内填充吸音颗粒(图中未示出),由于所述吸音颗粒具有多孔结构和高比容量,可吸附第二后腔1022中的空气,提升空气顺性,从而达到降低扬声器箱100的低频谐振频率,进而改善低频性能,使第二后腔1022形成D-BASS虚拟声腔,改善低音效果。在第二后腔1022的长度较长时,通过在所述第二后腔1022的内侧面凸设阻断筋3,所述阻断筋3可对所述吸音颗粒的运动进行阻断,从而降低对吸音颗粒的磨损,进一步降低因吸音颗粒磨损带来的最低共振频率(F0)的变化,一般地,可降低最低共振频率(F0)10-30HZ,因此,有效改善了虚拟声腔长度较长的扬声器箱100的声学性能。
优选所述阻断筋3设置为1个或至少2个。若阻断筋3设置为1个,优选阻断筋3沿第二后腔1022的长度方向居中设置,若阻断筋3设置为2个或2个以上,各阻断筋3等距离设置。
优选所述阻断筋3呈长条状。
优选所述第二后腔1022呈长条形,所述阻断筋3沿所述第二后腔1022的宽度方向延伸。一般地,吸音颗粒更易沿第二后腔1022的长度方向运动,这样设置,对吸音颗粒的运动进行阻断效果更好,从而减少吸音颗粒的磨损。

优选所述上盖11对应所述第二后腔1022开设有贯穿所述上盖11的通槽110,所述通槽110上盖11接有盖板113。所述盖板113上开设有灌粉孔1130,通过灌粉孔1130将吸音颗粒装入第二后腔1022,所述扬声器箱100还包括覆盖所述灌粉孔1130的密封盖1131。
优选所述第二后腔1022的长度≥10mm。

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有收容空间;
    发声单体,收容于所述收容空间内,所述发声单体将所述收容空间分隔为前腔和后腔;
    所述后腔具有第一后腔和第二后腔,所述第二后腔内填充吸音颗粒,所述第二后腔的内侧面设置有可对所述吸音颗粒的运动进行阻断的阻断筋。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述阻断筋设置为1个或至少2个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述阻断筋呈长条状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述第二后腔呈长条形,所述阻断筋沿所述第二后腔的宽度方向延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述壳体包括上盖、与所述上盖围合形成所述收容空间的下盖,所述发声单体和上盖围成所述前腔,所述发声单体、下盖和上盖共同围成所述后腔,所述扬声器箱还包括透气隔离组件和自所述上盖和所述下盖中一者向另一者延伸的挡墙,所述透气隔离组件固定于所述挡墙并与所述挡墙共同将所述后腔分隔为所述第一后腔和所述第二后腔,所述阻断筋连接于所述挡墙的两间隔相对的侧面,所述透气隔离组件连接于所述阻断筋。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述阻断筋背离所述透气隔离组件的一侧与所述壳体的内侧面间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述上盖对应所述第二后腔开设有贯穿所述上盖的通槽,所述通槽上盖接有盖板,所述盖板上开设有灌粉孔。
