本发明属于验收处理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种变电站监控信息验收处理设备。
背景技术
变电站是指电力系统中对电压和电流进行变换,接受电能及分配电能的场所,在发电厂内的变电站是升压变电站,其作用是将发电机发出的电能升压后馈送到高压电网中,为了保证变电站的正常使用,会对变电站进行监控,这时就会使用到变电站监控信息验收处理设备。
现有的监控信息验收处理设备中的按键一般是暴露在外面的,容易误触到,影响设备的作业,同时在设备出现问题时,不方便对设备的内部进行维修,降低了工作效率的问题,为此我们提出一种变电站监控信息验收处理设备。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种变电站监控信息验收处理设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的监控信息验收处理设备中的按键一般是暴露在外面的,容易误触到,影响设备的作业,同时在设备出现问题时,不方便对设备的内部进行维修,降低了工作效率的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种变电站监控信息验收处理设备,包括主体、遮挡机构和固定机构,所述遮挡机构处于主体的前表面,所述遮挡机构包括遮挡匣,所述遮挡匣的内侧固定连接有遮挡板,所述遮挡板的顶端处于遮挡匣的内部设置有第一弹簧,且所述遮挡板通过第一弹簧与遮挡匣固定连接,所述遮挡板的侧面处于遮挡匣的内部设置有移动杆,所述移动杆的端部设置有橡胶垫,所述遮挡匣的内侧处于第一弹簧的一侧设置有汽笛,所述汽笛的底端固定连接有空气管,且所述橡胶垫处于空气管的内部。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下。
(1)通过设计的遮挡板,避免了按键被误触的情况,外力只会接触到遮挡板,不会接触到按键,不会影响设备的作业,同时在向上移动遮挡板时,能够产生警报,能够引起使用人员的注意,操作方式简单,减轻了使用人员的负担。
(2)通过设计的移动板,避免了主体内部出现问题,不好维修的问题,只需将滑块向一侧滑动,滑块带动着固定板向一侧移动,此时固定板一侧的第三弹簧受力进行收缩,离开固定槽的内部,这样就可以将移动板从长方槽5的内部移出,方便使用人员对主体的内部进行维修。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
请参阅图1至图4,本实施例变电站监控信息验收处理设备,包括主体4、遮挡机构和固定机构,遮挡机构处于主体4的前表面,遮挡机构包括遮挡匣3,遮挡匣3的内侧固定连接有遮挡板2,遮挡板2的顶端处于遮挡匣3的内部设置有第一弹簧14,且遮挡板2通过第一弹簧14与遮挡匣3固定连接,遮挡板2的侧面处于遮挡匣3的内部设置有移动杆9,移动杆9的端部设置有橡胶垫10,遮挡匣3的内侧处于第一弹簧14的一侧设置有汽笛13,汽笛13的底端固定连接有空气管11,且橡胶垫10处于空气管11的内部。
本实施例中,固定机构处于主体4的两侧,主体4的两侧表面均开设有贯穿的长方槽5,长方槽5的内侧表面开设有固定槽21,固定机构包括移动板8,移动板8处于长方槽5的内部,移动板8的内侧设置有固定板19,固定板19的表面开设有限位孔18,固定板19的端部设置有第三弹簧20,且固定板19通过第三弹簧20与移动板8固定连接,固定板19的侧面处于移动板8的外部设置有滑块6。主体4的前表面设置有按键22,主体4的前表面处于按键22的底端设置有USB接口。空气管11的侧面开设有出气孔,出气孔的内侧设置有固定扣12。遮挡板2的前表面设置有移动柱1,移动柱1的表面设置有凸起的圆点。主体4的内部处于长方槽5的一侧设置有连接板16,连接板16的底端设置有第二弹簧15,且连接板16通过第二弹簧15与主体4固定连接,连接板16的顶端一侧设置有限位柱17,且限位柱17的一端处于固定槽21的内部,连接板16的顶端处于限位柱17的一侧设置有按压柱7,且按压柱7的一端处于主体4的外部。
本实施例中,固定槽21的宽度为固定板19宽度的一点二倍。,移动板8的表面开设有滑块槽,且滑块6处于滑块槽内侧。主体4的表面设置有聚乙烯层,且聚乙烯层的厚度为两毫米。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,在需要按动按键22时,首先握住移动柱1,将移动柱1向上移动,移动柱1带动着遮挡板2向上移动,此时遮挡板2顶端的第一弹簧14受力进行收缩,使遮挡板2回到遮挡匣3的内侧,同时遮挡板2侧面的移动杆9端部不得橡胶垫10会将空气管11内侧向上移动,通过橡胶垫10向上的气流可以使汽笛13产生声响,会引起人的注意,不会出现误触的情况,不会影响设备的作业,且操作方式简单,减轻了使用人员的负担,为了便于对主体4的内部进行维修,首先,将按压柱7向下按压,按压柱7带动这连接板16向下移动,这时第二弹簧15受力进行收缩,使限位柱17离开限位孔18的内部,将滑块6向一侧滑动,滑块6带动着固定板19向一侧移动,此时固定板19一侧的第三弹簧20受力进行收缩,离开固定槽21的内部,这样就可以将移动板8从长方槽5的内部移出,方便使用人员对主体4的内部进行维修。
