Description
COOLING DEVICE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a cooling device which is in showcase type and having a cooling unit, a showcase part provided on said cooling unit, and at least one shelf provided at said showcase part.
PRIOR ART
Open buffet systems, prepared in a compliant manner to the service concept and institutional identities of hotels, have gained more importance as the consumer awareness and expectations increase. Open buffets must have style, design and aesthetics besides functionality. While foods were exhibited with a table which was skirt rotated in the past, open buffet systems of today are designed for attracting attentions and likes by presenting the product with a visual feast.
Showcase type cooling cabinets are the cooler types which have frequent usage area and which appeal to various product groups preferred by shops, groceries, restaurants, patisseries, hotels and buffets. In such coolers, forced-circulation evaporators are used. In general, evaporators are at the lower part. The air suctioned by the fan passes through the evaporator, and said air is dispensed into the cabinets with the help of managers through the cabinet wall. The evaporator is connected in an inclined manner into the cabinet in order for the condensation waters to be given to the drainage line easily in defrost instant. In closed and open type coolers, the coolant fluid control is realized by means of TGV (thermostatic expansion valve) because the cabinet operates with different loads. In showcase type cooling cabinets, the most important characteristic is the inner casing temperature.
In showcase type coolers, a closed cooling chamber is provided as a closed element at the rear part. Therefore, process can be realized only through the front part of the showcase type cooling device and this leads to delimitations in the service and the adjustment of the amount of goods to be exhibited. Moreover, a coarse image may be present as an image.
As a result, because of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooling device, for eliminating the abovementioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the present invention is to provide a cooling system for a showcase type cooling device having at least one shelf.
In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention relates to a cooling device which is in showcase type and having a cooling unit, a showcase part provided on said cooling unit, and at least one shelf provided at said showcase part. Accordingly, the subject matter cooling device comprises at least one air outlet channel opened into the showcase part from the cooling unit and provided at a section which is close to the rear side of the cooling device, at least one guidance profile connected to a rear edge of the shelf in the upper vicinity of said air outlet channel, and at least one flap which extends in an inclined manner towards the floor on said guidance profile. Thus, in the showcase type cooling device, the cold air flow coming from the air outlet channel is distributed to the shelves partially homogeneously.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one connection wall is provided for providing connection of the guidance profile to the shelf. Thus, the guidance profile is connected to the rear edge of the shelf in a resistant manner.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one fixation curling is provided which at least partially extends from the connection wall towards the lower side of the shelf. Thus, because of the association of the fixation curling to the lower part of the shelf, the connection of the shelf and the connection wall is provided at the two axes, and a resistant connection is obtained.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the flap is provided in a manner at least partially covering the gap which remains between the shelf and the cover provided at the rear side of the cooling device. Thus, the air coming from the cooling unit is transferred to the shelves.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the flap, associated with the shelf which is close to the air outlet channel, is shorter than the flap associated with the shelf which is
further from the air outlet channel. Thus, as the cold air, rising from the air outlet channel, reaches the furthest shelf, the cold air volume is reduced in a stepped manner.

In this detailed description, the subject matter cooling device (10) is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
In Figure 1 , a representative perspective view of the subject matter cooling device (10) is given. Accordingly, said cooling device (10) is essentially defined as a showcase type exhibition cabinet. The cooling device (10) comprises at least one cooling unit (20) and at least one showcase part (30) connected to each other. Said cooling unit (20) is essentially an air-conditioning element for providing remaining of the inner side of the cooling device (10) at specific temperature values. The cooling unit (20) essentially exists at the lower part of the cooling device (10). The cooling unit (20) comprises at least one air outlet channel (21). Said air outlet channel (21) essentially allows transfer of the air, which is output from the cooling unit (20) or the cooling gas component, to said showcase part (30). The air outlet channel (21) is essentially provided at the part which is close to the rear part of the cooling unit (20). The showcase part (30) is the part where the good and/or food is/are stored which shall be stored or exhibited. The showcase part (30) is essentially provided on the cooling unit (20).
In Figure 2 and 3, representative views of the showcase part (30) of the subject matter cooling device (10) are given. Accordingly, the showcase part (30) comprises at least one
shelf (40). Said shelf (40) allows placement of good or food thereon and increase of the surface area. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, three shelves (40) are used. The showcase part (30) comprises at least two body profiles (31). Said body profile (31) is essentially positioned at the lateral side of the cooling device (10) in a manner close to the rear part thereof and in a manner forming corner. The shelf (40) is connected to the body profile (31) by means of at least one rear edge (41). The shelf (40) comprises at least one front edge (42) so as to be at the opposite end with respect to said rear edge (41).
The shelf part is connected to at least one side wall (32) at both lateral sides thereof. Said side wall (32) is connected to the body profile (31) partially at the rear part of the cooling device (10) and allows closing of the showcase part (30). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the side wall (32) is provided at the two sides of the cooling device (10). At least one ceiling (33) is connected on the showcase part (30). Said ceiling (33) provides the showcase part (30) to become a closed system. At least one cover rail (34) is provided at the rear part of the ceiling (33) part. Said cover rail (34) is a channel which allows formation of an openable cover at the rear part of the cooling device (10).
In Figure 4, a representative perspective view of the flap (51) embodiment in a guidance profile (50) of the subject matter cooling device (10) is given. Accordingly, said guidance profile (50) is essentially connected to the rear edge (41). By means of this, the guidance profile (50) allows guidance of the cooling air component, coming from the air outlet channel (21), to the inner part of the shelf (40). The guidance profile (50) comprises at least one connection wall (53). Said connection wall (53) is connected to the rear edge (41) and provides assembling of the guidance profile (50). The connection wall (53) comprises at least one fixation curling (54). Said fixation curling (54) essentially has a structure which extends towards the lower part of the shelf (40) and provides the guidance profile (50) to be connected to the lower part of the shelf (40).
The guidance profile (50) comprises at least one flap (51) so as to have a partially inclined structure at the end part thereof. Said flap (51) is provided between the shelf (40) and the cover provided at the rear part of the cooling device (10). Thus, the flap (51) provides the air, coming from the air outlet channel (21), to be guided to the shelves (40). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, three guidance profiles (50) are provided. In this case, the guidance profile (50) changes such that the width thereof increases in a stepped manner from the flap (51) which exists at the closest position to the air outlet channel (21) to the flap (51) which exists at the furthest position. Thus, air is transferred to all shelves (40) partially in a homogenous manner. At least one profile opening (52) is provided in the partially middle
section of the flap (51) embodiment. Said profile opening (52) is essentially an opening formed for providing positioning of the support profile.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, two flaps (51) are provided. The flaps (51) are formed in partially different direction so as to have a space which permits sliding of a cover element in between. Thanks to this, two-pieced cover is used, and a door mechanism, which moves by sliding, is formed. Thus, access can be provided to the showcase part (30) through the rear part of the cooling device (10).
In an exemplary cooling device (10) embodiment, the showcase part (30), comprising three shelves (40), is provided on the cooling unit (20). The showcase part (30) stays at the desired temperature value by means of the air outlet channel (21) opened into the showcase part (30) from the cooling unit (20) and at the part of the cooling device (10) close to the rear side thereof. The coolant, coming from the air outlet channel (21), is dispensed to the shelves (40) in a homogeneous manner by means of the stepped changing flap (51) dimensions of the guidance profile (50) connected at the rear edge (41) of the shelves (40).
By means of all these embodiments, the showcase part (30) is cooled in the cooling device (10). By means of the used guidance profile (50), air is transferred to the shelves (40) with a homogenous distribution. Air-conditioning process is provided without needing a closed cooling channel at the rear part of the cooling device (10). By means of this, access to the inner side of the cooling device (10) is provided by means of an openable rear cover design. By means of different sized flap (51) design, cover design is provided which can move by sliding towards each other. As a result, while the cooling air is distributed to the shelves (40) in a homogenous manner, access is provided to the showcase part (30) from the rear side by means of the openable rear cover. The cooling device (10) obtains an aesthetic appearance.
