Description

针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种在具备高实用性的前提下,提高单人拆装播种机构时的拆装效率的水旱两用播种机及其播种、开沟连接结构。
播种、开沟连接结构,包括安装架、安装于所述安装架上的播种机构和开沟机构,所述播种机构可拆卸安装于所述安装架上,所述播种机构包括播种器安装杆及安装于所述播种器安装杆上的多个播种器,所述安装架上设置有连接支架,所述连接支架之远离安装架的一端设置安装部,所述安装部上设有开口朝上的用于安装所述播种器安装杆的安装槽;还包括夹板件及将夹板件锁紧的锁紧结构,所述夹板件上设置有夹持口,所述安装部与所述安装架间形成让位于所述夹板件的让位区。
本技术方案中,设置多个连接支架,在进行安装尤其是单人安装播种机构时,允许将播种机构先搁置在连接支架上,给予农民喘息机会,无需一次性将播种机构抬起并准确装入到安装槽,农民可慢慢找寻安装槽,找准安装槽后,将播种器安装杆同时装入到所有安装部的安装槽中,降低了单人安装时的难度,提升了单人安装时的效率,在将播种器安装杆装入到安装槽后,通过锁紧结构的作用将夹板件紧紧夹持住安装部,夹板件起到限定作用,防止播种器安装杆中脱离,保证使用时的安全可靠性,而当需要将播种机构拆下时,松开夹板件,在卸下播种机构前,播种器安装杆始终处于安装槽中,有利于农民便捷、安全地单人卸下播种机构。
优选的,所述安装部的上部不高于所述连接支架的上部,所述让位区的底部低于所述连接支架的上部。此设置,降低抬起播种机构的难度,即进一步降低将播种机构上的播种器安装杆装入到安装槽的难度。
优选的,所述让位区的底部低于所述安装槽的槽底。此设置,保证夹板件上的夹持口与安装部有较大的夹持接触面,有效限定住播种器安装杆。

优选的,所述调节连接部47与所述连接支架41为可拆卸连接,所述调节连接部47与所述连接支架41通过呈三角分布的三个连接紧固件48相连接,连接紧固件48可为螺栓紧固件。
