本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种把手操作调节左右角度的 遮阳伞,包括立柱、横杆、斜杆和伞架;所述立柱上套设有一滑块,横杆的下端与滑块相连接,横杆的上端与伞架的顶部相连,斜杆的后端安装在立柱顶部,斜杆的前端与横杆的中部相连接,伞架的顶部与横杆的上端可转动地连接,其特征在于:所述遮阳伞还包括可控制伞面左右转动的伞面调整机构以及可在斜杆不动的情况下使横杆转动的横杆转动机构,横杆转动机构设置在横杆的中部,斜杆的前端与横杆转动机构转动连接,横杆的下端通过伞面调整机构与滑块转动连接,伞面调整机构包括横杆接头、上离合齿、下离合齿和把手,上离合齿和横杆固定连接,横杆接头的上端穿过下离合齿与上离合齿转动连接,下离合齿可沿横杆接头做轴向限位移动、与上离合齿啮合或脱离,把手的一端转动设置在上离合齿外、与下离合齿的上端面相抵,当向下转动把手时,下离合齿在把手的作用下往下移动与上离合齿脱离,左右转动把手即可转动横杆进行伞面的左右调节。
作为改进,所述上离合齿为上端开口的套筒结构,下离合齿为下端开口的套筒结构,上离合齿的下端面、下离合齿的上端面的中部分别开设有供横杆接头穿置的方形通孔和圆形通孔;上离合齿的下端面围绕圆形通孔的外侧成型有一圈凸齿,下离合齿的上端面围绕方形通孔的外侧凹设有一圈与凸齿啮合的环齿,横杆接头的上端依次穿过下离合齿的方形通孔和上离合齿的圆形通孔,在上端部通过螺母固定,在下离合齿的内壁与横杆接头的下部之间支撑有一弹簧,使下离合齿具有始终向上移动与上离合齿啮合锁定的趋势。
再改进,所述横杆接头沿长度方向从下至上分为5段,其中作为尾部的第一段为与滑块相连接的连接段,第二段为与下离合齿的内孔相匹配的圆柱段,处于中间位置的第三段为与下离合齿的方形通孔相匹配的方柱段,第四段为与上离合齿的圆形通孔相匹配的缩径圆柱段,最上端第五段为与螺母配合的外螺纹段,弹簧套设在横杆接头的第三段方柱段上,弹簧的一端与下离合齿的方形通孔内侧相抵、另一端与下离合齿的第二段圆柱段的台阶面相抵支撑。
进一步,所述上离合齿的圆形通孔的上下两端设有供轴承嵌入的固定凹槽,横杆接头的上端穿过弹簧和上离合齿,置于轴承的内侧,横杆接头的第三段方柱段与上离合齿下端的轴承相抵限位,横杆接头的第四段与轴承紧密配合。
进一步,所述上离合齿的下端面的下侧开设有供把手的上端置入的活动槽,把手的上端呈U形,并带有凸轮面,把手的上端横向开设有贯穿孔,活动槽的两侧开设有对应的转动孔,在把手的上端与活动槽之间还设有一与把手配合的扭簧,通过螺钉穿过转动孔、把手的贯穿孔、扭簧的中心孔,将把手和扭簧固定在上离合齿上。
再进一步,所述下离合齿的上端面上嵌置有与把手的上端滑动接触的垫圈。
进一步,所述上离合齿的上端套设有离合齿盖,横杆为中空的方形管,离合齿盖上设有供横杆穿置的方形通孔,横杆的下端设有连接孔,上离合齿的上端设有对应的横杆 固定孔,离合齿盖上开设有对应的通孔,通过螺钉将二者固定在上离合齿上。
进一步,所述横杆转动机构包括左右转衬套和斜杆连接件,左、右转衬套为半圆状的夹套结构,左、右转衬套对合后形成与横杆相配合的方形孔,横杆的中部开设有贯穿安装孔,左、右转衬套的中部开设有对应的贯穿孔,左、右转衬套对合夹持在横杆的中部左右两侧,通过螺钉和螺母的方式固定,斜杆连接件可转动地套置于左右转衬套的外侧,斜杆连接件的下端为与左、右转衬套相配合的圆圈结构,斜杆连接件的上端为斜杆的下端转动连接。
再进一步,所述左、右转衬套为上下二组,分别位于斜块连接块的圆圈结构内上下二侧,每组左、右转衬套的外端面成型有与斜块连接块的圆圈结构的两侧相抵限位的凸环,左、右转衬套的外周面环向成型有便于增加摩擦力的凹凸纹理。
最后,所述上离合齿的下端外周设有一标线,下离合齿的上端外周设有与标线配合便于观察左右转动角度的刻度线。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:设置伞面调整机构和横杆转动机构,横杆转动机构可可在斜杆不动的情况下使横杆转动,伞面调整机构包括横杆接头、上离合齿、下离合齿和把手,通过向下转动把手就可将上、下离合齿脱离,实现横杆的左右转动,从而实现伞面的左右调节。本实用新型结构简单合理,操作方便、定位稳定可靠,可以只通过操作把手的方式就能实现伞面遮阳角度调节,操作方式更加简单、方便,具有较强的实用性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1~11所示,一种把手操作调节左右角度的遮阳伞,包括立柱100、横杆20、斜杆300、伞架400、滑块200、伞面调整机构A和横杆转动机构B,立柱100采用异型管,如椭圆形截面管件等,滑块200设置于立柱100上并能沿立柱100上下滑动,横杆20的下端通过伞面调整机构A连接于滑块200上,伞面调整机构A可在滑块200的固定孔内上下转动,伞架400设置于横杆20的上端方。横杆转动机构B设置在横杆20的中部,斜杆200的后端转动地安装在立柱100顶部,斜杆300的前端与横杆转动机构B转动连接。
伞面调整机构A包括横杆接头1、上离合齿8、下离合齿3、离合齿盖15和把手12,上离合齿3和横杆20固定连接,横杆接头1的下端与滑块200转动连接,横杆接头1的上端穿过下离合齿3与上离合齿8啮合转动连接,下离合齿3可沿横杆接头1做轴向限位移动、实现与上离合齿8的啮合或脱离,把手12的一端转动设置在上离合齿8外、与下离合齿3的上端面相抵,利用其凸轮面12d,当向下转动把手12时,下离合齿3在把手12的作用下往下移动与上离合齿8脱离,左右转动把手12即可转动横杆20进行伞面的左右调节。
具体结构为:上离合齿8为上端开口的套筒结构,下离合齿3为下端开口的套筒结构,上离合齿8的下端面、下离合齿3的上端面的中部分别开设有供横杆接头1穿置的方形通孔和圆形通孔。上离合齿8的下端面围绕圆形通孔的外侧成型有一圈凸齿81,下离合齿3的上端面围绕方形通孔的外侧凹设有一圈与凸齿啮合的环齿31,横杆接头1的上端依次穿过下离合齿3的方形通孔3a和上离合齿8的圆形通孔,在上端部通过螺母14固定,在下离合齿3的内壁与横杆接头1的下部之间支撑有一弹簧2,使下离合齿3具有始终向上移动与上离合齿8啮合锁定的趋势。横杆接头1沿长度方向从下至上分为5段,其中作为尾部的第一段1d为与滑块200相连接的连接段,第二段1e为与下离合齿3的内孔3b相匹配的圆柱段,处于中间位置的第三段1a为与下离合齿3的方形通孔3a相匹配的方柱段,第四段1b为与上离合齿8的圆形通孔相匹配的缩径圆柱段,最上端第五段1c为与螺母4配合的外螺纹段,弹簧2位于下离合齿3的内孔3b中,套设在横杆接头1的第三段1a方柱段上,弹簧2的一端与下离合齿3的方形通孔内侧相抵、另一端与下离合齿3的第二段1e圆柱段的台阶面相抵支撑,这样下离合齿3只能在横杆接头1上延横杆接头1轴向移动,不能转动。上离合齿8的圆形通孔的上下两端设有供轴承6嵌入的固定凹槽8a,横杆接头1的上端穿过弹簧2和上离合齿8,置于轴承6的内侧,横杆接头1的第三段1a方柱段与上离合齿8下端的轴承6相抵限位,横杆接头1的第四段1b与轴承6紧密配合。上离合齿8的下端面的下侧开设有供把手12的上端置入的活动槽8b和扭簧9的叉脚9b插入的定位缺口8c,把手12的上端设有供扭簧 9转动的U形的转动槽12a和扭簧9的叉脚9a端的定位缺口12c,并带有凸轮面12d,把手12的上端横向开设有贯穿孔12b,活动槽8b的两侧开设有对应的转动孔8d,扭簧9置于把手12的转动槽12a中,将扭簧9的叉脚9a端置于把手12的定位缺口12c中,将把手扭簧组合体置于上离合齿8的活动槽8b内,并将扭簧9的叉脚9b端置于上离合齿8的定位缺口8c内,通过螺钉5穿过转动孔8d、把手12的贯穿孔12b、扭簧9的中心孔9d,将把手12和扭簧9固定在上离合齿8上,扭簧9的叉脚9a和叉脚9b成锐角,当转动把手12后,扭簧9具有回复的趋势,使把手12能回复初始位置。
在下离合齿3的上端面上还嵌置有与把手12的上端滑动接触的垫圈4;下离合齿3的上端面开设有供垫圈置入的凹槽3c,垫圈4上环形开设有连接孔4a,凹槽3c内设有对应的内螺纹孔7a,通过螺钉7穿过垫圈4上的连接孔4a,将垫圈4固定于下离合齿3的凹槽3c内。
上离合齿8的下端外周设有一标线82,下离合齿3的上端外周设有与标线配合便于观察左右转动角度的刻度线32。
离合齿盖15套设在上离合齿8的上端,横杆20为中空的方形管,离合齿盖8上设有供横杆20穿置的方形通孔,横杆20的下端设有连接孔201,上离合齿8的上端设有对应的横杆固定孔801,离合齿盖15上开设有对应的通孔,通过螺钉13将二者固定在上离合齿8上。
横杆转动机构B包括左、右转衬套50和51和斜杆连接件70,左、右转衬套50和51为半圆状的夹套结构,左、右转衬套50和51对合后形成与横杆20相配合的方形孔,横杆20的中部开设有贯穿安装孔202,左、右转衬套50和51的中部开设有对应的贯穿孔50a和51a,左、右转衬套50和51对合夹持在横杆20的中部左右两侧,通过螺钉80和螺母90的方式固定,斜杆连接件70可转动地套置于左、右转衬套50和51的外侧,斜杆连接件70的下端为与左、右转衬套50和51相配合的圆圈结构,斜杆连接件70的上端与斜杆200的下端转动连接。左、右转衬套50和51为上下二组,分别位于斜块连接块70的圆圈结构内上下二侧,每组左、右转衬套50和51的外端面成型有与斜块连接块70的圆圈结构的两侧相抵限位的凸环,左、右转衬套50和51的外周面环向成型有便于增加摩擦力的凹凸纹理,当斜连接块70和斜杆300连接后,横杆20可以在斜连接块70内转动。
具体操作过程为:当把手12向下扳动时,把手12头部的面122和垫圈4的面42滑动接触,把手12可使下离合齿3向后运动,使下离合齿3的内部环齿31与上离合齿8的凸齿81脱开,进而可以解除横杆20的转动束缚,当再次左右扳动把手12时,可使上离合齿8联动横杆20相对下离合齿3转动,当转动到某一位置时,放开把手12,在弹簧2以及扭簧9的作用下,使把手12和下离合齿3回复至原来啮合状态,从而使伞面固定在某一角度。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种把手操作调节左右角度的遮阳伞,包括立柱、横杆、斜杆和伞架;所述立柱上套设有一滑块,横杆的下端与滑块相连接,横杆的上端与伞架的顶部相连,斜杆的后端安装在立柱顶部,斜杆的前端与横杆的中部相连接,伞架的顶部与横杆的上端可转动地连接,其特征在于:所述遮阳伞还包括可控制伞面左右转动的伞面调整机构以及可在斜杆不动的情况下使横杆转动的横杆转动机构,横杆转动机构设置在横杆的中部,斜杆的前端与横杆转动机构转动连接,横杆的下端通过伞面调整机构与滑块转动连接,伞面调整机构包括横杆接头、上离合齿、下离合齿和把手,上离合齿和横杆固定连接,横杆接头的上端穿过下离合齿与上离合齿转动连接,下离合齿可沿横杆接头做轴向限位移动、与上离合齿啮合或脱离,把手的一端转动设置在上离合齿外、与下离合齿的上端面相抵,当向下转动把手时,下离合齿在把手的作用下往下移动与上离合齿脱离,左右转动把手即可转动横杆进行伞面的左右调节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述上离合齿为上端开口的套筒结构,下离合齿为下端开口的套筒结构,上离合齿的下端面、下离合齿的上端面的中部分别开设有供横杆接头穿置的方形通孔和圆形通孔;上离合齿的下端面围绕圆形通孔的外侧成型有一圈凸齿,下离合齿的上端面围绕方形通孔的外侧凹设有一圈与凸齿啮合的环齿,横杆接头的上端依次穿过下离合齿的方形通孔和上离合齿的圆形通孔,在上端部通过螺母固定,在下离合齿的内壁与横杆接头的下部之间支撑有一弹簧,使下离合齿具有始终向上移动与上离合齿啮合锁定的趋势。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述横杆接头沿长度方向从下至上分为5段,其中作为尾部的第一段为与滑块相连接的连接段,第二段为与下离合齿的内孔相匹配的圆柱段,处于中间位置的第三段为与下离合齿的方形通孔相匹配的方柱段,第四段为与上离合齿的圆形通孔相匹配的缩径圆柱段,最上端第五段为与螺母配合的外螺纹段,弹簧套设在横杆接头的第三段方柱段上,弹簧的一端与下离合齿的方形通孔内侧相抵、另一端与下离合齿的第二段圆柱段的台阶面相抵支撑。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述上离合齿的圆形通孔的上下两端设有供轴承嵌入的固定凹槽,横杆接头的上端穿过弹簧和上离合齿,置于轴承的内侧,横杆接头的第三段方柱段与上离合齿下端的轴承相抵限位,横杆接头的第四段与轴承紧密配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述上离合齿的下端面的下侧开设有供把手的上端置入的活动槽,把手的上端呈U形,并带有凸轮面,把手的上端横向开设有贯穿孔,活动槽的两侧开设有对应的转动孔,在把手的上端与活动槽之间还设有 一与把手配合的扭簧,通过螺钉穿过转动孔、把手的贯穿孔、扭簧的中心孔,将把手和扭簧固定在上离合齿上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述下离合齿的上端面上嵌置有与把手的上端滑动接触的垫圈。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述上离合齿的上端套设有离合齿盖,横杆为中空的方形管,离合齿盖上设有供横杆穿置的方形通孔,横杆的下端设有连接孔,上离合齿的上端设有对应的横杆固定孔,离合齿盖上开设有对应的通孔,通过螺钉将二者固定在上离合齿上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述横杆转动机构包括左右转衬套和斜杆连接件,左、右转衬套为半圆状的夹套结构,左、右转衬套对合后形成与横杆相配合的方形孔,横杆的中部开设有贯穿安装孔,左、右转衬套的中部开设有对应的贯穿孔,左、右转衬套对合夹持在横杆的中部左右两侧,通过螺钉和螺母的方式固定,斜杆连接件可转动地套置于左右转衬套的外侧,斜杆连接件的下端为与左、右转衬套相配合的圆圈结构,斜杆连接件的上端为斜杆的下端转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述左、右转衬套为上下二组,分别位于斜块连接块的圆圈结构内上下二侧,每组左、右转衬套的外端面成型有与斜块连接块的圆圈结构的两侧相抵限位的凸环,左、右转衬套的外周面环向成型有便于增加摩擦力的凹凸纹理。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一权利要求所述的遮阳伞,其特征在于:所述上离合齿的下端外周设有一标线,下离合齿的上端外周设有与标线配合便于观察左右转动角度的刻度线。
