灯具是人们生产生活中的一种重要工具,目前的灯具通常固定安装在墙壁、屋顶或地面上,灯具的所在位置无法调整,用户使用不便。
发明内容
本发明公开一种灯具,以解决目前灯具的所在位置无法调整,用户使用不便的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
本发明提供一种灯具,其包括:
基座,所述基座安装有驱动电源;
灯杆,所述灯杆包括杆体和导电轨道,所述杆体的一端安装于所述基座,所述杆体设有沿自身长度方向延伸的沉槽,所述导电轨道安装于所述沉槽,所述导电轨道与所述驱动电源连接;
滑动组件,所述滑动组件包括滑动本体和导电部,所述导电部与所述滑动本体连接,所述滑动本体可沿所述杆体滑动,所述导电部与所述导电轨道电连接;
灯头组件,所述灯头组件包括壳体和光源,所述光源安装于所述壳体,所述壳体与所述滑动本体连接,所述光源与所述导电部电连接。

以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。如图1-图6所示,本发明实施例公开一种灯具,灯具包括灯杆100、滑动组件200、灯头组件300和基座400,可选地,灯具为落地灯、台灯、吊灯和壁灯中的一者。
其中,基座400可以采用金属或塑料等硬质材料制成,基座400作为整个灯具的支撑基础,在使用灯具的过程中,可以借助基座400将灯具安放在地面或墙壁等部位的任意位置处。当然,在灯具安放在地面等安装基础上的情况下,可以借助螺钉等连接件使灯具与安装基础之间形成相对固定关系;或者,也可以使灯具能够相对安装基础移动位置,对此,本文不作限定。基座400安装有驱动电源,通过使驱动电源外接市电,使得驱动电源可以为灯具中的光源320提供电能,保证灯具能够正常使用。驱动电源可以通过粘接或螺钉连接等方式固定连接在基座400上,并且,基座400内可以设置有容纳驱动电源的空腔,以借助基座400为驱动电源提供保护作用。
灯杆100包括杆体110和导电轨道120,杆体110的长度可以根据实际情况确定,杆体110可以采用塑料或金属等硬质材料制成,以保证杆体110具有满足需求的结构强度,为灯头组件300提供可靠的支撑作用。杆体110的一端安装于基座400,具体地,杆体110可以通过焊接或螺纹连接等方式连接在基座400上;或者,也可以在通过螺栓组件将灯杆100安装在基座400上。更进一步地,基座400上可以设置有容纳杆体110的沉孔等结构,以使杆体110能够伸入至沉孔内,保证杆体110与基座之间具有较高的连接可靠性。
杆体110设有沿自身长度方向延伸的沉槽,导电轨道120安装于沉槽, 沉槽的深度和宽度可以根据导电轨道120的具体尺寸确定,导电轨道120可以通过粘接或卡接等方式与杆体110形成相对固定关系,保证在灯具的使用过程中,滑动组件200与导电轨道120之间的电连接关系较为稳定。并且,导电轨道120与驱动电源连接,使导电轨道120带电,作为灯头组件300与驱动电源之间的连接结构。
另外,电连接关系通常包括正极和负极,进而可以通过两条导电轨道120与驱动电源连接,也即,一个导电轨道120与驱动电源的正极连接,另一个导电轨道120与驱动电源的负极连接。相应地,杆体110上也可以对应设置两条沉槽,两条导电轨道120可以对应地安装在两条沉槽中,两条沉槽可以并排设置在杆体110上,且使两条沉槽的朝向相同,当然,也可以使两条沉槽的朝向不同,例如,两条沉槽的朝向之间具有预设夹角,或者,可以使两条沉槽相背设置在杆体110上。
滑动组件200包括滑动本体210和导电部220,导电部220与滑动本体210连接,滑动本体210可沿杆体110滑动,导电部220与导电轨道120电连接。可选地,导电部220为硬质导线,在导电部220伸入至导电轨道120内的情况下,通过使导电部220与导电轨道120接触,即可使导电部220与导电轨道120形成电连接关系。或者,导电部220可以为弹性端子,在滑动本体210与杆体110相互配合的情况下,通过使导电部220与导电轨道120相互挤压,保证导电部220与导电轨道120之间的电连接关系更为可靠。
具体地,可以使导电部220与导电轨道120形成滑动配合关系,以间接保证滑动本体210能够与杆体110形成滑动配合关系。为了保证导电部220与导电轨道120形成的滑动配合关系较为可靠,可以在导电轨道120的侧壁上形成槽状限位结构,使导电部220通过与槽状限位结构限位配合,提升导电部220与导电轨道120的连接可靠性。
或者,还可以通过滑动本体210直接与杆体110形成滑动配合关系,例如,滑动本体210和杆体110均可以设置有磁性元件,通过使二者吸合的方 式,可以使滑动本体210与杆体110形成相对固定关系。在需要调节滑动组件200的位置的情况下,通过外力干预等方式,可以使滑动本体210与杆体110相互分离,改变滑动本体210与杆体110之间的相对位置。
灯头组件300包括壳体310和光源320,光源320安装于壳体310,壳体310可以为光源320提供一定的防护作用,光源320与导电部220电连接,使得驱动电源能够与光源320相互连通,为光源320供电,保证光源320能够正常工作。其中,壳体310可以采用塑料等材料制成,壳体310可以通过粘接、卡接或磁吸连接等方式直接连接在滑动本体210上,壳体310也可以借助具有一定长度的连接件等间接地安装在滑动本体210上。由于滑动本体210能够相对杆体110调节自身位置,且灯头组件300安装在滑动本体210上,从而在滑动本体210与杆体110之间相对位置发生改变的情况下,光源320的位置也会发生变化,用户可以根据自身需求,调节光源320的位置和朝向,以使光源320能够提供更好的光照效果,提升用户体验。
如上所述,可以使杆体110的相背两侧均设有沉槽,各沉槽内均安装有导电轨道120。采用上述技术方案的情况下,两条导电轨道120之间的间隔相对较大,且由于二者的朝向不同,在灯具的工作过程中,不易出现两条导电轨道120相互导通的情况,提升灯具的安全性能。并且,在两条沉槽分别设置在杆体110相背两侧的情况下,杆体110的利用效率相对较高,且可以在一定程度上减小杆体110的整体尺寸,缩小灯具占用的安装空间。
可选地,灯杆100上可以安装有多个滑动组件200和多个灯头组件300,且使多个滑动组件200和多个灯头组件300一一对应地相互连接,在多个灯头组件300的朝向不同的情况下,使得灯具能够向更多的方向提供照明作用,或者,通过使多个灯头组件300朝向同一方向,可以提升灯具为灯头组件300朝向的区域提供的光照强度和光照均匀性。在灯具的使用过程中,可以根据实际需求,确定安装于灯杆100上的滑动组件200和灯头组件300的数量,相应地,也可以根据实际需求,确定各灯头组件300的朝向等参数,以获得 所需的光照效果。
进一步地,灯杆100还可以包括绝缘端盖130,绝缘端盖130设置于杆体110背离基座400的一端,导电轨道120中背离绝缘端盖130的一端与驱动电源连接。在绝缘端盖130的作用下,可以防止导电轨道120位于杆体110背离基座400的一端裸露,提升灯具的整体安全性能,并且,在杆体110背离基座400的一端设置有绝缘端盖130的情况下,还可以提升灯杆100的防尘防杂物能力,防止外界杂质自导电轨道120的开放端落入至导电轨道120内,降低导电轨道120出现故障的概率,提升灯具的整体性能。

在本发明的另一实施例中,绝缘端盖130与杆体110中的一者设有限位柱140,另一者设有限位孔111,限位柱140与限位孔111插接配合,一方面借助限位柱140与限位孔111相互配合,为绝缘端盖130和杆体110的组装过程提供预定位作用,另一方面,还可以使绝缘端盖130与杆体110之间的限位关系更可靠。并且,绝缘端盖130设有安装孔131,绝缘端盖130通过穿过安装孔131的螺钉150可拆卸地固定于杆体110的一端,在螺钉150与安装孔131相互配合之后,可以进一步提升绝缘端盖130与杆体110之间的连接可靠性,且在限位柱140和限位孔111,以及螺钉150和安装孔131相互配合的情况下,可以防止绝缘端盖130与杆体110发生相对转动,进一步提升绝缘端盖130与杆体110之间的相对固定关系。

在本申请的另一实施例中,可以使滑动本体210开设有贯穿孔211,且使滑动本体210通过贯穿孔211套设在杆体110之外,使滑动本体210与杆体110形成滑动配合关系。在灯具的使用过程中,滑动本体210能够相对杆 体110滑动和转动,实现改变灯头组件300的位置和朝向的目的,使灯具的光照效果能够满足用户的使用需求。当然,可以在二者之间设置有弹性橡胶圈等部件,使二者在不受外力作用的情况下,能够形成相对固定关系,且在受到外力作用时,保证滑动本体210能够与杆体110发生相对滑动。
导电部220设置于贯穿孔211之内,保证导电部220能够与设置在灯杆100上的导电轨道120形成电连接关系。当然,在导电部220与导电轨道120之间存在较大相互作用力的情况下,也可以不在滑动本体210和杆体110之间设置弹性橡胶圈等部件,而是借助导电部220与导电轨道120之间的相对作用力使滑动本体210在不受外力的作用时与杆体110相对固定,例如,在导电部220为弹性端子的情况下,导电部220与导电轨道120之间具有较大的相对作用力。
更具体地,沿杆体110的长度方向,导电部220可以设置在滑动本体210的中部,也就是说,导电部220与滑动本体210的相背两端之间均具有一定间距,采用这种技术方案时,灯具处于工作状态时,导电部220基本不会外漏,从而可以防止因用户误触导电部220发生触电情况。当然,灯具中可以设置有安全防护装置,以在用户误触的情况下,通过断电的方式保护用户不受伤害;或者,还可以通过降低驱动电源的电压值,使灯具的电压值处于安全电压范围内,进一步提升灯具的安全性能。

当然,定位部230可以采用塑料等绝缘材料制成,从而即便在定位部230与导电轨道120相互接触的情况下,也不会出现定位部230带电的情况。更具体地,定位部230与滑动本体210可以由塑料等材料经一体注塑等方式形成,以保证定位部230与滑动本体210具有较高的连接可靠性。并且,可以使定位部230的宽度稍小于导电轨道120的宽度,以降低定位部230与导电轨道120之间的配合难度。

进一步地,滑动组件200还可以包括阻尼套240,阻尼套240设置于贯穿孔211之内,阻尼套240套设于杆体110之外,导电部220穿过阻尼套240与导电轨道120连接。在贯穿孔211之内设置有阻尼套240的情况下,可以增大滑动本体210与杆体110之间的摩擦力,防止滑动本体210与杆体110之间因摩擦力较小容易出现滑动本体210相对杆体110快速滑落的情况,且在阻尼套240的作用下,可以较容易地使滑动本体210定位于杆体110的某一位置处。阻尼套240可以采用尼龙、橡胶或泡棉等材料制成,阻尼套240可以采用粘接等方式固定在贯穿孔211之内,阻尼套240的厚度可以根据实际需求确定,此处不作限定。
进一步地,壳体310可以通过软质支撑臂350与滑动本体210连接,且壳体通过软质支撑臂350能够相对滑动本体210移动和转动,这可以进一步扩大光源320的照射角度,进而提升光源320的照射范围,使用户可以根据实际需求,在某些情况下,仅通过软质支撑臂350即可达到调节光照效果的目的,且在通过软质支撑臂350无法达到调光目的的情况下,再借助滑动本体210与杆体110之间的相对滑动对光照效果进行调节,进一步提升灯具的使用范围,提升用户体验。
具体地,软质支撑臂350可以采用金属等材料形成,通过减小金属材料的厚度或直径等方式,能够保证金属材料形成软质支撑臂350具备弯折能力。并且,还可以在金属材料之外设置塑胶封装结构,提升软质支撑臂350的使用寿命,且可以防止软质支撑臂350划伤用户。或者,软质支撑臂350还可以为金属软管,连接导电部220和光源320的导线可以穿设在软质支撑臂350之内,软质支撑臂350的长度可以根据实际需求确定,软质支撑臂350的相背两端可以通过插接或套接的方式分别安装在壳体310和滑动本体210上。
如上所述,壳体310可以为光源320提供一定的防护作用,可选地,壳体310可以为空心封闭结构,光源320安装在壳体310之内。或者,灯头组件300还可以包括330,壳体310上可以设置有沉台,光源320可以安装在沉台之内,压盖330设置在光源320之外,且压盖330与壳体310固定连接,即可将光源320封装在壳体310之内,采用这种组装方式,便于光源320的更换和维修工作的进行。
具体地,壳体310的沉台的侧壁上可以设置有限位槽,压盖330可以通过卡接于前述限位槽内的方式与壳体310形成固定连接关系,或者,压盖330还可以通过螺钉等部件固定在壳体310上。压盖330中朝向光源320的部分可以设置有贯穿孔,以保证光源320发出的光线能够射出至灯头组件300之外,或者,压盖330可以采用透光材料制成,这也可以保证光源320发出的光线能够穿过压盖330且射出。
可选地,沉台设有内螺纹,压盖330设有外螺纹,压盖330可以通过螺纹连接的方式与沉台形成固定连接关系,无需配设其他连接件,连接过程也相对简单,连接关系较为可靠。
进一步地,灯头组件300还包括配光透镜340,配光透镜340设置于光源320与压盖330之间。配光透镜340可以为光源320提供聚拢等作用,以进一步提升光源320的照明效果,并且,配光透镜340还可以为光源320提供一定的防护隔绝作用,一方面防止外界的灰尘等杂质进入光源320内,另一方面可以防止用户可能误触光源320而烫伤或触电,进一步提升灯具的使用寿命和安全性能。具体地,配光透镜340可以采用塑料或玻璃等透光材料制成,其具体结构可以根据实际情况确定,此处不作限定。
如上所述,灯具可以通过基座400安放在地面或墙壁上,可选地,基座400包括安装部410和支撑杆420,安装部410设有插孔,驱动电源可以安装在安装部410中,安装部410配置为固定于安装基础。例如,安装部410可以通过螺钉等部件将安装部410固定在安装基础上,安装基础可以为地面或 墙壁,在安装基础为墙壁的情况下,可以在墙壁上设置底盒430,且使安装部410安装在底盒430上,以降低布线难度。可选地,底盒430可以为86底盒,以降低灯具的安装条件,便于配件。
支撑杆420可以通过插孔固定在安装部410上,具体地,支撑杆420可以为非圆形结构件,以防止支撑杆420出现相对插孔转动的情况,影响灯具的正常使用,或者,在支撑杆420插入至插孔后,还可以通过粘接等方式,使支撑杆420与安装部410形成固定连接关系。在支撑杆420与安装部410相互固定的情况下,可以使灯杆100安装在支撑杆420上,并且,可以使灯杆100与重力方向平行,以防止支撑杆420受到较大的剪切力而相对安装部410转动,影响灯具的正常使用。
灯杆100中的导电轨道120可以通过电连接件160与设置于安装部410中的驱动电源连接。支撑杆420可以包括相互固定的支撑段421和连接弯头422,且可以使连接弯头422与支撑段421相互垂直,支撑段421能够插接在安装部410内,灯杆100可以插接在支撑杆420的连接弯头422中,电连接件160可以设置在支撑杆420的连接弯头422的底部,支撑段421内可以设置有导线等部件,以使电连接件160能够与驱动电源相互连接,并且,连接弯头422还可以为导电轨道120提供一定的防护作用,进一步提升灯具的安全性能。
进一步地,安装部410可以包括盖体411、转接板412和座体413,转接板412安装于盖体411和座体413之间,座体413和盖体411可拆卸连接,盖体411和转接板412上均设有插孔,通过使支撑杆420同时插接在盖体411和转接板412的插孔上,也可以保证支撑杆420能够与安装部410形成可靠的连接关系。在设置有转接板412的情况下,可以使转接板412与驱动电源连接,通过电连接件160和导线等部件,能够使导电轨道120与转接板412形成可靠的电连接关系。
在安装部410安装在墙壁上的情况下,基座400还可以包括底盒430, 驱动电源可以安装在底盒430中,通过使安装部410与底盒430相互连接,一方面可以将灯具安装于墙壁上,另一方面可以使灯具自底盒430取电。安装部410可以通过螺钉等部件固定在底盒430上,转接板412与底盒430内的驱动电源可以通过接线柱等部件形成电性连接关系。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (16)
- 一种灯具,其中,包括:基座(400),所述基座(400)安装有驱动电源;灯杆(100),所述灯杆(100)包括杆体(110)和导电轨道(120),所述杆体(110)的一端安装于所述基座(400),所述杆体(110)设有沿自身长度方向延伸的沉槽,所述导电轨道(120)安装于所述沉槽,所述导电轨道(120)与所述驱动电源连接;滑动组件(200),所述滑动组件(200)包括滑动本体(210)和导电部(220),所述导电部(220)与所述滑动本体(210)连接,所述滑动本体(210)可沿所述杆体(110)滑动,所述导电部(220)与所述导电轨道(120)电连接;灯头组件(300),所述灯头组件(300)包括壳体(310)和光源(320),所述光源(320)安装于所述壳体(310),所述壳体(310)与所述滑动本体(210)连接,所述光源(320)与所述导电部(220)电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述杆体(110)的相背两侧均设有所述沉槽,各所述沉槽内均安装有所述导电轨道(120)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述灯杆(100)还包括绝缘端盖(130),所述绝缘端盖(130)设置于所述杆体(110)背离所述基座(400)的一端,所述导电轨道(120)中背离所述绝缘端盖(130)的一端与所述驱动电源连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其中,所述绝缘端盖(130)与所述杆体(110)中的一者设有限位柱(140),另一者设有限位孔(111),所述限位柱(140)与所述限位孔(111)插接配合,所述绝缘端盖(130)设有安装孔(131),所述绝缘端盖(130)通过穿过所述安装孔(131)的螺钉(150)可 拆卸地固定于所述杆体(110)的一端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述滑动本体(210)开设有贯穿孔(211),所述滑动本体(210)通过所述贯穿孔(211)套设于所述杆体(110)之外,所述导电部(220)设置于所述贯穿孔(211)之内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述滑动组件(200)还包括定位部(230),所述定位部(230)位于所述贯穿孔(211)之内,且所述定位部(230)与所述导电部(220)沿所述贯穿孔(211)的轴向分布,所述定位部(230)可伸入所述导电轨道(120)之内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述滑动本体(210)设有定位孔(212),所述滑动组件(200)还包括定位螺钉,所述滑动本体(210)通过伸入所述定位孔(212)的所述定位螺钉与所述杆体(110)定位配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述滑动组件(200)还包括阻尼套(240),所述阻尼套(240)设置于所述贯穿孔(211)之内,所述阻尼套(240)套设于所述杆体(110)之外,所述导电部(220)穿过所述阻尼套(240)与所述导电轨道(120)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述导电部(220)为弹性端子。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述壳体(310)与所述滑动本体(210)通过软质支撑臂(350)连接,所述壳体(310)通过所述软质支撑臂(350)可相对所述滑动本体(210)移动和转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述灯头组件(300)还包括压盖(330),所述壳体(310)设有沉台,所述光源(320)安装于所述沉台,所述压盖(330)设置于所述光源(320)之外,且所述压盖(330)与所述壳 体(310)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的灯具,其中,所述沉台设有内螺纹,所述压盖(330)与所述沉台螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的灯具,其中,所述灯头组件(300)还包括配光透镜(340),所述配光透镜(340)设置于所述光源(320)与所述压盖(330)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述基座(400)包括安装部(410)和支撑杆(420),所述安装部(410)设有插孔,所述驱动电源安装于所述安装部(410),所述安装部(410)配置为固定于安装基础,所述灯杆(100)安装于所述支撑杆(420),所述支撑杆(420)通过所述插孔固定于所述安装部(410)。
- 根据权利要求14所述的灯具,其中,所述安装部(410)包括盖体(411)、转接板(412)和座体(413),所述转接板(412)安装于所述盖体(411)和所述座体(413)之间,所述座体(413)和所述盖体(411)可拆卸连接,所述盖体(411)和所述转接板(412)上均设有所述插孔,所述转接板(412)与所述驱动电源连接,所述导电轨道(120)与所述转接板(412)电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述灯具,其中,所述灯杆(100)安装有多个所述滑动组件(200)和多个所述灯头组件(300),多个所述滑动组件(200)和多个所述灯头组件(300)一一对应连接。
