一种安装于眼镜上的音频设备 技术领域
本实用新型属于音频设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种安装于眼镜上的音频设备。
背景技术
现有技术中的骨传导耳机、助听器等音频设备的佩戴方式有挂耳式和头戴式。申请号为CN201721044774.X的中国实用新型公开了一种骨传导耳机包括耳挂组件,耳挂组件包括第一壳体、第二壳体以及连接第一壳体和第二壳体的连接部件……,连接部件进一步包括两端分别连接第一壳体和第二壳体的第一弹性金属丝。这种骨传导耳机采用头戴的佩戴方式,使用时,连接部件绕在头部后侧,因此不便于用户头部靠在头枕、靠枕等物件上。且这种耳机佩戴时容易被观察到,隐蔽性不高。挂耳式的音频设备通过一耳挂而挂在耳朵上,但是这种佩戴方式虽具有较好的隐蔽性,但较易脱落,不够稳固,对于佩戴眼镜的使用者,由于眼镜镜腿占用了耳朵上的佩戴位置,因此佩戴不方便。
为此,技术人员研发了具有骨传导功能的眼镜。申请号为CN201721274241.0的中国实用新型公开了一种骨传导眼镜,包括:眼镜本体、骨传导振动部、主板和电池,所述骨传导振动部、所述主板和所述电池设置在所述眼镜本体中,并且所述骨传导振动部和所述主板均与所述电池电连接,所述骨传导振动部设置在所述眼镜本体中。这种骨传导功能的眼镜虽同时满足用户佩戴眼镜和使用骨传导音频设备的要求,但是骨传导振动部的位置不可调,不能满足不同用户的需求。此外,主板和电池设置在眼镜本体中,充电时候需要脱下眼镜,对于需要一直佩戴眼镜的用户而言,这种充电方式也造成了不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装于眼镜上的音频设备,旨在解决现有技术中的骨传导眼镜的音频模块的位置不可调的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型实施例提供的一种安装于眼镜上的音频设备,包括:
一壳体;
一第一音频模块,所述第一音频模块收容于所述壳体内;
该安装于眼镜上的音频设备还包括:
一弹性套,所述弹性套与所述壳体固定连接、活动连接或可拆卸连接;所述弹性套滑动地设置在所述眼镜的镜腿上。
可选地,所述弹性套上设有一插入部,并经该插入部套设在所述眼镜的镜腿上;所述插入部为插孔或插口。
可选地,该安装于眼镜上的音频设备还包括:
一位置调节机构,所述壳体通过所述位置调节机构与所述弹性套连接,并经所述位置调节机构调节其位置。
可选地,所述位置调节机构包括一磁吸伸缩调节机构,所述磁吸伸缩调节机构包括至少两个第一磁吸件和至少一个第二磁吸件;
至少两个所述第一磁吸件设于所述壳体上且至少一个所述第二磁吸件设于所述弹性套上;
或,至少两个所述第一磁吸件设于所述弹性套上且至少一个所述第二磁吸件设于所述壳体上;
所述弹性套和所述壳体相对活动时,一所述第二磁吸件从一所述第一磁吸件上活动至另一所述第一磁吸件上并相互吸附。
可选地,所述位置调节机构还包括一旋转调节机构;所述壳体通过旋转调节机构与所述弹性套转动连接。
可选地,所述旋转调节机构包括一旋钮装置和一活动件,所述活动件与所述弹性套活动连接,所述壳体通过所述旋钮装置和所述活动件转动连接。
可选地,所述位置调节机构包括一限位滑道和一限位凸件;所述限位滑道设于所述壳体上且所述限位凸件设于所述弹性套;或,所述限位滑道设于所述弹性套且所述限位凸件设于所述壳体上;所述限位凸件插入所述限位滑道中并沿所述限位滑道滑动;所述限位滑道包括交替设置的挡位部和限位部,所述挡位部为至少两个,所述限位部为至少一个。
可选地,所述位置调节机构包括一滑槽和一滑块;所述滑槽设于所述壳体上且所述滑块设于所述弹性套上;或,所述滑槽设于弹性套上且所述滑块设于所述壳体上;所述滑块滑动限位于所述滑槽内。
可选地,该安装于眼镜上的音频设备还包括一拆卸连接结构;所述壳体通过所述拆卸连接结构与所述弹性套可拆卸连接。
可选地,所述拆卸连接结构包括一第三磁吸件和一第四磁吸件;所述第三磁吸件设于所述壳体上,所述第四磁吸件设于所述弹性套上;所述第三磁吸件和所述第四磁吸件相互吸附。
可选地,所述拆卸连接结构包括一插入件和一插入连接部,所述插入件插入所述插入连接部并夹紧在所述插入连接部内,所述插入连接部为连接孔或连接口;所述插入件设于所述壳体上且所述插入连接部设于所述弹性套上;或,所述插入件设于所述弹性套上且所述插入连接部设于所述壳体上。
可选地,所述连接口具有一第一开口部,所述第一开口部的两侧分别设有一第五磁吸件和一第六磁吸件,所述第五磁吸件和所述第六磁吸件相互吸附。
可选地,所述插口具有一第二开口部,所述第二开口部的两侧分别设有一第七磁吸件和一第八磁吸件,所述第七磁吸件和所述第八磁吸件相互吸附。
可选地,该安装于眼镜上的音频设备还包括:
一第二音频模块,所述第二音频模块和所述第一音频模块分别前后布置在所述弹性套上。
可选地,所述弹性套呈长条状,其侧壁上设有一镂空槽,所述镂空槽将所述弹性套分隔为前弹性套部和后弹性套部。
可选地,该安装于眼镜上的音频设备还包括一耳钩,所述耳钩设于所述弹性套的底侧。

实施例1
如图1~图3所示,本实施例提供一种安装于眼镜上的音频设备100,包括一壳体110、一第一音频模块120以及一弹性套130。所述第一音频模块120收容于所述壳体110内。所述弹性套130与所述壳体110固定连接,所述弹性套130滑动地设置在所述眼镜的镜腿200上。
如图3所示,所述弹性套130上设有一插入部138a,并经该插入部138a套设在所述眼镜的镜腿200上。所述插入部138a为插孔。所述眼镜的镜腿200通过弹性夹紧的方式固定在所述插孔内。
如图5和图6所示,该安装于眼镜上的音频设备100通过弹性套130滑动地设置在眼镜的镜腿200上。使用时,可灵活调整第一音频模块120的位置,该第一音频模块120调整位置时,拉动弹性套130,弹性套130在镜腿200上滑动,即可调节至合适的位置。弹性套130适用于多种尺寸的镜腿200,用户亦可 将该音频设备搭配各种眼镜使用,个性化程度更高。该音频设备与眼镜分离时,将弹性套130滑出镜腿200即可。该安装于眼镜上的音频设备100调节位置方便,且可与镜腿200分离,便于充电。
如图1~图4所示,所述第一音频模块120包括一扬声器121、一麦克风122、一电池123、一主板124、若干控制按键125以及一充电部126a。所述扬声器121为骨传导扬声器121,其设于所述壳体110内,佩戴时,所述扬声器121朝向内侧并紧贴头部。所述麦克风122设于所述壳体110内,所述麦克风122用于收音,可提供通话、语音等功能。所述电池123设于壳体110内。所述主板124设于所述壳体110内并与所述电池123电连接,所述扬声器121和所述麦克风122均与所述主板124电连接,具体地,所述主板124为PCBA板,所述主板124设有蓝牙模块、控制芯片等必要的电子元件和电路结构,其具体结构属于现有技术,本实用新型在此不再一一赘述。所述控制按键125设于所述壳体110上且与所述主板124连接,所述控制按键125为开关按键、音量调节按钮等。所述充电部126a为充电插口、磁吸充电口或无线充电装置,所述充电部126a设于所述壳体110上。所述充电插口用于为所述电池123充电。
如图1所示,该安装于眼镜上的音频设备100还包括一耳钩150,所述耳钩150设于所述所述弹性套130的底侧。所述耳钩150优选为弧形且具有弹性,佩戴时,耳钩150勾在耳后侧,起到防脱、防移位的作用。
实施例2
如图7所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:该安装于眼镜上的音频设备还包括一位置调节机构160a,所述壳体110通过所述位置调节机构160a与所述弹性套130连接,并经所述位置调节机构160a调节其位置,从而更方便使用,使用时位置可调,从而满足用户调节音频输入位置的需求。
所述位置调节机构160a包括一滑槽161和一滑块162。所述滑槽161优选为T型槽,所述滑块162优选为T型滑块。所述滑槽161设于所述壳体110上且所述滑块162设于所述弹性套130上。所述滑块162在所述滑槽161内滑动 而实现调节功能。相应地,在另一实施例中,将所述滑槽161设于弹性套130上且所述滑块162设于所述壳体110上,也能实现与本实施例相同的功能。

实施例3
如图8和图9所示,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于:所述位置调节机构160b包括磁吸伸缩调节机构163,所述磁吸伸缩调节机构163用于所述弹性套130与所述壳体110的伸缩调节。所述磁吸伸缩调节机构163包括沿直线排列的多个第一磁吸件1631以及沿直线排列的多个第二磁吸件1632。所述第一磁吸件1631和所述第二磁吸件1632均是磁铁,或分别是磁铁和铁质件。
多个所述第二磁吸件1632设于所述壳体110上且多个所述第一磁吸件1631设于所述弹性套130上。具体地,多个所述第二磁吸件1632设于所述滑槽161的底面上,多个所述第一磁吸件1631设于所述滑块162的底面上。
所述弹性套130和所述壳体110相对活动时,一所述第一磁吸件1631从一所述第二磁吸件1632上活动至另一所述第二磁吸件1632上并相互吸附,从而实现前后调节。所述磁吸伸缩调节机构163具有挡位功能,两个所述第一磁吸件1631之间的距离为一个挡位。

实施例4

    一弹性套,所述弹性套与所述壳体固定连接、活动连接或可拆卸连接;所述弹性套活动地设置在所述眼镜的镜腿上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述弹性套上设有一插入部,并经该插入部套设在所述眼镜的镜腿上;所述插入部为插孔、插槽或插口。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    一位置调节机构,所述壳体通过所述位置调节机构与所述弹性套连接,并经所述位置调节机构调节其位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述位置调节机构包括一磁吸伸缩调节机构,所述磁吸伸缩调节机构包括至少两个第一磁吸件和至少一个第二磁吸件;
    至少两个所述第一磁吸件设于所述壳体上且至少一个所述第二磁吸件设于所述弹性套上;
    或,至少两个所述第一磁吸件设于所述弹性套上且至少一个所述第二磁吸件设于所述壳体上;
    所述弹性套和所述壳体相对活动时,一所述第二磁吸件从一所述第一磁吸件上活动至另一所述第一磁吸件上并相互吸附。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述位置调节机构还包括一旋转调节机构;所述壳体通过旋转调节机构与所述弹性套 转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述旋转调节机构包括一旋钮装置和一活动件,所述活动件与所述弹性套活动连接,所述壳体通过所述旋钮装置和所述活动件转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述位置调节机构包括一限位滑道和一限位凸件;所述限位滑道设于所述壳体上且所述限位凸件设于所述弹性套;或,所述限位滑道设于所述弹性套且所述限位凸件设于所述壳体上;所述限位凸件插入所述限位滑道中并沿所述限位滑道滑动;所述限位滑道包括交替设置的挡位部和限位部,所述挡位部为至少两个,所述限位部为至少一个。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述位置调节机构包括一滑槽和一滑块;所述滑槽设于所述壳体上且所述滑块设于所述弹性套上;或,所述滑槽设于弹性套上且所述滑块设于所述壳体上;所述滑块滑动限位于所述滑槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1、2或4~8中任一项所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,还包括一拆卸连接结构;所述壳体通过所述拆卸连接结构与所述弹性套可拆卸连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述拆卸连接结构包括一第三磁吸件和一第四磁吸件;所述第三磁吸件设于所述壳体上,所述第四磁吸件设于所述弹性套上;所述第三磁吸件和所述第四磁吸件相互吸附。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述拆卸连接结构包括一插入件和一插入连接部,所述插入件插入所述插入连接部并夹紧在所述插入连接部内,所述插入连接部为连接孔、连接凹槽或连接口;所述插入件设于所述壳体上且所述插入连接部设于所述弹性套上;或,所述插入件设于所述弹性套上且所述插入连接部设于所述壳体上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述连接口具有一第一开口部,所述第一开口部的两侧分别设有一第五磁吸件和一第六磁吸件,所述第五磁吸件和所述第六磁吸件相互吸附。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述插口具有一第二开口部,所述第二开口部的两侧分别设有一第七磁吸件和一第八磁吸件,所述第七磁吸件和所述第八磁吸件相互吸附。
  14. 根据权利要求1、2、4~8或10~12中任一项所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    一第二音频模块,所述第二音频模块和所述第一音频模块分别前后布置在所述弹性套上。
  15. 根据权利要求1、2、4~8或10~12中任一项所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,所述弹性套呈长条状,其侧壁上设有一镂空槽,所述镂空槽将所述弹性套分隔为前弹性套部和后弹性套部。
  16. 根据权利要求1、2、4~8或10~12中任一项所述的安装于眼镜上的音频设备,其特征在于,还包括一耳钩,所述耳钩设于所述弹性套的底侧。
