Description

The present invention relates to rails.
Conventionally, a rail provided with a plurality of mounting holes for mounting a fixture is known. See, for example, Patent Document 1.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-072455
Since a large force is applied to the lashing belt having the fixture at the tip, the plate thickness in the vicinity of the mounting hole in the rail cannot be reduced. On the other hand, the vicinity of the mounting hole in the rail is curled in order to improve the strength, but it is not easy to accurately perform the complicated processing on a thick steel plate.
In view of the above circumstances, a rail that is easy to process and can improve the strength in the vicinity of the mounting hole is desired.
The first aspect of the present invention is a rail made of a metal plate such as aluminum, which is fixed to the wall surface of the luggage compartment, and is provided at both ends of the rail in the rail width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The rail 10 of one embodiment is fixed to the wall surface 2a of the side wall 2 of the luggage compartment 1 as shown in FIG. The rail 10 may be fixed to the wall surface of another wall of the luggage compartment 1. The luggage compartment 1 is a vehicle luggage storage unit, a container, and the like. A plurality of mounting holes 20 are formed in the rail 10 at intervals in the longitudinal direction thereof.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the longitudinal direction of the rail 10 and the vehicle front-rear direction coincide with the X-axis direction, and the width direction of the rail 10 coincides with the Z-axis direction which is the vertical direction. The width direction is the Y-axis direction.
The rail 10 is made of a metal plate. Specifically, the rail 10 is formed by press-molding an extruded aluminum plate having a thickness of 2.5 mm, a thickness of 3 mm, a thickness of 4 mm, or the like. Press molding includes punching and the like.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the rail 10 has a pair of fixed portions 11 fixed to the wall surface 2a. A plurality of mounting holes 11a are formed in each fixed portion 11.
Hereinafter, the description will be made in a state where the pair of fixed portions 11 are fixed to the wall surface 2a.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rail 10 has a pair of extending walls 12 extending in a direction away from the wall surface 2a from the pair of fixed portions 11, and an end of the pair of extending walls 12 separated from the wall surface 2a. Each has a pair of mounting wall bodies 13 extending inward in the rail width direction. In this embodiment, each mounting wall body 13 extends in the Z-axis direction.
Further, the rail 10 has a first protruding wall 14a extending from the inner end in the rail width direction of one of the pair of mounting wall bodies 13 toward the wall surface 2a, and the rail width direction of the other of the pair of mounting wall bodies 13. It has a second protruding wall 14b extending from the inner end of the wall toward the wall surface 2a.
Further, the rail 10 has an intermediate wall 15 connecting the end of the first protruding wall 14a on the wall surface 2a side and the end of the second protruding wall 14b on the wall surface 2a side.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the walls 13, 14a, 14b, and 15 form a fixture mounting wall W connecting the ends of the pair of extended walls 12 away from the wall surface 2a.
Further, in the present embodiment, the walls 14a, 14b, and 15 form a protruding portion P protruding from the pair of mounting wall main bodies 13 toward the wall surface 2a.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fixed portion 11 and the walls 12, 13, 14a, 14b, and 15 are each formed over the entire length of the rail 10.
The first protruding wall 14a, the second protruding wall 14b, and the intermediate wall 15 are the first range, the second range, and the third range in the rail width direction of the fixture mounting wall W, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 3, a protrusion P is formed in a predetermined width range AR inside a predetermined width range AR in the rail width direction with respect to both end portions 20a in the rail width direction of the plurality of mounting holes 20. The mounting hole 20 is a long hole long in the rail width direction, and in the present embodiment, the dimension of the mounting hole 20 in the Z-axis direction is three times or more the dimension in the X-axis direction.
In the present embodiment, the distance L2 in the Y-axis direction from the end 20a of the mounting hole 20 to the protrusion P is 2 mm or more. The distance L2 in the Y-axis direction from the end portion 20a of the mounting hole 20 to the protruding portion P is preferably 0.2 times or more the plate thickness of the mounting wall main body 13.
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, in one example, the fixture 40 to which the luggage lashing belt is attached is attached to any one of the plurality of attachment holes 20.
The fixture 40 has a metal fixture body 41 and a swing member 42 swingably attached to the fixture body 41. A pair of engaging recesses 43 that engage with both ends 20a of the mounting hole 20 are formed at both ends of the fixture 40 in the Z-axis direction.
In the present embodiment, the fixture main body 41 has a pair of metal plates 44, 45 arranged with a gap of several mm in the X direction, and the pair of metal plates 44, 45 is cut into the engagement recess 43. Are formed respectively. As a result, the pair of metal plates 44, 45 are formed with engaging portions 44a, 45a that engage with the mounting wall main body 13 from the wall surface 2a side.
The swing member 42 can be swung in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in FIG. 7 for mounting and removing the fixture body 41 in the mounting hole 20.
The belt extends diagonally from the fixture body 41 toward the rear of the vehicle or the front of the vehicle. In this case, a force in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 5 (force in the X direction) is applied in the vicinity of the hole 41a of the fixture body 41, and the fixture body 41 is moved in the Z-axis direction depending on the direction of the force applied to the belt. A force in the Z direction to defeat is also applied.
In the case of FIG. 6, the engaging portion 44a of one of the pair of metal plates 44 and 45 of the fixture main body 41 engages with the mounting wall main body 13 from the wall surface 2a side (first engaging position). Further, one of the pair of metal plates 44, 45 engages with the protrusion P in the X-axis direction (second engagement position). Further, the other metal plate 45 of the pair of metal plates 44, 45 engages with the mounting wall main body 13 from the side opposite to the wall surface 2a (third engagement position).
Here, FIG. 8 shows a rail 100 of a comparative example in which the protrusion P is not provided on the rail 10. When the force in the X direction and the force in the Z direction are applied to the fixture body 41 attached to the rail 100, there is no engagement at the second engagement position because there is no protrusion P.
Here, the area of the engaging portion 44a is small. In addition, the weight of the luggage may be several hundred kg or several tons, and the vibration of the vehicle may apply a force several times the weight of the luggage to the belt.
Therefore, in the case of the comparative example of FIG. 8, the mounting wall main body 13 is plastically deformed in the direction away from the wall surface 2a by the engaging portion 44a (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 8) at the first engaging position.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the protruding portion P is formed inside the both ends 20a of the plurality of mounting holes 20 in the rail width direction, and the metal plate 44 is X on the protruding portion P at the second engaging position. Engage in the axial direction. Since the engagement range of the second engagement position is relatively large, the possibility of plastic deformation of the mounting wall body 13 at the first engagement position is effectively reduced.
It is considered that the third engagement position functions as a fulcrum and the first engagement position and the second engagement position function as action points with respect to the force in the X direction and the force in the Z direction. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the protruding portion P protrudes from the mounting wall main body 13 toward the wall surface 2a by 2 mm or more. In the present embodiment, since the plate thickness of the mounting wall main body 13 is 3.5 mm or 4 mm, the protrusion amount L1 of the protruding portion P from the mounting wall main body 13 is 0.5 times or more the plate thickness of the mounting wall main body 13. .. With this configuration, the distance between the second engaging position and the third engaging position becomes large, and the second engaging position works effectively against the force in the X direction and the force in the Z direction.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first protruding wall 14a and the second protruding wall 14b extend diagonally from the mounting wall main body 13 toward the wall surface 2a and the inside in the rail width direction. This configuration is advantageous for preventing deformation of the protrusion P at the second engaging position due to the force in the X direction and the force in the Z direction.
Note that, as shown in FIG. 9, a reverse projecting portion 15a projecting in a direction away from the wall surface 2a may be formed on the intermediate wall 15 of the projecting portion P. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the first protruding wall 14a and the second protruding wall 14b may extend in the direction perpendicular to the mounting wall main body 13.
