  • the present invention relates to rails that are attached inside the luggage compartment.
  • a shelf may be installed in the luggage compartment of a vehicle such as a truck. See for example US Pat.
  • dedicated luggage compartments are designed and manufactured to install shelves, and there are also requests to add shelves to luggage compartments that do not have shelves. Since the former method is expensive, many users who already own a truck or the like with a luggage compartment install shelves by the latter method.
  • Patent Document 1 uses a plurality of rails extending vertically along the wall surface of the luggage compartment. When installing the vertically extending rails for installing the shelves in the luggage compartment later, if it takes time and effort to install the rails, it is not preferable because it leads to a decrease in user's work and work efficiency.
  • the shelves are supported by the installed rails, and heavy items may be loaded on the shelves. Furthermore, when the truck is running, there are cases where a large acceleration is applied to the load in the vertical direction, the front-rear direction of the truck, and the like. For this reason, it is necessary to attach the rails firmly to the walls of the luggage compartment so that they can withstand the forces from the luggage in various situations.

Description

Rails installed in the luggage compartment
The present invention relates to rails that are attached inside the luggage compartment.
In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of luggage and to facilitate the arrangement of the luggage compartment, for example, a shelf may be installed in the luggage compartment of a vehicle such as a truck. See for example US Pat.
In some cases, dedicated luggage compartments are designed and manufactured to install shelves, and there are also requests to add shelves to luggage compartments that do not have shelves. Since the former method is expensive, many users who already own a truck or the like with a luggage compartment install shelves by the latter method.
It is preferable that the height position of the shelf can be changed arbitrarily according to the height of the user, the type of luggage to be loaded, etc. In order to change the height position of the shelf, Patent Document 1 uses a plurality of rails extending vertically along the wall surface of the luggage compartment. When installing the vertically extending rails for installing the shelves in the luggage compartment later, if it takes time and effort to install the rails, it is not preferable because it leads to a decrease in user's work and work efficiency.
In addition, the shelves are supported by the installed rails, and heavy items may be loaded on the shelves.
In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, it is desirable to have a rail that can be installed securely on the side of the luggage compartment, and that can reduce the time and effort required for installation.
A first aspect is a rail that is detachably attached to a mounting portion provided on a wall surface in a luggage compartment, and includes a rail body that is arranged in the luggage compartment in a manner that extends in the vertical direction, and a rail body that is fixed to the rail body. an engaging member having an engaging portion, wherein the engaging portion is inserted into a hole of the mounting portion and engages the engaged portion of the mounting portion in a horizontal direction; and a locking member that restricts upward movement of the engaging member with respect to the mounting portion in a state in which the engaging portion is engaged with the engaged portion, wherein at least part of the engaging portion is arranged outside the luggage compartment with respect to the engaged portion in the horizontal direction, and is configured so that the engaging portion does not slip out of the hole due to the movement restriction by the locking member.

A rail 1 according to an embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The rails 1 of this embodiment are detachably attached to holes 111 provided in the wall surface 3 extending in the vertical direction of the luggage compartment 2 . In this embodiment, a plurality of fixed rails (mounting portions) 110 are fixed to the wall surface 3 with bolts or the like at intervals in the vertical direction. The fixed rail 110 is provided with a plurality of holes 111 spaced apart in its longitudinal direction, whereby the wall surface 3 is provided with a plurality of holes 111 . In this embodiment, a fixed rail 110 provided with a hole 111 functions as a mounting portion. In this embodiment, the luggage compartment 2 is a luggage compartment of a vehicle such as a truck, but the luggage compartment 2 may be a luggage compartment of other types of vehicles, and the luggage compartment 2 may be moved by a trailer, railroad, ship, or the like. The cargo compartment 2 may be a compartment in which other cargo is loaded.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the horizontal direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the fixed rail 110 is called a first horizontal direction, and the horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction is called a second horizontal direction. For example, the first horizontal direction is the longitudinal direction of a vehicle such as a truck, and the second horizontal direction is the width direction of the vehicle such as a truck.
Each hole 111 is a vertically elongated hole, and each hole 111 has a lower end 111a and an upper end 111b in the vertical direction. Typically, each hole 111 is used to attach an end of a lashing belt.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rail 1 of this embodiment has a rail body 10 that extends vertically and is attached within the luggage compartment 2 . In this embodiment, the angle between the direction in which the rail body 10 extends and the horizontal direction is approximately 90° (vertical direction), but the rail body 10 may extend obliquely. For example, even when the angle between the direction in which the rail body 10 extends and the horizontal direction is 80°, it can be said that the rail body 10 extends in the vertical direction. If the angle formed by the direction in which the rail body 10 extends and the horizontal direction is 45° or more, and if the shelf member 133 and the like can be supported while adjusting the position in the vertical direction as described later, the rail body 10 can be vertically adjusted. It can be said that it is extended.
In this embodiment, the rail body 10 is manufactured using aluminum extrusion processing (extrusion molding). The rail body 10 is a known rail called an airline rail (registered trademark), for example. The rail body 10 may be manufactured using other metals and may be manufactured using other processing methods.
As shown in FIG. 4, the front surface, which is one surface in the thickness direction of the rail body 10 (rail thickness direction), has an internal space 11 extending substantially over the entire longitudinal direction of the rail body 10 and an internal space. Rail openings 12 along 11 are formed by extrusion. In addition, at both ends of the rail body 10 in the width direction (rail width direction) perpendicular to the rail thickness direction, side grooves 13 extending substantially over the entire length of the rail body 10 (rail longitudinal direction) are formed by extrusion. formed.
In the rail opening 12, for example, by machining, a plurality of narrow portions 12a having small openings in the rail width direction and wide portions 12b having large openings in the rail width direction are provided alternately in the vertical direction. The dimension of the narrow portion 12a in the rail width direction is smaller than the dimension of the internal space 11 in the rail width direction. Although other types of rails can be used as the rail body 10, the rail body 10 of this embodiment is useful for mounting the beam member 133 of FIGS. In addition, since the rail body 10 of the present embodiment uses extrusion processing, it can be manufactured at low cost, and it is also possible to provide a hollow portion inside for weight reduction as shown in FIG. .
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the rail 1 of this embodiment has at least one pair of engaging members 20 fixed by screw members (fixing members) 30 such as bolts on both sides in the rail width direction. The screw member 30 may be any member having a screw. Each engaging member 20 is made of metal such as iron, and is formed by pressing, forging, casting, machining, or the like.
Each engaging member 20 includes a vertical engaging portion 21 that engages the lower end 111a of the hole 111 of the fixed rail 110 from above, and a second engaging member 20 around the lower end 111b of the hole 111 of the fixed rail 110. A horizontal engagement portion 22 is provided to engage the connector so that it does not come off in the horizontal direction. In one example, the horizontal engagement is surface 22 . A mounting hole 23 is formed in each engaging member 20 . In this embodiment, other holes of each engaging member 20 are formed for weight reduction.
Each engaging member 20 is fixed to the rail body 10 by tightening one screw member 30 inserted through the mounting hole 23 .
As shown in FIG. 4 , nut members 14 are engaged with the side grooves 13 of the rail body 10 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the rail body 10 . The nut member 14 of the left screw member 13 in FIG. 4 is omitted. Each side groove 13 is opened at the end of the rail body 10 in the rail width direction, and the dimension of the opening 13a in the rail thickness direction is smaller than the dimension of the internal space 13b in the rail thickness direction. Thereby, the nut member 14 is accommodated in the internal space 13b, and the screw member 30 passing through the opening 13a is screwed into the nut member 14. As shown in FIG. The nut member 14 may be provided on the surface of the rail body 10 in the thickness direction. Instead of the nut member 14, one of the pair of engaging members 20 is provided with a screw hole into which the screw member 30 is screwed. good too.
Since the nut member 14 can move in the rail longitudinal direction (vertical direction) with respect to the rail body 10, each engaging member 20 also moves in the rail longitudinal direction (vertical direction) when the screw member 30 is not completely tightened. It is possible.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, two pairs of engaging members 20 are attached to the rail body 10 with a space therebetween in the vertical direction.
As shown in FIG. 7 and the like, the engaging member 20 is provided with an engaging portion 20a that protrudes in the direction toward the outside of the luggage compartment 2 in the second horizontal direction. 21 and a horizontal engagement portion 22 are provided. As shown in FIGS. 3, 7, etc., a locking member 24 is attached to the engaging member 20. As shown in FIG. The lock member 24 is supported by the lock member support portion 20b of the engagement member 20 so as to be movable in the second horizontal direction. When the lock member 24 moves toward the outside of the luggage compartment 2 , the tip 24 a of the lock member 24 protrudes from the engagement member 20 . The locking member 24 is urged in the second horizontal direction by the urging member 25 toward the outside of the luggage compartment 2 .
2 and 6, one pair of the plurality of engaging members 20 engages one of the plurality of fixed rails 110, and the other pair of engaging members 20 engages the plurality of fixed rails 110. As shown in FIGS. the other one of the .
How each engagement member 20 of the rail 1 is fixed in the hole 111 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 7-11. Each engaging member 20 is temporarily fixed to the rail body 10 before the following work is performed. For example, the screw member 30 is not tightened and each engaging member 20 can move along the side groove 13 . In this embodiment, when the screw member 30 is not tightened, each engaging member 20 is rotatable about the rotation axis (central axis) of the screw member 30 within an arbitrary angle range. The arbitrary angular range may be 10° or more, or 2° or more and 10° or less.
First, as shown in FIG. 6, the two pairs of engaging members 20 of the rail 1 are brought close to the corresponding holes 111, respectively. The spacing between the upper pair and the lower pair of engaging members 20 is approximately the same as the vertical spacing between the two fixed rails 110 . The interval between each pair of engaging members 20 in the rail width direction corresponds to the pitch of the holes 111 or a multiple thereof.
At this time, each engaging member 20 moves from the position shown in FIG. 7 to the position shown in FIG. 8, a portion of the engaging portion 20a of the engaging member 20 passes through the hole 111. In FIG. Further, the tip portion 24a of the locking member 24 provided on the engaging member 20 contacts the fixed rail 110 in the second horizontal direction.
When the rail 1 is pushed toward the wall surface 3 in the state shown in FIG. 8, the locking member 24 moves in the second horizontal direction against the biasing member 25 as shown in FIG. (upper support portion 26 ), other portions of the engaging member 20 , and the like come into contact with the fixed rail 110 . In this embodiment, a portion of the upper end (upper support portion 26) and a portion of the lower end (lower support portion 27) of the engaging member 20 come into contact with the fixed rail 110, thereby fixing the engaging member 20. A proper posture is obtained with respect to the rail 110. Also, preferably, the horizontal direction engaging portion 22 of the engaging portion 20 a is in a state of passing through the hole 111 . Moreover, preferably, at least a portion of the vertical engaging portion 21 is arranged in the hole 111 . In one example, the upper support and lower support are surfaces designated 26 and 27, respectively.
When the rail 1 is moved downward along the wall surface 3 in the state shown in FIG. 9, the vertical engaging portion 21 of the engaging member 20 engages the lower end 111a of the hole 111 from above as shown in FIG. Further, the horizontal direction engaging portion 22 of the engaging member 20 is brought into a state in which it can be engaged in the second horizontal direction with the lower end 111a of the hole 111 or the engaged portion 111c which is the peripheral portion thereof. In one example, the engaged portion is the face 111c. That is, the horizontal engaging portion 22 is arranged in the space 5 outside the luggage compartment 2 with respect to the engaged portion 111c in the second horizontal direction.
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, when the horizontal engagement portion 22 is arranged in the space 5 for horizontal engagement, the tip portion 24a of the lock member 24 is at a position where it can be inserted into the hole 111. placed. As a result, the locking member 24 is pushed in the second horizontal direction by the biasing member 25, and the locking member 24 is sandwiched vertically between the locking member support portion 20b of the engaging member 20 and the upper end 111b of the hole 111. state.
In this state, the engaging member 20 is fixed to the rail body 10 by tightening the screw member 30 . It is often preferable to bring the rail body 10 closer to the fixed rail (mounting portion) 110 before tightening the screw member 30 . By bringing the rail body 10 into contact with or close to the fixed rail 110 , the rail 1 becomes difficult to move against force applied to the rail body 10 in the horizontal direction or the like. Also, the lower end of the rail body 10 can be brought into contact with the floor of the luggage compartment 2 before the screw member 30 is tightened. Thus, even if a large downward force is applied to the rail body 10, the downward movement of the rail body 10 is restricted by the floor surface.
In this embodiment, the mounting hole 23 is an elongated hole and extends obliquely upward toward the center of the luggage compartment 2 in the second horizontal direction. Therefore, the screw member 30 can move in its longitudinal direction within the mounting hole 23 when the screw member 30 is not tightened. That is, the rail body 20 can move in the second horizontal direction with respect to the engaging member 24 . In addition, since the mounting holes 23 extend obliquely as described above, when the lower end of the rail body 20 is not in contact with the floor surface of the luggage compartment 2, the rail body 20 is pulled out of the fixed rail (mounting portion) by its own weight. Close to 110.
In one example, as shown in FIG. 5, the second horizontal position of the upper fixed rail 110 and the lower fixed rail 110 may be misaligned. For example, the position of the fixed rail 110 of the luggage compartment 2 may be displaced due to an external impact, an impact due to the luggage inside, or the like. Here, the engaging member 20 is rotatable around the screw member 30 with respect to the rail body 10 before the screw member 30 is tightened. Therefore, the rail body 10 can be brought into contact with the two fixed rails 110, respectively, and the rail 1 can be firmly attached. Moreover, since the mounting hole 23 is an elongated hole, the rail 1 can be securely mounted to the fixed rail 110 even if there is the above deviation. When the mounting hole 23 extends straight in the second horizontal direction instead of obliquely as described above, the same effect can be achieved even when it extends in a meandering manner.
In this embodiment, the lock member support portion 20b is not arranged directly below the upper end 111b of the hole 111, but is arranged obliquely below the upper end 111b. It is vertically sandwiched between 20b and upper end 111b. As a result, upward movement of the engaging member 20 with respect to the wall surface 3 is restricted so that the engaging portion 20 a does not slip out of the hole 111 . The vertical gap between the tip portion 24a and the upper end 111b is preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 3 mm or less, but may exceed 5 mm as long as the engaging portion 20a does not slip out of the hole 111. .
In all of the engaging members 20, when the engaging portion 20a is horizontally engageable with the engaged portion 111c as described above and the tip portion 24a is arranged in the hole 111, the rail 1 is positioned on the wall surface 3. Mounted on.
When removing the rail 1 from the wall surface 3, the user needs to pull out the lock member 24 from the hole 111. In this embodiment, an operation knob 24b extending in a direction orthogonal to the second horizontal direction is provided on the lock member 24, and the user uses the operation knob 24b to move the lock member 24 to the center of the luggage compartment in the second horizontal direction. move towards. A locking member restricting portion 28 for restricting the movement of the locking member 24 to the outside of the luggage compartment is provided on the engaging member 20 . In this embodiment, when the lock member 24 is rotated as shown in FIG. 11, the operation knob 24b, which is a part of the lock member 24, is engaged with the lock member restricting portion 28 in the second horizontal direction, and the lock member 24 is rotated. movement to the outside of the luggage compartment is restricted. This maintains disengagement between the locking member 24 and the upper end 111b.
In this state, the user lifts the rail 1 and moves it toward the luggage compartment. As a result, the rail 1 is removed from the fixed rail 110 and the hole 111 which are the mounting portions. At this time, it is also possible to leave the screw member 30 tightened. In this case, the operation of tightening the screw member 30 can be omitted when the rail 1 is attached to the same attachment portion next time. The vertical intervals between the plurality of fixed rails 110 differ depending on the luggage compartment 2, and the horizontal positions of the plurality of fixed rails 110 also differ depending on the luggage compartment 2 as described above. However, it is often the case that the same rail 1 is attached to the same position in the same luggage compartment 2 and used. lead to reduction.
In this embodiment, the engaging member 20 is fixed to the rail body 10 arranged in the luggage compartment 2 in a manner extending in the vertical direction, and the engaging portion 20 a of the engaging member 20 is inserted into the hole 111 of the fixed rail 110 . It will be in a state of being engaged with the engaged portion 111c of the mounting portion 110 in the horizontal direction. In addition, while the engaging portion 20a is engaged with the engaged portion 111c, the locking member 24 restricts upward movement of the engaging member 20 with respect to the fixed rail 110 and the like. In addition, the horizontal direction engaging portion 22 of the engaging portion 20a is arranged outside the luggage compartment 2 with respect to the engaged portion 111c in the second horizontal direction, and the movement of the engaging portion 20a is restricted by the lock member 24. I can't escape from 111.
Therefore, the rail 1 extending in the vertical direction can be easily and reliably installed in the luggage compartment 2 by using the holes 111 of the fixed rail 110 fixed to the wall surface 3 of the luggage compartment 2, for example. Further, since the rail 1 can be removed by releasing the movement restriction by the lock member 24, the removal work is also easy.
Here, in the engaging member 20 of this embodiment, the engaging portion 20a on the lower end side engages with the vicinity of the lower end 111a of the hole 111 in the second horizontal direction from the outside of the luggage compartment 2, but the upper end side engages with the hole 111a. The upper end 111b side of 111 does not engage with the outside of luggage compartment 2 in the second horizontal direction. Therefore, the engaging portion 20a of the engaging member 20 fixed or temporarily fixed to the rail body 10 can be easily inserted into the hole 111 as described above.
12 to 14, the upper end side of the engaging member 20 engages around the hole 111 of the fixed rail 110 in the second horizontal direction from the outside of the luggage compartment 2. The structure also has the same effect.
In this case, as shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, the engaging member 20 is provided with an upper engaging portion 20c, and a relatively large vertical concave portion 20d is formed inside the luggage compartment relative to the upper engaging portion 20c. be. A locking member 29 is attached to the engaging member 20 so as to be able to swing in the second horizontal direction. The state in which the engaging portion 20a can be engaged with the engaged portion 111c in the second horizontal direction is maintained. The lock member 29 is biased toward the outside of the luggage compartment in the second horizontal direction by a biasing member 29a such as a coil spring or a torsion spring.
In order to insert the engaging portion 20a of the engaging member 20 into the hole 111, as shown in FIG. The upper engaging portion 20c is inserted into the hole 111 while moving the upper engaging portion 20c upward. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the engaging portion 20a is also inserted into the hole 111 with the upper end 111b of the hole 111 deeply inserted into the recess 20d.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 13, by moving the engaging member 20 downward together with the rail 10, the horizontal engaging portion 22 is positioned in the luggage compartment 2 with respect to the engaged portion 111c in the second horizontal direction. It is placed in the outer space 5. It is also possible to use T-One Piece manufactured by All Safe Co., Ltd. as the engaging member 20 shown in FIGS.
In the above embodiment, the lock member 24 is inserted into the hole 111 to restrict movement. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated member or the like for engagement with the lock member 24 on the luggage compartment 2 side.
As shown in FIG. 15, it is also possible to provide a locking engaged portion 6 to which the locking member 24 engages from below on the wall surface 3 or the like. may be configured. 7 to 15, the hole 111 may be provided in the wall surface 3 or another member instead of the fixed rail 110. FIG. In this case, the portion provided with the hole 111 functions as a mounting portion. The engaging member 20 may be engaged with a portion other than the mounting portion in the vertical direction, the first horizontal direction, the second horizontal direction, or the like.
In the above embodiment, the locking members 24, 29 are supported by the engaging member 20 so as to be movable in the second horizontal direction, and are urged outwardly of the luggage compartment 2 in the second horizontal direction by the biasing members 25, 29a. are being forced. Therefore, the movement restriction by the locking members 24 and 29 is maintained by the biasing members 25 and 29a. This is advantageous in keeping the rail 1 securely attached. Further, when the locking members 24 and 29 are placed at positions where they can be inserted into the holes 111, the locking members 24 and 29 are automatically inserted into the holes 111 by the urging members 25 and 29a. This leads to a reduction in the mounting work of the rail 1.
As shown in FIG. 16, a configuration in which the user manually inserts the locking member 24 below the locking member supporting portion 20b and the locking engaged portion 6 may be employed. Even in this case, the movement regulation by the locking member 24 can be performed.
In addition, in FIG. 16, holes 112 are formed in the fixed rail 110 instead of the holes 111 . As shown in FIG. 16, the hole 112 is open upward, and the fixed rail 110 forms a space 5 between the wall surface 3 and the wall surface 3 . That is, the opening above the space 5 formed by the fixed rail 110 and/or the space 5 is the hole 112 in this modification. In one example, the space 5 is provided over the entire length of the fixed rail 110 and the hole 112 is also provided over the entire length of the fixed rail 110 . In this structure as well, the horizontal engaging portion 22 of the engaging portion 20a of the engaging member 20 is inserted into the hole 112, and the horizontal engaging portion 22 is horizontally engaged with the engaged portion 111c of the fixed rail 110 from the outside of the luggage compartment. to engage.
In the above embodiment, the vertical engaging portion 21 of the engaging portion 20a engages with the hole 111 from above. This configuration is useful for accurately positioning the engaging portion 20 a with respect to the fixed rail 110 and the hole 111 . For all of the plurality of engaging members 20 attached to the rail body 10, whether or not the horizontal engaging portions 22 have been properly inserted into the holes 111, and whether the horizontal engaging portions 22 have been properly arranged in the spaces 5. It may be difficult to visually check whether or not In the configuration in which the vertical engaging portion 21 engages the hole 111 from above, the user can sense whether or not the horizontal engaging portion 22 is properly arranged in the space 5. It leads to the reduction of the installation work of 1.
It should be noted that instead of the vertical engagement portion 21 having a horizontally extending lower surface, it is also possible to adopt a vertical engaging portion 21 having an obliquely extending lower surface as shown in FIG. It is also possible to employ a vertical engaging portion 21 having a Even in these cases, the engaging portion 20a is inserted into the hole 111, and the vertical engaging portion 21 is engaged with the lower end 111a of the hole 111 of the fixed rail 110, which is the mounting portion, from above.
Even if the vertical engaging portion 21 is not provided, the horizontal engaging portion 22 is inserted into the hole 111, and the horizontal engaging portion 22 engages the engaged portion 111c of the fixed rail 110 in the horizontal direction from the outside of the luggage compartment. , the rail 1 can be attached easily and reliably.
In the above-described embodiment, the engaging member 20 is fixed to the rail body 10 by one screw member 30, and as shown in FIG. be. Therefore, for example, when a force directed toward the center of the luggage compartment 2 is applied to the rail body 10, a force indicated by an arrow F in FIG. Further, due to the force of the arrow F, a rotational force R around the engaging position between the vertical engaging portion 21 and the lower end 111a of the hole 111 and the engaging position between the horizontal engaging portion 22 and the engaged portion 111c is applied. is generated in the engaging member 20 .
The rotational force R moves the upper end side of the engaging member 20 toward the outside of the luggage compartment so that the upper support portion 26 is attached to the fixed rail 110, the wall surface 3, or a member such as a bolt provided on the wall surface 3 to move to the second horizontal position. contact direction. This configuration is advantageous in preventing movement of the engagement member 20 away from the fixed rail 110 . Since the lower support part 27 is arranged so as to be able to come into contact with the fixed rail 110, the engaging member 20 remains firmly attached to the fixed rail 110 even when the engaging member 20 is pushed to the outside of the luggage compartment. .
Although one screw member 30 is inserted through the mounting hole 23 in this embodiment, the screw member 30 may be inserted through another hole instead. Alternatively, the engaging member 20 may be fixed to the rail body 10 by two screw members 30 that pass through the mounting hole 23 and another hole.
In the above embodiment, a plurality of engaging members 20 are fixed to one side of the rail body 10 in the width direction at intervals in the vertical direction, and a plurality of engaging members 20 are fixed to the other side of the rail body 10 in the width direction. Fixed at intervals. Therefore, the rail 1 is firmly fixed using a plurality of fixed rails 110 fixed to the wall surface 3 at intervals in the vertical direction.
The rails 1 attached to the wall surface 3 as described above are preferably used to attach the shelf system 4 in the luggage compartment 2. The shelving system 4 has a pair of fitting members 131 and a beam member 133 respectively engaging the second horizontal pair of rails 1 of the luggage compartment, for example, as shown in FIGS. 18-20.
As shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, each fitting member 131 has a collar (flange) 131b arranged in the internal space 11 of the rail 1, and is vertically movable along the vertical rail 20. and a lock 131c attached to the body portion 131a so as to be tiltable in a second horizontal direction.
The flange portion 131b of the body portion 131a is inserted into the internal space 11 from the lower end, the upper end, or the like of the rail 1, and the flange portion 131b is engaged with the narrow portion 12a in the second horizontal direction. There is no escape from 1 in the second horizontal direction.
The lock 131c is provided with an insertion portion 131d on the distal end side, and the insertion portion 131d has a width dimension (first horizontal dimension) slightly smaller than that of the wide portion 12b and a width dimension (first horizontal dimension) larger than that of the narrow portion 12a. horizontal dimension).
When the lock 131c tilts to the outside of the luggage compartment as shown in FIG. 20, the insertion portion 131d is arranged in the wide portion 12b. In this state, the insertion portion 131d engages the narrow portions 12a on both sides in the vertical direction, so that the fitting member 131 cannot move upward and downward.
On the other hand, when the lock member 31c tilts toward the cargo compartment, the insertion portion 131d is positioned closer to the cargo compartment than the rail opening 12, and the engagement between the insertion portion 131d and the narrow portion 12a is released. In this state, the fitting member 131 can be moved vertically along the rail 1 .
With such a configuration, the fitting member 131 can be arranged at any position on the rail 1 so as not to move downward.
The beam member 133 has a pair of end beams 133a respectively connected to the fitting members 131 on both sides thereof via shaft members S, and a main beam 133b into which the pair of end beams 133a are inserted at both ends. The end beam 133a and the main beam 133b are hollow beams having a rectangular cross section, and the inner shape of the main beam 133b is slightly larger than the outer shape of the end beam 133a. Each end beam 133a is movable in the vehicle width direction with respect to the main beam 133b, thereby allowing the beam member 133 to expand and contract in the vehicle width direction (expandable structure). With this structure, the beam member 133 can be smoothly and reliably installed at an arbitrary height even when the widthwise pair of rails 1 have different intervals between the upper side and the lower side as shown in FIG. 5 and the like.
The beam member 133 may support the shelf board 134 , and the beam member 133 may support cargo or a pallet.
A plurality of beam members 133 are arranged in the luggage compartment 2 at intervals in the first horizontal direction. A load of several hundred kg may be applied to the beam member 133 . The vertical impact load applied to the beam member 133 when a vehicle such as a truck is running is even greater, and a large longitudinal load may be applied to the beam member 133 during braking or the like. When the beam member 133 bends downward or in the longitudinal direction due to these loads, both ends of the beam member 133 may be pulled toward the center of the luggage compartment 2 with a large force in the second horizontal direction.
The rail 1 of the above embodiment is securely fixed to the wall surface 3 of the luggage compartment 2 as described above. Therefore, even when the above-described large load is applied to the beam member 133, the beam member 133 can be reliably supported.
In the above embodiment, a pair of engaging members 20 are fixed to the rail body 10 in the rail width direction. Alternatively, it is possible to employ a configuration in which the engaging member 20 is fixed only to one side of the rail body 10 in the rail width direction. Also, instead of fixing a pair of engaging members 20 in the rail width direction, it is possible to employ a configuration in which only one engaging member 20 is fixed at an arbitrary position such as the center in the rail width direction.
Another fixing member for fixing the engaging member 20 to the rail body 10 may be used instead of the screw member 30. As such a fixing member, for example, a cam lever fastener (fixing member) 31 as shown in FIGS. 21 to 25 can be used.
The cam lever fastener 31 has a fastener shaft 32 extending in the first horizontal direction like the shaft of the bolt 30, and a cam lever 33 attached to one end of the fastener shaft 32 so as to be able to swing about a swing shaft 34. . The other end side of the fastener shaft 32 is arranged in the side groove 13, and the engaging member 20 is arranged between the one end side and the other end side of the fastener shaft 32 in the first horizontal direction. A groove engaging portion 32 a is provided on the other end side of the fastener shaft 32 . The groove engaging portion 32a may be integrated with or separate from the fastener shaft 32. As shown in FIG. Like the nut member 14, the groove engaging portion 32a is movable in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the rail body 10 within the side groove 13, and engages with the side groove 13 so as not to come out of the side groove 13. . Like the nut member 14, the groove engaging portion 32a is housed in the internal space 13b because the dimension of the opening 13a in the rail thickness direction is smaller than the dimension of the internal space 13b in the rail thickness direction. That is, the second horizontal dimension of the groove engaging portion 32a is larger than the second horizontal dimension of the opening 13a like the nut member 14, and the groove engaging portion 32a is located near the opening 13a. 13c in the first horizontal direction. In this embodiment, when viewed from the first horizontal direction, the groove engaging portion 32a is substantially circular, elliptical, or the like. Therefore, the groove engaging portion 32a can smoothly move in the side groove 13 in the rail longitudinal direction (vertical direction).
The outer peripheral surface 35 of the proximal end portion 33a of the cam lever 33 attached to the fastener shaft 32 is such that the distance from the swing axis 34 changes gradually in the circumferential direction around the swing axis 34. As shown in FIG.
In this embodiment, of the outer peripheral surface 35, the surface 35a arranged in the longitudinal direction of the cam lever 33 is closer to the swing axis 34 than the surface 35b arranged in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction. For example, when the cam lever 33 is placed in the non-tightening rocking position shown in FIGS. The user can fix the engaging member 20 to the rail body 10 by swinging the cam lever 33 to the tightening swing position indicated by 24 .
As the intervening member 40, it is possible to use spring members such as a plurality of disc springs 41, 42, 43 and 44 shown in FIGS. Using such a spring member contributes to stably fixing the engaging member 20 to the rail body 10 . Also, using such a spring member is useful for maintaining the fixation of the engaging member 20 to the rail body 10 over a long period of time. In some cases, the intervening member 40 is not provided.
As shown in FIG. 24, when the cam lever 33 is swung to the tightening swing position, the opening of the rail body 10 is formed between the base end side portion 33a of the cam lever 33 and the contact surface 32b of the groove engaging portion 32a. The portion 13c near the portion 13a, the engaging member 20, and the intervening member 40 are sandwiched. That is, the distance between the base end portion 33a and the contact surface 32b is reduced. Thereby, the engaging member 20 is fixed to the rail body 10 .
A protruding member 36 is provided in the groove engaging portion 32a. 23 shows an example of the shape of the projecting member 36, and FIGS. 24 and 25 show other examples of the shape of the projecting member 36. FIG. It should be noted that the protruding member 36 may have a shape capable of fulfilling the following functions. 23, illustration of the spring 37 is omitted.
A portion of the protruding member 36 is configured to protrude from the groove engaging portion 32 a by the spring 37 , and the biasing force of the spring 37 presses the protruding member 36 against the inner surface of the side groove 13 . The inner surface may be any surface of the internal space 13b, but in this embodiment, it is the surface opposite to the opening 13a. The projecting member 36 that is pressed against the inner surface in this way moves the cam lever fastener 31 and the engaging member 20 along the side groove 13 in a state in which the cam lever 33 is arranged in the non-tightening swing position as shown in FIG. It works when moving up and down with the That is, even if the user does not support the cam lever fastener 31 or the engaging member 20, the engaging member 20 is prevented from unintentionally falling along the side groove 13, or the falling speed is reduced. be done. In this embodiment, as an example, the pressing force with which the protruding member 36 is pressed against the inner surface by the spring 37 is 10 N, and the total weight of the engaging member 20 and the cam lever fastener 31 is 3 N (approximately 0.3 kgf). When the protruding member 36 is made of iron, the rail body 10 is made of aluminum, and the coefficient of dynamic friction is about 0.4 to 0.5, the frictional force generated by the pressing force is larger than the weight of the cam lever fastener 31. Become. This configuration is useful for preventing the unintended dropping of the engaging member 20 . In addition, if the pressing force is 1.5 times or more of the total weight, it is useful for preventing the falling or reducing the speed. The pressing force is preferably at least 1.8 times the total weight, more preferably at least 2 times the total weight. From the viewpoint of operability, the pressing force is preferably 5 times or less of the total weight, but there are cases where it can be used even if it exceeds 5 times. From the viewpoint of the operability, the ratio of the frictional force generated by the pressing force is set to 0.5 times or more, preferably 1.2 times or less, more preferably 0.8 times to 1 time of the total weight. If set below, the operability is improved while the speed reduction is appropriately performed, and there is a possibility that practicality will be enhanced.
